Are We Being Forced Into a “Second American Civil War”… If So, Who Will Win?

A culture war has been stirred up.

Divisions are along predictable lines: racism, police abuse, controversial social issues, and plenty of left vs. right, demographics and regional baggage to clash over as well.

And by all accounts, differences and distinctions between people have been intensifying, not blurring and fading away.According to the Washington Post, many Americans have been relocating themselves in one of the 11 distinct areas of the country to live with like minded people.

The best way to keep us from fighting the real enemy is to keep us fighting amongst ourselves.

But could the culture war ever turn into a real war?

Some people actually think so, and it seems the military has been planning for the scenario, too. The potential for economic and societal breakdown is real.

As Infowars previously reported:

The U.S. military agrees that the chance of a break down in the system is real:

A new report from the U.S. Army War College [here is the report] discusses the use of American troops to quell civil unrest brought about by a worsening economic crisis.

The report from the War College’s Strategic Studies Institute warns that the U.S. military must prepare for a “violent, strategic dislocation inside the United States” that could be provoked by “unforeseen economic collapse” or “loss of functioning political and legal order.” [The report also warns of a possible “rapid dissolution of public order in all or significant parts of the US.”]

Former Governor Rick Perry made a lot of noise about succession in Texas. A Russian scholar even predicted the break up of the United States into six parts (with the bankers secretly in control of the pieces, and the grander North American Union:

He also cited the “vulnerable political setup”, “lack of unified national laws”, and “divisions among the elite, which have become clear in these crisis conditions.”

He predicted that the U.S. will break up into six parts – the Pacific coast, with its growing Chinese population; the South, with its Hispanics; Texas, where independence movements are on the rise; the Atlantic coast, with its distinct and separate mentality; five of the poorer central states with their large Native American populations; and the northern states, where the influence from Canada is strong.

Here’s part of the long answer that one former Marine, Jon Davis, gave to the question, “If every state of the USA declared war against each other, which would win?.”

These are the accounts of the Second American Civil War, also known as the Wars of Reunification and the American Warring States Period.

After the breakup many wondered which states would come out in control of the power void created by the dissolution of the United States. There were many with little chance against several of the larger more powerful states. The states in possession of a large population, predisposition for military bases and a population open to the idea of warfare fared the best. In the long term we would look to states with self-sufficiency and long term military capabilities.

Here are the states that held the greatest strategic value from day one. They have the ability to be self-sufficient, economic strength, military strength, the will to fight and the population to support a powerful war machine.

California
Texas
New York

Others that have many of the qualities that gave them an advantage are also listed.

Washington
Colorado
Illinois
Virginia
Florida
Georgia

His full answer includes sample journals from the nearly 3,000 day war he envisions (which is now being optioned by Hollywood). To make a long story short, California, Texas and New York become the power bases for the 2nd American Civil War, and each carves out an empire from the mainland of allied or subjugated states, which add to the balance of resources.

Here is Davis’ final map and full account:

The attempts to reunify the former nation are shaky at best.

Things may not be as simply as carefully divided states, but there are already many layers of conflict throughout society, and some of it has already turned to violence, riots and bloodshed.

Unfortunately, it can happen here. But will it?

How much farther will things go? And will any notice the hidden hand behind those events?

Who are the real controllers, and who stands to gain from a new civil war?

The anti-Semites are always talking about Zionist-controlled banks, governments, etc. Well, what about the nation that is all but a large bank except in name? Switzerland.

The anti-Semites always fail to mention Switzerland in their tirades about Zionist-controlled banks, governments, etc. I would like to know why they seem to think that Switzerland is so pure and free of Zionist and/or Jewish or any other sort of evil?

I think that Switzerland is a nexus of evil. That they seem to fly under the radar of the anti-Semites counts as interesting circumstantial evidence. Especially considering that anti-Semitism, the European disease of the mind, originated in Europe and that the Swiss played a major role enabling Germany to murder tens of millions of European civilians during World War II. They made an extremely handsome profit off of World War II and were never called to account for their crimes. I suspect that Switzerland has been an evil power pulling the strings from behind the scenes for a very, very long time, all the while hiding in plain sight.

Exactly. Switzerland. peaceful, rural land of Heidi and the Alpenhorn, became wealthy through light manufacturing, such as quality timepieces, dairy products and chocolate.  That, and holding the German's coat while they ransacked Europe, then deposited the loot somewhere or other. Can't remember exactly where.....

