In Troubling Sign, Ford Now Offers $10,000 Discounts On New F-150 Pickups
When oil priced tumbled last year it was supposed to be a major boon for car sales and, indeed, courtesy of car loans whose rejections rates have never been lower and with LTVs for loans on used cars sold to subprime borrowers now a record high 150%, some such as government-favorite GM benefited greatly, with sales of Chevy Silverado jumping a solid 18.4% June. Others, however, have been struggling: sales of Ford's top-selling and most profitable line, the aluminum-bodied F-150, were down 8.9% last month as Ford's market share of big-pickup trucks dropped to 28% from 33% one year ago.
Ford's response: a huge push to incentivize buyers, in the form of discounts that can exceed $10,000 on its new aluminum-bodied F-150 pickup, which has been losing sales and market share this year even, as Bloomberg reports, "the automaker works to build inventory on dealer lots."
As USA Today adds, "in a move that sometimes spells sales trouble, Ford has started offering discounts of up to $10,479 its most important vehicle, the F-150 pickup."
"The discounting is unusual because the highly revised 2015 F-150 is relatively new in the market. The current version has an aluminum body to save weight, and thus fuel. Not only is the F-150 the nation's best-selling vehicle, but it is also considered one of the most profitable, at least compared to cars."
Taking a page right out of the AAPL playbook, Ford officials have blamed tight supplies for sales droop, but analysts aren't so sure. "The truck hasn’t sold up to expectations for the most part,” Akshay Anand, an analyst at auto researcher Kelley Blue Book, said in an e-mail. “This may be a hint that in certain parts of the country, the issue might just be more than supply."
“What will be more telling is whether the incentives start to go out nationwide,” Kelley Blue Book’s Anand said. “If limited to higher end trims and packages, this may not have a huge effect for the moment, as a truck still makes plenty of profit.”
Earlier this year, Ford cut spending on marketing promotions per vehicle 16% to an average $2,736, according to Autodata, which found smaller increases by General Motors Co. to $3,427 and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV to $3,277.
What is surprising is that Ford has said it had only half its normal inventory of the F-150 on dealer lots in June and won’t have a full supply until the end of September: as such one would be led to believe the supply shortage would serve as an artificial stimulus, but the significant price cuts suggests lagging demand may be a bigger culprit.
Sure enough, as Bloomberg notes, "F-Series sales fell 2.4 percent in the first half and have dented Ford’s earnings. The trucks were the top-selling vehicle line in the U.S. for the 33rd straight year in 2014. The new F-150’s fuel economy increased as much as 29 percent, primarily because the use of aluminum trimmed the truck’s weight by about 700 pounds (318 kilograms)."
Hiking incentives would be a logical next step to support declining demand, even if the company is eager to dispel the impression that the US consumer, despite an overabundance of cheap credit, may have hit a saturation point (or simply refuses to spend more money even if funded with zero-cost debt):
Improving inventory of F-150 is allowing Ford to offer more competitive incentives as part of its Summer Sales Event promotion, Erich Merkle, the company’s sales analyst, said Wednesday. He said overall incentive spending is down from a year ago and that the truck is selling for $44,100 on average, the highest transaction price in the segment.
Asked July 1 about dealer ads touting $10,000 discounts on F-150, Ford’s top U.S. sales executive said those incentives were being offered by individual dealers.
“I can tell you that that number of $10,000 is commonly used by our competition,” said Mark LaNeve, vice president of U.S. marketing, sales and service. “So you’ve probably seen a competitive response by a given individual dealer.”
Perhaps, but that does not explain Ford's recent sales weakness which have not been seen elsewhere: its competitors continue to outperform with sales of Fiat Chrysler’s Ram pickup rising 4.3% in the first half, while GM's Silverado, as noted above, saw an 18% jump in sales last month.
And yet, it may not be Ford's flagging sales but GM's continued outperformance that is the outlier. For a clue as to what may be the catalyst, we go to GM's latest sales release in which we read that:
State and local government sales were up 6 percent in June, with full-size pickup and Tahoe PPV deliveries more than doubling. State and local government sales are up 19 percent calendar year to date.
So is the government the ultimate source of subsidies to GM's income statement? Well, why not: it was the government that "subsidized" GM's balance sheet in 2009 with a bankruptcy process that put traditional Chapter 11 on its head. Is it that difficult to imagine that the government will do everything in its power to keep its golden auto child thriving, even if it means being on of the primary sources of demand? Those who are skeptical are urged to read our article from April: "The "Mysterious" Source Of Surging Demand For GM Cars, Revealed", and for the time pressed, here is the punchline: the US government.

