About 200 Clinton scandals ago, "fIrst lAdy" Hillary had patsy Craig Livingstone request confidential security clearance documents from the FBI and they sent them right in. She denied using them for political purposes. Of course this was "investigated" every which way but loose, and nothing ever came of it, just like will happen not only now but in the future as well.
Now here she is running for the office of pResident. Pull my finger.
Apparently there is legal precedent which has held up in court that someone with her level of clearance is required to be able to determine what is classified and what isn't, regardless if it's marked classified or not.
SO her argument goes right out the window.

There have also been multiple public cases where the government has taken action against individuals because they “should have known unclassified” data “should have been classified” and thus protected. Google up those of TSA’s Robert MacLean, NSA’s Thomas Drake . All were punished, fired or threatened with jail over the alleged release of unclassified data that the government deemed ex post facto should have been considered classified. -

We've gone for almost 8 years without a legal president. If we changed in 2016, Congress might be forced to look at how to unwind all of the illegal laws that Obama has signed into law so let's just keep the status quo.
I think the Obamas want to stop the Clintons. If Hilary is elected, the Clintons run the Democratic party again and the Obamas have to retire to the sidelines for 4 or 8 years. Its about who gets to keep their influence. The Obamas don't want to give that up. They are OK with a Republican in office instead of Hillary because it preserves their power.
Ultimately, I think they are going to drop a bombshell on her and throw their support behind Sanders or Biden.
Look at it in terms of two crime families rather than a political party and it is perfectly obvious.
The Obama crime family wants to hang onto power and they certainly don't want their mortal enemies the Clinton crime family coming to power. The former would even prefer a Republican in office than the Clintons because they know the Republicans would never go after them the way the Clintons would.
So the newer Obama crime family is in the process of using the behind-the-scences power of the presidency to take down the Clinton crime family for good.
