Blacks are 13% of US population 37.6% of prisoners and 71% of shooters in Chicago
Over the last couple of years, one of the dinner discussions our family has had relates to the observation that many, if not most, of the alleged perpetrators of violent crimes whose photographs appear in the mugshot section of our local newspaper's crime report are black. We live in a very white area of what used to be rural farms and ranches, but is now being quickly developed with multi-family housing and strip malls. A large metropolitan city is a short drive.
The kids and wife have asked me, "Why do you think it is, dad, that the murderers and robbers are usually black?" How is a dad supposed to answer this?
First, I wanted to look at more data than just the police report of our local paper. What I found is that blacks are 13% of the US population, 37.6% of the US prisoner population, and 71.5% of the shooters in Chicago.

Next, I started to watch and read some popular news reports and articles on the internet about black violence. I challenge each reader to make it through just the following five:

Two 15-year-old black boys charged with murder
Three black teenagers charged with murder in the death of 16 year-old.
First-round NBA pick shot and killed 22-year-old mother of four.
Finally, I asked a black sheriff if the notion that most murderers and robbers are black fits with his observations and experience. He responded, "You gotta judge people individually."
I told him that I agree, and that I am not judging anyone. I asked him, again, "Does the notion that a majority of murders and robberies in your jurisdiction are committed by blacks fit with your observations and experience?" He paused, stared at me, and said, "Yes."
I asked him if he had an opinion as to why this might be the case, since blacks make up a small minority of the population. I told him that my wife and kids have been asking me these questions.
He said, "You need to watch yourself. You need to be real careful." Then the black sheriff's deputy put his hand on his sidearm, stared at me for a moment, turned around, and walked away.
So, this is where I find myself as an American trying to ask one hard question about race and violence in America.
Why do you think it is that the murderers and robbers are usually black? Is it the case where you live? How is a dad supposed to answer this question? Are your wife and kids even able to ask it? Are we as a nation even able to ask it?

Genetically there are races. The difference between European and African (Negro) race is not only in appearance, but in physiology too; difference in appearance is only a part of overall differences in other words. According to your Western science (which is, except for mathmatics, physics and a few other natural sciences, a "science" like political science is a "science"; it is a mockery, but we shouldn't discriminate against other sciences; we have to be politically correct even there, right Westerno?) you are 98,x% ape and 99,6% Negro. Another example to drive home the point that you're trying to make: Human beings and chrysanthemums also have something like 89% of their genes in common. (Which does, need I say?, open a whole 'nother subject for discussion.)
The welfare stae has ruined the black family; Mom is much better off financially without a husband due to a myriad of benefits. The bennies increase with every baby added to the brood. Even junior gets a check every month. So there is no male role model, no work ethic and no sense of responsibility. Then Hollywood steps in and glorifies the gangsta culture and any black who stays in school and tries get good grades and go to college is mocked or worse.

Niggers are living like a parasite on you. But how smart are you when you allow yourselves to be used by a parasite, hm? Niggers left alone would have unemployment rate in between 70 and 80% for sure, but living with you they not only get welfare benefits (paid by all the people who are under dollar parasitic regime: an entire world in other words), but benefits of having vastly higher possibility of finding jobs in your society (which they wouldn't have if left to build their own society).
But here is your chance to get things straight, and at long last either correct the wrongs of allowing Negro population the priviledge of living within your society, or amend the error of your founding fathers who accepted Negro population (even though as slaves) and exterminate them (which wouldn't be a new thing to you, as you would only repeat what you did to indigenous Americans, and if those true Americans can suffer such a fate, then surely Niggers can too; they shouldn't be discrimanated after all). Or you can give them a state in North Murican continent and separate yourself from that unproductive, parasitic African population forever.