Why not, since Ford and GM have a blank check
Ford never took a bailout /sarc
... it just means it's overpriced by $10,000 ...
... Found On Road Dead ...
But all we've heard about is how gangbusters car sales have been, so this really does seem signficant.

Not a financial issue (I didn't down vote you)

It's bad all 'round, not only cars amd trucks, food, retail, miners, etc. But the good news is, "it's contained."
Yeah, contained to the entire Earth so far!
We heard they're buying Burgers and Fries online 'cos it's "more convenient" (and 'cos nothing bad ever happens to the consumer).
I bought a deep fryer and a live trap off Amazon. I eat fresh… cat mostly, but fresh.
What the article fails to mention ( unless I missed it...) is Ford jacked the price 15k for the aluminium. 10k off is still 5k more than Ford buyers want to spend.
My cousin owns a roofing company and bought a shitload of these when they first came out. He's gonna be pissed off when he reads this....
Am I to understand from this article that the average price now paid for a Ford F150 is approximately $44,000? Or is it just some special (aluminum?) version thereof?
Either way, that just seems somehow insane.
Isn't the F150 a, well, a car with slightly heavier suspension, a pickup bed, and seating for two?
That is, by the way, about three times what I paid for my house, so maybe it's just me.
Trucks are WAY too exepensive these days ... Ford got rid of the Ranger - screw them!
Regards,
Cooter
Oil price drops didn't boost sales because gasoline prices haven't fallen. $4.15/gal in Southern California.
$2.639 today in ultra-rural Maine.
Yep. Take 15k off that 44k for 29k, and Ford was undercutting everyone else by 5 to 10k. That's why they were selling better than the others... not any of this other bullshit. Higher prices = less sales.
Sorry there toady but if you can find a 2015 pickup for $29k, it's a stripped fleet model someone liquidated. Try more likely listing those fuckers for $50K and selling for $38K
This is great news! It just proves that the econmy is roaring. Everyone is buying steak instead of eating pink slime from McDonalds.
I simply don't throw away those field mice anymore and pigeons. However, I do microwave them a bit longer then store bought meat, just in case the mouse or bird was nibbling on a banker.

don't worry - I hear goldman's going to sell pluto some mass/energy swaps to help it get readmission to the planetary union...
Funny, because near where I live it seems Houston PD is renting out squad cars that they move from fast food parking lot to fast food parking lot and rotate on a weekly basis. These fast food chains are getting held up at an alarming rate, you can rent a HPD Cruiser "Scarecrow" that you can stick in your parkinglot to hopefully scare away the theives. I haven't gone into any of the fast food places, but the officer may even be chilling in the store. I don't think that's the case though.

As I am a former Marine I do think it is important. At least as much so as Baltimore or Ferguson. Link below;

In related news, BHO has already cleared his calendar to attend Muhammed's funeral.

I thank the creator that he doesn't (as far as we know).
He doesn't even have daughters, they got them from "Rent A Kid". Two men can't make babies.
These events are part of American daily life and should be ignored - what's up with the Kardashians today?
So what if they lose money in every sale. They will make up for it with more sales volume....
So is this going to actually help these trucks hit the pricepoint of who they are supposed to sell them to?

