I think the best deal for Greece is to go with the Russians.
I recently talked to a Cyprian Greek and I've never heard so many vitriolic words towards the Greeks, he blames all his own countries problems on them, their corruption, mafia and lazy life style.

The city is called Sankt-Peterburg (Saint Petersburg in English), but the surrounding greater area (Oblast) is still offically called Leningrad. So both are corect, it just depends on whether you are referring to just the city or referring the city with its environs.

Let the banks go bust and repudiate the debt. That is the only long term solution. New banks will spring up. And depositors at the old banks are just unsecured creditors, the same as depositors at all banks and at risk of bankruptcy losses.