'Anti-Semitism' is a canard of the first order.   And with each passing year, it gets harder and harder to pass the charade off as anything credible.   In fact, it is a ruse of the highest order, cleverly crafted to portray perpetrators with a known history of usury and graft as 'victims'.

The INTRODUCTION of American troops on US soil to quell unrest ... opens the doorway to the US military being involved in governmental affairs.

What happened when we intervened in Iraq?  The war grew, a lot of people got killed, and the outcome was NOT what was expected.

What happened when we intervened in Afghanistan?  The war grew, a lot of people got killed, and the outcome was NOT what was expected.

Is there any reason to think that if US troops are deployed on US soil - the outcome will be any different???

IF the military becomes involved in operations in the US homeland, and if the conflict expands in scope, then the doorway is OPEN for a Military Junta to be established inside the United States.  The military takes over control of the Government.  That is a possible outcome, if we go down this path.

Do we want this?

For those of us out west succession is the answer (and the only answer). With about 50 or so million population we could easily compete economically with the rest of the world - after we clean up the educational system.

Lots of bad press now but, believe it or not, California would be redeemed. Straightening out Arizona could be problematical tho'.

Got the map about right - although we would have to take all of Montana and Wyoming for administrative reasons.

Never did care much for the mid-west, east coast or south.

Screw 'em. We'd be better off without 'em.

First one to wipe out corruption in thier own country wins. Anything other than that and you are still a loser. Of all the reasons to fight one reason stands alone. The fight for truth and real accountability.

I have met and talked with honest folks from around the world. Every single honest person knows that its the corruption that makes this planet suck.

If Im to fight? Best case is to fight the real problem. Rampent corruption at every level.

Just as one example this war college study. Its a BS premiss from the get go. Weed out the corruption as best we can and there aint no need for any war at all. Funny how these so called experts at the war college did not mention it could be avoided. Simply by holding our own accountable.

Dance around it all ya want. Corruption is the main issue facing humanity. Its the global issue.

I am not so sure that California would attack other western states, at least not the citizens.  California is primarily a rural state that is held hostage by major population centers, Washington State is in a similar circumstance.  If the cities scattered due to conflict California and Washington would be full of conservatives and second amendment democrat types.  The people in the cities can't or wont defend themselves so they would become irrelevant in a conflict scenario anyway.

Alaska, Arizona and Idaho would never go with Califronia and would openly sabotage the Californians.  Also, Northern California and southern Oregon and Eastern Washington State despise the politics of the city centers.  It's more like Texas takes everything except for California, Hawaii, Oregon and Washington.

New York taking over anything is a joke.  The only power New York has is wall street.  That's paper power.  Try to get anyone to fight for New York State.  Huge parts of New York have more in common with Texas than New York City or Albany.  Maine is basically libertarian as is New Hampshire.  Vermont is liberal but the more conservative people will crush the bleeding hearts. Pennsylvania is Pittsburgh and Philadelphia with a whole lot of Alabama in between.  Ohio is the same, outside of the crime ridden cities it is a very conservative state.  This breakdown is wishful thinking at best.

Mac Slavo, like Snyder, is a typical type who STEERS clear of the J-Question. Yet the lemmings read this guy and think they are informed.

Just a few quotes from a very prophetic book:
Civil War Two (written in 1995, Thomas W. Chittum)
p4
Another way to highlight the demographic transformation of America is to consider an America without any increase or decrease in the total population. In this illustrative case, a daily decrease of about 3,000 white people would be offset by a daily increase of about 3,000 nonwhite people. At this rate America would also be reduced to about 50% white by the middle of the next century. That's how rapidly America is being transformed. It's as if every day 3,000 whites were disappearing and being replaced by 3,000 minorities. Every single day! This is a sort of statistical ethnic cleansing engineered through liberal immigration laws and unchecked illegal immigration.

p11-12
English-speaking White Americans

Eventually, being an American will be meaningless in practical terms, and therefore there will be no point in the continued existence of America at all. Eventually for working-class white Americans our ethnic group and income level will be our de facto nationality. The racist euphemism for this systematic dismantling of the rights of English-speaking Europeans is affirmative action. Increasingly, economic opportunities and even legal rights are determined not by your status of being an American citizen or not, but by your ethnic group. Increasingly, government documents require that individuals state their ethnic group. This data is not merely for informational purposes. The politically-correct social planners have assigned English-speaking Europeans to the very bottom layer of imperial America, and racist affirmative action is the tool they're using to construct their brave new world. Even though racist affirmative action will suffer occasional setbacks, eventually this racist concept will triumph completely. Eventually, the growing minorities and their New Order allies will seize absolute political power and expand racist affirmative action to all areas of everyday life in the new multiethnic American Empire. This racist concept of affirmative action is the single most important test of how close this country is to Civil War II, and it raises questions:

