Good lord!  Will someone vet Trump's past?  I have.

You know who else is "stupid"?  American voters.

Yeah, cuz a person's past is irrelevant.

American idiots believe that a President Trump will be able to play the same character he played on "The Apprentice."

And NO, don't kneejerk like a two-year-old by calling me a Dem.  I'm what's known as a Conservative.  But who needs conservatives when you have modern-day Republicans.

trump has broken the taboo's of not naming names and not avoiding some of usa problems ..the news black out on say broken borders..and calling an illegal an illegal - not some pc term. lately he is getting more professional help in how he addresses the problems one is not to speak of if one is to run an approved MSM campaign, too bad, but that's what the DC pundits demand for him to be legit.

Bush jr claimed he would not support "nation building" and after choking accident at camp david, he did just that.

This video has gone viral with 125,000 views so far.  Obviously it is high impact powerful propaganda. Have a look before they “take ‘er down.” If the US gets dragged as more cannon fodder into a conflict with Iran or Russia, this whole equation changes overnight. The Ziopath crazies and their toadies better back down and back down fast because “every once in awhile, the lion needs to show the jackals who he is.”

Small minds, the socialist jew media, and the democrap and Repukelican parties are all attacking Trump.....so he must not be a tool of the socialist jew federal reserve bank....

Well, it could also be argued that the more the aforementioned attacked, the stronger Trump got...at least in his polling numbers, so in that regard (if one can believe agenda driven polling and jooo bankers that made Trump a billionaire, wait scratch that last part...lol) "something happened" along the way to picking the next carnival-barker-in-chief or maybe the game is completely rigged.

I would hope that it is "something happened" as oppssed to being led by the nose toward "something else" but...something indeed happened:

"Since 2013, new pressure from the federal government has reinforced this trend. Federal antidiscrimination statutes regulate on-campus harassment and unequal treatment based on sex, race, religion, and national origin. Until recently, the Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights acknowledged that speech must be “objectively offensive” before it could be deemed actionable as sexual harassment—it would have to pass the “reasonable person” test. To be prohibited, the office wrote in 2003, allegedly harassing speech would have to go “beyond the mere expression of views, words, symbols or thoughts that some person finds offensive.”

But in 2013, the Departments of Justice and Education greatly broadened the definition of sexual harassment to include verbal conduct that is simply “unwelcome.” Out of fear of federal investigations, universities are now applying that standard—defining unwelcome speech as harassment—not just to sex, but to race, religion, and veteran status as well. Everyone is supposed to rely upon his or her own subjective feelings to decide whether a comment by a professor or a fellow student is unwelcome, and therefore grounds for a harassment claim. Emotional reasoning is now accepted as evidence."

Actually, a pretty decent article for once in the Atlantic, it seems freedom of speech is still held in high regard among the great uneducated-unwashed and a few in academia, perhaps we won't have to ban that hateful separatist Rainbow Flag after all. Just perhaps, we won't being sending well armed guys in black kicking in everyone's door looking for illegal aliens. Just perhaps we won't be mandated to buy "ugly black guns" or GM cars simply because some law is passed and upheld by SCOTUS making it quite legal.

Perhaps, there is still "hope" ;-)

I hope, if you are considering college for your kids, you thoroughly investigate it. Mine chose quite well but computer science and business were fairly safe majors. Eldest purposely joined clubs to ruffle indoctinated progressives and woman study majors but quickly gave up finding no more than script reading rather than debate. Most of the professors were reasonable but it was a Presbyterian college.

I found The Closing of the American Mind by Bloom an interesting read. At the time I felt he was exaggerating. I was wrong.

Well mine seems to be a tad more liberal (note the uncapitalized L) than I am, I guess its the rebellious nature of youth (I can relate) or just a learning curve leading to the old maxim...if you're not a liberal at twenty you have no heart and if you're not conservative by forty you have no brain...lol...so the fit might be ok, for now anyways.

