Are We Being Forced Into a “Second American Civil War”… If So, Who Will Win?

A culture war has been stirred up.

Divisions are along predictable lines: racism, police abuse, controversial social issues, and plenty of left vs. right, demographics and regional baggage to clash over as well.

And by all accounts, differences and distinctions between people have been intensifying, not blurring and fading away.According to the Washington Post, many Americans have been relocating themselves in one of the 11 distinct areas of the country to live with like minded people.

The best way to keep us from fighting the real enemy is to keep us fighting amongst ourselves.

But could the culture war ever turn into a real war?

Some people actually think so, and it seems the military has been planning for the scenario, too. The potential for economic and societal breakdown is real.

As Infowars previously reported:

The U.S. military agrees that the chance of a break down in the system is real:

A new report from the U.S. Army War College [here is the report] discusses the use of American troops to quell civil unrest brought about by a worsening economic crisis.

The report from the War College’s Strategic Studies Institute warns that the U.S. military must prepare for a “violent, strategic dislocation inside the United States” that could be provoked by “unforeseen economic collapse” or “loss of functioning political and legal order.” [The report also warns of a possible “rapid dissolution of public order in all or significant parts of the US.”]

Former Governor Rick Perry made a lot of noise about succession in Texas. A Russian scholar even predicted the break up of the United States into six parts (with the bankers secretly in control of the pieces, and the grander North American Union:

He also cited the “vulnerable political setup”, “lack of unified national laws”, and “divisions among the elite, which have become clear in these crisis conditions.”

He predicted that the U.S. will break up into six parts – the Pacific coast, with its growing Chinese population; the South, with its Hispanics; Texas, where independence movements are on the rise; the Atlantic coast, with its distinct and separate mentality; five of the poorer central states with their large Native American populations; and the northern states, where the influence from Canada is strong.

Here’s part of the long answer that one former Marine, Jon Davis, gave to the question, “If every state of the USA declared war against each other, which would win?.”

These are the accounts of the Second American Civil War, also known as the Wars of Reunification and the American Warring States Period.

After the breakup many wondered which states would come out in control of the power void created by the dissolution of the United States. There were many with little chance against several of the larger more powerful states. The states in possession of a large population, predisposition for military bases and a population open to the idea of warfare fared the best. In the long term we would look to states with self-sufficiency and long term military capabilities.

Here are the states that held the greatest strategic value from day one. They have the ability to be self-sufficient, economic strength, military strength, the will to fight and the population to support a powerful war machine.

California
Texas
New York

Others that have many of the qualities that gave them an advantage are also listed.

Washington
Colorado
Illinois
Virginia
Florida
Georgia

His full answer includes sample journals from the nearly 3,000 day war he envisions (which is now being optioned by Hollywood). To make a long story short, California, Texas and New York become the power bases for the 2nd American Civil War, and each carves out an empire from the mainland of allied or subjugated states, which add to the balance of resources.

Here is Davis’ final map and full account:

The attempts to reunify the former nation are shaky at best.

Things may not be as simply as carefully divided states, but there are already many layers of conflict throughout society, and some of it has already turned to violence, riots and bloodshed.

Unfortunately, it can happen here. But will it?

How much farther will things go? And will any notice the hidden hand behind those events?

Who are the real controllers, and who stands to gain from a new civil war?

Yawn,  this has been out there since November 2008.  Nothing new here. Slavo just needs some fearmongering to keep his site going.

This is right up there with the 2012 Small Wars Journal article, "Full Spectrum Operations in the Homeland: A “Vision” of the Future"

I agree that this map is way too simplistic. Idealoligy does not start and stop at State borders. Example, Michigan is a different mindset from Grayling right on up through the U.P., people want to be left alone. The large cites from say Lansing on down to Detroit are liberal holes. In general the cities in much of America are liberal holes. Out in the country - not so much. Makes more sense to this old man to draw a map like that. And what's with grouping higher education with liberal mindset, not so. Hey mainstream media, conservatives value higher education too.

I think the point of the article is not to say there are no political differences within the 3 zones , and in fact much of the fighting that could occur, would occur within the differing communities within these zones, (as you suggest), but that these areas represent self-sufficiency sites which could exist independently of each other regardless of their ultimate political composition.