Exactly why good used pickups go for over $10,000 here in the wilderness
Cause Joe and Bod and Cletus the plumbers don't want $50,000 tied up in a rig
And my 11 year old POS Chevy runs just fine... mostly... good enough..
I have been looking at used Tacomas man they do not lose value.
Which brings up a good point
WTF did Ford stop making the Ranger for a lower price point pickup?
Guess they thought everybody could afford a $50,000 full size with their 10 year financing.
Duh!
But GMs new Colorado is double what a Chevy 1500 was just 7 years ago. Frog, meet pot. Its getting warm in here.
If Ford didn't make a truly horrible engine for the F150, the 5.4 3v, then maybe sales wouldn't have deteriorated. People can only take so much when after 45K miles the timing tensioners go, roller followers, cam phasers, valve seals, on and on. I talked with a friend some time ago who is an engine rebuilder. He told me flat out:
"The 5.4 3v is BY FAR the worst engine on the market. Ford is making me rich. I get more calls on that engine than any other. I never get asked for a quote to rebuild anything made by Toyota, Nissan, or Honda."
And no, I am not a Toyota / Nissan / Honda rep or connected in anyway. I just know from very close friends that the Ford 5.4 3v is a real POS.
If you don't believe me, YouTube 5.4 3v ticking issues and you'll see all the suffering.
Being aluminum, how do the new F-150s handle? Is the ride nice?
That depends on what options/ how far you deviate from it being a truck to nothing more than a glorified SUV with a mini-bed in back. The new bare bones F-150's don't really drive any different than the 90's models IMO. I have the peak of F-150 production a 96 Eddie Baurer addtion with the 300 striaght 6 engine. Only way that engine will die is if you drain the oil on purpose along with the coolant and run it flat out for eight hours. I also deliver Ford vehicles all over the country many of which are F-150's. You do however notice the lower body weight in high winds and snowy conditions on the lower end models. I assume the upper end ones have enough extra weight to balance it out.
Just my 2 cents on this is that it is the typical consumer type that buys these trucks that are getting hammered. Sure loans are flowing out like water and I see them everyday but the people who are getting these loans are not generally the truck buying types they are more into the hybrid types and SUV's. Escape and Focus buyers are the ones eating up all the new easy loans while F-150 and above sales are to the traditional truck market types.
My old truck died after 20 years and god knows how many miles (Dodge). I picked up a 2013 model in Dec as they were clearing out for the 2014's. They did a similar clear out for the 2014's this last December. The price of a crew-cab XLT 6.5ft bed with a 5.0L was 32k (brand spanking new) and it's been a great rig so far. Serves well for long drives on a vacation and tearing concrete out of the ground. It seems the same 2015 starts at around 38k. So when they get into 'average' price you have to take into account an XLT (32k) vs. a Platinum at (50k) for 2013/4. I think they priced themselves back out of the market and since 2015 is a new model/frame/body and some new eninges people are in a wait and see mode. The 2015's seem nice but I would not buy on at this point.
I just bought a 2015 Ram 1500 Lone Star crew cab 5.7L V8 with remote start, back-up camera, automated folding mirrors, xm radio, etc. for 31k (MSRP was 42k) and got them activate the GPS function for free as an incentive. Pretty happy with it so far.
I hope it lasts as long as yours did.
The 5.4 was last used in 2010.
Engine & Transmission failure is what kills sales as soon as it gets around that there are bugs in any of the BIG three lines. GMC is the most expensive, and Dodge RAM is the cheapest. Ford is always the middle range Light Truck. Dodge RAM has bad transmissions, Ford has questionable engines, and GM will cost you to get away from those other two fuck ups. This is the way the BIG three have been for decades. After growing up with Dodge & Ford I decided that my old man was shit-for-brains when it cames to car manufacturers and I immediately opted to be a GM man for the remainder of my life at the age of 10. Since the age of 15 I have owned General Motors products without ever considering any other manufacturer.
Exactly the reason we are not buying one. I have heard more horror stories and heard the 3V engines that sound like a diesel at idle.
They cost about as much as a diesel to repair if you let them go that way long enough. Ford had some real doozies in the early/mid 2000's with that engine and the 6.0 and then 6.4 Powerstroke diesels(both good engines if you bullet proof them, adding thousands more)
