The whole national debt deal is so fucking absurb and surreal that only WB7 can handle it...
"Debt" implies there is, at least, the notion it will be repaid. Here, math tells us it is literally impossible to repay the money, so we have no debt but just a bunch of numbers that entertain the folks at the GAO.
