The FBI Considers The IRS & DOJ, Domestic Terrorists

Eventually it was bound to happen. The ever increasing ambiguous laws that allow the government to prosecute, or worse, simply negate all Constitutional protections of its citizens would come back to hang them. In an unusual circumstance, what is essentially one party in D.C. when it comes to matters of covering up governmental criminality, has split into a two party system. Specifically, a sect of the Republican party known as Tea Partiers pushed unrelentingly to expose the criminality acted upon members of its own tribe by various government agencies.
The Tea Party was formed by a group of individuals around the country who wanted to get back to the ideals of the Constitution i.e freedom. But the Constitution is kryptonite to the system. And so those who organize to promote the Constitution were targeted by the highest levels of government. What better weapon to attack those whose intention is to defend the Constitution than an unconstitutional agency that has essentially unquestioned authority. After all it is always unclear who watches the watchman. Well in this particular case, the FBI and DOJ would seem to have jurisdiction over actions consistent with those of the IRS.
Under the FBI’s own definition of a ‘Domestic Terrorist’ one MUST consider the IRS to be a terrorist organization as evidenced by the very recent discoveries surrounding the IRS’s own actions.
“Domestic terrorism” means activities with the following three characteristics:
- Involve acts dangerous to human life that violate federal or state law;
- Appear intended (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination. or kidnapping; and
- Occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the U.S. …”
While the first characteristic seems to imply violence is necessary it should be noted that under the FBI’s definition of ‘International Terrorism’ they explicitly include ‘Violent acts’ within the definition.
“International terrorism” means activities with the following three characteristics:
- Involve violent acts or acts dangerous to human life that violate federal or state law;
- Appear to be intended (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and
- Occur primarily outside the territorial jurisdiction of the U.S., or transcend national boundaries in terms of the means by which they are accomplished, the persons they appear intended to intimidate or coerce, or the locale in which their perpetrators operate or seek asylum.*
The distinction of violence within the international but not domestic definition is surely not an oversight. But by doing so it leaves open the opportunity to define a non violent act to be construed as indirectly dangerous to human life (e.g. Snowden’s actions). But certainly wrongfully putting someone inside a federal prison for tax evasion would be considered dangerous to human life. According to the following revelations through emails obtained via court orders by Judicial Watch (a nonpartisan government watchdog), that is exactly what the IRS, DOJ and FBI were conspiring to do.
“These new documents show that the Obama IRS scandal is also an Obama DOJ and FBI scandal,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “The FBI and Justice Department worked with Lois Lerner and the IRS to concoct some reason to put President Obama’s opponents in jail before his reelection. And this abuse resulted in the FBI’s illegally obtaining confidential taxpayer information. How can the Justice Department and FBI investigate the very scandal in which they are implicated?”
On April 16, 2014, Judicial Watch forced the IRS to release documents revealing for the first time that Lerner communicated with the DOJ in May 2013 about whether it was possible to launch criminal prosecutions against targeted tax-exempt entities. The documents were obtained due to court order in an October 2013 Judicial Watch FOIA lawsuit filed against the IRS.
Those documents contained an email exchange between Lerner and Nikole C. Flax, then-chief of staff to then-Acting IRS Commissioner Steven T. Miller discussing plans to work with the DOJ to prosecute nonprofit groups that “lied” (Lerner’s quotation marks) about political activities…”
But it begs the question then again, if the DOJ and FBI are also implicated in the domestic terrorism (according to the FBI’s own definition) who is left to prosecute?
Well it is we the people. It shouldn’t matter if you are Democrat or Republican. We have a clear and identifiable gross abuse of government at the highest levels. The abuse falls under the FBI’s own definition of domestic terrorism, a definition they would not hesitate to use against you or your family if it suited their objectives. And so call it the Golden Rule or Kantian Categorical Imperatives or simple justice, but it is imperative to the people’s rule over its representative governing body to prosecute all involved to the highest levels and to the maximum penalty of the law.
