Paul Craig Roberts: "America Is A Gulag"

Tyler Durden's picture

Submitted by Paul Craig Roberts,

America’s First Black President is a traitor to his race and also to justice.

Obama has permitted the corrupt US Department of Justice (sic), over which he wields authority, to overturn the ruling of a US Federal Court of Appeals that prisoners sentenced illegally to longer terms than the law permits must be released once the legal portion of their sentence is served. The DOJ, devoid of all integrity, compassion, and sense of justice, said that “finality” of conviction was more important than justice.

Indeed, the US Justice (sic) Department’s motto is: “Justice? We don’t need no stinkin’ justice!”

Alec Karakatsanis, a civil rights attorney and co-founder of Equal Justice Under Law, tells the story here: http://www.nytimes.com/2015/08/18/opinion/president-obamas-department-of-injustice.html?_r=1

See also here: http://www.opednews.com/articles/Obama-s-DOJ-Perpetrates-In-by-Rob-Kall-Dept-Of-Justice-DoJ_Dept-Of-Justice-DoJ-Failures_Eric-Holder_Injustice-150820-644.html

The concept of “finality” was an invention of a harebrained Republican conservative academic lionized by the Republican Federalist Society. In years past conservatives believed—indeed, still do—that the criminal justice system coddles criminals by allowing too many appeals against their unlawful convictions. The appeals were granted by judges who thought that the system was supposed to serve justice, but conservatives demonized justice as something that enabled criminals. A succession of Republican presidents turned the US Supreme Court into an organization that only serves the interests of private corporations. Justice is nowhere in the picture.

Appeals Court Judge, James Hill, a member of the court that ruled that prisoners did not have to serve the illegal portion of their sentences, when confronted with the Obama/DOJ deep-sixing of justice had this to say:

“A judicial system that values finality over justice is morally bankrupt.”

Obama’s DOJ says that there are too many black prisoners illegally sentenced to be released without upsetting the crime-fearful white population. According to Obama’s Justice (sic) Department, the fears of brainwashed whites take precedence over justice.

Judge Hill said that the DOJ “calls itself, without a trace of irony, the Department of Justice.”

Judge Hill added: We used to call such systems as people sitting in prison serving sentences that were illegally imposed “gulags.” “Now we call them the United States.”

America is a gulag. We are ruled by a government that is devoid of all morality, all integrity, all compassion, all justice. The government of the United States stands for one thing and one thing only: Evil.

It is just as Chavez told the United Nations in 2006 referring to President George W. Bush’s address to the assembly the day before: “Yesterday, at this very podium, Satan himself stood speaking as if he owned the world. You can still smell the sulfur.”

If you are an American and you cannot smell the sulfur, you are tightly locked down in The Matrix. God help you. There is no Neo to rescue you. And you are too brainwashed and ignorant to be rescued by me.

You are part of the new Captive Nation.

I like PCR and agree with most of his views but he has really gone OTT since he was denied (By TPTB) a role in the CFR? In this piece, it should have been noted that the Gulag is of the self-imflicted variety? The American people have stood by and allowed this to happen, to their great discredit.

He's one of the 'White Hats.' Probably a closet CFR member. They took that stuff underground after Allen and Abraham blew the lid off of it in the 70's. PCR's role is to point out the insanity of the west, and damned if he isn't right on with everything he writes...but, that's the plan. Make the west look demonic, and the East (and the BRICS) start looking mighty fine in comparison...

Maybe so, maybe not.  His points resonate regardless. I'm reminded of one of President Obama's campaign rallies, where he was asked about some scandal or other, and he responded to the effect that "Everything that was done is PERFECTLY LEGAL."  That bothered me a lot and still does.  The thing that differentiates us from psychopaths is MORALITY, NOT LAW.

Problem is that my morality isn't the same as yours, the larger problem is that all of our laws aren't applied the same either. Psychopaths are devoid of all morality and think themselves above the laws. Throw in the legal system on steroids and here we are.

It has gotten to the point now that it is ALL laws Jeff, for if ALL laws are not applied and enforced equally it isn't law at ALL, its tyranny hiding behind a facade, a mask if you will, called "law".

There is no doubt that Corzine broke "the law" yet where is he? There is no doubt that "a law" that compels someone to buy a product or service from a corporation for simply breathing is a "tyranical law" yet there is ObamaCare. There is no doubt that "immigration law" means what it says, you cross "illegally" and are caught you are expelled yet, "illegals" are released into the streets everyday by "the law".