No one can afford a 50k truck anymore. Most people don't make that in a year, and you'd have to be truly insane to pluck down a years salary for a fucking car.
Maybe some consumers are wising up though. I think many who COULD go out and buy one are choosing not too. If I wanted to, I could afford to go out and but one of those things brand new and drive it off the lot, but I choose to drive my 2004 z71 Tahoe instead and I'm happy with that decision. It's got a lot of miles, but it's been paid for a long time and runs great. I've had it for 7 years now(hoping to get 10 years out of it), and when it dies, I'll go buy another 3 to 4 year old SUV and hopefully get 10 years out of it too.
I'm gonna get mine, drive and maintain it for a hundered years and be done with it, you just have to make it yourself for a few grand and the worthless labor.
Foreign rides don’t have the extra employee discount depreciation right off the bat.
Exactly , and you can't really work out of these new trucks that sit on 18+ in rims and tall bed, found a 88 with 95k garage kept for 1500. Was glad to get it. The old 89 had 325k . Bought a like new suburban 4x4 with all the options for 3200 low miles when gas hit 390 something. No loan and full coverage buys a lot of gas
$60K for what is essentially 70's technology. If it wasn't for the tariffs on imported trucks, these lumps of iron would sell for $20K less.
Customs duty = 25% of wholesale value = Protectionism
Europeans bought in (Daimler, Fiat) and all of the sudden US-technology advanced 40 years. Dodge RAM and Ford "Eco"line vans were essentially 1970's models with some cosmetic improvements. Fiat brought in it's Ducato, Daimler it's Sprinter and Ford had to catch up with the Transit. ALl have smoothly running high effcient diesel engines. Daimler introduced it's 4x4 Sprinter in the US recently - with 20+ mpg that's light years ahead of US pick-up trucks.
If only GM, Ford, and Dodge still made their 1970s truck and van models I guarantee you they would be selling like hot cakes
I haven't seen the sticker on a new F-150 but have rented several of these in my travels. They are the best trucks I have ever driven, bar none.
Now I told a friend of mine that and he said they were expensive and the insurance was high because of the complexity of repairing aluminum. In the end, I guess it is all about the montlies (payments).
Thanks for that info. I have a used '99 F150 that we bought in great condition; the former owner drive 200 miles to work and back everyday for 5 years but kept it in top shape, good maintenance record. A few years ago the truck saved our lives in T-bone accident and we got our insurance company to fix everything instead of totaling it. I love driving it and feel safer than in a car. Sometimes think about the added comforts of a new one, but know that my old truck without bells and whistles (gps, aluminum, etc.,) probably is the better choice. Only 110K miles, our mechanic says the engine will never quit.
Don't forget that the majority of buyers are businesses small and large that can write off against income in some cases in one year. How's it feel to buy their trucks for them? If they can shelter their tax liability means the regular joe keeps paying.
I am keeping my powder dry till December/Jan. Then when they really start to freak I will strike with cash in hand and ready to make a deal, for a Toyota Tacoma that is. Sorry Ford and GM, I want something that I will have for 200,000 miles plus.
2001 GMC Sierra at 265k and going strong. Call me a believer in Mobil1 synthetic.
Cool
04 Tahoe with 170. My parents have an 01 suburban with close to 300 on it , still going strong. They also have a new tahoe, and can already tell it's not going to be a 300k vehicle. Tried to tell them not to buy another Chevy, but old habits die hard.
2002 Kia Spectra here. Two bald tires and a loose exhaust hanger that makes it sound like I'm churning Fruity Pebbles in the goddamned muffler. Bought it off an old woman--dimpling from her oxygen tank still visible on the passenger seat. Plastic bumper came off a while back, so I hot-glued it back on. I used to have a shoebox facsimile of the Flux Capacitor dangling between the front seats, but I though, nah, tacky.
To complete the ensamble may I suggest a roller bead seat cover, and a smallish, gaudy, plastic, golden crown you mount in the center of the dashboard.
Consider it done. It'll nicely complement the macrame owl nut sack hanging from the rear view.
2002 Tundra with 182 on the clock.
The frame is rusted (thanks Dana Corp in Toledo) but the engine is bulletproof.
Holding out for Cash For Clunkers part II. 1997 Saturn 275k on the odometer.
I love my Super Duty and never had a problem.
Good friend has a 99 super duty that uses in his business, tows all the time. Has 662k on it. Good ole 7.3....bulletproof. My 99 Chevy 3/4 ton 258k and still going strong.