We have Florida Pre-Paid down here so four years in any state college has been paid off for many years, books, tuition, fees, everything but a dorm.

On purpose.

I noticed at 12 Eldest was developing some socialistic tendencies. Of course, this was based in kindness and helping others not political ideology. One day when at a garden store she found a 4 oz beautiful hand blown glass hummingbird feeder. She begged me to buy it for her and I did saying she must assume all responsibility keeping that feeder clean and filled. She agreed heartily. Mr stared at me wide eyed, pulled me aside and chastised me for the obvious outcome living in a desert but I insisted the experiment run it course no matter at what cost.

By the end of the month we had a 1 quart feeder to keep up with demand. By the end of the summer she was hanging 4 quart feeders plus one 1 quart oreole feeder. Mr complained the checker at Costco looked strangely at him with a 25lb bag of sugar in his cart every few weeks.

When school resumed things got interesting. She started to call my neighbor when she forgot to fill the feeders. I put a stop to that. Soon she came to me exasperated and wanted to quit. I showed her an article in our local paper that a bird sanctuary nearby was fined for not keeping their hummy feeders filled because it was on the migratory route. I implied this might mean us as well. That was the tipping point with screaming " I hate these damn birds!" A slammed door and tears. After a little stewing, I knocked on her door and we had a little chat. I released her from her promise and asked what she would like to do. She said she would hang one feeder per day and that's it. I agreed to do it if she were too busy. The hummy pigs adjusted to the transition but for awhile a cloud of them would land on us when we hung out the feeder. Soon the numbers were appropriate to the food source.

Eldest has retained her loving kindness but she is the one of the most fervent free market capitalist I know for her age. ;-)

lol...noted the same with squire.

Seems as though there is some sort of bark/meow of mouth pet underground network around here, every lost or discarded cat or dog within a five mile radius winds up here.

This time it was a pit, wonderful dog, young, friendly and scarred from a barbed wire fence or fighting. I told him, look, you can keep but I'M NOT TAKING CARE OF YOUR DOG. That lasted two days and I found myself putting water in his dish and reminding him, to which he said "He had water!"

To which I said, well, Mr. Welcome Wagon Friend of PETA, what he actually had was about a quarter inch of dog slobber, would you drink that?

Point made, its now his ritual to dump it and fill it with fresh water everyday as he goes out the door in the morning and again at night when he feeds him.

Of course we know what happens when he goes to college, Mrs.N and I get another pet ;-)

Now Ned, how do you find UF? Go south on I75 till you smell it, keep going till you step in it.

Gaaay-Goaters!!! ;-)

True story just happened around here a month or so ago. Seems Chris Doering got his Mercedes stuck in a ditch and burned one of his tires off trying to get out, cuz, apparently he was thinking, if I'm not getting any traction the thing to do is, apply more gas...lol.

So anyways, someone pulls up in a black SUV and yells "Chris get in!"...he did and they sped off leaving Chris' vehicle stuck right there in the mud to be found the next morning.

Now, Chris never offered the public or the cops an explanation as to why he came to be stuck in a ditch or why he felt it imperative that he burn a tire off to get out of the ditch immediately INSTEAD OF CALLING A TOW TRUCK but I think we all know why.

It's not exactly like stealing crab legs...but hey, some stuff matters, other stuff not so much...lol.

Lol! Living here on our Mesa has been enlightening. It seems the hinterlands are the favorite dumping grounds for unwanted pets. My neighbor ended up with 5 for a while. Once there were 9 puppies. We all shared that load but I couldn't keep pits with my chickens and turkeys. I can't tell you how many times we hear strays we can't catch get torn apart by the coyotes. Sometimes I wish their former owners would suffer the same fate.