If such a violent 300 day transition were to occur, I think the threat of a military use/control of WMDs would extend beyond the USA's borders and would elicit a potential "international"response that could be used to unify the disparate groups if tapped into successfully.  Not sure if I would want to be located outside the borders of the USA, stationed on an ship or other military installation if such an event were to occur either.

Just a thought.

Circa 2013 - America had 14.63 million liecnsed hunters.  This is people who paid a fee (tax) for a hunting license to kill.  Many have .308 scoped rifles.

http://wsfrprograms.fws.gov/Subpages/LicenseInfo/HuntingLicCertHistory20...

Michigan?  Over 761,000

NY? 581,401

PA?  968,735

TX 1.036 million.

Tenn is not a huge state but has 503,547 licensed hunters.

Florida, GA and AL has about 2.3 million CCW holders.

well you try not to concentrate enough where they would fire a missle. if you were to ever take on a force superior in technology, support, and weaponry you need to study southern revolutionary war, north vietnamese and afghanastan tactics,  primitive but undetectable ways to communicate, concentrate for an objective, then dispurse,  melt into the background.

The incredibly stupid Confederate invasion of the United States kicked off your war of Northern Aggression.

The southern Confederacy may well have lived if it had not forcibly seized the real estate of a powerful neighboring country in the form of Fort Sumter-- which had never, ever been part of South Carolina. It was a shoal that Federal dollars turned into a US Fort-- and thus subject to the exclusive ownership and jurisdiction of the Federal government. Just as an experiment, try asserting state law on any Federal installation or enclave within the boundaries of your own state as a useful example of the limits of state sovereignity. The Confederacy could quite probably assert jurisidiction on any territories of the recently-seceded states but it had no authority over places such as Fort Sumter any more than South Carolina can legislate for Puerto Rico or Guam today.

The 48 Allegheny counties never seceded from the Union but instead refused to adhere to the lowland secession vote and continued to be Virginia under the US flag until 1863. Does a refusal to secede from the overall Union constitute secession from secessionist-minded lowland Virginia? An interesting legal question.

Since they were the legal government of (all of) Virginia under the US Constitution, they had every right under that Constitution to subdivide their state if they so wished. And they so wished after two years of war.

well it resides in south carolina and south carolina had seceeded from the union therefore the union had no right to keep the fort garrisoned and supplied.  if the union had asked that they be allowed to abandon the fort and their soldiers be given safe passage i'm sure south carolina would have treated the soldiers cordially and sent them north with a handshake and a slap on the back. but the federal government refused and tried to resupply the fort, and were repositioning their cannons to point toward charleston, so the citadel class of 1861 and their underclassmen manned fort moultrie, castle pinkney and james island battery, and when the star of the west attempted to resupply the fort they drove the ship off.  later in april after multiple attempts to allow the federal government to peacefully leave the state of south carolina they bombarded the fort from the battery in charleston and the fort was surrendered.  even then the soldiers were treated with respect and were fed and allowed to clean themselves,  their uniforms cleaned for them and were then sent north, they were not taken prisoners but were under flag of truce after their surrender.

The Northeast will be the first to surrender.  New Yorkers are lazy fucks and will never fight.  The socialists in Vermont and NH will run and hide when there's no one's wealth left to share. New Englander's are mostly closet transgenders anyway.  Massachusetts will have imploded into pro and con Tom Brady factions, with the pro-Brady forces winning.  California will be a desert wasteland,  with no economic base other than taco stands (burro meat toppings $1 extra), and will join the rest of the West Coast states poisoned by Fukashima radiation.  The South will want the Rebel Flag back, and will be happy to adopt the US Constitution as its founding document, since the USA isn't using the Constitution right now.

Fuck the Constitution. The Constitution is what gives us the current corrupt government we have today.

If you understood who wrote the Constitution and the reasons they did it you'd be for burning the Consititution yourself.

Dump the Constitution, strip out the Bill of Rights and restart using the Bill of Rights as the founding document. Even if you have to go back to a Confederation of States.

+1 for the burro meat topping, though.

"The Constitution is what gives us the current corrupt government we have today."

Been saying that for years.... The Articles explicitly made the states supreme,,, the constitution made the national government supreme. The founders actually state that as their reason to do away with the Articles.

The bill of rights was ADDED to bribe some of the smarter states and I suspect the founders knew the national government would shitcan the whole constitution when it felt powerful enough.

