Does anyone know if the HFT players are shut out without the Rahweh NYSE open? It does not seem as if there is the normal level of volume and manipulation.
A "glitch" doesn't shut down the NYSE for that long. Were trying to prevent exactly what they are accelerating.

It does take that long when your antiquated system requires that each trade left hanging is canceled manually.
