"Murderous" Jade Helm Revenge Plot: Tattoo Parlor Owner, Friends Planned To Ambush Army

Tyler Durden's picture

By now, it’s no secret that the federal government invaded Texas on the 15th of July. It’s been 170 years since the US last annexed the state and because you have to do these things again every so often just to keep everyone honest (it’s kind of like renewing your wedding vows), Washington cooked up a set of "training exercises" called Jade Helm 15 and proceeded to launch a two-month Lone Star lockdown.

Or at least that’s what some Texans were led to believe, and while we won’t speculate on the extent to which that narrative borders on the absurd, we would note that the US Spec Ops Command probably should have realized that showing people a map which identifies the state (painted bright red) as “hostile” would stir up trouble amongst those who are naturally inclined to distrust big government. Fears only grew after Governor Greg Abbott called up the state guard and the entire ordeal officially became a circus after Chuck Norris, apparently forgetting that Walker Texas Ranger isn’t a real person, warned the federal government that Jade Helm looked like it would come “too near to the backdoor” of his ranch.

While Twitter lit up with Jade Helm jokes on the first official day of the exercises, not everyone was laughing. Among those who took the federal takeover "threat" seriously were the gentlemen pictured below, Walter Eugene Litteral, Christopher James Barker, and Christopher Todd Campbell.

The three men, who are not from Texas (or any other state involved in Jade Helm for that matter), but in fact reside some 1,400 miles away from the “front lines” in North Carolina, allegedly "had a deadly plot to lure government forces into a trap," in retaliation for the Pentagon’s supposed plan to “use the armed forces to impose martial law in the United States,” The Washington Post reports.

Ironically, the owner of the military surplus store where the men bought some of their supplies ultimately turned them in to authorities. Here’s WaPo with the story:

In January, the informant relocated the military surplus store to Gaston County, N.C. —  just a few doors down from where Campbell operated a tattoo parlor. Almost immediately, Campbell told the informant of his “anti-government” views, according to federal court documents.

A month later, Campbell introduced the informant to Litteral. The two men told the informant that they believed “that the federal government intended to use the armed forces to impose martial law in the United States, which they and others would resist with violent force,” the court documents said.

Specifically, they told the informant that the Jade Helm exercises planned in five states were a cover for the government’s plot to impose martial law. The exercises were scheduled to be conducted from July 15 to Sept. 15, and Litteral made it clear that he needed the military-grade items no later than July 15.

By April, months before the training operation was scheduled, the purchases from the military surplus store began — all of them paid for in cash, according to court documents. There were plans, the documents allege, to make pipe bombs, explosive tennis balls covered in nails and coffee cans filled with ball bearings that would be detonated with a shot from a sniper rifle.

And by mid-June, those plans were beginning to crystallize.

According to the documents, Litteral was heavily armed with both legally and illegally obtained weapons. If government agents came looking for him at his home, Litteral allegedly told the informant in a phone conversation, he would be ready.

"Lemme tell you something, I gonna have my f——- house rigged up; these motherf—— come try to come in my house, it’s gonna go off," he said, according to the documents.

The documents indicated that Litteral told another person in a phone conversation: "I got a f—— .45 beside my bed. I got a .45 and a 9-mil in my truck. I’ve got a 9-mil and a .380, or a .380 in her car. Safe full of weapons. You know what? Every time I open up this damn safe, I mean I’ve got, I’ve got at least 30 weapons that I can see and some tucked all the way in the back back."

Yes, weapons "tucked all the way in the back back", and as the court documents go on to detail, the men intended to bring those and a whole lot of other weapons to the "front front" at an encampment in Clover, South Carolina where they would ambush US soldiers. Here's a bit more from AP:

Walter Eugene Litteral, 50, Christopher James Barker, 41, and Christopher Todd Campbell, 30, are accused of stockpiling guns and ammunition, as well as attempting to manufacture pipe bombs and live grenades from military surplus "dummy" grenades, according unsealed criminal complaints released Monday.