There may be an event where local police forces follow federal orders to retreat and let cities burn.  After this event, if it is big enough, you may see the growth of larger grass roots militias and private security forces.  The feds will then have their lists.  If your protection group is on the "wrong" list, you can expect to be targeted from the federal level on a very aggressove basis.  There won't be a civil war.  There is just going to more and more aggressive federal control of everything.

So who is "Federal?" I agree that DC will try to assert control, but facing upheaval in the East, what in God's name are they going to do to control Texas? United rural societies further west? Despite what you think you know about oaths, boys from Colorado are not going to kill boys from Utah in order to preserve power in DC....especially when checks from DC are not worth anything.

Can't see the US breaking up into unified areas as described, I can however see militias forming, perhaps even many working together fighting a guerrilla war.

These groups I believe would fight for the restoration of the constitution. The odd warlord may pop up but I think would be short lived.

Now for some rambling,

In the same way that national tragedies and false flags are used to unite the people the Federal government will become the common enemy of all the factions. Recent history has shown us, even in the Ukraine, that an army quickly runs out of soldiers who are willing to fire upon their neighbors, hence the push to more and more  autonomous weapons.

I believe the elietes are pushing forward with their plan, and that plan creates a society very much like we see in the Hunger Games. Perhaps I'm paranoid or crazy but do we not see it in all the of predictive programing coming from the medias, is the film the Hunger Games not basically Agenda 21 brought to fruition?

One of the first casualties in the breakdown of the economic system will be a wipeout of welfare. And this puts a portion of the population, many in Los Angeles County (4.9 million Hispanics), in such dire straits that they will be moving – back to Mexico, IMO, especially if there is civil war. And, incidentally, people hardly come to a nation in droves, just to be "slaves."

There are two strong forces, the government and the middle class, and a lot of people are underestimating the latter.

According to a  report by the Center for Immigration Studies (www.cis.org), 57 percent of Mexican immigrants are on welfare.

As a result of California's illegal alien population alone (estimated at 3 million residents), Californians bear an enormous fiscal burden. According to FAIR, “The annual expenditure of state and local tax dollars on services for that population is $25.3 billion. That total amounts to a yearly burden of about $2,370 for a california household headed by a U.S. citizen.”

Who will win ?

The Banks of course.

I think, after the coming crash...there will 3 main banks down from 5. The next crash after that, those 3 banks will go ro 1, JP Morgan. Eventually the Bank will end up owning every piece of real-estate in America.

It doesn't really matter if the North, South, East or West wins the Battle for Brocolli.

Only time will tell if I'm proven wrong.

Lord Acton’s prediction of the eventual world battle between the people and the banks applies to the war scenario in the United States outlined by the War College. For the obvious path to conflict is the economic domination coming from an international banking cartel and the rising anger and frustration of the American middle class.

The bankers believed they could use socialism, waves of Third World immigration and control of the currency to steal America’s riches and put her workers into slavery. Not so fast, millions of Americans are thinking; that isn’t a country of justice, of liberty, of Christian values.

If the bankers believe that millions of Americans who want the latter kind of country won’t fight, they are mistaken. In a sense, there is not likely to be regional divisions within America, because this middle class of millions is everywhere, from New England to California. And the conflict is both economic and cultural. It will be the producers and the patriots, the Americans who want an honest and stable country versus the bankers who see them as only resource and labor.

The warning knells to destroy the Founders’ America were sounded by the 1913 Federal Reserve Act and by the 1965 Immigration Act. The fight, albeit late, has now begun.

And we should not make the mistake of believing that the banking cartel will be able to use the military against citizens; Snowden proved that the citizens are suspicious and angered at their government’s treachery. And the military, composed of many people from the middle class, is not a guaranteed loyal government force to be used in every American city and every American village. Many army commanders will take the side of the people, not the bankers.

In short, a civil war over economics and culture would involve the entire population.

The yearning for liberty and freedom has been pretty much bred and educated out. After watching the (Ex) Southerners  allow the symbol marking their heritage and the thousands of their relatives who died to be removed over nothing more than inaccurate historical bullshit indicates the backbone to fight has been thoroughly extracted. Even the stronghold rebeldom,  Alabama recently changed their license plate from "Heart of Dixie" to "God Bless America" without complaint. None of this would have happened a few generations ago.

