Here's a historical fact that must be understood:
Weapons technologies proliferate. And eventually every tribe gains access. I find it rather amusing to watch one pompous tribal coalition think that they deserve permanent advantage over the others who they deem to be "not peaceful enough." Eventually the irresponsible savages got swords, crossbows, catapults, rifles, airplanes etc. OF COURSE everyone will have nukes eventually. And worse, there will be new weapons technologies that trump nukes. And everyone will eventually get those. That's how it goes...
To be fair I think nukes are very technical and difficult to maintain. It's much more likely that Hizbullah will get their hands other tech like Kornets and maybe even a couple of Sunburns one day. Fingers crossed, Israel actually having to negotiate from a position of weakness and give up all the land that they stole and be accountable for it. I mean... ahem... land that was empty and god just gave it to them or something. My bad.
