Least Transparent Ever: IRS Used "Wholly Separate" Message System To Hide Communications

Barack Obama promised to have the “most transparent administration ever,” but as with pretty much every other promise he’s made over the years, the exact opposite is what has occurred.

From Hillary Clinton using her own private email server while Secretary of State, to the latest revelations that the IRS (which intentionally targeted American citizens based on their political views), used a “wholly separate” instant messaging system in order to conceal their internal communications. Of course, not only is there no transparency, but as is the case with all shady and undemocratic “elite” behavior, there is no accountability.

In the latest bit of information to emerge, we learn from Americans for Tax Reform that:

The IRS used a “wholly separate” instant messaging system that automatically deleted office communications, according to documentation released by the House Oversight Committee on Monday. The system appears to have been purposefully used by agency officials responsible for the targeting of conservative non-profits, in order to evade public scrutiny.

 

The system, known as “Office Communication Server” or OCS was used by IRS officials, including many in the Exempt Organizations (EO) Unit, which was headed by Lois Lerner.

 

As the Oversight Committee report states, the instant messaging system did not archive any communications, so it is not possible to know what employees of the EO unit discussed on it.

However, in an email uncovered by the Committee Lerner warns her colleagues about evading Congressional oversight:

“I was cautioning folks about email and how we have had several occasions where Congress has asked for emails and there has been an electronic search for responsive emails – so we need to be cautious about what we say in emails.”

 

Lerner then asks whether OCS is automatically archived. When informed it was not, Lerner responded “Perfect.”

 

While it is possible to set the instant messaging system to automatically archive messages, the IRS chose not to do so, according to one employee interviewed by the Committee.

This is not what freedom looks like.

The apportionment clause still exists as part of the Constitution. The 16th merely left the Constitution in conflict with itself. Repeal of the 16th AND 17th will go a long way to fixing this mess.

You might not pay "income" or "fica" taxes, but you pay. Everytime you buy something you pay taxes, and I'm not talking about sales tax. All the taxes assessed down the line are built into the price. You're right, the overgrown criminal enterprise that our gov has morphed into feeds itself anywhere it can tap into any economic transactions and even into the mere possesion of wealth (they want a cut of what you got!).

But, as I read this post and the comments, I note two things:

1. I think it is likelly that these "revelations" are a deliberate and staged catharsis, a "yes, we were bad, but we'll bevavior ourselves now" experience designed mainly as a distraction, as a way of saying:  Hey! Look over there!!! .... (and don't listen to people saying we shouldn't exist at all...based simply on common sense)

2. While I agree with many of the constitutional arguments against the existence of the IRS and the Income Tax, you need a functioning court system that has integrity for such arguments to have any effect.  We have a court system that is so corrupt it is willing to redefine words like tax and purchase based on some argument that says congress didn't mean what it said when it said what it said... reminds me of the phrase "...what the meaning of the word is is".  Our court system is a sick joke.

I appeal to common sense:  THE FAIRTAX (HR25).  If you can wake enough people up, you have common sense on your side!

Everyone should support FIJA, the Fully Informed Jury Association. The Founders intended for the juror to be the final arbiter of unjust laws. It was intended that the system was not to rest on a Judge's orders to go by the letter of the law, but rather the common sense of the jury. We already know that the legislators make laws in accordance with the oligarchs' instructions. Besides, most are as dumb as a jail cell that most should occupy.

So, what do we have now in the FSA? Over 3 million unjust laws and ordinances, each of which limits someone's freedom. Some destroy all of our freedoms, except the scum that have the power to place themselves above the law.

The "government" has not been legitimate since Lincoln's War. When the southern States' contingent walked out of congress and congress adjourned "sine die" (without a day), congress officially dissolved. They never had a lawful quorum so never lawfully reconvened.
It was Lincoln ruling by decree back then which is the basis for all actions since. He ordered congress to do certain things under martial law (military rule). He even had the governor of New York arrested for opposing certain decrees.

We have had a corporation ACTING as government since 21 Feb 1871.

So... B and C are subdivisions of the "Federal corporation." For further verification go to Dunn & Bradstreet (dnb.com) or manta.com. You will find that ALL government entities are listed as private corporations right down to your local police department and school district.
The "law" isn't what you think it is. It's all corporate regulations. Congress and legislatures are acting as the board of directors for the corporations and most don't have any idea. You are simply seen as a corporate asset (human resource) with an asset tag # (SS#) that is not allowed to tell your owner what to do.

The questions you should be asking are, "Who owns it?" "Who are they really working for whether they know it or not?" "What are the requirements to be a CEO of a corporation?"
Hint: You don't have to be a Citizen of any specific country to head up a corporation.

These Criminal Psychopaths / Sociopaths are just minions gaming a Criminal FRUAD system all based on Contract Fraud through our CONSENT (Blacks Law Dictionary) & deception.