This was an important test coming from the District and we passed with flying colors. Many more immoral and unconstitutional laws will be passed. The now nationalized police will now intensify their war on private citizens. I passed a Florida police DARE Trailer which proudly had "Paid for by Drug Confiscation Money". Now we all know they consider Drug money as having more than $100 on your person. This means more and more of this outright theft will be coming from our friendly law enforcement folks. Has anyone noticed the new "Federal Law Enforcement" out on the roads?

No, so long as the checks keep coming the people will remain docile. Even if the checks stop and the rioting starts it won't be for liberty. No, your men now walk with a cell phone slapped to their head with one hand while the other holds their genitalia and keeps their pants from falling. I surely don't see any fight coming from this group!

Now, blowback from our governments unrelenting bombing and droning of other peoples or losing a war to another power it constantly provokes is another story...

The south now mostly consists of blacks, foreigners, hispanics, legal and illegal, and in Florida, God's Waiting Room, old people.

Since the advent of central A/C the south has also been inundated with white libtards from the Northeast moving down to get away from Northeast winters and they bring their politics with them.

Louisiana has a governor of Indian descent and South Carolina has a governor also of Indian descent, and no, not Native American, Hindi Indian.

Everywhere you go in the south major cities are being populated by non-whites that could give two fly shits about the Confederate cause or the Civil War or slavery.

Most people don't realize how many people are being allowed into the country per year legally and illegally. Literally it's between 5 and 10 million a year. All from 3rd world hell holes and the vast majority non-white.

You are correct, but when you take a closer look @ who runs Bartertown - South, it isn't the blacks, foreigners, or old people.  Yes, the wetbacks are the guys laying bricks, mowing lawns, and feeding the livestock.  But when it comes to the business owners, it's predominantly Christian white men.  These are the 30% of the local population who have the skill and determination to successfully prosecute the type of long-term action speculated on in this blog.  Remember, during the Revolution less than 10% of the populace were fully committed to the concept of American liberties.  At various points for various periods of time, 30% of the populace was supportive.  Dont kid yourself, the human species is always capable of brutal savagery.  Nothing has changed there.  And while there is a nice veneer of multiculturalism and diversity coated onto the US, and the South in particular, we're gonna see who runs Bartertown as the Federal ag subsdies roll off.  Farmers are hurting down here. . .

Perhaps this is why "there was little to see in Balstrom and other sites" where the Jade Helm exercise is taking place - where the media was banned. In the final analysis, a major government push to practice war against the citizens would not want to begin in Texas. Because Texans lead the nation in online signatures for the state to secede. And, because of the history of Texas once being a nation unto itself (the Republic of Texas), this could be where the rebellion begins:

Texans organize 'Operation Counter Jade Helm' to keep an eye on the federal troops

Dylan Baddour, Houston Chronicle - July 13, 2015

"When the troops land in Texas for Operation Jade Helm next week, someone will be waiting for them.

"Hundreds of people have organized a 'Counter Jade Helm' surveillance operation across the Southwestern states and in an effort to keep an eye on the contentious military drill that's sparked many suspicious of Uncle Sam's intentions…"

Things have changed considerably since I grew up in Texas, but Texans were, circa 1985, a fierce, tough, independent bunch.  In the 80s, Texans were Americans third, Southerners second, and Texians first and foremost.  If I find myself 'knuckling up' somewhere, you best believe I'll be looking for a Texan to cover my 6.

Mexico and CA would become supply lines, just like Cambodia during Vietnam.  There isnt much of a manfacturing base in Murrica these days, so you'd see a 'Ho Chi Minh' trail from the W Coast Canadian ports thru Canaada down in the the Dakotas.  You'd also see the drug trains from Mexico used to resupply Texas.  Finally, you would see the SE manufacturing supply the Gulf Coast.  Charleston SC and Savannah GA would return to prominence as port cities.

No American manufacturing? This is a war we're talking about. You actually believe that all those American guns were smuggled into the country by the Tooth Fairy.

If there is one thing that Americans manufacture in quantity, it's guns.

Sun, 08/02/2015 - 13:35 | 6381820 Government need...

In war, manufacturing/industry is the first battle the winning side wins.  It's not merely guns, but food/uniforms/communication gear/gasoline/diesel.  If you read many books about the history of war, you would know this.  The American Civil War was won in the factories of MA, PA, and ME.  World War 1 was a stalemate until the US, with its fresh troops AND industry, entered the war.  WW2 was more of the same, the US turning the tide with its factories in Philly, Detroit, and Pontiac.  You still see these factories today, Tinkerbell?  Even Barbarossa saw the Soviets turn the tide with factories moved to the Urals, where literally new T-34s were driven off the line and straight into combat.