The close to 60 pages of information compiled by federal authorities since July include allegations Litteral planned to makes explosives out of tennis balls covered in nails and coffee cans filled with ball bearings.

According to the documents, both Litteral and Campbell spoke openly about their opposition to Jade Helm 15, a series of ongoing special forces training missions in several Southwestern states that has drawn suspicion from residents who fear it is part of a planned military takeover.

In addition to ammunition for a long-range .338 caliber rifle, the authorities said Litteral purchased hand-held radios, Kevlar helmets, body armor and face masks in preparation for an armed resistance to the feared military occupation.

Litteral was also planning to purchase an assault rifle along with ammunition for Barker, whose past convictions for possession of stolen goods and cocaine barred him from possessing a gun, according to the documents.

The cocaine conviction also barred Barker from purchasing ammunition, but that apparently did not stop him from buying a "large capacity magazine" and bullets for the rifle with his own debit card. Here's the DoJ:

In addition to purchasing the military supplies, Litteral also tried to purchase a firearm and ammunition for Barker.  According to court records, Litteral filled out the required form with his own information, even though the gun was intended for Barker.  Using his own debit card, Barker purchased ammunition and a large capacity magazine for the gun.  Barker’s prior criminal felony convictions prohibit him from purchasing or possessing a firearm or ammunition.

Litteral, Barker, and Campbell are of course innocent until proven guilty, but we imagine they don't have much faith in the US legal system.

Think about it, if the British had had a hold on the world media in the 1700s similar to the Zionists’ lock on today’s world media, they too could have tried and found guilty by media the “idiot” signers of the Declaration of Independence and nipped the war for independence in the bud.

“The Declaration was not signed on the spur of the moment by men driven by emotion. Events had prepared the way for it and had forced it. The sigers knew what they were doing and what their act might mean to them personally. They knew that the Declaration of Independence was a declaration of war, and they knew what their plight would be if the Revolution failed. They literally pledged their lives when they signed their names.”

I got the impression from the article that the alleged

"plot" was to stockpile weapons to defend themselves at home or work

(which they did not do),

not to ambush police or military elsewhere.

Granted, they will be charged with "illegal" possession,

... but is having weapons at home along with distrust of government

officially now to become prima facie evidence

of  "terrorist" intent and conspiracy?

a lot of state propaganda BS in this article as a preface about Jade Helm in general. The state was hoping for just this sort of thing to use an excuse to go after those of us who consider the state in all its forms to be nothing less than a crinimal gang writ large. Hope that ZH wwill also publish the information about these people being handled by the CIA when it is soon exposed, as usual in such cases.

Wouldn't be curtailing the objectives due to awareness maybe?

I'll play the devil's advocate. Unlikely, but possible. After all, in most populations one would expect +9% to be mentally ill (Actual figure 26.2% in the USA) and another +8.9% to be below par in the grey matter department (2 SDs below norm IQ) so it would be highly unusual not to see some batshit crazy behaviour regularly.

What I find interesting is that these morons were attempting to oppose "martial law" being imposed. A quick glance at the headlines during the past decade will reveal that America is already under a kind of martial law, a giant open air prison where "Lock downs" are commonplace on the mere whims of law enforcement. All the government has to do to control the population is make some noise about Al-bingo-bongo to keep large populations locked in their own homes/businesses so they can break into them one by one at leisure and terrorize them with flashbang grenades tossed into baby cribs and masked SWAT teams with machine guns ablaze. Fairly commonplace, isn't it?

I do not think this was a FF- this time.
These loonies were OK as long as they were stashing legal stuff.
However, the USG takes a very dim view of Explosives.

They violated their own OPSEC, told people they were planning to go on the warpath, and got involved with a rat they should have vetted carefully.

I don't doubt their fear or love of country, but mess with explosives and you have just sent up a flare on a moonless night.

If they didnt use the explosive materials and actually make an IED, the case is tenuous, in my non-expert opinion.  It boils down to the conspiracy aspect of potential criminal activity.  And again, why would the Fedcoats focus the resources here, instead of inventorying the weapons at the local mosque?