Yes Jeff, ALL laws.

Burn it.

Don't confuse psychopaths with sociopaths.  FYI, only violent and stupid psychopaths get caught (and generate publicity).  Psychopaths are self-confident and can dismiss their emotions as irrelevant to accomplish a task (intelligent psychopaths make good surgeons for example).  I know a self-identified psychopath lawyer.  He's good and very entertaining <wag>.

No, I actually took the time to read through this long thread and verify by checking his links just to make sure before I passed judgment:

http://redefininggod.com/category/paul-craig-roberts/

There's some esoteric stuff there, but also some pretty damning information. But it took time coming to grips with this information first before I could start making sense of it:

http://redefininggod.com/understanding-the-nwo-strategy/

http://redefininggod.com/the-rockefeller-plan-for-the-brics-new-world-or...

http://www.alt-market.com/articles/2168-the-new-world-order-and-the-rise...

http://www.alt-market.com/articles/2074-russia-is-dominated-by-global-ba...

http://www.alt-market.com/articles/2126-false-eastwest-paradigm-hides-th...

The globalists are playing a game that goes far above the heads of even the brightest people. It takes some time to really research this stuff and keep an open mind about the fact that we all may have bought a huge lie about how our world really works, before we can truly understand the game. So my question is: are you willing to do some actual research and have a sound basis for your position, as I have done, or will you continue to react emotionally and spout garbage based on lies that you (and many, many others) bought into?

I started going through the links. I found examples of thin evidence & faulty logic, but will investigate deeper before coming to any conclusions.

Thank you for taking the time to at least read the links, that's all I can ask for. If you find some glaring inconsistencies, please list them here. Though I believe what I have said above, I am most interested in getting to the TRUTH, and if I am wrong, I want to know it.

I also understand that some of the stuff that Ken writes about in his posts is pretty esoteric, and that turns a lot of people off. For example, to understand his comment on the 'Hidden Hand' you'd need to read some history on secret societies, and most people just roll their eyes and say 'conspiracy BS' and that's it. I don't think that is necessary to make that connection with PCR though; just check his resume and see who he has worked for in the past. That should make anyone think twice - anyone who knows the history of the international banks, anyway.

I linked a book down below that you might be interested in reading too, as that book provided the springboard for Ken and Brandon's work: 'None Dare Call it Conspiracy.'

Also, here is a link to a ZeroHedge article that illustrates what is currently going on in one, brilliant graph:

http://azizonomics.com/2012/01/04/a-history-of-reserve-currencies-in-one...

Reserve currencies have a limited shelf life of between 70 to 100 years, and they change, like clockwork. Also, at the time of change, there is always a lot of international strife and warfare. But what most people don't know is that there are just a few families who have been in charge of those currencies throughout the eons - and these families ALWAYS maintain control even when their host country loses reserve status...and usually with that, they gain status as well.

What is going on now is the FINAL consolidation of these bankster elite: total control. Of everything, everywhere. A globalization plan that has been carried out now for many hundreds of years, and whose latest phase began in 1913 with the creation of the Federal Reserve. Next step: Take down the Fed, institute the BRICS, and then issue a one world currency. Much of this is explained in the above links.

Implied Violin - CFR members are public information. If he wants to be one that makes him a wannabe. I really doubt it.

As for the East it really is Russian centric publishing from him, focued on foreign policy which has failed. Are they 100% responsible, no. Any and all empires will do that. My opinion is he is attempting to pursue restraint in encroament on there borders and not push the big red button. In this regard, I agree.

The Russians and Chinese leadership were happy to take the money so they don't get a full pass. Since the American media keeps them in the dark more than they should in foreign policy, Russia is taking advantage of this. Not sure who is pulling the bait and switch between China, now over my analytic ability.

I'll say this, foreign lobbies have had there way so long along with domestic ones, they are throwing temper tantrums the free ride can't go on. In that regard. US senior leaderip has increasing failed based on in the end, hubris and greed. Happens to the best of them over time when full power is ontained based on prior success.

Also, to be more kind the world is moving faster now. What worked is now becoming too expensive to continue with certain strategy and tactics. Being good at violence is half the equation. How far to go in scale balancing violence with diplomacy is another matter.

I am no expert of course but I do understand crunching lots of data into intelligence so am not clueless either. Our potential adversaries also have certain tools that do this now too, especially China. Same goes for nuclear and advanced rocketry tech. Maybe we shouldnt have sold it too them so cheaply. Ooops.