The Mexican Reconquista of our Southwest

"You're Mexicans—Mexicans who live north of the border." Mexican President Emesto Zedillo in a speech to Mexican-American politicians in Dallas, Texas in 1995
(The New York Times, December 10, 1995, Section B, p. 15)

In 1916, (The New York Times, March 10,1916, p. 1.) in our own century, Pancho Villa and his revolutionary soldiers—or drunken banditos, take your pick—rode out of their Mexican sanctuary and into Columbus, New Mexico shouting their battle cry, "Mata los gringos!" (kill the gringos!). And kill the gringos they did, and they burned and they looted. Before they were driven back to Mexico by the hot pursuit of the American Army, Pancho Villa's bandito revolutionaries killed 17 Americans, both civilian and military, male and female (T. R. Fehrenbach, Fire and Blood. Macmillan, 1973, p. 524. Charles C. Cumberland, Mexico, The Struggle for Modernity, Oxford University Press, 1968, p. 366.).

Today, Pancho Villa is a Mexican folk hero. Today, Mexican ethnics are the majority in much of the southwest. Long before 2050 AD, they will be the majority in all of the southwest. As the Hispanic population surges past 50%, Spanish will replace English as the dominant language. New waves of Mexican immigrants won't have to learn English to work or collect welfare, so they won't bother to. Thus they will not be assimilated into American society as previous Mexican immigrants have been.

Demographics and affirmative action will purge the Anglos out of police departments and other branches of local government. Bilingualism will increasingly be mandatory for both government and private employment. Eventually, a working knowledge of English will not be a requirement for government employment at all. Eventually, Anglo citizens who speak only English will be hard pressed to obtain any government employment or services. The southwest will be transformed into a Spanish-speaking, de facto province of Mexico.

p57
Any who doubt that our military is being racialized and politized should read an article by a Mr. C. J. Chivers that appeared in the Oct. 16,1995 issue of The Nation magazine. In this article titled "Looking For A Few Good (Black) Men," (The Nation, "Looking For A Few Good (Black) Men", Oct. 16, 1995) Mr. Chivers enthusiastically described his activities while a Marine Corps captain assigned to recruiting officer candidates:

"I was actively discriminating against whites. While selecting college students for officer candidate school, I routinely turned down long lines of qualified white males to save room for blacks. I denied whites interviews. Every few months I threw stacks of their resumes into the trash."

I'm not worried about any Reconquista. Mexicans were here before us and I have no problem with them being in Arizona now.....I just don't want to PAY for them to be here. (taxes for immigrant medical care, etc.)

Militarily, the last time (maybe the only time) a Mexican force defeated an American one was the Alamo. Deep down inside, in places they will never admit, La Raza knows that we will crush them if it ever comes to that.

Let's not go there if we don't have to.

Already happening here in NM. I grew up here, the old-school chicanos are mostly OK, many are my neighbors. They're prejudice against anglos but in a mostly tolerable non-violent way; more like mexican hillbillies, especially in the north. Anyway, problem now is the influx of third-world mestizos and their disenfranchised prodigy. Latinos are a fairly insular "culture" to a fault. I use the word "culture" loosely because I could never see it. Their so-called "family values' and all the other horsehit they claim is no better than any other group and in my state is actually worse. The BS latino machismo is more often a problem than a quality. We have recently had gangs of 14 year olds raoming the streets robbing and killing people in Abq. Most are mestizo, very central america looking, and other half-breeds. You'll hear an anglo name but the picture will show a mestizo. I don't know if they are legally changing the surname or they've assumed an anglo father or mother's name. Funny that the cops just shot a mestizo hijacking a car and the TV showed a cop who could barely speak English and the gargoyle grandmother screaming monkey-talk in the street. I live far enough away for now but I think the brown stain is spreading. I could almost cry for what they have done to this beautiful state, and this includes the anglos business peole who have welcomed them. The lakes and forest littered with trash, the kids hacking on trees, radios blaring the incessant rancheros/mariachi crap, the highways littered with the gaudy descansos. Looking more and more like the shithole mexico everyday. Bound for SW CO in the spring.

