Business Inventories Jump Most In 11 Months, Push Sales-Ratio Into Recessionary Environment
Business inventories-to-sales ratios remain in the flahing red recessionary environment as inventories surge more than expected in April. The biggest "field of dreams" appears to be Clothing and Building Materials. The 0.4% rise (against 0.2% expectations) of business inventories is the highest since May 2014. Motor Vehicles saw a 1.2% rise MoM in inventories (and 5.9% YoY) leading the surge in the "if we build it, credit will enable everyone to buy it" economy.

Greece is wiling to cave to the Troika as long as they get some of that hopium. They've heard it's some good stuff.

Stawks are a leading indicator so everything is awesome!

The Hamptons are going to rock this weekend! I just fleeced some muppets and sold them some shitty bonds! I'm fucking rich!
Hell yeah! Say, is that a new Rolex on your other wrist?
I've been paying my employees to polish our machinery and sweep floors for weeks now. This fucker just has enough heart beats to give hope and then goes into cardiac arrest again! We always have recessions and typically use them as time to implement new equipment and technology. I have been trying but this truly is starting feel like the goal is to just suck us all dry. Just as the markets are trying to pull every dime from the sidelines into it before Goldman's final buy recommendation.
You just need to build magical bonded Chinese warehouses and all your problems are solved........
Not possible, they are going to raise rates! ahahaha
Meh 84 month zero interst auto loans are the "new American dream"!
Long as you can drive a brand new Chevy and live with six of your buddies in a two bedroom apartment, life is just grand!
But this is the American way! We consumers expect the retailers to have our chosen clothing style in stock in our size so that we can have INSTANT gratification.
More importantly (since I already have plenty of camo), I am having difficulty finding a local inventory of #10 cans of dehydrated and freeze dried food for long term storage. If I could find that, I would help to bring down those high inventory levels. Oh, and bulk ammo too. I'd like to take it from their inventory to my inventory. Good barter items for the new feudal age.
But do you have a ghillie suit??

I'm ghillied and my sniper rifle is ghillied. I'm completely fashionable.

Explains the jump in futures...
