Louis Farrakhan Urges Black Community To "Rise Up And Kill Those Who Kill Us"
While the US has had its share of deadly social violence over the past year, much of split along along racial lines, it has mercifully avoided a full-blown racial war. However, in recent weeks there has been a troubling increase in invocations toward even more violence, and even more deaths, which seek to achieve just that: a United States gripped in racial warfare.
The latest such call for violence was caught on tape just a few days ago, when on July 30 during a speech delivered at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Miami, Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan called for black Americans to "rise up" and "kill those who kill us" if the federal government fails to "intercede in our affairs."
Follows an excerpt from his troubling sermon:
I am looking for 10,000 in the midst of the millions, 10,000 fearless men who say death is sweeter than continued life under tyranny.
Death is sweeter than to continue to live and bury our children while the white folks give the killer hamburgers.
Death is sweeter than watching us slaughter each other to the joy of a 400-year old enemy.
The Koran teaches persecution is worse than slaughter. Then it says, retaliation is prescribed in matters of the slain.
Retaliation is a prescription from God to calm the breaths of those whose children have been slain. So if the federal government will not intercede in our affairs, then we must rise up and kill those who kill us. Stalk them and kill them and let them feel the pain of death that we are feeling."

The Blaze adds that Farrakhan is scheduled to speak next month in Washington, D.C., during a demonstration organized in commemoration of the 20th anniversary of his 1995 million man march.

1) Institutional rascism is BS, if anything Blacks are being favored. You aren't going to get a federal job if you can't check the "Minority" block, although now that everyone can be whatever they want ie Bruce Jenner, I guess people can just identify as black when it suits them. 2) Where is all of the money in the Black community going? It obviously isn't going back into the Black community. Is it becuase successful Black people don't want to be in Black communities either?
3) When was the last celebrated Black person not an athlete? Plenty of Balck Doctors, successful business people, President of the United States etc.
4) Do the crime rates lie? Are the police more inclined to throw the book at a black kid slinging crack then a white kid slinging crack?
5) White's have thier share of garbage in thier population, they just aren't celebrated.

You know there's another perfectly cromulent explanation for all of this: If Africans are incarcerated at 6x the rate of whites, the simplest explanation is that they're 6x worse than whites. A massive conspiracy against blacks, where they're actually just as good, smart, and hardworking as whites, but all whites are institutionally delusional and lockstep racist against them, is a complicated explanation. There are many questions and what-ifs about that belief.
Occam's razor: the simplest explanation is usually the correct one. Everyone can understand the simple difference between pitbulls and golden retrievers (which are also the same species), and only pitbull owners will tell you there is no difference (nay, pitbulls are even sweeter and cuddlier and "look at him lick my toddler's face") and there's just a massive conspiracy against them. But the simple explanation is that there is a switch turned on somewhere in a pitbull's head that isn't turned on in the golden retriever. Farrakhan moved into my neighborhood in Chicago back in the 60's. I drove back through about 20 years ago just to check it out. Bars had been put on the windows and doors of almost every business and there was trash strewn about that never had been there before. I wonder why that is.
