"Mystery" Cyanide Foam Covers Streets In China As "Massive Fish Die-Off" Observed After Tianjin Explosion

Tyler Durden's picture

Update: The latest images from the massive fish die-off...

On Wednesday evening we noted that China, in what looks like an attempt to discourage investigative reports into Communist Party culpability for the explosion at Tianjin which killed more than a hundred people and injured more than 700 last week, revealed the previously unnamed majority shareholders of Tianjin International Ruihai Logistics.

The two men - a Mr. Yu and a Mr. Dong - have Party ties and admitted to using their political connections to skirt restrictions on the storage and handling of hazardous chemicals like sodium cyanide.

That admission isn’t likely to satisfy the Chinese public, which is looking for the head (figuratively speaking we hope) of someone higher up in the party, as scapegoating a few locals with tenuous Party ties doesn’t seem to constitute the type of wholesale, rigorous investigation that would indicate Beijing is serious about getting to the bottom of how 700 tonnes of toxic chemicals ended up being stored at a facility that was only licensed to warehouse a fraction of that total.

In any event, the "cyanide thunderstorms" we warned were rolling into the area have now blanketed Tianjin in a "mysterious" white foam. The images are below.

Source

And as The South China Morning Post reports, some claimed the rain had burned their skin and lips, which would be consistent with a text message purported to have emanated from the American Embassy (which immediately denied its authenticity) advising workers to "avoid ALL contact" between their skin and any rain:

Some residents and journalists near the blast site in Tianjin experienced skin burns as rain hit the Binhai New Area on Tuesday.

Amid fears the rain could spark toxic reactions with chemicals at the site - in particular with hundreds of tonnes of sodium cyanide - an official urged the public to "stay far away".

As the rain progressed, an unusual white foam emerged on roads near the blast site. A journalist for Caixin reported feeling burns on the lips and arms after being exposed to the rain.

As for the official explanation for why the streets in Tianjin are now running white with what might very well be an extremely toxic, cyanide-laced foam, Tianjin's environmental monitoring center says it's "a normal phenomenon when rain falls, and similar things have occurred before."

And in case that wasn't enough of a punchline for you, here's a look at what happened after no chemicals were detected in the seawater around the blast site:

As always, it's impossible to keep up with everything going bad everywhere at the same time. Which it is.

Be interesting to see if this trend generates more western attention if it continues into the 70s (currently 68) versus USD. YTD low is, I think, 78.

Still, it's very bad news for the ordinary people of Russia. That's all we see anymore-- very bad news for ordinary people everywhere.

But those who have sold their souls continue to gorge.

Is there any place where the news is good?

I mean, apart from the Hillary Clinton for president campaign-- where the news keeps getting better and better all the time.

This event happened a week ago s it's pretty sure there have been some winds since then to blow the original air chemical contamination away, so either there is an ongoing 'leak' of some sort or something way more serious. They sent in the bio warfare team, not just guys in hazmat suits. News reports indicate that:

Over 200 nuclear and biochemical experts, including a team from the International Atomic Energy Agency, began arriving in Tianjin to assess the health risks from the chemicals being released into the atmosphere.

Please explain why nuclear experts from China and IAEA (really, the IAEA too? All the way from Vienna??) were on scene the next day. Wikipedia says

The ... (IAEA) is an international organization that seeks to promote the peaceful use of nuclear energy, and to inhibit its use for any military purpose, including nuclear weapons. And goes on to state: The IAEA serves as an intergovernmental forum for scientific and technical cooperation in the peaceful use of nuclear technology and nuclear power worldwide. I don't see anything here about chemical spills...

Since the IAEA.org site makes it clear that it is strictly interested in nuclear technology, I will pose the question again, just wtf is the IAEA doing in Tianjin?

+1 fuck.  Totally agree.  I think there is some fucking shinannigans - that we don't know about.  I think there was more to that explosion than what we're being told - but I don't want to say any more, lest I get tin-foiled.

Except that the IAEA never sent ANYONE to Tianjin.

The 'newz' reports of such came from a combination of stupidity, poor reporting and bad translation. Even Reuters retracted the IAEA on-site 'claim' - they're apparently soucing a lot of their news from Reddit nowadays and making corrections only after being mocked on the internet.

The probable source of IAEA rumors is that the Chinese Army Chemical-Biological-Radiological-Nuclear (CBRN) troops were involved. They're the only government agency in China marginally qualified to handle a disaster like this. Their army (just like everyone else's) has units specialized in detecting and handling chemical, biological and nuclear contamination. They're trained in all those disciplines, but there was NO biological or nuclear component to the Tianjin contamination (at least no credible reports of such). If there was, you would never hear about it from the IAEA and the Chinese government would damn sure cover up any involvement they had. Some knuclehead just saw 'nuclear' and 'radiological' in the name of the Chinese army units and came to the conclusion that the IAEA must be involved.

Besides, the IAEA is busy cheering on the restarting of nuclear reactors next to active volcanos in Japan - they don't have time for this Chinese nonsense right now. Plenty of shenannigans regarding this blast in Taijuan, but it has more to do with envelopes of yuan being passed around with a wink to store tons of unlicensed toxic chemicals than it has to do with rods of God or radiation.

Maybe it was a tactical nuke test. After all the explosion was visible from space. And since NPT signatories cannot carry out nuke testing, they'd have to make it look like an accident.

The information and satelite photos some are putting out show (they claim) that the main blast location was close to but was not the warehouse that housed all the nasty chemicals.  The blast wiped out the warehouse and spread the chemicals over the city.