The abuse by those who have been granted incredible powers under the trust of the nation need to be dealt the most severe consequences. Our very response to this matter will underpin the relationship between the people and its government for generations.
If we allow such astonishing government abuses, which have now been overtly evidenced and confessed by at least some of the guilty parties, to be lightly dealt with then we blatantly fail to defend every subsequent generation of Americans from ever worse abuses. We fail as Americans. The result of this investigation over the coming months will likely show that we the people have lost all sense of what it means to be an American. That said, I remain doubtingly hopeful that I am proven wrong.

I'll just say I didn't know there was a server in my basement and then sit quietly and wait because it's more than a year before I'll be sworn in as President of the United States of America.
The position the FBI and most other law enforcement agencies along with the way the miltiary displays itself is why I think Jade Helm was a move against the progressives, as a signal. Not towards Americans whom were freaking out for no reason. I think there is a very silent and slowly moving civil war still going on in this country, and the back and forth in the media is just the cover up.
I don't think WW2 ever actually ended on real terms either. I think the fighting in open stoped but on the covert level, it's still very much going on.

Exactly. Any investigation will effectively become a sanitizing process for public consumption. It is impossible for me to believe that ANY government agency is capable of reigning in any other. They all have so much dirt on each other, everyone is effectively living in glass houses. Besides the fact that they ARE the big club that WE are not part of.

You know, there's an element of truth in that. I get it. Plenty of people get it. It's just that all of us have one nagging hadicap- some passing respect for the rule of law, the Constitution, conservative principles- call it what you will. We are slow to anger and even slower to take action. Opposing forces know this and walk that line very carefully. It'll take another financial crisis (or possibly two more) to wake people up. It will take nothing less than the destruction of the USD, or an even greater event. It could happen within the next few months, or it could go on for another 7 years, give or take a couple.
But we will see it during our expected lifetimes. The disollution or the destruction of the USA as we know it will be as sudden and as unexpected to the world as was the fall of the USSR. Yet the signs are there.

I had planned a trip to Philadelphia to learn Crystal Reports. My company found out that one of the airlines would cut the fare in half if I took a senior citizen along, so I offered my Dad. The company was tickled. At the time I was their newest darling CFO and Controller, and the money saved was used to give us a little tour of the area. The company president then gave me and extra week to see everything on the company dime...even to take my dad to an 'extremely expensive restaurant'. (Taking dad cut down on airfare, rooms, car rental, all kinds of shit.) Arrangement are made. 9/11 happens.
The day we are schduled to leave is the very first day that flights are re-allowed. Dad and I get down to Ontario (Calif) airport and go through Taquisha's half-assed screening and we're in a line at the gate. There's a total of about nine of us getting onto an L1011. We are all looking at each other, saying to ourselves "I can take him and him, but will need help with him, he looks ok, he will probably help, but that guy needs watching", everyone of us, I can guarantee it. We get on this massive airplane, all nine of us and, since it's Delta, we're headed to Atlanta. You can't get to hell, on Delta, without stopping in Atlanta. We exit into the Atlanta terminal and there are exactly nine people in the entire thing. They could have shot a cannon down the concourse without injuring anyone.
The nine of us split up. Dad and I depart from the same consourse, naturally at the polar end of it, and we wind up in a group of about five people that are headed to Philadelphia. (Forgot to mention, I have this grey (ahem, silver) taliban beard about a foot long, 'silver' hair, Dad's clean shaven, retired Air Force busscut. I'm getting a gut at 40, he's just getting a gut at 65 [sonovabitch still digs postholes by hand, splits railroad ties for fence posts, manually mixes concrete, does shit with the horse, alpacas, chickens, peacocks, chukka hens, and feral cats...he still does it.)
The five of us size each other up. We're all older, pudgy, and white. We all breathe a sigh of relief.
