But but but... Apple's Internet Radio!
Nasdaq battered below 5,000
Then again, maybe it wasn't such a novel idea after all:

How is Apple music different than iTunes?
Apple Music torments Icahn with a blend of Heavy Metal and Rap.
So, the AAPL does fall near the NASDAQ tree... Checking for worms.
Subscription based versus a la carte. Long term strategy. Take away owning what you want that lasts 20+ years, replace it with a monthly charge for everything. Now that they have the millennials trained - the pain will come. $9.99/month, then $20, then $30. Netflix will be doing the same thing, as will Microsoft. Goodbye choice and value, hello tapeworms and leeches.
Cloud storage is another fucking stupid rip-off
Yes and it's like because it's crAApl people want to pay yet it existed before it was called "The Cloud" and was free.
Depends on the company, but yeah most large places view cloud storage as a hostage situation.
Right now cloud storage is one of my big warnings to clients who think the latest magic will make everything shiny. I just make sure I fully document things so I can say " I told you so " Later.....
First the clouds. Then the thunder and lightning.
If you didn't catch this yesterday, it reflects just how far this shithole has devolved.
I did enjoy NFLX for the indie/foreign availability.
No more! Cancelled.
Reed Hastings can jam Julie Newmar's severed petey right up his marxist a$$ with terminal velocity.
When you think the perversion has reached it's apex, there's this.

Does anyone really pay for music/movies/tv shows anymore? Even software is "shared" now..
If you are paying for any of that crap send me a message and I'll help you fix that.. Private, invite only torrent sites For The Win!
Is this the 1-2% dip I've been waiting years for to buy?
Yup, this may be your last chance to buy before Apple becomes a trillion dollar company and never looks back.
Oh shit, this is terribly bullish.
Buy!!
Where's Dudley....where the Hell is Dudley!
We predicted here 3-4 weeks ago, after DOW surrendered 18K, that it would regain 18K ONE LAST TIME. Hmmmm...
looks like the "market" noticed that developers confrence yesterday was a homoerotic orgy that glossed over the fact there's nothing in the next two quarters that will produce the iphone6 numbers of last year
but can I download and listen in surround sound on my Apple watch?
No, because all iOS devices only have one speaker. But feel free to browse on over to our latest acquisition in the Beats aisle and pay $$$ for some overpriced headphones.
Alas! The 'Apple' has been 'Newton`ized,... this anomaly of principia`reasoning?
Yup, they've got four market duds in a row that compete with their existing products. Looks like the apple is now rotten again.
Newtered sounds better.
Welcome to the wonderful world of algos - great on the way up, not so great on the way down.

Are we late to market?
sorry ZH but posting these stories of breaching some arbitrary level is a bit counter to your other stories of how said level is arbitrary.
What is a dollar worth? What is a dollar's intrinsic value? Let's start there and then we can discuss arbitrary financial matters.
This economy reminds me so much of the movie Reno 911 where the hotel manager keeps saying " Are you here for the suckfest".
I just did a search for Pandora...lol
And there are other free internet radio apps as well: http://www.jango.com/
They just need to get "Buy the dips" back.
Day trading had everyone on the long side this morning.
Apple radio. Music that I cannot control. With real live DJs. For $10 a month.
No, I recall, as a child, I had this magic box that did the same thing. It cost about $3.95. I wonder what happened to that thing?
Bring back Jobs. He can save Apple.
Only trouble is the Daily Keltner bottom and 100 MA are right there (DIA and SPY also at Keltners), historic strong bounce points. Cynical bulls think they'll let it go a bit then snap-back and trap new shorts, long-suffering shorts say "keep thinkin' that way, punk"
The ECB and Fed will support stocks with their unicorn farts and santa claus buying programs so don't you worry.
:)
As I suspected, huge bounce precisely from DIA, SPY Keltners and QQQ Keltner/100MA, assisted by volatility slam. Temporary, with retrace toward lows, or sustained thru next week's FOMC and Yellen presser?
The DOW is at a key level of support. 17732 breaks look out below.
But the recovery! DJ 20k any day now!
:)
Theres this other thing: its called "downloading MP3 music files from basically anywhere on the internet, for free". Perhaps Apple should look into it.
BTFMD BITCHEZ!
Here's my internet radio - http://kslg.com
Another last to the game Apple innovation. XM Satellite or SiriusXM radio competition. Tim Cockring will underbid automotive contracts to install his useless device into cars. I'll stick with QNX platform, if the market for a car is Apple based. No thank you.
Apparently, Tim has the gay.
Never use Apple radio on my iPhone 5S. Have plenty of music loaded on the phone. But everytime I shut off and come back to it, it defaults to iTunes radio. Going back to where I left it playing my own music playlist must be way, way over their programmers and engineer's heads.
It's the same reason why hotel TVs always default to the pay channel when they're turned on.