You're still buying into the false east/west dialectic. Hint: there NEVER WAS *ANY* separation between them, at the highest levels. Until you are willing to consider that there is a level above and beyond what we see in the media (98% of which is owned by six megacorporations, all with extensive interconnections with government and the military), at the level of the international banks, then you can't even begin to see it.

Here is a link to a crucial book, one that started me on my path to knowledge - a book written by Gary Allen and Larry Abraham, which I mentioned above. Gary Allen was a speechwriter for Gov. George Wallace, who was *shot* just before he was going to present a speech on the contents of this very book. This is a free downloadable PDF:

ldsfreedomnetwork.com/none-dare-call-it-conspiracy.pdf

In that book is the TRUE history of WWI and WWII, with extensive documentation. ALL WARS ARE BANKER WARS...and, Russia was CREATED by the USA. The entire cold war was falsely engineered to create a 'bogey man' enemy that made many, MANY people VERY rich, and extended their control. IF you don't like that book, then go read the works of Antony Sutton and Carroll Quigley. In any case, these very same powers are creating this international fiasco now, and all the main players are ON THE SAME TEAM, when it comes to the overall goal of globalization.

As for your comment on me, all I do is read and read and read and try to make connections...and the conclusions I have come to mirror much of what Ken Stephens and Brandon Smith wrote about in the links I provided above. Could I be wrong? Sure, I actually hope I am...because if what I have come to believe is really happening, then it is of such overwhelming, all-encompassing evil that it really makes me almost give up hope.

BTW: I didn't junk you.

Phillipat - Article comparison to the Gulag is hyperbolic. Police state for tax purpose is more appropos. He is learning being a net journalist on the job.

The cycle of human nature: Capitalism, Facism, Communism. Scale matters too but I am generalizing. There are better analysis terms for this cycle but these are the ones most relate to.

By Fascism cycle the people begin and lose the ability to instruct the bus driver.

In the beginning of Communism the bus driver ignores you, still has his pay check and continues raising his salary for awhile after already making out like a bandit already.

Let's call a spade a spade. On the bright side we evolved to endorse science. Also, there is very soft civil war going on not just as an 'us or them' but all of us. When Princeton does analysis and writes we are an Oligarchy that is tremendous progress. I have hope but can we as a species do it before the big weapons go off? I have my doubts.

Maybe you need some personal reassurance. Just try to argue with a cop when you get pulled over and insist he explains to you why he stopped you in the first place. Fair chance you'll end up in a cell (if only for the night) and a great opportunity to experience first-hand how you get treated just for not having been submissive.

If you are stopped by the police, don't say a word. Keep your hands where they can see them at all times. If you are in a vehicle, speak only to ask if you can exit the vehicle. As soon as you are allowed to do so, or if you are already in the open, slowly, very slowly, get down on the ground and curl up in a fetal position, using your arms to protect your head and other vital organs. Remain tightly curled, and stay silent. DOING THIS MAY SAVE YOUR LIFE.

John Vallo - I upvoted you. The article title is hyperbolic. We now must all call them as we see them for honest debate and problem solving and PCR is one of my favorite people in this world.

So here is my anaysis of how we got here. A police state is tax policy. In the eighties we had 55 mph speed limit which was ridiculous. But is sure raised a hell of a lot of taxes though!

Some states took the ball and and ran with that way off the rails. Where I was in NH in the 90's and 2000's up until 2013. I grew up there but these are the years I noticed a sea change.

In the 90's, if you were poor which meant usually just young and getted started, you had a high probibility of either losing you license or paying
Up to a grand in fines. They tightened the point system so hard was the reason, again this is taxation.

Then layer in the decade you had colonization from MA. Big money moved in. Politics pander to such as we know. You had a female majority in the legislature. They considered an income tax but chose more police for taxation. Half decent law on domestic violence was taken to extremis for taxes. You had a penis, you got a tax. Family law in general, same thing. This broke up families and there were four male/father suicides on court steps. There were female marital masters which was a job in training for a judge.

I shit you not: My ex kept saying I abused my son, not sexually but beat him and such. I had custody and she was a nurse and never paid child support even though I lowered it to a low level after the first case.