Battlefield victories are secondary to (but also the inevitable outcome of) a meaningful competitive edge in manfacturing mobilization.  In the US Civil war, the North LOST most the battles.  Same thing in Vietnam (Tet offensive was a failure for the VC on the battlefield, but it psychologically won the warn) and Afganistan (Soviet period as well as more recent US period).

The US no longer has the manufacturing or industrial base it had in 1970.  Also, to the extent it HAS manufacturing, it is all specialized and reliant on logistics for shipping sub-assemblies from place to place.

In the next great war, which MAY be fought between factions within the US, supply chains will be VERY important.

I'm sorry to provide some insight into your ignorance on this topic.

The breakdown is much simpler than that.  It happens after the USD loses reserve currency status and the gov can no longer actual procur all that is needed to maintain social programs.  In that case, big cuts in entitlements.  They will try but will have a hard time collecting taxes.

Then, as is happening elsewhere: auterity, bail-ins and privatization to the big banks.  Just one big disseminated civil war at that point with the richest struggling to keep what they have and the lots of really poor people living poorly and a general decrease in all things "standard of living".

Correction: This would be America's THIRD civil war. The rebels won the first in 1783 and the loyalists won the second in 1865.

This time the rebel side has:

* Every non-criminal who owns a gun.
* The overtaxed citizens who produce real goods for a living.
* All conservative Christians.

while the loyalists have:

* The coastal liberals who won't let their children touch toy guns.
* The obese welfare mamas and their gangster baby daddies.
* The speculators who profit from reckless money-printing.

The military is a wildcard -- they can't be happy about Benghazi or all the diversity that's being crammed down their throats. Thanks to Obama's incurious, hands-off, lead-from-behind management style, it would be easy to feed him misinformation and pretend to obey his orders while secretly aiding the rebels.

“rapid dissolution of public order in all or significant parts of the US.” It certainly depends where you look from. If you look at it from a park bench in a medium-sized mountain town in Japan or China or Switzerland or an island like Jersey or Guernsey where could leave your purse, go away, come back and pick it up again, the public order in the US is already long gone. Visiting the US you feel a bit like a visitor to jail - hands are strechted out from behind the bars and good luck if they can reach you. There is no way you could leave the door to your house open and the car doors unlocked. But that is the way it used to be and it is still the case in countries that were able to preserve public order and a healthy society. America is in urgent need of change and that needed change is precisely not the change Obama promised.

It is the infection of European socialist ideas that have polluted these areas. The article left out a very important detail. 90% of the personnel Commissioned and Enlisted in the Military are from southern states. You also can't assume those people resided in the states from which they enlisted or were commissioned. People enlist in and claim residency in states without state income taxes so less of their pay is deducted for taxes. What this means is the U.S. Military is made up of people from the Confederate States. It's no real secret that members of the Military are ready, willing, and able to take control of the Military away from the federal government and establish it's own goals when the coming collapse happens. The Military already has plans for the politicians in Washington D.C. They have a plan to gather them all in one armoured bunker where they are locked up much like a prison and can be easily controlled. Currently they assume it's for their own protection. A Southern origination already has a Government in Waiting and Military leaders that will take control and place those people in charge of the new Government. That Government in waiting retains all the Gold and Silver that was held by the Confederacy at the end of the war that will back a new currency when the dollar collapses. That government has no plans to take control of the entire country, only the Confederate States. The other states will be left without a Military and it's equipment so those states can't start another war on the Confederate States. That lesson was learned very well and will not be repeated. Remember; The Confederacy never surrendered and the Confederate States and Texas never officially rejoined the Union. The only document signed was a cease fire agreement.

Oh... they were wired.  Most likely with thermite, it is what is used to "weld" railroad tracks.  Heavy duty steel, concrete and rebar do not collapse upon themselves as a result of fire, especially a fire located in just one area.  Even if the building would collapse a portion of it would keel over (which it wouldn't, you could burn it until it was just a skeleton and it would still stand) not implode into it's own foot print. My guess is they were wiring it first and then placed the thermite charges in beginning Sept 6.

