Families Of 9/11 Victims On Verge Of Proving Government Cover-Up In Court

For many years, rumors have circulated regarding the U.S. government’s involvement in an active cover-up of a sinister connection between Saudi Arabia and the terrorist attacks of 9/11. In fact, 28 redacted pages from a congressional intelligence report are said to contain damning information that implicates the Saudis in the 2001 mass murder of American citizens. Despite a bipartisan effort to release the information, the now notorious 28 pages are still being withheld from the public under the predictable guise of “national security.”
Now, thanks to a federal lawsuit in a Manhattan court, there may be a light at the end of the tunnel.
Two authors of the concealed pages may soon be called to testify in a court case currently pending against the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Former FBI investigator Michael Jacobson and former Justice Department attorney Dana Lesemann, both of whom investigated the terror strikes for the FBI, were given the assignment to track down possible leads connecting Saudi officials to the hijackers and then document their findings. The evidence they compiled was recorded in the infamous 28 pages.
The duo also went on to work with the independent 9/11 Commission, where they unveiled even more corroboration. They uncovered an association between the Saudi Consulate in Los Angeles, the Saudi Embassy in Washington D.C., and the the tragic events in 2001.
At a court hearing on July 30, lawyers for the victims’ families stated that the most major of allegations against the Saudis were purposefully left out of the final draft of the 9/11 Commission report.
“They were removed at the 11th hour by the senior staff,” said attorney Sean Carter, who called the decision a “political matter.”
“[T]hey had documented a direct link between the Saudi government and the Sept. 11 plot based on the explosive material they had uncovered concerning the activities of Fahad al-Thumairy and Omar al-Bayoumi,” explained Carter.
Thumairy worked as a religious cleric and Saudi diplomat in Los Angeles at the time, while Bayoumi was employed by the Saudi Arabian Civil Aviation Authority in San Diego.
The judge presiding over the case now has a 60-90 day window to either dismiss the case or proceed on behalf of the victims’ families.
Jerry Goldman, an attorney for the plaintiffs, feels good about the future of the proceedings.
“(The Judge) wasn’t buying their spin,” Goldman said. “The burden is on the kingdom to prove we are wrong, and they didn’t do that.”
With so many unanswered questions surrounding 9/11, there is no telling what may be disclosed if the case is allowed to move forward.
The terrifying reality is that if the Saudis are found guilty of involvement in the events of 9/11, such a conclusion would only raise more questions than it would answer. Who inside the United States government would be covering for the kingdom of Saudi Arabia for so many years— and more importantly, why?

Besides that, Pentagon hit may have been a drone or large cruise missile. .Gov still can't provide we the people with a good shot, even after confiscating dozens (all) of the security cameras. It's hard to tell, though, and harder to prove in court, so best stick with what is provable, and push forward one step at a time.
I greatly admire those pushing this case. Since key eyewitnesses and other activists have had the curious misfortune of dying in transportation accidents and whatnot at statistically unnatural rates, it seems awfully selfless of them to pursue this in spite of the danger.
I really hope though that this legal episode does not end with Saudi Arabia being set up as patsies to take the fall for the sinister forces that truly guaranteed the attack's success from within. It is vital that the individuals in government involved in making this information confidential (for starters) be forced to testify in an open session of congress. Unfortunately I worry that only unpeeling this layer might just result in further war if the MIC and steeple take the bait and run for the end zone with it.

All you need to know is that all 3 buildings fell completely within their footprints, indicative of a controlled demolition. Thermite? Had the jet fuel, that was burning off, created any kind of collapse (a big IF), the collapsed building(s) would have fallen willy nilly. The tops of the towers would have skidded off into the street or nearby buildings. Many eyewitnesses said it looked like a controlled demo. Even WTC7 looked like it, with only a fire to blame. That's 3 hole in one's in one day. Completely ludicrous.

I appreciated how the majority of comments and voting patterns on articles like the one above republished on Zero Hedge tend to reinforce my conclusions regarding 9/11, which were arrived at after spending thousands of hours to sift through the publicly available information, including carefully watch several dozen documentaries about that subject.
My view is similar to that already repeated several times previously in these comments, and which also appears to have been strongly supported by the voting patterns upon those comments, that solely blaming the Saudis appears to be something of a "red herring." While I do not dispute that they may well have some role, the basic big picture does go at least back to the Kennedy assassination (as other comments above also pointed out, since it appears that there is practically no difference between the highest levels of the CIA and organized crime.)
Indeed, basically, the Wall Street bankers and lawyers, that were most involved in the transition from their World War II operations to become the post-war CIA organizations, were always the best organized gangs of criminals, who had been able for generations to apply the principles and methods of organized crime to capture control over the powers of governments. In particular, the American government ENFORCES FRAUDS by privately controlled banks.
Globally, there are combined money/murder systems, whereby the debt controls are backed by the death controls. sicko, one does not have to be an "expert" to understand the structural properties of the substance steel in steel frame buildings. Furthermore, it is the most elementary level of the understanding of physics to apply the laws of gravitational motion to the sudden collapse of the three world trade towers.
Any period of apparent free fall collapse of a steel frame building has only one obviously logical conclusion, that there MUST have been some kind of controlled demolition, i.e., 9/11 MUST have been an inside job.