Ask Lincoln. Basically you conspire in secret to murder hundreds of thousands of Americans. Then you save up millions of explosives, while the ATF and FBI will thank you for it. But since your're the government, its okay. When the moment is right, you as president announce the country will use "proclamations" instead of laws, and that what you say simply goes, and the constitution does not apply to you. Thats how martial law works in the USA.

Or are you saying this is all manipulated Oligarchy tactics of deep state plays?

Are there no checks and balances possible other than civil war and anarchy?

Even PCR has a more constructive view than that; although he is skeptical about its validity given the apparent disaffection in the US public--or at least in the libertarian segment of it-- towards a peaceful transition to political change in the US political sphere.

Notice the tired and lazy placement of the typical emotionally charged terms and loaded buzzwords.

A few questions for the Associated Press:

What exactly separates "stockpiling guns and ammunition" from simply "purchasing arms and acquiring the ammunition for such"?  If they are "accused" of such a thing, then the FBI Press release that you're simply regurgitating must at least make some mention of it, no?

When exactly does purchasing more than one item become "stockpiling"?  How can we tell if we are doing it?

Please tell us how they planned on "attempting to manufacture pipe bombs and live grenades from military surplus "dummy" grenades."

Were some kind of magic beans going to be involved?

What if the article said "they planned on mixing up explosives with random ingredients from the grocery store like in that "Terminator" movie and were then going to manufacture super secret bad-ass uniforms made of aluminum-foil with shiny side out to block their identification with the US military's infrared imaging technologies."

WTF?

And this paragraph:

"In addition to ammunition for a long-range .338 caliber rifle, the authorities said Litteral purchased hand-held radios, Kevlar helmets, body armor and face masks in preparation for an armed resistance to the feared military occupation."

Holy shit!  They let people buy radios that they can actually hold in their hand in this fucking country?

Please define your term "long range".  Is there such a thing as a "short range" center-fire rifle cartridge.  Is that better or worse?  Why would you mention the caliber of some firearm he owned.  Is that more dangerous than a .337 caliber or something?  I mean, at least it wasn't a .339, right? Are you aware that there are 150 year old flint-lock muskets in .500 caliber?

Please explain why the FBI has any interest in these 3 boobs whatso-fucking-ever.

Shit keeps getting crazier and crazier.  Our actual reality is quickly becoming a parody of that Idiocracy movie.

Scare the sheeple propaganda.  However, the moral of this story is that "informants" are everywhere.  Keep your mouth shut, hands off the keyboard, and no audio/video.

Anyone making leading statements about the decay and "something must be done" who is working overtime trying to be your "friend" or gain your trust - is suspect.

“Just Us” have already lost, no need for offensive measures, just sit back and watch their system die.  If you are dependent on their system - that is your primary problem to focus on.

If you are not dependent on their system, consider focusing your time and effort into improving yourself mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Like the Hutatree incident early in BHOs reign, or multitude of terr plots that turned out to be gov created entrapment, lets just see what the real evidence is.

helmets, radios, and and even dummy grenade bodies and such are all legal. guns and ammunition all depend on who actually possessed them-felons ned not apply. and talking about building this or that is a far cry from having the knowledge, the components, and the capability to be an actual threat to anything other than their TV set or keyboard.

otherwise, all there is, is the mystical government catch all of "conspiracy"

this just sounds like an attempt to discredit discussing the real issue "just why is the US military practicing martial law and combat operations against american citizens"?  particularly in states least likely to experience civil disturbances, but who are most heavily opposed the big brother police state

The bank is a debtor, you are the creditor. When the Bank folds, you receive pennies on the dollar.

Have a look at FDIC website. False guarantee in protecting 100% of your bank account.

Tyranny is so funny; what idiot would be worried about the government closing down his liberty and his way of life? Who would think that the United States government would ever be capable of such a thing?

If there is to be resistance against this tyranny, it will come from people who understand the tyranny. And it’s important to see the holes in this story, namely that everything we’re given here comes from the informant. And one wonders his motivation as well as his truthfulness, as well as who he really is.