Get to Whoringtown, DC. Get a cab to take us from Dulles, with about twelve other people. Get to DC and he's dropping people off at various hotels. Gets down to one guy and us. The guy wants to go to Reagan to get his car. Taxi driver says it a really bad idea. Guy insists. Gets all pissy. Cab driver says, look, I'll take you there but you grab your shit before I stop and you hop out the minute I stop. I'm going to leave within a second. Guy agrees so we start handing him his shit from behind us. He has a small pile rady to go. Cab pulls up to Reagan and there's hundreds of cops of all sorts. Cab pulls up, guys hops out with his shit, and the cab leaves as I puyll the door shut. Looking out the rear window every one of those cops are running up to the guy, weapons drawn.
Our driver hits the gas and we peel away (made it hard to shut the fucking door). Once we calmed, we asked where he was from, since his accent was pretty thick, he was from Nigeria and had been here, driving a cab for about three years. We told him it was our first time in DC. Could he point out the sights? He slowed down and asked where we were from and we told him the deserts of California and that big cities were pretty much foreign to us. So he started pointing out landmarks and memorials...cruising all over the city, and I was so lost I couldn't tell you were we went. Eventually he went by the Lincoln Memorial, then the Jefferson Memorial, and pulled up to our Hotel, Capitol Hilton. We asked for our fare and he said, for you, $5. We gave him $20.
Nest day, went to see our representative, then Jerry Lewis, who I would later confront in 2008 (why shouldn't we hang you?). He couldn't give us White House passes due to 9/11. But he told us to go across the street, through this door, then another, then another, and we'd get a tour of the House of Misrepresentatives. We follow his directions, find the door, the next, the next, the next...suddenly dad and I are standing on the house floor. We're flabbergasted as nearly every head turns our way. Dad, who's deaf from years as a flight mechanic, softly said, to him, "OH, SHIT!!". We both turned and went back out the door, up the stairs, to the security check-point. Dad sailed right through, I was bent over the bench as they went through my pockets to the point I expected a finger up my ass. Dad was cheerfully taking photos.
I was good. They let me proceed. I spent a minute tucking my shirt back in, putting my belt back on, shoes on, getting all my shit out of the basket, pulling my undies out of the wedgie...and we were directed to the balcony over the house. This is a pretty big balcony. It goes all around the back of the house. There were less than twenty people in the entire thing. We're on the front row of the balcony, watching these assholes as they vote to suspend the rules allowing Bush to go to war with Afghanistan. They complete their vote and it's damned near unanimous. It's quite as hell. Dad turns to me and says, softly (to him), "THAT"S A PRETTY BIG FUCKING DEAL!!" Every head of those assholes turned up to look at us. (I think of us as those two old muppet guys in the balcony, that's exactly how it was.) Louwanda, the balcony guard, was running her fat ass down the stairs to escort us out of there. We got deposited, I guess in the rotunda, and there was the door leading to the national mall. So we went that way. You'd think the Capitol, would have body sensing doors and shit. But nope, exiting the rotunda to the national mall was the normal backdoor, though a bit thicker, onto slabs of unevened marble or some other rock, that dipped beneathe each step. Walked straight from the Capitol all the way to the Lincoln Memorial (WWII wasn't built yet). Dad was a vet of Korea and Viet Nam so we poked around those memorials. Then found the WWI memorial hidden behind trees
Next day we took a train. We land in Philadelphia. First thing we notice are a couple of posters in the airport...Missing. Cab takes us to our hotel. We ahng out a couple of hours in the bar. Next morning I'm in a class that's in some building of thirty or more stories, and I'm on the twenty somethingth floor. I'm from California. I don't want to be in any building higher than two stories as a matter of principle. I also have a fear of hieghts after a waterspout hit a nigger-rigged crane being built in Panama City. [another story I think I told]. Where I once had no problem going to the edge of a cliff and jumping to a spot, or rappelling down, now I'm fucking dizzy looking over, and anything man-made is even worse.
