Pre-Crime Is Upon Us - "Schools Assess Students' Threat Level" From Kindergarten Up

Tyler Durden's picture

Submitted by Mac Slavo via SHTFPlan.com,

Minority Report, eat your heart out. The real system is worse than anyone could have imagined.

By now, everybody knows that the NSA and a host of other alphabet agencies are spying on Americans, collecting virtually every piece of communications data they exchange, regardless of whether or not they are “doing anything wrong.”

But what are they doing with it?

Apart from its value in consumer and marketing fields, the data is used to create “threat assessments” and put a black mark on the record of anyone who the authorities deem troublesome that will follow them throughout their career, and make it harder for individuals to get a job, qualify for a loan, travel, or enjoy the rights of a (now once) free society.

MassPrivateI reports:

Our government want us to believe that EVERY student is a potential threat and we need threat to stop them.

[…]

Every student is given a “THREAT ASSESSMENT” by police and school administrators!

Schools and police are using V-STAG to assess a ‘threat level:

“The Virginia Student Threat Assessment Guidelines (V-STAG) is a school-based manualized process designed to help school administrators, mental health staff, and law enforcement officers assess and respond to threat incidents involving students in kindergarten through 12th grade and prevent student violence.”

The war on terror is out of control! Watch out that kindergarten kid could be a threat!

This program and others like it have been developed at the federal level, with FBI involvement, and coordinated across local, state and private organizations. The idea, unfortunately, is to implement this watch-and-flag surveillance grid across the system at every level, and with every institution that people must participate in.

Hey, if it works for prisoners, it would be great for a once free society.

The intent of schools to nurture children and help them to learn and grow into responsible adults has been subverted by an intrusive and paranoid surveillance system that considers every mistake to be a warning of crimes and misdeeds to come.

And by treating everyone as a criminal before they even do anything, it probably creates a self-fulfilling prophecy.

The Secret Service has the audacity to call threat assessing of kindergarten students a safety concern. “The Final Report And Findings Of The Safe School Initiative.”

“The Safe School Initiative” was implemented through the Secret Service’s National Threat Assessment Center and the Department of Education’s Safe and Drug-Free Schools Program.

Every student is being PROFILED and given a risk assessment rating, according to the Secret Services article titled “Evaluating Risk For Targeted Violence In Schools: Comparing Risk Assessment, Threat Assessment and Other Approaches.”

What’s really being said is police and school administrators can put your kid(s) into mental health counseling which will follow them throughout their adult lives! Oddly there isn’t any mention of the school-to-prison pipeline!

Meanwhile, this system is designed to expand throughout a student’s life and merge with other emerging “threat assessment” systems that follow adults in the general population as well.

Colleges nationwide are using ‘Campus Teams’ to give their students sexual threat assessments, there is a “Legal Compliance and Sexual Violence Prevention Training” being held in Boston this July 27, 28th.

“This training will address the critical intersection between compliance with federal laws to address sexual and intimate partner violence, and the role that threat assessment can play in effectively addressing these issues.”

In adulthood, police departments and private employers are now also using threat assessment scores to profile and target against individuals who have raised red flags.

Think it’s just those have committed crimes and demonstrated what bad people they can be? Think again. Dissidents, outspoken critics, competitors and opponents will all get flagged as the system is abused by its controllers and used to hammer down any nail that dares to stick up.

This system will create a society of compliance and fearful people, not a free society free of crime and trouble.

Whether or not this system can actually prevent crime remains unproven, but its ability to tarnish the record of individuals and place entire populations under preemptive suspicion is certain… and likely dangerous.

"I'm scared to send my kid to public school"

"Most can't afford to home school their kids"

Too fucking bad!!!! Then make a decision to not have kids as my wife and I did. Bitch about all these problems that you yourself created. If you could not afford to have one parent stay home to school your children, then suffer with the brainwashing they are gonna get.

I pay $4000 a fucking year in school taxes because somehow it's my job to pay for your inability to pull out. Shut the fuck up and quit your bitching. You made them, now deal with it......

Better way to put it is pay for what you need and not what somebody else wants - done finished.

For 30 years we have had families given preferential financial treatment along the lines they get more. This get more by a substantial portion of the populatin made all the facilities and services incuding homes cost more because hey those providing the services charge and expect more WOULDN'T HAVE GUESSED IT! You can also argue the same for the minimum wage bollocks.

Those who do not need these services should start getting substantial tax returns to compensate because many are tired of paying for others to have a quality of life far in excess of theirs. You can minimum wage the teachers, police and all the rest too then lets see how many because it NO LONGER PAYS GET OUT!

You know, communists and Nazis always compile dossiers on their citizens.

The people with the most freedom in this country are the illegals.

This is simply racism of beliefs - if you do not 'think-speak' correctly, add a comment and black mark to the dossier.

Communists - who would of thought.....

My wife was a teacher's aide for 5 years in an elementary school 20 years ago.  Over the years the little boys that she figured would be thugs and hoodlums were in and out of jail with one thug's victim being shot and dieing in the parking lot of the store where my wife was working.

Polpot started out this way. It ends up with the kids killing all the parents in big wide open fields. The Globalists like Clinton's and Bush promote this kind of future for America. They make more money from oil and junk some how if the kids chop their parents to pieces.

Northern Virginia public schools are basically in a state of open gang warfare between Hispanics and Blacks.  Blacks are losing.  The Asians and most of the white kids try to stay out of the way and do what their parents tell them to do: learn and prepare for college.