These men are being condemned in the court of public opinion by the media on hearsay, which is inadmissable in a court of law:

Campbell told the informant of his “anti-government” views, according to federal court documents.

Campbell introduced the informant to Litteral. The two men told the informant

Specifically, they told the informant that

all of them paid for in cash, according to court documents. There were plans, the documents allege, to make pipe bombs, explosive tennis balls covered in nails and coffee cans filled with ball bearings that would be detonated with a shot from a sniper rifle.

Litteral allegedly told the informant in a phone conversation,

Litteral told another person in a phone conversation:

Litteral and Campbell spoke openly about their opposition to Jade Helm 15...

There have been reports coming from military informants to alternative media that Jade Helm has been downsized or possibly even scrapped due to the media coverage and some state government opposition.  Is this true, who knows.

I would love to see a mathmatician break down the odds of this massive uptick in "terrorist attacks" since the attempted passage of anti gun legislation.  They don't want to have a bunch of ME terrorist running around in the US shooting everyone because then people want to arm up.  This is why the mass shootings etc., have been strictly white crazy guy agianst the world (at least as far as the coverage goes and it certainly made a 360 degree turn in that direction when it was convenient).  They do this from an angle that alienates blacks and liberals.

Apparently, Americans are not nearly as violent as we are portrayed to be being that government has tried it's best to incite conflict and yet has to resort to FBI frame jobs on nutters who probably never had any plans.  I personally think they thought all hell would break loose when the put a man with a muslim name in office, one whose name was literally one syllable removed from Osama right after we were allegedly attacked by Muslim extremists... yet it didn't happen because America is far more tolerant than we are made out to be.

This is all BS and it can be mathmatically supported to be so because it is statistically improbable as f**k.  This is psychological warfare and black OPS and I have zero respect for the intelligence of anyone who doesn't see it at this point, call me tinfoil all you want, you are a coincidence theorist.  You believe in coincidences that are incredibly unlikely if not nearly impossible from a perspective of probability and you do so because your a sheep.

If the purpose of Jade Helm was to provoke citizens then it is working.

Govco.com must walk softly and not offend muzzies in any way, but it's Ok to target and provoke the regular citizens using the military, LEO, NSA and the IRS declaring all of us 'persons of interest'.

Latin marxist countries follow this same exact template. They use the democratic process and lie to get elected, they then decree illegal laws and a hard left marxist agenda and then, when citizens are provoked and finally begin to push back, Govcoco.com brings out the jackboots to "restore order" and make an example.

More citizen resistance and questions = more martial law.

Inspired by their foaming at the mouth brethren who post on ZH no doubt. How best to classify/sum-up these foot-solider fools? To use Game of Thrones as an analogy, they represent the ”Nights Watch”, who murdered John Snow. These fools and many of them reside on Zero Hedge, know there is an enemy that needs fighting, but the fucking arseholes cannot identify, nor articulate what or who that enemy is, the many faces and facets of the enemy, nor the allies of the enemy and MOST IMPORTANTLY, the allies and imperfect alliances needed to fight the enemy. Hence we will lose because they are 110 IQ plebs, believing they are far smarter than what they are. "It's the gubermint, they want to impose martial law and take away my guns" These swastika/confederate flag waving Neanderthals may very well be right, but we won't win if we take on the fucking army. The lack of sophistication in thought is depressing. The problem with these misguided patriots and many of their supporters on ZH, is that they are simply not well read. The dumbing down of the education system is clearly working and we can see the results.

What post? If it's any of your posts on this topic, then I'm still waiting to be enlightened. Maybe you see yourself in them and thus empathise with these imbeciles. At best you can call them misguided patriots, but in reality classing them as that could only be described as being "economical with the truth" These fools see the entity which is the gubermint and thus by extension the army as the enemy. This is a tragic mistake of Herculean proportions, but unsurprising. Most posters on ZH are only capable of seeing problems in 2D, when a more nuanced 3D outlook is required. The myopic view held by many on here is testament to that. The lack of free thinking is in short supply, for example filled with the bile of infantile Socialism vs Capitalism slurs, like it will advance the argument. I'll reiterate again, there’s simply not enough well read and travelled individuals on this site to balance out the myopic 2D solutions given up by most  posters on here and thus why revolutions even when the conditions are ripe, never get off the ground. Idiots abound with their wondrous solutions.