Since NH instantly gives custody based on such allegations to the mother with an emergency injunction and then gets temporary custody AND child support, she literally erased all support owed when the state went after he for what she owed. I went through this FOUR times in 8 years. She perjured herself the last trial in Superior Court and I had written evidence.
I asked for an immediate end to the hearing. She barely even got warned to 'keep it honest'.

Then there was gender equality and sexual harrasment laws where the definition was changed as to be so broad, you said the word penis in regards to my Healthpublishing business, I had a female employee tell me to watch what I say. I guess for erectile dysfunction ad I had to say 'male parts'.

So I voted with my feet. But one must always have an attorney and buy your justice of you will pay the tax plus having your life ruined. Your going to pay either way. Not a gulag but horrific...

Using police as tax policy helps end your dynamic nation pretty quick, along with lobbies. The lobbies have loopholes so politicians use the police state to collect tax. It is corrupt and lazy.

How is thay for a reasonable assessment? Anybody relate?
I should add empire drives the need for higher taxes. Even though there is marginal benefit to the population at first, taxation must increase and foreign adventures now become a mix of necessary military action at times with looting. The taxpayer pays the military so...

Here is how to fix it:

Here is my net-out: Cut the subsidies. Soft default bondolders/debt like Ike did. If they threaten the government, tell them you throw in dank prison or a hole if they open there mouths like Ike did.

The people have made so much money they never have a care in the world ever again. And most made the best gains at the top by buying the government. A. 20% haircut on some holdings won't even dent the wealth of these people, especially considering between inflation and crappy jobs the majority took a haircut across the board of 30%.

End the lobbying and selective law enforcement. DO enforce the law on employers hiring illegal aliens and cut benefits. Give six months for compliance so these people can make arrangements. Make bills less than one hour to read or as a President, no signature. Nationalize the Fed, it just amplifier booms and busts. The busts wipe out an entire generation. They never could stop recessions anyways, only delay them.

Don't do these we finish becoming Mexico where desperate people kidnap politicians kids for ransom and do ooga booga to your daughter, unless you literally take your family to a bunker.

Do this and after a very harsh year we will rocket up like no tomorrow. What a Republic it would be!!!

I vote is we finish eating the big shitty all at once. It will really suck for a year but if this happened I willl help my American brother get by.

For a few viewers in law enforcement, keep exposing the corruption under the radar. Having a sound economy protect this nation AND your own pension. The rest of us will expose it publically and will keep doing so. Bravo for the ones that realize they at least need to step down amd beg forgiveness. There is a saying in politics: 'Do what you want and beg forgivness later.' That usually meant you were doing what was best but had to sugar coat it. But noways it is so bad the memo is: EAT SHIT

Well if I understand you correct that the Supreme Court is now the ultimate body of law and supersedes common law, constitutional law, and other old sources of law (Roman Law)...

I would suggest that as our governments became corporations, that we began to see offices, services, branches as profit centers within the government corporation.

Corporitization of government and reducing services to profit centers or stand alone units... brings out concerns for business over the normal sense of what a government is for.

This is the Seed of Fascism.

I know we must be conservative in budgets for governments and small governments must balance their budget. But something is missing where we transfer $1 Trillion to Defense Contractors for Regional wars where the governments either don't exist or can't mount a navy or airforce to attack us. Another example is the $1 Trillion Medicare/Medicaid that flows through the govt.

These are constitutional issues.

But I'm thinking you are most concerned with Individual or Civil Rights which limit government and which provide the frame work for individual rights and liberties.

Bottom line I think the Supremes are looking at Budget Concerns partly and partly are being influences by politics, money, power, access, association, and networks.

You confuse Civil Rights with Unalienable Rights. Civil Rights are granted by government to its subjects and can be modified, added to or taken away. Unalienable Rights are recognized in the Constitution For The United States of America as granted by the Creator and are inseparable from the people which government office holders must swear a sacred oath to uphold before being allowed to take office

Civil Rights are in the 14th Amendment to the Constitution. Unalienable rights are in the preamble to the Constitution and further laid down in the first 10 Amendments.

"No part of the Constitution is to be without force...Anything in conflict with the Constitution is null and void of Law" Something along those lines in Marbury V. Madison

"No State (the States are states and the US gov. is a state as is a municipality) may convert a Right to a privilege and issue a license and charge a fee for that which is a Right." Schuttlesworth vs. BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA

Obama "Said" and "Promised" a lot too, and you all know how that has turned out.

It is not what they "say" pre-election, that counts, but what they DO once elected.