Oops, double post. Sorry, I'm just a caveman. This modern picture machine frightens and confuses me!
True story: Wife and I were on a flight somewhere, and we happened to be seated next to one of Ford's high ranking midwest sales executives.
Naturally he asked what type of cars we drove. (Having survived the first dot-com bubble with some extra cash...) I told him I drove a 2000 BMW 323ci,and that my wife got the Mercedes SLK she had been asking (closer to pestering) me for over a year. He asked why we weren't driving a FORD or another American made vehicle. I told him the honest truth, thatafter all the research I had done, the important thing and the part that wears out the fastest on American made vehicles is the drive train. You have certainly noticed during the course of your lifetime that the drive train warranty never exceeds 100,000 miles. It's because shortly after that magic number, the drive trains fail.
Standard Disclaimer: The best part about this was getting the Ford rep to admit that I was 100% correct in my assessment.
Don't buy now. They will become cheaper next month. Haha
The end is near. Similar to 2006-2007 the tangible proof of their desperation is my mail overflowing with pre-approved card applications and debt consolidation loans. Old school analog phishing with a side of USPS lifeline.

Many big voume dealers will do stuff like this.
They basically make $0 on the sale of the truck, but Ford comes back and gives out big qrtly bonuses based on volume.

Ford has not asked for their blank check yet.
Oh, you mean other than the $6 Billion in TALF funds Ford received.
And the $16 billion their credit division received.
$22 Billion???
Fuck me. That's almost enough to rescue Greece.
having worked in the automotive field for forty years, this is what we call "going stupid" looks like. last year or the year before ford's knuckle heads decided to drop the ford ranger pickup and go with this piece of shit F150 as their small truck. first the new F150 is not that small. second....why drop the ranger which was the best selling pickup for twenty years? ever since j.c. penny's hired that idiot from apple to run a "clothing store" and then went all in with the gay spoken person, i always try to visualize the asses running these companies sitting around the board table and approving shit like this and then all giving each other high fives.......to what power of stupid?
p.s. alien above is correct, ford never took or needed a bail out. the dealer i worked for for closed due to ford shrinking their dealer line before the collapse.
It must be the Ford CEO that down voted you. My next vehicle will be a Tacoma. Since I started working 27 years ago I have owned a Ford Bronco II, Ford Explorer, and Ford Explorer Sport Trac. My dad owned 3 Ford Rangers. He now drives a Camry. I don't need a big truck to prove I have a penis. Ford dropping the small format trucks like the Ranger and the Sport Trac was a huge mistake.
I had a Ranger for a while. Typical build quality for an American vehicle. Crap. But, still, I ran it into the ground. The 4.0 litre V-6 that had been around since the 80's Ford Taurus was pretty bullet proof....at least for me. 5 speed on the floor.
The Sport-Trac was essentially an Explorer without the integrated camper. Not small anymore, but still smaller than the full size truck.
Yep.....leave it to the American car companies to drive us back to the Japs for a smallish truck for those of us who don't suffer from penis envy but still need to haul stuff around from time to time.
I was just in Chile and was surprised to see the Ranger name going strong. Descent looking truck. I was also surprised with the Chevy D-Max truck that could have been a clone of the Rangers running around too.
I wonder how many beer cans you could make out of that aluminum body ?

No, no, no - we, the taxpayers are offering $10K discounts on new F-150s.
Very true, and on another level we could acknowledge that Mother Nature has lent the new F-150s to us. We will discover our contract with her is non-negotiable when payment is due.
Who really needs to buy those oversized monstrosities? Not big enough to be a serious truck. Yet too big to be a civilized road vehicle.
Ya ... and why do peacocks need those giant feathers anyway?

I've been thinking the same thing lately.
Fraying, not unraveling. Unraveling is a fast process... The fray from friction in a rope is the precursor to unraveling.
The Country alleged to be the strongest will be the one to fall the quickest, as history shows they will cry bull until the day it crashes, 2008 was but a precursor. The HOUR the ATMs stop in America will be an unstoppable whirlwind that will burn Washington and NY City to the ground!
The Harlot will fall in one hour and make way for the Beast that arises from the masses!

of course it's not like most religions aren't business oriented anyways...
A couple of Mrs K's bridge lady friends who are not the least bit "religious" have separately mumbled something about End of Days or Revelations kind of things recently.

I sure hope they come for you first.
Agree with you, think it's over for USA.
Can't upvote you 'cause your green triangle's dead.
Was riding in one of those F-150's yesterday which was around a 60k vehicle. What a complete piece of shit. The truck looked like a rush build.
My neighbor bought an 82k fully loaded 2015 Ram 2500 with a lift kit.....60k aint shit anymore for a truck really.
Son of a bitch, Now that is a waste.
Indeed...
And I recently purchased 30 acres of hardwoods with a large stream for $36,000. I had to remind the banker who financed the 60% loan that most people I know are borrowing that much to buy cars!
Ok, I'll take the $10,000 discount, zero percent financing over 7 years, and oh yeah my FICO score is 590. All good, thanks

Anyone up for it? I mean, my eyes are already bleeding from all the Greece articles.
pods
good call Bay of pigs ---
What did he say?
I have seen comments disappear before so hopefully it was a comment glitch.
Tough going as of late. All Greece, all day, then come nighttime when the philosophical articles come out it is a poop flinging fest. I couldn't believe it. I guess everyone else must be drinking as much as I used to?

