For the week ahead, expect the Feds to announce that Pershing Square's William Ackman is under investigation.  Until March 2015, there was always some news about Ackman, whether about his $1billion short on Herbalife or his hedge fund making close to $1 billion on his massive bet on Botox maker Allergan.  Total silence from the SEC and the U.S. Attorney's office so far,  just planted tips that the FBI was looking into things.  An FBI good only about following orders, like the Gestapo.  No though processes involved.  Unless Ackman can buy off the prosecutors, expect him to be indicted shortly. 

Oh, and it looks like the ECB blinked, Greek banks are getting an emergency infusion of cash for now, so the looming Grexit is delayed for now.