If you would take some time and do some research you my find that the buildings are old, expensive to heat, and all of the floor tile as well as the elevator shafts and the insulation was all abestos, with todays building codes the asbestos must be removed. It is very very expensive to remove the asbestos (I contract to a company that does asbestos abatement). The crater shaped rubble pile of WTC 1 and 2 is impossible to explain thermodynamically by a gravity collapse or structural failure scenario. In fact, the presence of a crater shaped rubble pile necessarily and sufficiently proves that explosive charges were set off deep within WTC 1 and 2 resulting in most of the building's structure being thrown laterally outward. The close spacing of the explosives charges on each floor, separated by air gaps, created shockwaves that pulverized most of the concrete in midair- see page 266 of this reference:

Although the WTC 1 and 2 tower blue prints have now been made 'classified', they were leaked out a few years ago, by somebody concerned that the NIST model of the buldings had purposefully left out the important center mast design element in each tower. Each tower had a 15 by 20 foot rectangular mast made of reinforced concrete and extending 1200 feet up. The mast was a novel design feature of the time, needed to dampen oscillations that would occur if just 1200 foot tall steel columns ran up the building. Eash mast contained more concrete that all the floors combined and was located dead center in the middle of the footprint of the buildings. The Sears tower and other towers over 1000 feet have had to use the same mast design to prevent oscillation.

The center of the rubble pile is no higher than street level while a few scraggily walls bend backward, as if they were blown back from explosive charges in the center of the towers. The towers basement was only 60 feet deep. Normally there should be "hill shaped" pile of rubble in a collapse due to structural failure and the center should be about 100 feet above street level, 1 foot per floor. The shape of the WTC rubble pile is crater like, or 'bowl like', and impossible to occur from the collapse of the tower. The concrete chunks of the mast would have made certain that the pile of rubble would be hilll shaped, since the center each tower had the most structural concrete directly above it.
In contrast, WTC 7 was 640 feet tall and had a 40 foot deep basement, not proportionately different from the towers, yet it's rubble pile was hill shaped, as expected in a gravity collapse

WTC 7 was demolitioned normally, probably because as it was not built over the 16 acre concrete bathtub that WTC 1 and 2 were built over, falling chunks would not endanger damaging the walls of the bathtub and letting the Hudson flow into the tunnels beneath lower Manhattan. Also if the towers were allowed to gravity collapse by explosives placed to remove supports as in a normal demolition, the cleanup of the asbestos and debris would have shut down lower Manhattan for months. So the perps of 911 deomollished WTC 1 and 2 on purpose, pulverizing them into mostly dust, by using many more explosives designed to pulverize each floor and thus fling material outward in a spherically shape, that would spread out over a radius of 1 km. A reporter asked Patak that day why there was so little rubble present where the had stood towers and his response was that it had turned to a 3 inch layer of dust from river to river.

The group had planned to park the van near one either towers support columns but that day, all the parking spots had government vehicles and they could only find an empty space in the middle of the parking garage, between the towers. The FBI pretended to solve the case by finding an axle in the rubble, when all along they were involved with the group for 2 years. They let 2 of the group fly to Iraq the day after the bombing, probably to form a casus belli for war with Iraq in 1993. Only when Salem gave his 600 or so audio tapes of his conversations with the FBI to the judge and defense attorneys in the case, did the whole false flag operation get burried.

I dont think there were "hijackers" at all, I believe plane was unmanned. I believe everybody in the higher circles knew, from businessmen to government to hollywood figures. I believe it was cooperation of government and Mossad/Israel, with Saudi *maybe* being 3rd culprit(or not). but I can tell you with certainty the towers fell because they were struck by the planes. I have a book on the consctruction of the two towers. the planes took out hte INTERNAL SUPPORT STRUCTURES. the buildings were held up by their CORES, not the external walls. the cores were cut and the weight above was simply too much for the ancillary support to hold.
kind of like a person standing up and then somebody shooting them in the leg with a shot gun. even if you were not feeling any pain, you're damn sure going to fall. the fact that the buildings pancaked going down isn't shocking either.
What happened to the massive core section????????? In a pancake situation we should see the core still standing, at least a few hundred feet of it...but as we all know, it's obliterated.

The 15 by 20 foot rectangular mast section that extended 1200 feet upward through the middle of each tower was not hit by the plane and was not even shown in the NIST simulation, which gave an impact zone of the plane debris that was nowhere near this mast anyway. The mast consisted of reinforced concrete, and contained more concrete the floors. This is the core that can be seen as the last structure that collapses as seen from across the river

Answer: the core was rigged with numerous explosives and the multiple shock waves from the explosions, magnified by the air gaps between the charges, pulverized the concrete into dust.

On Sept. 11th, 2001, I was in Milwuakee. George Bush Sr.'s plane was grounded as a precaution. He laughed and played golf. It was in the paper the next day as a public interest story.... "isn't that nice that he graced our golf courses with his presence"...... I always thought that was about as telling as it gets.