He basically said something along the line of: Another doom porn article by Zero Hedge...... oh my, the world is going to end. (paraphrasing of course)
Banning TIS for calling out the ZH permabears is bullshit.
Tyler got sand in his vagina?
Fuck this shit!
change the name to "sand in the vee ay gee club?
Another remark about ZH doom porn and weariness - think Tyler had enough.
Totally correct in your assertion, pods. Greece all day, then as soon as evening rolls around, we get the "other issues" philosophical threads. I guess it's something...
As for me, I've already said everything serious I wanted to say in the first year of my time here, and learned a great deal from slewie and reading the collective conversations of Yen, fonz, kito, fancis, et al... I like my general class clown position, but the monotony can indeed be wearisome.
I think the Greek thing got everybody down. I was hopeful something good might happen but after seeing the way it played out...I thinhk this can will be still kicking around long after I'm dead.
One of the ford things came in the mail the other day. It looks like a fancy scratch ticket, lovey scratched it and it says we "won" 5000 bucks. I just looked at it again and it says "no purchase necessary". WIth our luck it was legit and we ignored $5000 assuming it was fraud like everything else.
WRT Greece there is NO can left to kick. they have defaulted whether they choose to call it that or not and can NEVER pay their debt back nor even make payments. they are fucking done...
ok they are fucking done. Now let us look at the situation again. The Euro is still standing. Seems like they avoided a greek tragedy too me.
Not just Greece, all cans get kicked.
True dat!!!!!
@chunga and saints: Agreed that the Grecian subjugation and non-withdrawal has let down the hopes of millions worldwide, let alone the poor souls in Greece who thought their "votes" still mattered. This was one of the last chances to end the madness, now, and we got to see how effective dummacrazy really is. Every country, kicking its exponential can down the one-way road. There's a headlight approaching the opposite way, and it seems to be getting closer, but at second glance it isn't.
No- It's definitely getting closer:

Germany and France are thinking that exports to Iran will buoy up their sinking economies.
US plans on selling more Boeing planes to Iran.
France plans on selling more Airbus planes to Iran.
Iran planning lots more flights out/into Iran to help their economy.
Iran gets $Billions in investments in their infrastructure.
Germany, France and Brazil are among the non-Asian members of the AIIB, despite US efforts to dissuade allies from joining it. Another US ally joining AIIB is Australia.
Germany and France have to be thinking that this is the only way to keep their ships afloat, and not become like Greece. They are chomping at the bit to start trade with Iran, and along with Iran, have joined AIIB recently.
Watch how many articles like this come out about other Euro countries over the next weeks and months.
It seems this is the decision for the Euro countries:
Join AIIB and trade with Iran (and Russia soon to follow),
OR
Be the next Greece.
Europe will pivot East.
"The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the East." -Revelation 16:12
These are the days of the Sixth Seal.
This is what what happens next:
"Then I saw three impure spirits that looked like frogs; they came out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet. They are demonic spirits that perform signs, and they go out to the kings of the whole world, to gather them for the battle on the great day of God Almighty.
“Look, I come like a thief! Blessed is the one who stays awake and remains clothed, so as not to go naked and be shamefully exposed.”
Then they gathered the kings together to the place that in Hebrew is called Armageddon.
The foretold time has never been closer.
Yeah I think TiS had one of those days most of us have had..and he called a spade a spade.
You know the shitshow is bad, that nothing is being done to fix the real problem (bogus Fiatscos), the state is utterly corrupt, most people are still asleep, and you figure it HAS to end sometime soon...but the end does not come. This shit can remain irrational longer than you can remain solvent. I've had a number of days over the last 18 months when i just felt like giving in: buying growth indexes, shopping at starbucks, and pretending everything is ok. But you can't...Temet Nosce. remain strong and keep showing people the glitches in the Matrix. Eventually this house of cards will go down. it's just going to take a thousand cuts rather than one big slice...
Everybody must be a little on edge. How many times can you say things are fucked up and stock markets are rigged beyond belief before it begins to look like either you are crazy or it's the same old same story you wrote six years ago.
THis is fucked up. I am with you Skateboarder. Ban me too Zerohedge. You pussy Mother Fucker. I guess his ashkenazi feelings are hurt.
