Update: Rumor confirmed- *PANDORA WINS PRELIMINARY CRB DECISION, SUSQUEHANNA’S CLAPS SAYS

Pandora is now up 11% on the day after twice being halted (on absolutely no news)...

Desk chatter is rumors of a favorable Copyright Royalty Board ruling, but no news.

FYI you can stream pandora without ads if you install the Vista Gadget and Flash for explorer 64 bit. They never updated it to support ads, but everything else works.