So I'm in this twenty story class and I have to keep going down to the street about every hour to catch my breath. The class and instructors attribute it to 9/11, but I know in my heart that I'm just a pussy with a fear of heights. Meanwhile, Dad is out entertaining himself in the local area. He's seen the sights, went to the Liberty Bell, then bar after bar after bar. I get out of class and I join him at a bar at the hotel. We look down, dizzily, at a march that Jesse Jackson leads. We seriously [drunkenly] considered lobbing our glasses at him. We had no idea what the march was about, but that asshole was out in front...
Next day, another class. Came back to hotel did pretty much the same. But no march.
Third day, no class, fitting...we had no class...dad wants to show me Philidelphia. So we go were he's been so far, besides the bars. We go to the Liberty Bell, Franklin's house, his grave (which is practicallyin the backyard of the hotel), and the mint. Then we saw a sign to a subway, something niether of us had been on [though I found out it was pretty much like MetroLink in Los Angeles). The stairs took us into another city. There were malls, coffee shops, shit...everything. Dad and I, as hicks, stood in confusion, looking around trying to figure out where to go to find the fucking subway. This black, muslim lady in a hijab saw us and asked if we were lost and we said yes, we wanted to find the subway to go see the old city. She pointed and said go that way to the subway. We said thanks and went that direction. We found stairs down and followed them, to where we were trying to figure out how to pay the fare. The muslim lady appeared, pulling my arm, you're on the wrong side you have to go over there. We thanked her and sheepishly went to the other side to figure out how to pay the fare. This took some time.
About three trains later we figured it out, got a round trip ticket, and went to the historic district. Got to see Independence Hall and all the stuff around it. Then it was bar-hopping time. There must have been a bar every third store on the street on both sides. At our first on we found out what the local brew was so we stuck with that the rest of the night. At the fourth our fifth bar we ran into this kid that was a mexican wetback. He speaks pretty good english, I speak shitty spanglish, it's old home week for all three of us. We're now a trio. We hit the next, the next, and the next until we come to a bar where an old lady (dad's age), who's pretty much broke, is begging the bartender for a beer. He's telling her to take a fucking hike. Now we're a quartet. We had this lady buying rounds for everyone at the bar, she had whatever she wanted, she was the fuckin' princess of the place at 65 years old. We stayed at that place until she said she had to leave, and she had three young Irish guys to make sure she made it home safely. About an hour later, totally drunk, our mexican friend lead us back to the subway and on the proper track. Waving 'Adios, Amigos'. We flipped him off as a fucking wetback as we had teased him all night, he had teased us back as fucking old gringos. We train back to our Capitol Hilton.
We have a free day. There's nothing to do. I said, Dad, we've got all these itty bitty state between us and New York, lets go up there and see what's going on. So off we go. We wanted to experience a sbuway ride to New York, so I stopped in Hoboken and found a PATH, which we figured was a subway. So I parked the car on the street and we went down the stairs. The entire place was posted with missing signs in various colors. We now knew how to figure out the subway fares, so it didn't take long to get a ticket. But we spent a long time looking at all those posters. When we finally got on a subway, there was us, a lady, and the guy driving the thing.
Dad and I were a little excited about being able to got to New York city. As the train started down the tunnel we asked what would happen if he opened the front door to let a breeze through. He thought about it a bit and said, I wouldn't recommend breathing in what's in these tunnels. Train goes down, a lot, levels off for a while, then goes up and left and right. We wind up at Times Square Station. We come out of this hole to a massive terminal. And walk onto the street. We're in a man-made canyon. We're awestruck. Neither of us feels our inner-compass, can't see shit but the building and smoke and posters. Posters EVERYWHERE. It's somber, ever though we're excited to be there.