There may be something to the claims that this was a bold attack and warning to China.  Or boldness out of desperation.  If so, how will China respond.   Will they seek to keep it quiet so their public do not know China is being boldly challanged.  Will they accept being so dominated and for their currency policy to be dictated in this way through threats from the Zionist.

It may even lead to new healthier seafood variety that helps folks lose weight while at the same time avoid radiation induced cancer.  The glow in the dark radioactive tuna caught off of the California shores will no longer present a health hazard, because the tuna will now burn your lips if you try to eat it.  A win-win situation.

Some of you will find this of interest:

On 'Want China Times' I've read that the warehouse that exploded contained roughly 700 tons of sodium cyanide. Why is this of interest? Because Tianjin is also a strong mining center, and sodium cyanide --due to its strong attraction to metals (in ores)-- is therefore used extensively in the processing of ores for gold and silver... I don't believe this was coincidental.

Since the explosion occurred within three days of China's currency devaluation, I believe this was actually an attack, not an accident, a "two-fer" communication expressing both a general and a very specific message --and with a monkey wrench thrown into China's precious metals mining activities.

Intriguing and credible, although a similar theory has not yet surfaced on Veterans Today, NEO or Global Research, etc.

However, from Unhivedmind, we find this:

"BLOCKBUSTER: LATEST IMAGES SHOW THE BLAST PRODUCED A THREE ACRE LAKE! The new lake in China proves a 5 kiloton blast, possibly nuclear or possibly from a space based “rod from God” (pictured to the left) weapon DEPLOYED BY THE SPACE PLANE, DING DING DING DING DING!.

"At first I doubted the “rod from God” because I have no explanation for how one could drop out of orbit and actually fall, but evidently this system is real and they solved that problem. That would make the rod from God the prime candidate here, because the Chinese could easily trace down a nuclear blast.

"UPDATE: ANOTHER BLOCKBUSTER: Blasts were NOT RELATED, blast 1, the small blast, happened on the West side of the container lot, and was the crater everyone first saw with containers laying in it, thinking that was from the big blast. It was not. Blast 2, the lake making nuke type blast, happened on the East side of the container lot. The fire happened to the South of both blasts, approximately centered between them, and was ONLY A FIRE, there is no conceivable way it could produce blasts on both sides of a container lot, separated by over 200 yards. The materials in question simply could not do it. The warehouse that supposedly holding whatever exploded was erased by the large (rod from God or nuclear) blast, as was everything else around that blast."

Life under criminal putin regime can get absurd. But in same time it’s an example how North Korea get to it’s absurd regime. Where everything is upside down and hate propaganda rules the day. I guess Russians are going that direction.

Look, putin regime with it’s propaganda announcing that Western products are banned and should be replaced with local products or imported from other countries. Those Western products that are found in shops are destroyed on site in most bizarre situation – like running over 3 packages of ducks meat and burning 50 ducklings.

And that Russia will survive all sanction even if that means to live without food.

Kremlin hard-liner: Russians would 'rather starve' than surrender Putin to Western aggressors

That is what putin regime elite & it’s controlled propaganda telling to Russians.

Now, in same time putin regime elite is buying Western Luxus products

But for one thing I am sure – there will be revolution in Russia. I just hope people of Russia will win it – not the corrupt elite.

But seriously, it's fair to ask. The current human condition is truly appalling, but on another level, this is not representative of human potential, which is a whole other ball of wax.

AND HERE IS THE LATEST WEATHER FORECAST FROM TIANJIN

Greetings Citizens!  Well today when they say ... it is "raining cats and dogs" ... it actually is.  Please try to avoid the carcasses of dead animals as you drive to work.  Some people have been asking - Is this a good time to quit work and go fishing? Well no, the fish are not biting today.  They all bit the dust last night.  We suggest that you keep driving ... hopefully to a safe-radius distance of at least 200km from the city.  And if strange white foam accumulates on your windshield, please use the wiper fluid to wash it off.  VERY FAST!!  Have a happy day!!

So did we hear at Tianjin The Guns of August'?

Or just the False Flag of August?

(a chemical attack was carried out in the suburbs around Damascus on 21 August 2013.)

The Negro likes to be on vacation playing golf when 'things' happen.

The more he vacations and plays golf, the better I like it.

Plus, the President better enjoy it while it lasts. Once he is out of office and everyone gets to see the mess he left behind, he will not be appearing much in public ever again-- the cruelest fate of all for a narcissist.

There's a Facebook post by "Occupy Democrats" to make Obama into a Supreme Court Justice after his presidency. I threw up in my mouth when I read it. Occupy Democrats. Ossify Democrats is more like it.

There is always the billion dollar 'legacy' monument to his monstrous ego to ease the transition....

"President Obama, the New York Times reports, wants $1 billion to fuel his post-presidential legacy, which will include his presidential library and a series of political causes that he believes in.

In recent months, Obama has been hobnobbing with wealthy CEOs and Wall Street bankers at the White House, drinking “extra-dry Grey Goose martinis” as he waxes eloquently about his presidential library. Tech moguls have pitched him ways to make his library a digital state-of-the-art facility to expand his policies around the world.

Directer Steven Spielberg has also taken a key role in plotting Obama’s future, according to the Times, developing a narrative for the first black president after he leaves the White House.

If successful, Obama’s billion dollar effort would double the amount raised by former President George W. Bush for his presidential library. Former President Bill Clinton’s library reportedly cost $165 million."

China explosions: Potent chemical mix behind Tianjin blasts
"..Mr Pang says: "It is uncommon to have 700 tonnes of sodium cyanide stored in one location."
Mr O'Carroll says all the chemicals should have been stored as far away as possible from each other. "It is evident each should have been segregated as it was inevitable that there would be a disastrous explosion with that combination."