You might be wise to remember this (especially in light of the stellar performance by the current White House incumbent. It took real "skill" to bring the Cold War back to life again, and completely destroy what trust was developing between Russia and the West).

Voting smoding - it ain't what we think it be. Without a running tabulation, like ponies on the board, snd one see their vote immediatly tabbed on de board then it is going in the right direction.

Member middle school civics. Your vote is your vote and you don't have to tell noone - it's your little secret. Therewas a lot of effort put into teaching our vote was personal.

Wonder why? The first divide and conquer gambit? Hmmmmmm....

If we used cardboard boxes with slots and were giving standing to makesure our poll was in it and could run our own tabulations to verify  - maybe.

Most vote on an electronc machine. We don't get receipts with a polling id and our poll on it. In a lot of states you get nothing but that old flush of a civic duty self tug vanity rush.

It make ya feel good. Like you could mow the lawn or go buy sumpin.

A couple of years ago I ask the guy managing my precinct's polling location (a church) if the votes could be audited. I specifically ask if there was an key id or something that could be used to confirm the buttons I pushed were the ones pushed by me. NOTE: NO RECEIPT EITHER.

He said no both cases. Just say no. The tabulation does not reflect the facts of the actual plurality.

I stopped doing the vote thing that very night, and instead, began a search for a message that comfortably, and shamelessly implored, without  scare tactics, all our political employees (starting in DC) to surrender their passports and licenses, accounts, and desks,; submit to house arrest as wards of a provisional authority, that incidentally was structured by their last official tasks as law makers. It ain't jus dis guy or dat guy - it is 99% of them. We need a clean house, not a replacement asshole here or there.

Why are we voting anyway. A political job is a job no sane person would want. How `bout hiring political employees like a jury duty summons. Most of the real, and heavy lifting shit is serviced by our rank and file uniform and civil service employees, anyway. INSTEAD OF AMENDING MORE ILLEGAL LAWS, WE NEED TO RESTORE THE RULE OF LAW.

And maybe all they do is give us the bills, in plain english, and we do our own law making. Direct democracy. WE got the tech shit to do it.

Everybodies grandmother can do a budget better thanour CSPAN soap opera cast members.

SO  .... If you vote using that kind of technolOgy then you be dry humping a pillow and calling it sex (i guess it is - so forget that). How `bout: You be calling a dry humping with a pillow a pov face job by Mc Kenzie Porn-star, and really be believing dat shit.

In most states dat all voting be: A sequential mob self tug job session. It don't mean shit. Da things people do for a self approval fix!

“The UN was founded so that we would never forget the crimes of great power, are we now in danger of forgetting ? Do we forget the lies that justified the conquest of Iraq and disguised America’s plans to dominate the world ? Do we forget that the British government has announced for the first time that it’s prepared to launch an attack with nuclear weapons echoing yet again George Bush ? And do we accept the distortion of intellect and morality that empties noble words like “democracy” and “liberation” of their true meaning ? That says it’s wrong for a terrorist to kill innocent people but right for government’s to commit the same crimes in our name ? The answer is that we need not accept any of this if we recognise that there are now two superpowers, one is the regime in Washington and the other is public opinion, now stirring all over the world as perhaps never before. Make no mistake, it is an epic struggle. The alternative is not just the conquest of far away countries, it is the conquest of us, of our minds, our humanity and our self-respect. If we remain silent, victory over us is assured.” John Pilger

Right now I am thinking it is the Agency Heads, the Department Heads, the Political Appointees, and the system that installs "yes-Men" or political movers to lead Government Offices.

A new President could make a difference.

But likely we would need a Congressional Act to Eliminate the Political Appointees. Maybe just limit the number of Presidential and Congressional Appointees known as Senior Executive Service and others. I'm not saying I prefer Technocrats. I am saying that Ivy League and other Networked people will do whatever the President or political parties want done.

Maybe I don't know politics that well. But we all know that presidents push down agenda and we end up with a problem holding people responsible for implementation of law or federal code.

Kind of confusing. But why didn't the wall get built along Mexico where funds were allocated by congress?

In a sense, the government employees set an example for us in the private sector. Only 55% of national income is paid to workers in some way; the rest is siphoned off as interest, rent, profit, or some other other increase to the capitalist class. In other words, half of the goods and services that we produce are nothing but a means to keep the capitalists fat and the debt-backed hamster-wheel currency system functional. Of course, it's impractical to pay workers everytthing since there will always be a need for continued investment to maintain the state of infrastructure, etc. But I'm sure that we can do much better than giving only 55% of national income to the toilers who produce it.