"The World Trade Center was destroyed just days after a heightened security alert was lifted at the landmark 110-story towers, security personnel said yesterday [September 11]. The Ruski that predicts regional civil war in the US is clueless.

The only "war" I see brewing is based on inequality and economic deprivation as the push towards privatization (under the guise of removing "bureaucracy") makes things like water, education, communications, transportation, and health care more expensive for those whose earnings keep getting squeezed. If the political system is seen as disfunctional, where nobody but bought-and-paid-for, corporate whore establishment candidates are allowed to govern us, at some point there will probably be more civil disobedience, and the DOD seems to be considering how it will ready itself for those kind of events.

From the DOD report, "KNOWN UNKNOWNS: UNCONVENTIONAL “STRATEGIC SHOCKS” IN DEFENSE STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT, referenced in the beginning of this piece:

"Widespread civil violence inside the United States would force the defense establishment to reorient priorities in extremis to defend basic domestic order and human security,"

"Deliberate employment of weapons of mass destruction or other catastrophic capabilities, unforeseen economic collapse, loss of functioning political and legal order, purposeful domestic resistance or insurgency, pervasive public health emergencies, and catastrophic natural and human disasters are all paths to disruptive domestic shock."

"An American government and defense establishment lulled into complacency by a long-secure domestic order would be forced to rapidly divest some or most external security commitments in order to address rapidly expanding human insecurity at home..."

"Already predisposed to defer to the primacy of civilian authorities in instances of domestic security and divest all but the most extreme demands in areas like civil support and consequence management, DoD might be forced by circumstances to put its broad resources at the disposal of civil authorities to contain and reverse violent threats to domestic tranquility. Under the most extreme circumstances, this might include use of military force against hostile groups inside the United States."

How do they "work productively" when the number of living wage jobs keeps shrinking? Employers even expect part time employees to be on call if they want to "move up" and make another buck an hour over minimum wage. Getting a full time gig increasingly means having to go to college, taking on a mountain of debt, and then likely still ending up with a job that doesn't pay a living wage and is not in your chosen field.

Mexicans are tolerant Christians .... an essential ally .... don't cast them as an enemy .... they are also largely indigenous .... of oriental extraction .... any plan without them will fail miserably .... concentrate on the Muslim enemy .... and the World War against them !

Zionists are hands down the greatest threat to humanity ever brought forth from the satanic realm. A rough estimate of 500m souls have been slaughtered by this demonic race. A solution is needed.

Sorry, mexicans have been brainwashed from day one to hate the gringo. The gringo any anyone not of Mexican birth living in the US. Before the massive 3rd world invasion of the US the gringo was any white Anglo-Saxon. Now, who knows what they consider to be a gringo.

They're taught very early on that the American's stole their Aztec lands. Aztec ran from upper Oregon through California over through Colorado and all the way east through Texas down into old Mexico.

The only going for us right now is the fact that not all Hispanics look upon each other as comrades.

Pureto Ricans look down on Mexican's as inferiors and I'm sure vice-versa. Much as Mexican's look down on Central Americans and their Native Indian populations.

I'd prefer to concentrate upon the Jewish enemy who keeps throwing young western boys into the meat grinder against the muslims, and subverting western soverignty by allowing unchecked immigration into White lands and only White lands.

Fuck your raghead-loving viewpoint.  Those subhuman savages have been fucking up the rest of the world for 700 (and counting years) without contributing meaningfully to ANYTHING cultural.  They blow up historical cultural sites, they rape, they murder, they enslave, they breed like fruitflies.  You like the notion of being murdered b/c you are a sorcerer?  How about being murdered for apostasy?  I will not tolerate that shit near me, and I'll violently protect my rights.

The rich and the elites believe that serving in the military is for their social and economic and intellectual inferiors. The Warrior Class loathes the rich and their elite ho's. As a former United States Marine I firmly believe that the American Warrior Class will very happily destroy the rich and their elite ho's.

History does not give one shred of evidence to your postulate.

Some people have never left the first civil war.

But in reality, state will have nothing to do with it.  They are a distraction in the real fight, the fight of those that have money, power and those that do not have it.

That has been going on for a while, and continues, having nothing to do with states.

The skirmishes are welfare, both corporate and slave.

Tax handouts are another skirmish....

Globalization, yep.

The was has been going on for a while, the banksters are winning and will win.  They were winning from day one.  Keeping it quiet is part of the strategy.