How will you identify the quiet, non-violent, victims like Cho Sueng-Hi (Cho was a piece of shit that gunned down a bunch of quality people but he was once a victim himself...) as he is tormented daily while trying to study and achieve academically?  These people don't even fight back as they are bullied for YEARS.  Will that be an indicator recorded by this threat assessment system?  "Student is on the honor roll and is bullied frequently, terrorism probability: high."  And then Cho turned up one day out of nowhere and gunned down 30 white kids, who I assure you were not the real source of his bullying his life growing up in Northern Virginia.

What a joke.  What a joke America has become.  It's just an endless stream in insanity coming out of the U.S. these past few years.

Big deal.

I made the 'threat assessment chart' in my first week of high school in the late 60's. Some older guy and his buds thought it might be fun to hit some new kids on the head with a book. My guy was doing fine with just the broken nose until he landed halfway down the stairwell. The rest of the stairs broke his rib.

Sure, I got a week suspension for fighting but since he started it and he hit another kid, it was no big deal. I got the big talk about no revenge and playing nice. I laughed at the VP and said he would be more useful giving that talk to the other kid because he got lucky I didn't come down the stairs after him and he might not be so lucky if there's a next time. The VP was an old gym teacher and coach and gave me the hard eye but he knew the way the world worked.

I suppose I owed my demented evil older brother for being a bully because he, in unintended lessons, taught me to fight and not take shit from anyone.

No problems with fighting in school from that point on.

Cool story bro.  Starting in the mid-90's schools have had a "zero tolerance policy" for fighting which means both kids get expelled.  My high school was like this.  It was one of the most violent schools in the state when I started but by mid-way thru my freshman year they brought in a former reform school old ass man to be principle and every single kid involved in a fight expelled.

Didn't matter if a kid walked up to you and punched you in the face for no reason, if you fought back you got expelled.  Period.

Those policies are pretty much nation wide now.  So you'd be a kid who got kicked out of high school and couldn't get into college and probably wouldn't have amounted to anything.

Cool Story Bro is so 2012.  It's all about The Minions these days.

College doesn't seem to be getting anyone jobs, so what's the point of going?  Might as well not worry about going to High School either.  Somehow school is a complete waste of time now.

I've stated this on several occasions but no harm in posting it again.

The only good politician is a dead politician ( ok so there are a handful in every Parliament around the globe who are semi-decent ).

The offspring of these despotic politicians, civil servants, generals and other so-called elitists are sent to global finishing schools, military academies etc ( all at tax-payer expense or monies embezzled from the PUBLIC PURSE ) to continue in the time honoured family traditions of 'jackboot to the windpipe ' or worse.

Put a black mark on their record?

That's rayciss!!!

Why does it have to be a black mark?

It should be fluorescent orange, or that high visibility green that road crews wear now.

How about a red mark if they shed others blood on the playground.

I wonder, how many more ways are the US PTB going to devise to destroy society.

So now, they're onto "criminal" toddlers, an excellent way to convince children they can - and should - be unreformable ciminals, since criminals  seem to lead the USA and to be prime TV and movie icons.

A child's only point of reference is what adults tell him. Tell him or her he or she is a criminal and as he or she'll have no way of knowing otherwise, they will believe you and behave accordingly when the time will come.

It seems the USA's leaders nihilistic imagination is limitless. As long as all the Americans won't go downright insane, criminal or suicidal, they won't stop.

"He was such a good kid.  Smart, kind, hard working.   But quiet kept to himself a lot.  I honestly am shocked why he killed 25 of his fellow classmates".

Same old shit another day.  The more they dig, the deeper we all have to go.  It won't change a god damned thing.

Hey jackasses why not spend all that money you're spending on profiling to improve public education ahem programming.    I knew you couldn't.

Safe schools, yeah right </sarc>.  Today's schools are still filled with girl and boy bullies that get away with kid on kid terrorism called 'peer pressure' and 'threats of violence'.   You know what happens to the kid that tattles - gets ass kicked later while going home.    I'm waiting for the Presidential Youth initiative where these kids can be indoctrinated into how to bully the bullies and become the new terror organization in our schools.

Oh shit I forgot we already have the Safe School Initiative where everyone is Hitler and everyone else are the terrorist jews..

Sheesh what the fuck is next?   Child slavery.   Oh yeah it's called work and career..  Shit what was I thinking here..  Carry on fuckers Hell will be a vacation spot compared to Earth and heaven some rich fucks bunker.

My mom use to say -

The road to hell is paved with good intentions.

Even if I give these motherfuckers the benefit of the doubt - they are really trying to help kids learn. (I know stupid  but play along)

It will still end up being used for more evil than good.

Naturally, neutering and spaying niggers and beaners well before puberty, which might actually make them better behaved, won't be considered for a moment. Alleged screening for criminal tendencies will only be carried out on poor white boys who dare act like boys in school.

Sick. That will keep a lot more people employed. The union job is alive and well. Create useless work, do less, achieve nothing, make nothing, grow nothing, invent nothing, discover what already exists, and hinder progress.

Everyone knows that the largest risk to society us the MIC.  Those in that industry need to be sequestered from the rest of society.BBut this plan won't last. Almost every human has the capacity for violence under certain conditions.

Why? Because everyone knows that things that won't change under reasonable democratic actions can and will change with violence.Think of a government plan to insert tracking implants in all people in society save the MIC the elite and government. Let's's say 95% of the people oppose. Government rams the law through  Some people might just get violent before government inserts implants into their family.    If enough people feel the same way - government can and will be neutered.

Well now that it is in the good ol's US I can expect it here in Canada too if it is not already here. Interference in people's lives and the frustration of being dictated to by people who know less than they do is causing all this unrest. Along with losing the ability to earn a decent living and make ones life financially better in the long run is having a very negative effect on the mass psychology. When they see or perceive on small group of people with all the choices and freedom it only fuels the fires of discontent. The next few years should be interesting.