Every American should only work for six hours a day, if that. The rest of the work they do is purely in the service of Profit.

I didn't say anything about "Marxism", or at least your conception of it: I spoke about giving workers a fair share of the products of their labor. By definition, workers are responsible for producing every good and service in the economy yet they only get the benefit of 55% of it. I recognize that some percentage must be given over to future investment, but most of the remaining 45% goes as interest, profit, and rent to those who own capital.

For a system that prides itself on being "efficient", capitalism is doing an extremely poor job at it.

Nature will after millions of years recover itself without our aid, but we would be reduced to isolated tribes, a shadow of our former selves. Is this the path that you want our species to take?

Make no mistake, our economy is about to enter a new recession; the third wave in the cascading failure of the global economy. There was 2000, 2008, and then there will be 2015. Given global, as opposed to localized, economic and political weakness/instability vis-à-vis 1999 or 2007, the results are going to be worse.

The most extraordinary passage in the memo requires that the Israeli spooks “destroy upon recognition” any communication provided by the NSA “that is either to or from an official of the US government.” It goes on to spell out that this includes “officials of the Executive Branch (including the White House, Cabinet Departments, and independent agencies); the US House of Representatives and Senate (members and staff); and the US Federal Court System (including, but not limited to, the Supreme Court).”

The stunning implication of this passage is that NSA spying targets not only ordinary American citizens, but also Supreme Court justices, members of Congress and the White House itself. One could hardly ask for a more naked exposure of a police state.

Essay: Anatomy of the Deep State

There is the visible government situated around the Mall in Washington, and then there is another, more shadowy, more indefinable government that is not explained in Civics 101 or observable to tourists at the White House or the Capitol. The former is traditional Washington partisan politics: the tip of the iceberg that a public watching C-SPAN sees daily and which is theoretically controllable via elections. The subsurface part of the iceberg I shall call the Deep State, which operates according to its own compass heading regardless of who is formally in power.

Who rules America?

The secret collaboration of the military, the intelligence and national security agencies, and gigantic corporations in the systematic and illegal surveillance of the American people reveals the true wielders of power in the United States. Telecommunications giants such as AT&T, Verizon and Sprint, and Internet companies such as Google, Microsoft, Facebook and Twitter, provide the military and the FBI and CIA with access to data on hundreds of millions of people that these state agencies have no legal right to possess.

Congress and both of the major political parties serve as rubber stamps for the confluence of the military, the intelligence apparatus and Wall Street that really runs the country. The so-called “Fourth Estate”—the mass media—functions shamelessly as an arm of this ruling troika.

No justice, no rule of law, no black letter law, no legal or case precedent, only "opinions" that are offered up, to justify rulings made, so that "new case precedent" can be set.
Conviction rates must be maintained and improved on and rarely if ever overturned, no matter what travesties of justice. or more often, injustices that were made in behalf of a defendant.
And all of this only goes on if the case ever goes to trial, or gets to trial, without it being heard and negotiated in the comfort of the judge's chambers.
In the case of our ex-AG Eric Holder and the Department of Jokesters, you have to at least be competent enough to issue an indictment for crimes committed, let alone, being arrested, tried and or convicted. A very sad state of affairs for the blindfolded lady, holding the scales of justice in her hands...indeed.

The flag that needs to be publically burned is the one of occupation- the gold fringed, 2 gold cord and tasselled one that is in every courtroom, and behind every speech-giving politician or candidate at every level of government.

Recently, when The Donald came out to give a speech in New Hampshire he embraced this flag on his way to the podium.
Did he realise what he was embracing?

They are certainly NOT clueless. They know who holds the real power (those with the real money), and they are going to be looking after their interests, especially when the penalties for upsetting those with power tend to be extrajudicial, but highly effective, as certain journalists have discovered.

"Justice", like "healthcare" comes with a price tag. Clients with a "better ability" to afford "justice" expect (and of course GET) a better brand. Why do you think the "well connected" seem to be able to avoid the slightest whiff of prosecution, whilst the minions are killed for no more than "looking the wrong way" at one of the Militia?

I call bullshit on this article.

DOJ cannot override a court decision.

They can challenge it and ask for higher court to look at it (in this case the supreme court).

The problem is, honest, ethical, productive, benevolent human beings are utterly incompetent at collaborating to solve problems like this (exterminate outright in-your-face craven predators).

