Meanwhile, Over At The Real New York Stock Exchange

Tyler Durden's picture

Ignore the constant commotion at the TV studio in downtown Manhattan which once was the New York Stock Exchange (currently owned by the ICE) and is now mostly packed with actors, cheerleaders, set designers and producers, and focus on the real exchange located some 40 miles away in Mahwah, NJ (which for a few months over the winter even had a laser attached to its main microwave tower), where moments ago the scene was the following...

Main entrance:

The Microwave towers:

And, apparently, quite a few electricians working for Pantaleo Electric...

And even the occasional gardner:

Worst ever contractor. Their phone system is designed to stone wall. There is no way to reach them. They will never return phone calls. We gave them a $200,000 contract and thinking of voiding it as we are frustrated with them not showing up to install. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY.

LOL, a software update/roll-out would never be started during the day.  When billions of dollars are trading.  Whoever believes that shit is a fucking fool.  Joe's Burger Shack wouldn't even attempt something that fucking stupid.  Also, they have seamless failover resiliancy in place.  Even if systems failed, they would immediatly be transfered to standby systems with no effect on business. Happens all the time.  Way too much money at stake for it not to happen.  Use common sense here.

That building if shockingly insecure. Whoever runs it is completely incompetent. Based on prior actual attacks, its plausible to imagine a small team with a truck bomb and light arms taking this facility with ease. Does trillions in wealth really depend on this facility? Shocking.
