Blacks are 13% of US population 37.6% of prisoners and 71% of shooters in Chicago
Over the last couple of years, one of the dinner discussions our family has had relates to the observation that many, if not most, of the alleged perpetrators of violent crimes whose photographs appear in the mugshot section of our local newspaper's crime report are black. We live in a very white area of what used to be rural farms and ranches, but is now being quickly developed with multi-family housing and strip malls. A large metropolitan city is a short drive.
The kids and wife have asked me, "Why do you think it is, dad, that the murderers and robbers are usually black?" How is a dad supposed to answer this?
First, I wanted to look at more data than just the police report of our local paper. What I found is that blacks are 13% of the US population, 37.6% of the US prisoner population, and 71.5% of the shooters in Chicago.

Next, I started to watch and read some popular news reports and articles on the internet about black violence. I challenge each reader to make it through just the following five:
9 Year Black Boy Old Punches, Kicks, and Chokes Toddlers at Daycare
10 Year Old Black Girl Attacks Teacher
Two 15-year-old black boys charged with murder
Three black teenagers charged with murder in the death of 16 year-old.
First-round NBA pick shot and killed 22-year-old mother of four.
Finally, I asked a black sheriff if the notion that most murderers and robbers are black fits with his observations and experience. He responded, "You gotta judge people individually."
I told him that I agree, and that I am not judging anyone. I asked him, again, "Does the notion that a majority of murders and robberies in your jurisdiction are committed by blacks fit with your observations and experience?" He paused, stared at me, and said, "Yes."
I asked him if he had an opinion as to why this might be the case, since blacks make up a small minority of the population. I told him that my wife and kids have been asking me these questions.
He said, "You need to watch yourself. You need to be real careful." Then the black sheriff's deputy put his hand on his sidearm, stared at me for a moment, turned around, and walked away.
So, this is where I find myself as an American trying to ask one hard question about race and violence in America.
Why do you think it is that the murderers and robbers are usually black? Is it the case where you live? How is a dad supposed to answer this question? Are your wife and kids even able to ask it? Are we as a nation even able to ask it?

There has not been any selective breeding nor enough time to produce a "a distinctly American tribe" of blacks, but you are right about them being "a broken people", even though most other people are also broken, but in a different way.

Re. Breeding traits into humans. People say that nonsense all the time in a pc knee-jerk reaction, ie. "It can't happen.". If that's so, then how did all those special, inbred related diseases get into the Askanazi genome? They were in ghettos for 2 centuries maybe 3.
Blacks were bred for specific traits in America. Not nice, but a fact just the same. Jimmy the Greek got dumped for being too truthy on this subject, years ago. Since slavery, the lack of education, ghetto life and the destruction of Black families via government hand-outs has worked its own magic on the gene pool.
Well, American mostly bought them from African slave traders, and the vast majority of them were either prisoners of war or criminals. So not the cream of the crop.

It's not repression. I'd call it the new black slavery. It has to do with dealing the imported narcotics. Most sellers are black, who go thru the revolving door of the justice system. They are essentially independent contractors for the importers(See-Aye-A) and the police industrial system(their benefit provider). What looks bad to white folk(prison) is actually a home away from hell for many.

I was changing the car battery in my car last Sunday morning - it was parked on the main street next to my house.
A black girl pulls up across the street from me - you're not supposed to park on that side. She's sobbing and hysterical - was wearing sweatpants and a bandanna, had missing front teeth, tongue piercing, in her early 20s - looked like an average gangsta girl. She manages to convey that she needs to charge her phone, make a call.
"What's wrong, lady? Why are you crying?"
She got jumped, by her own cousin, and she's two months pregnant. Apparently she and her "baby's father" had been actually trying to conceive, and that broke her heart. "How could he do that...?"
Consoled her a bit, told her to go home. That was her home. Damn. Told her to be strong, go to one of her friends' places immediately - only they can give her any consolation. After some more sobbing, she collects herself and leaves.
Meanwhile a jillion asian people walked by, wondering why the hell she was sobbing out and letting out little screams in agony.
That whole thing got me thinking... it can't be that only a black girl got jumped today by her black cousin. There must have been a white/brown/yellow girl who got jumped by her white/brown/yello cousin, etc. All over the world. But that girl who stopped across the street wasn't white, or brown, or yellow - she was black. However, a datapoint of one alone does not form a theory...
Tell your son that he can never succeed on his own and that the rest of the family hates him and that you're the only one he can trust. Tell him not to worry because despite all his inadequacies you'll always take care of him.
Then tell your daughter that it's her fault that her brother has become lazy and belligerent. Use her allowance to buy your son something which will make him even more dependent on you.

Always happy for the opportunity to quote Ron Paul. The man has the ability to take subjects which confound the world such as war, economy, abortion and racism, and unravel them in the most reasonable and convincing way.
Yep, simple answers for simple minds.
Only an elitist would think that the seven billion people living on Earth can't get along without politicians and their guns and prisons and enough bombs to destroy the world dozens times over. But even simple folk like me understand that all the death and destruction caused by government comes at the price of a decent, peaceable and productive life for those whom you consider to be peons.
This is a good start. Don't forget to tie this falsehood back to ethics, epistemology, and metaphysics. So to actually fix the problem, the solution presents itself from metaphysics not politics (or even ethics if this is what the implication of 'liberty' means.
Liberty means reliance upon self and no other. No person dependent upon another possesses liberty. The black culture is taught dependency upon race hustlers who reinforce this by constantly reminding them that white society is intent on holding them down and their only path is through dependency....a progressive religion. Everything is for and provided by the collective, of which none of us actually belongs. Even the collective is presented as a white institution that must be beat into submission to provide, if shame and guilt do not work, violence is perfectly acceptable, yet hose of us who are told belong to this group are never the recipient of its largess, only the provider of its entitlements. This theme provide two important facets....one is division as it is a must for them to aggregate power, the second is dependency upon the redistributionists administering the collective (the white funded entitlement bank).
There are many of us who are self reliant, however, we are still not free. Liberty means to be free from compulsion. What you have described is true but the fundamental principle that makes it so is the compulsion.
Life IS compulsion. We are compulsed to eat and drink and fight to survive, but not to be dependent upon any person or organization of persons. We will never be free from compulsion, but we will always be free to respond to it.

It was shortly before her death so it would be after she began to receive some restitution from the criminals who had been taking her money against her will for years.
