Rigging Markets? How To Determine If You Will Go To Jail In A Simple Flow Chart
With a constant barage of revelations in the past three years that virtually every market is now rigged and manipulated to the core, the question is not "is [xxx] manipulated" (it is), but whether the manipulator will go to prison. For now, just one person has: a 36-year-old London suburb resident who was living in his parents' house and... nobody else. When you have Banks like BOA, Wells Fargo, JPM, Goldman Sach, Morgan Stanley and Blackrock each owning more than 1M shares and (with other financial service players) collectively owning more than two thirds of the largest private prison provider what can you expect that flow chart to look like?

The first block in the flowchart should ask if you're a "US Subject".

I'm too busy to consider crazy improbabilities like bankers in jail. My current philosophical conundrum: if you take a box with Schroedinger's Cat in it through TSA airport security screening, is the cat still alive or dead afterwards?
Trick question. If it submits to TSA screening it was never ever alive.
