It is clear from the EU Finance Ministers' template-like comments to the press what the real worry is in Europe (and the world). It's not The Greeks (Schaeuble: "No other decision was possible, no problem with Greek referendum... need to see what happens next"), it's something else:

- *SCHAEUBLE SAYS WE'LL DO EVERYTHING TO FIGHT CONTAGION THREAT
- *PADOAN: IF INSTABILITY, ECB HAS INSTRUMENTS TO INTERVENE
And then there's this utter rubbish:
- ITALY'S PADOAN: "EURO AREA IS VERY STRONG."
- SCHAEUBLE SAYS EURO ZONE IS STABLE, REMAINS STABLE
But then they spew this...
- *PADOAN: "AT THIS POINT WE HAVE A CRISIS SITUATION''

Me thinks the concept of democracy has now emerged as the “illusion of democracy” as we witness the dictatorial powers of various entities and total complicity by the MSM. Most disturbing is the complete failure of the sheeple to come to grips with it. The Greek problem has been going on for a very long time and yet there are Greeple (Greek sheeple) who are just now trying to withdraw money from an ATM.
The list of atrocities is long. Two that come to mind are the Cyprus bail-in & confiscation of deposits and the appointing of a new PM for Greece by the EU. In America it’s all about homosexuals and blacks while the country is flooded with Hispanics through the porous border and the criminal elite prepare to install the next puppet as POTUS.
A near complete break-down of law and order will eventually happen but the authorities will stay the course because they will need to keep their jobs. Cops and soldiers will become thugs and kill their fellow citizens on command without remorse. We live in interesting times.

Why is the "stability" of markets an end goal? The goal should be the "integrity" of markets. That means real price discovery, real buyers, real sellers, real risk allocation, real investment and wealth strategies, real laws and real consequences for bad bets (or good bets).