This "Jade Helm" fiasco is just a totally stupid giant waste of money that could be used for fixing dams or whatever. Of course it's going to bring out these foolish types who likely would have simply gone on stacking unusable weapons, and who later would have simply croaked, leaving behind a small enigma.

Here’s the federal order... Read it for yourself.

It’s published by the US Army Special Operations Command and is reprinted in full inside this article. It’s called Jade Helm II. .

Feds Preparing to Invade Texas, List State as ‘Hostile’

"Some participants will be wearing civilian attire and driving civilian vehicles..."

Alex Jones talks with Infowars reporter and Army veteran Joe Biggs about a newly released military document detailing the US Army’s plan to wage war on the American people

“Jade Helm is a challenging eight-week joint military and Interagency (IA) Unconventional Warfare (UW) exercise conducted throughout Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah and Colorado,” according to an unclassified military document announcing the training drill, which runs from July 15 through September 15.

Multiple branches of the US military, including Green Berets, Navy Seals, and the 82nd Airborne Division, will participate in the 8-week long exercise, which may result in “increased aircraft in the area at night.”

OK, here is the nut: They are trying to flush out and track groups opposed (on Constitutional grounds) the overreach of the Feds.  Every text, cell call, or email will be under scrutiny. Drop off the grid for comms.

Now, this will not involve seizing large numbers of citizens, but creating a database of possible civilian threats.

90% or more of this FTX is to identify opponents to the Regime for later 'disposal.'

So, here is what you do: track them, remain very passive in actions and counter-surveillance. Your primary goal is to remain invisible and surveil their "MO."

Any red-blooded American would like to confront these guys, You Cannot Do That.

You must conduct counter-surveillance, which is learned by experience. It is also dangerous. It should be left up to former SPECOPS whenever possible.
*****
The current Regime is Totalitarian by its nature. It will seek to control more and more citizens and resources. Kind of like a modern Bolshevik overthrow. The people behind this are dedicated Bolshevik-Style Revolutionaries, which actually differs little from National Socialism. The people to be interned/exterminated have already been identified.

Now, when the Black Swan appears, the banks are closed, and Citizens are crying for relief, these Bolsheviks will have a "solution." This is coming, whether you like it or not. Few people here can fathom the extent of the infrastructure these folks have put into place over the last 7 years.

Stay on Guard.

Much of what government power is doing these days is unconstitutional. But one aspect of the Constitution which is valid, the operation of a people’s militia, just can’t be tolerated. Several years ago when the militia movement began to crystallize all around the country in an effort to be no more than defensive in protecting communities and property against government violence, the government stepped in to shut it down.

Government informants were sprinkled throughout the newly organized militias and after leaders were arrested and some imprisoned, the movement shriveled. Planted evidence was part of the government’s sting operation, such as burying homemade explosives on a leader’s property.

The Courier-Journal wrote on Sep. 8, 2002:

The sharp growth of militias and patriot groups followed the 1993 siege of Branch Davidians in Waco, Texas, and the 11-day Ruby Ridge standoff in 1992 in Idaho with fugitive Randy Weaver.

With the Murrah Federal Building bombing in Oklahoma City in April 1995, militias saw a surge in membership as critics of the federal government claimed the government engineered the bombing to crack down on potential terror groups….

Some militiamen and others blame the movement’s decline on criminal prosecutions of such activists. ”It seems like a kind of Greek tragedy sort of thing — cut the head off the snake and the body will die,” [state militiaman Terry Lee] Ingram said.

http://www.religionnewsblog.com/774/state-militia-on-decline-after-leader-imprisoned
