Forced spending always does.  In the short term.

There is no way Obama isn't a NWO-manufactured president.  It can't be coincidence that we would have the worst president in the history of the country at exactly the worst possible time.  There's no coincidence big enough to explain that.

Obamacare was supposed to get rid of high deductible health insurance plans, plans with yearly deductibles of $5,000 or more.  The type of junk plans Walmart gave its "associates."  Instead, Obamacare gave everyone those type of plans.

It never ceases to amaze me, take a small issue (like premiums rising 3-5% a year due to currency destru...errrr, ummm inflation) and make it catastrophically worse, like the forecasted 20% next year on top of 10-30% already behind us since implementation and the sheeple will scream for help from the very people WHO DID IT TO THEM.

Yes, the real fun begins with wage controls, when the professionals tell them to pound sand and the kiddies straight out of med school are enticed to pay off their student debt with Farrrreeeee! vork ala Castro.

Time to think about private practice associations? ;-)

Yes, it has been obvious to me inflation, though effective, is certainly taking a bit too long. So, a la Lucy in the chocolate factory already beyond capacity, it's time to " Speed it up a little!"

I see no possible way to save this shitbag any more, it simply has to die under the weight of too many hands in the pot, ridiculous oppressive regulation and a decreasing number of people paying in. There is so much dissatisfaction being expressed and the good will exit. I wish I could.

Private professional practices are a good alternative. I, myself, am having surgery this July and am paying out of pocket to a private surgeon. He takes only cash or credit cards. Flat fee and everything but my home meds are covered. His OR fees are a fraction of the cost of surgery in a hospital.

This could be the wave of the future, however with this fascistic government, I doubt they will maintain their autonomy at some point in the future. Next step, regulating medical tourism.

Single payer health care never works out. Take for example the Marxist state of Vermont's plan for single payer health care.

Democratic Gov. Pete Shumlin killed the state's single payer health care plan because the final estimates indicated that the plan would have required the state to raise an extra $2.5 billion in revenue annually. This is in a state that typically only raises about $2.7 billion total each year. In other words, it would have cost nearly the amount that the entire rest of the state government cost—and that's presuming that those estimates were accurate, and that the one-of-a-kind program encountered no unexpected cost overruns.

Single-payer healthcare will work when the govt. sets the price for each reimbursement.  Instead of charging $200 for an office visit, and ending up with $40 after all of the billing, discounting, fees and backdoor deals, etc., the provider bills the govt. and gets $40 within TWO WEEKS.  There is no HMO, multi-level medical suppliers, and a dozen others that have their hands out for that $160 overage.  That is how the single-payer system will work.

My spouse's recent hospital bill included $40/day for a procedure labeled as respiratory therapy.  Since there weren't any breathing issues and no oxygen mask was used, I asked what that charge was for.  The reply was that when the nurse read the pulse and BP, she also put a velcro-loop reader on my spouse's finger to measure the blood oxygen level.  That 10-second procedure is worth $40 every day?  Anybody can buy a blood oximetry reader for $50!

No, actually some do move to the U.S. over their medical coverage.  But more often they fly or drive to the U.S. for their health care when they will die in Canada waiting for government/politics based health care.  As a recent example, please see the high level Canadian politician, Danny Williams, who recently flew to the U.S. for his surgery since the Canadian "health care" system wouldn't take care of him.  Thankfully there are still semi-free market systems available to people to flee to as their political health care systems fail them.

Funny how our boredom with the slow collapse is pushing us to embrace the Cloward Piven plan.  Thinking back over the Sandy Hook tragedy  I suspect that if Mittens had been in the assault weapon ban would have been a done deal.  In as much as there is but one political class in Washington.  At least with a Democrat in there is at least a modest push back from what is left of the right.

I am resolved to vote against every incumbent on the local and national level.  If they give us no vote on the national level and force us to pick either a Bush or a Clinton I may very well vote for the greater evil. I am tired of the lessor of two evils bull shit.  It is not like the appointed sock puppet runs the show anyway.  What the deep state wants, the deep state gets right up until they micromanage the system into chaos. Then the control freaks lose control and run down the street like the rest of us with their hair on fire.  The curtain is going up on Gotterdammerung.

The healthcare market was pretty fucked up but as a market, if prices got too high eventually people would simply stop buying, but with Obamacare, cost can rise to infinity as we are now forced to participate. 2) Do not need to talk much, Obamacare is there for all to see and (pay).

3) Safety is for internal people and never shed outside the state's boundaries. More than seven hundred bases outside the country is difficult to explain ...

Democracy sounds like a good idea. But in practice is means that a bunch of greedy interest groups rig the system so the legislators pass laws forcing people to buy overpriced products and services. The defense complex pushes an aggressive foreign policy so naturally we need to buy lots of expensive weapons. The medico-pharma complex forces us to pay for super-expensive drugs and treatments that in many cases do more harm than good. The agro-complex pushes farm subsidies and also demands that lots of illegal immigrants be allowed in to serve as cheap labor. And among all those immigrants are criminals and fanatics who violently hate America, so naturally we need a massive law enforcement complex to try to keep them in check. And so on.

In short, the tyranny of the interest groups makes old King George look like a libertarian.