We stopped at a street merchant and bought a couple shirts as we shot the shit with him. He asked where we were from and we told him California. He asked why we were there and we told him we were tourists, come to spend a few of our bucks in New York City to help as little as we could. He said the towers are down this street, a long way, they won't let you near it, but down this way is broadway and all that stuff. (I think a 'long way' to him, was two miles). We meander around, went to, as dad says the Umpire State building, and other stuff, then strolled down to broadway, looking like obvious tourists staring up at the buildings. Dad and I are in bascially blue jeans, and cheap button-up, collared, shirts
My neck started to hurt and I noticed we were at Broadway and some major road. Looking down the street the only show I remember was "The Producers". Rgiht at the corner was a restaurant that niggled in my mind as being famous. Sardis. We were getting hungry, so we went in. Apparently we were early to the restaurant, but they were happy to bring us in, sit us and get us beers. My dad and I looked around. Where have we seen this place before? We know it was TV...fuck..."I Love Lucy". We think we're about in the same seats that Lucy and Desi were. We're looking at the art work on the wall, drinking our beer, and suddenly all the waiters show up in front of us in a line. Dad and I look at each other wondering WTF, while another asshole goes down the line inspecting them like their marines or some shit. We tip our beer bottles to the line. and When it's dispersed ask the waiter for another round and a menu. He explained that they couldn't produce anything until they officially opened. I asked why we were allowed in if they weren't open. He siad, because you're obviously tourists. No one else would have thought of coming here before opening.
Holy shit, we've crashed the party. The doors open and there's this mass of people in suits and ties, gowns and dresses, all dressed to the nines....and these two old assholes sitting at a table. A lady get set next to us, and she gets all google eyed when dad takes a sip of beer out of his bottle. I'm wondering what her problem is as I pull out the map and show him that we have all these other little states we could go through before we leave. The lady says, excuse me, you're from the west aren't you? We said, yeah, California, how'd you know? You mentioned little states. Only people from the west use that term.
So we get to talking with this relatively older lady, and she mentions that she makes it a point to come all the way down here at least once a week. We ask, where do you live? She says three blocks up. Ma'am, where I grew up, town was a three mile walk. Town was less thana quarter mile. The next town was twenty miles away, and it was barely more. She looked at me for a moment like I was an alien and started laughing. You know, perception is a thing that one adapts to. I've lived here all my life, and going anywhere more than three blocks is an inconvenience..to you, that's unbelieveable, to me walking three miles to a town is unbeleivable. I'm drinking tonic and gin, would you gentlemen mind buying my next? So we did. Who in the fuck was she. I knew her, she was this famous lady, I can't put her name to my fingers. She told us about movie making and stars and other bullshit. We kept buying her drinks, She warned us that there was about to be a rush because the newly opened theaters were emptying and sure enough, a mob arrived. We bought her a fianl drink explaining that we had to get back to our car to get back to DC. She pointed back teh way we came and said go that way a long, long way.
So we stumbled out, walked back to the station, slowly sobering up...staggered down a staircase, found a train and got on it. Got out when it stopped, climbed the stairs, got in the car and left. We had no idea what train to take, when to get on or off. We rode it until it stopped. It happened to stop in Hoboken.
Next night, in DC, at the Capitol Hilton (most of the day sleeping and hangover). The bar is fucking crowded, all are DC employees, with tags form State Department, IRS, Veteran's Admnistration...the only people in this fucking bar are government workers, and me and Dad.
We're the only non-government American Citizens in this bar. Dad gets peeled off into a group, I get surrounded by another group, behind the mass I see Hillary Clinton slithering by (frm the age of ten I learned that what you do with a sidewinder, or other rattlesnake is to immediately kill it, cut off it's head, bury the head, skin and gut, then fry on a low heat in oil or bake in a low heat). Don't know, too many people around me, or care, where she went, it's just the shuddering thought that I was once in the same room with her.
I'm pounded with questions. Who are you, what do you do? I'm nobody, I'm the CFO/Controller for "X corp". You're the CFO?! Yeah, why? What do you think of all this shit? This town, and the pentagon are legitimate targets. I cry no tears over them or you. This shithole could be nuked today, and we'd build a new capitol somewhere oppressively inhospitable, like death valley, the far north of alaska, or in Arizona right next to the mexican border. I had to concole an IRS lady, crying outside when we took a smoke break,she didn't want to die in a nuke and have no one care.