BTW, the poster from AZ isn't quite accurate. The SW was predominantly occuppied by native americans. mexicans didn't get a foothold until the US settled things down in the late 1800s. Even then there were quite a few anglo settlers. Some of the land grant mexican hillbillies have been here a long time but most are relatively new comers, maybe only three or four generations. Remember that one of the mexicans favorite dieties is the trickster, they love fooling the naive anglo.

Which of these states in fully self-sufficient in oil production and refinement and food production and possesses the vital heavy and light industry to maintain a modern war machine? None of the above, not by orders of magnitude.

If the west coast was smart it would sell itself into Chinese slavery, pronto. Whoever gets ahold of Canada's crude exports wins - but regional currencies will be worthless in international markets, so I hope they can keep a strong commodity export trade intact or have quite a stash of bullion!

Also, we're talking martial law, so 90% of gov employees will be furloughed. Pensions and banks will be shown to be empty vaults, not even worth seizing, because there is no physical currency (or bullion) on hand to be seized. Welfare will be overnight.

So really, which state has no public employees, no retirees, no welfare recipients, no ghettos, no one planning to live on a pension, thriving and locally sustainable energy and food sectors, commodities for export, lots of available natural capital, a civic-minded population, healthy community relations, low dependence on imported goods, a skilled industrial workforce, ability to produce or procure all modern medical products and services ... the list goes on and on and no state (nor any country, for that matter) satisfies even two of the criteria.

Even ignoring food/water, sanitation, energy, civic/social breakdown, riots, etc., I reckon 10% of every state is dead within a week of failure of the modern medical system - lack of essential medical treatment: we have a permanent hospital and long-term care population, the terminally ill in home or hospice care, those awaiting major surgery such as organ transplants, the very young and the very old, and so on. And then we have a whole horde of drug-dependents, whether it be the immunocomprised, those with severe nutritional, vitamin, or hormone irregularities requiring injections or pills on a daily to monthly basis, dialysis patients, or those with systemic chronic conditions too numerous to name. The diabetes population alone is enormous. Forget the Fed and cash, they Red Cross would be paradropping insulin ampules by the crate.

Anyone who thinks western states secession has anything to do with "red or blue" doesn't get it. It's about place and them high peaks are talkin' to all of us.

Forgot to include Alaska - my bad. Can't leave all those "conspiricist" fishermen and individualists alone to take the hit alone.

Good point Ms No about Califirnia being a "rural" state. And its not about Califirnia "ruling". (I notice quite a few ZHer's are down on California - they must be listening to the MSM too much).

As far as getting along - - - Nation states only have (2) options in the style of their relationships - trade or war. This fact has been noticed and commented on by many historians and contemporary analysts. Germany is currently fighting thisa battle internally over the Russian sanctions - business vs (corrupt) politicians.

Once we put an end to the elite caused drought in California, all other western states will take a look at the Californian agricultural power house in the central valley and note that trade is their best option.

And yes, we will trade with Texas. They'll be on their own and I personally wish them success.

RE: Californian agricultural power house

The CA central valley is classified as desert, with water primarily supplied by aquifers that are running dry. Arizona has a less severe drought because we manage our aquifers properly. Also, keep in mind that your Colorado River water flows through 2 or 3 Mountain West states before it gets to you. Do you have the military power to enforce water treaties with those states when the SHTF? Answer: NO. Therefore, your "power house" and everyone in it dies of thirst.

Never mind your coastal cities, where everyone will kill each other in the first 2 months. Dying of thirst would be a luxury for them.

We no longer do business in CA, WA, OR, NY, NY, MN and countless left wing liberal companies are on the black list including Apple.

They can all drown, burn up or be left to freeze to death for all we care.

Boycott all the nanny companies and states.

If you are young, get yourself a copy of Atlas Shrugged and 1984 and read them.

This is today's reality.

Yes, there are very very few people who care enough to bring down a piece of civilization.

Our national security state is busy fixing that by making us all distrust each other.  Great plan, has always worked to destroy the social order.  Totalitarian plan, as usual for the centralized cash consuming machine that is our oligarchy-rulers-government complex.

The civil war won't be so clean cut on state borders. Resources will be fought over. Highly desirable areas will be constantly at war. The Dakotas the Gulf Coast, and the Mississippi River will be hot beds.

Kewl - If Florida is in the new "central union" with its capitol somewhere in Texas, the government of  this new central union would probably NOT mind if we took care of those dislocated Northeastern snowbirds once an for all.   I like it!