I work near a large animal control and someone had a not so brilliant idea installing a " drop off chute" like you see at a library to return books after hours. I guess the idea was to shove their dog in there anonymously. A few weeks later it was nailed shut and I couldn't resist visiting and asking what happened. Well, the employees had come to work and found a mass of dogs crammed in the chute so many times ( one person actually tied their dog to the tail of one protruding outside) they decided it wasn't worth the suffering of the poor dogs, thank goodness.

Youngest and eldest wanted to volunteer there but I could afford the hummy lesson, not the number of sad cases they would undoubtedly bring home so I denied it. Having a personal soft heart for dogs, I realized I may not stand as firm as I would like in that scenario.

Yup, the economy is truly awesome!

I don't discriminate. I look forward to seeing both democratic party and republican party criminals swinging from lamp posts. And all the corrupt judges, lawyers and cops.

Lobbyists are freebies.

Ask yourself why DT is running for the executive office when its easier for him to buy the circus. There are very good reasons. And some really bad ones.

In politics if you want a friend, get a dog. Trust noone.

In the 80s Drucker wrote a book in which he claimed every successful businessman he studied or knew had a woman like you in his office. Paraphrasing, he asserted that smart women have a sixth sense about wolves in men's clothing. You know a bad deal when it calls. Its true, but there are conditions. One must take care of these woman, solicit her input and retain her loyalty. Older men do this better than younger men. I find female gatekeepers of multiple ages to be better than dobermans on the lawn, chows in the palace and pekinese up my sleeves. After that its just mortal combat anyway.

But you can still be loyal to the wrong cause. This is your weakness.

I sweep away the curtain of stars that veils the truth, and bend my knee to you.

Reagan was SELECTED twice, you know.

TWICE!

HE made a movie called 'Bedtime For Bonzo' (about the hilarious antics of a man and his chimp). The pattern repeated later on with B. Hussein/Soetoro (and the plotline was identical).

All TRUMP did was write a book (ONE book in PARTICULAR) called 'The Art Of The Deal'. I guess it was popular for people who play cards in Vegas, or people who work in casinos dealing; or Wall Street geeks with nerd-packs. ONE CRAPPY 8-SEASON T.V. show and 15 minutes of fame with a SINGLE LINE DIALOG ('You're Fired!') MIGHT qualify him to be, well, VICE-PRESIDENT, or something.

To qualify for the 'Top Spot' as 'leader of the fee world', he'll APPARENTLY have to sleep with a chimp (and film it for a movie).

As far as LITERATURE, Hussein/Soetoro ALREADY outqualifies HIM ("Dreams From My father", while 'ghost-written', sold more copies in a week that HIS book ever did), and the Ronald Reagan National LIBRARY has some books in it, as well (Nancy had an extensive collection of second-hand books).

The BEST TALENT IN HOLLYWOOD is waiting, and willing, to take him by the balls!

EDIT:

I agree, you've got a bad attitude towards the general voting populace. I'll be voting for Hillary, or Carly, you know (because they're women, and I like women 'just because'). It's too bad that they're WHITE women, though, because I like ALL races ('just because').

If I can get out of my Barcalonger, I'll take the kids to McDonald's for dinner. Damn salesman didn't tell me it could break so easily, and I'm having a hard time sitting up. I THINK I might have to lose a little weight (but the doctor told me that a man of my height SHOULD weigh 380 pounds). AW HELL, reruns of last season's football games are coming on... I'll just tell the kids to eat that bag of Doritos on the counter instead. I'd ask the wife to fetch me the remote so I can turn up the volume, but she's been a little testy lately (I THINK the doctor didn't raise her Prozac perscription quite enough).

I haven't seen my penis in 15 years (the gut gets in the way now), but the doctor told me this was NORMAL (for a 34-year-old), so I THINK i don't care.

The debate about The Donald's toupee is heating up now on CNN...

I believe penis extensions are covered under Obamacare or, if you are so inclined, sex reassignment surgery may be a better choice. However, I'm quite sure the wife's strap-on is not subsidized. Clearly our healthcare must be more responsive to public needs.