Excellent.  The preamble of our 1788 constitution, which wikipedia doesn't include in it's US constitution entry, are:

"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America"

 

But in 1871, the language was changed regarding the new DC government as obeying "the laws of the United States of America"

In other words, a government for a collection of states became a government ruling over the 'unites states', but the legal party the 'united states' had no prior existence as a legal entity.  Where does it come from? Essentially it was a made up word for a new legal entity.   Therefore the new DC government created a new government superceding the original constitution, which is no longer applicable regarding the limits of federal powers vs states powers.  Nowdays, federal powers trump everything; the former rights of the states and people mean nothing to the Federal authorites

 

The change from 'for' to 'of' is critical, since 'for' assumes states have individual identiies that still carry over from their original definitions under England's rule or as existing prior to joining the  states as membersof the'united states'.   The new Unites States government doesn't recognize the existence of any prior state.  It therefore makes it's own laws over all the states.  It's not surprising that the resulf of the civil war was really a revolution, a usurping of the original government for the nisted states of America.  

 

Much like the King of England (check article six of the Magna Carta to see how early 'the City' of London priveledged 1 square mile zone was) and his banker buddies created the 'City' of London as a new self governing entity, consisting of a 1 square mile of land on the borders of the old Roman fort called Londinium,   The Bank of England, the British East India company, all the trade of the British empire flowed (and still does or throught the royal monarchs possessions such as the channel islands) through this self governing area.   Our DC has become same on this side of the Atlantic, ruling in a political and economic matters, and in thus having more political power exercised via military muscle, than 'the City' has.

February 21, 1871 Congress Passes an Act to Provide a Government for the District of Columbia, also known as the Act of 1871*

With no constitutional authority to do so, Congress creates a separate form of government for the District of Columbia, a ten mile square parcel of land (see, Acts of the Forty-first Congress," Section 34, Session III, chapters 61 and 62).

 

The act -- passed when the country was weakened and financially depleted in the aftermath of the Civil War -- was a strategic move by foreign interests (international bankers) who were intent upon gaining a stranglehold on the coffers and neck of America.

Congress cut a deal with the international bankers (specifically Rothschilds of London) to incur a DEBT to said bankers. Because the bankers were not about to lend money to a floundering nation without serious stipulations, they devised a way to get their foot in the door of the United States.

 

The Act of 1871 formed a corporation called THE UNITED STATES. The corporation, OWNED by foreign interests, moved in and shoved the original Constitution into a dustbin. With the Act of 1871, the original Constitution for the united States (1788) was defaced in effect vandalized and sabotage when the title was capitalized and the word "for" was changed to "of" in the title

THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (1871)

is the constitution of the INCORPORATED UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. 

 

It operates in an economic capacity and has been used to fool the People into thinking it governs the Republic. It does is not !

 

Capitalization is significant when one is referring to a legal document. This seemingly "minor" alteration has had a major impact on every subsequent generation of Americans.

 

What Congress did by passing the Act of 1871 was create an entirely new document, a constitution for the government of the District of Columbia, an INCORPORATED government. This newly altered Constitution was not intended to benefit the Republic. It benefits only the corporation of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and operates entirely outside the original Constitution.

 

Instead of having absolute and unalienable rights guaranteed under the original Constitution, we the people now have "relative" rights or privileges. One example is the Sovereign's right to travel, which has now been transformed (under corporate government policy) into a "privilege" that requires citizens to be licensed.

 

By passing the Act of 1871, Congress committed TREASON against the People who were Sovereign under the grants and decrees of the Declaration of Independence and the original Constitution.

If i were elected president i would tell every american, legal that is, to stop filing an income tax return because they are commutting a crime when doing so. I would then pardon them, legal americans that is, and dissolve any debts they incur from the illegal IRS.

I would then force congress to follow the law and veto all legislation including any national security legislation until this happens. I would also prevent convress from getting a paycheck until freedom and liberty is restored to the american, legal that is, people. Then i would have trials for treason in the rose garden where members of congress who are guilty, and all of them are, hang from the neck umtil the be dead, dead , DEAD!!!

I would simultaneously lock the borer down unti the rule of law was restored, i would impose marshall law and have every federal judge removed from their illegal post and hold elections by paper ballot to restore the semblence of law to the people, american that is, who wish to be free.

LIBERTY IS A DEMAND!!! LIVE FREE OR DIE AND THE ONLY WAY THAT HAPPENS IF WE ALL GIVE UP OUR SELFISH DESIRES AND SACRIFICE COMFORT AND PLEASURE FOR FREEDOM AND LIBERTY!!!

Since Whites are being attacked as a race, we have no other choice but to defend ourselves as Whites. .gov discriminates against us, private businesses discriminate against us, the mainstream media conducts mind-warfare against us, and people of color are SLAUGHTERING White men, women and children DAILY, with liberal doses of rape and torture as well.

I hope the IRS has the arrogance to kick up their criminal activity. Once the camel's back finally breaks, anyone who previously worked at the IRS won't be able to get a job scrubbing toilets. The leadership will likely be taken care of by the raging populace.

That pendulum will start swinging the other way, and if it is forced to move in it's current trajectory far enough, it will look more like an axe or guillotine blade than a pendulum when it comes back the other way. If there was ever anyon ody who should be given enhanced interrigation it is lois lerner and john koskinen. Especially mr koskinen who looks like someone who rapes little boys.

They both, at the snd of their interrigation shiuld be taken out back, have their hands and feet nailes to the ground and run them over with a steam roller going exactly .75 mph. Give them every opportumity to confess and when they do slow it down to .666 mph.