What's not ever talked about are the studies that have been done over the years comparing different peoples (`breeds` of humans, if you will) against one another. Just like any other type of mammal, humans have group attributes just like dogs or cats. Some breeds of dogs/cats/<insert animal of your choice> have more prominent (or less so) attributes than others, generally speaking as a group. And while there are always exceptions to the rule, probability applies to groups (and groups of groups, like groups/races of humans) just like in any other statistical population. In all of the studies of different human races, blacks have been consistently found to be (again, generally speaking) less intellecutally gifted and more physically gifted. (Watch any organized sport save hockey and you'll figure that out for yourself quickly.)
The problem is that, in a free society where everyone is `equal` under the law, liberals/progressives conflate that principal of legal individual equality with equality of outcomes. The truth is that groups, like individuals, are not equal nor will they ever be. That said, it's to be expected that some groups on the whole will demonstrate that fact (i.e. black crime statistics and asian academic statistics). Individual people are not now, nor have they ever been, nor will they ever be equal nor will their races. In the end, it's really NOT just about appearance as the liberals/progressives would have you believe.

There are a lot of problems with your "breeds" argument, but the most basic is that there is more human genetic diversity in sub-Saharan Africa than in the rest of the world combined. Ethiopians, the Wolof, Zulus, and the Khoisan are less alike than Swedes and Samoans.
As for organized sports, blacks dominate three: American football, basketball, and track. That's it. They don't dominate hockey, soccer, rugby, cricket, boxing, golf, tennis, mixed martial arts, or baseball, nor Olympic sports like gymnastics, swimming, wrestling, diving, volleyball, weightlifting, and so on. Hell, soccer is by far the most popular sport in Africa, and they don't even dominate that.
I am a European, living in South Africa and happen to know a lot of people in the States. And I couldn't agree more. What's really upsetting me every day is the complete "politically correct" denial of the fact that within any race within a species, racial differences do exist and can be quite important. It's only tolerated to state this if it's about dogs, ..... bot NOT when humans are concerned. As if we were so special.

Another question: If white society has to intervene in order to not be blamed, then just what should white society do to prevent blacks from committing violent crimes and to prevent blacks from being victims of violent crimes in America?

I think that there is a pretty high correlation between one's IQ and criminality. Blacks are at the bottom of the IQ curve (not all-- some are above average, but it's not their pictures you see on mugshots.com) and consequentially are much more prone to criminality.
Unfortunately there's no curing stupid-- the only real choice is to remove them from civilized society.. jail, deportation, whatever.

To be fair, most murders in my state (based on recollection of news coverage) are white on white. That said, I know of at least one huge incident that occurred in a very vibrant neighborhood that was not widely reported. Granted, nobody died but it was a big event nonetheless. My point is, I can't be bothered to look up the stats.
One time I did look up stats in the FBI database. I found that a certain town in the great state of Ct. was missing 20+ murders in a single year. Haven't believed anything since.

That's a hard question to answer. Treating individuals on a case by case basis is the most reasonable action to take, but when it comes to explanations on population/group traits, the old arguments about nature -v- nurture, particularly studies in genetics and anthropology as well as pertinent statistics like the ones above that are very hard to ignore, well, they will inevitably lead to some conclusions that are not easy to express without being offensive.
An individual cannot help being born into a particular race. It is not a choice. Therefore attacking people for what they are is neither just nor reasonable, whereas criticizing individuals what what they do is perfectly reasonable. Herein lies the paradox when it comes to this subject.
Propensities for violence, lack of self control and low intelligence are what I have been taught about black people most of my life. Current stats seem to support these cliches, not just in our cities, but in Africa too. I don't think South Africa is the rape and murder capital of the world for no reason. But it is not a rule - exceptions do exist and arguably, that could apply to any American. In my experience, if you try to insult and embarrass any person for no other reason than the generalized traits of that person's lineage, then expect retaliation in kind. Expecting nothing but a smile and agreement is stupid.
As difficult and frustrating as it is for some people, how about doing unto others as you would like done to you instead? I mean that to all of you - whatever your backgrounds. In the mean time, do what you must, even if it means avoiding those groups of people you regard as high risk to your family's safety, but with an open mind.
We can all do with less hatred in the world, don't you think? Because what is the alternative here? :Genocide and sterilization/eugenics to prevent those we believe are inferior and a threat from living with us. Those are not options I can ever support.

The whole love and peace thing has been preached for decades and look at the trajectory on which we are. Pretty soon this country will be 100% gay, illegal, murders (of one stripe or another). This is not working.
We maybe should get mad. Extreme violence against individuals who do awful things to others might be warranted rather than coddling and enabling them. If I were to go out and get person A to murder person B for my personal benefit then the do unto others thing would indicate that person C should do me.