In contrast, the predators-that-be and high-level predators are extremely well organized.  In fact, they've organized all branches of government, the military, the several levels and types of so-called "police forces" to outright enslave and destroy their prey (productive human beings).

Even now, with the most elaborate and sophisticated spying, monitoring, military and militarized "law enforcement" the world has ever seen, even 0.1% of the population could eliminate that with minimal loss to themselves with wise, prudent, coordinated actions.  But the number of people willing to take such actions is more like 0.00001%, which falls far short (and the predators know that).  And that 0.00001% also know this, and aren't suicidal, so they don't act either.

Which is why, humans are a failed species.

Humans are finished.

Humans are finished? Not likely. But the human race is headed straight for a near exstincion level event involving horrible weapons of war. No doubt the entire planet will be severely poisioned in the process.

Sat, 08/22/2015 - 15:40 | 6456205 honestann
honestann's picture

Sure, if you prefer to say "humans as we know them are finished", that's a fairly good estimate.  Of course something could easily go wrong in the "near extinction event" and humans will literally be finished.

In my longer rants you'd see that I too leave open the strong possibility a tiny number of humans survive... especially the top 0.001% of predators-that-be (especially the ones behind the curtains).

I'm not sure the planet will be poisoned though.  The top 0.001% predators want a nice, clean, pristine planet to enjoy.  They really do.  And you know what?  Just imagine what happens if the predators-that-be simply wipe out the large banks and financial corporations (which have been insolvent since 2007 anyway) and thereby shut down the world electronic financial system.

No ATMs work.
No banks open.
No debit cards work.
No credit cards work.
No checking accounts work.
No withdrawals from savings accounts.
No withdrawals from checking accounts.
No withdrawals from brokerage accounts.

And therefore...

No truckers can fill up trucks to deliver goods.
No railroads can purchase fuel to deliver goods.
No customers have any way to purchase goods at stores.

Get the picture?

Do you have any idea how long the predators-that-be would need to wait for most humans to be killed by other crazy, insane, clueless, desperate humans?  Not long.  And the rest?  If they're not self-sufficient... they'll be dead in 3, 6, 12 months after most deer, wild pigs and other wildlife is hunted down and eaten.

And not a shot fired (by the predators-that-be).

And not a bomb dropped (by the predators-that-be).

And not a single nuclear, chemical or biological weapon.

Of course I don't expect there to be no gunfire or explosions.  The sundry forms of cops that the predators-that-be will ultimately leave to be killed by the masses will surely engage in and stimulate some shooting and killing, the predators-that-be need play no part.  All the predators-that-be need do is... "pull out the plug" on the electronic financial system.  Perhaps icing on the cake would be to shut down the electric grids.  Do that and game over.

Even most folks who are self-sufficient will be wiped out, because they can be reached by the starving masses gone insane.  Only a few of the self-sufficient folks are in locations that are so remote, or so obscure or unknown that they'll "do okay".

So yeah.  The tip-top level of predators-that-be may well survive, and they'll probably keep a bunch of super-talented scientists and engineers around to be their slaves (operate equipment to keep the predator-that-be lifestyle at tip-top level).  And perhaps 0.00001% of the population will survive because they were truly and fully self-sufficient AND effectively hidden or isolated from other humans.

More questionable in this equation is... what about parts of the world where everyone is still so poor and isolated, where whole villages are indeed self-sufficient?  You know, places scattered here and there in Africa and South America and so forth where nobody has ever owned a penny, and they do without "money" via simple trade within their tiny village.  Too many of those folks may survive for the tastes of the predators-that-be, especially those very far away and isolated from "civilization".  What the top 0.001% of predators-that-be decide to do with them, I'm not sure.  But I doubt they'll "poison the planet" in the process of exterminating them.

I don't pretend I know exactly what will happen.  The above just seems most consistent with the stated and obvious goals of the tip-top level of predators-that-be.  But yes, definitely something could go wrong.  Many things could.

Being that tyranny relies upon their victims for sustenance, all tyrannies are gulags.

This is best exemplified by the fence and wall that divided East Germany, and the war zone that divides North and South Korea.

This is another reason I find it so amusing how Zion, and their DC US governors, wind up the American people over their deliberate failure to control the border, and then propose a wall on the border as a "solution." The American people have no idea that they are being tricked into walling themselves IN.

Sad.

Zion is a scheme, not an ethnicity.
