U.S. Will Station New Nuclear Weapons in Germany Against Russia

U.S. Will Station New Nuclear Weapons in Germany Against Russia

Germany’s ZDF public television network headlines on Tuesday September 22nd, "New U.S. Atomic Weapons to Be Stationed in Germany," and reports that the U.S. will bring into Germany 20 new nuclear bombs, each being four times the destructive power of the one that was used on Hiroshima. Hans Kristensen, the Director of the Nuclear Information Project at the Federation of American Scientists, says, "With the new bombs the boundaries blur between tactical and strategic nuclear weapons.”

A former Parliamentary State Secretary in Germany's Defense Ministry, Willy Wimmer, of Chancellor Merkel’s own conservative party, the Christian Democratic Union, warns that these “new attack options against Russia” constitute “a conscious provocation of our Russian neighbors.”

German Economic News also reports on Chancellor Merkel’s decision to allow these terror-weapons against Russia: "The Bundestag decided in 2009, expressing the will of most Germans, that the US should withdraw its nuclear weapons from Germany. But German Chancellor Angela Merkel did nothing.” And now she okays the U.S. to increase America’s German-based nuclear arsenal against Russia.

Maria Zakharova, of the Russian Foreign Ministry, says: “This is an infringement of Articles 1 and 2 of the Treaty on Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons,” which is the treaty that provides non-nuclear states the assurance that the existing nuclear powers will not try to use their nuclear status so as to take over the world.

German Economic News says: "The federal government had demanded the exact opposite: The Bundestag decided in March 2010 by a large majority, that the federal government should 'press for the withdrawal of US nuclear weapons from Germany.' Even the coalition agreement between the CDU and FDP, the German government in 2009 had promised the withdrawal of nuclear weapons from Büchel. But instead there will be these new bombs."

F35? The one that cost 1.5 trillion$ and still HAVEN'T FINISHED testing?
http://www.thefiscaltimes.com/Articles/2013/02/26/The-Pentagons-Incredib...

Totally wrong, current total program cost projection for development, procurement and operation for 30 years of 2,443 x F-35A/B/C, is presently given as: $859,000,000,000. Or less than $0.86 trillion USD, or only about 60% of what you claimed there. So completely full of shit there.

And still CAN'T SHOOT ITS GUN!
http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2014/12/31/new-u-s-stealth-jet-can...

That also is complete bullshit, as the gun integration and testing on the USAF F-35A was completed in July this year, all done fool! And it is one more year until it's due for initial operational capability in the USAF, so why the fuck would it need a gun before now, dumb-dumb?

F22?
F22 LOOSE dogfights with OLD Germans Typhoon.

F22 LOOSE dogfights with France Rafale.
http://theaviationist.com/2013/06/19/f-22-shot-down-by-rafale/

And that also is complete bullshit. What you deliberately left out is that those were not standard combat configuration tests. They were pure baseline close in maneuverability tests and there were no weapons at all carried by Rafale or Typhoons, and no external fuel tanks in those tests either. And when the same tests were done with standard weapons and fuel loads, the F-22A easily won every such close-in fight.

But the F-22A kills at >50km range, not in eyeball to eyeball turning fights.  You're just talking deliberate crap, you thought I wouldn't know this stuff, but I do bitch.  :D

Indian AF Sukhoi BEATS UK Typhoon.
http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/homehtmls/indian-air-force-beats-ra...

um ... what? ... it doesn't apply to an F-22A in BVR against an Su30, that's for sure. Try staying on topic, the topic is the F-22A.

What are the change your F22 dogfighting sukhoi??

Pretty damned good! Read on below.  :D

Here another one . about sukhoi 30! Not the latest 35BM, or even pakfa?
http://theaviationist.com/2014/06/18/su-30-beat-f-15-everytime/

Yeah ... OK ... let me know when you get into a fight with an F-15C or E and actually shoot one down, for real, as so far the kill score of the F-15C against all Russian jets to date is 110 kills for zero F-15C losses.  Not looking too good for crappy Russian-made fighters, sensors and weapons ... hilarious.  :D

Here's your own america think thank simulation of China sukhoi fights against F22 over taiwan.

Oh, it's an airpower analysis by Wired magazine?!  Wow! ... that's awesome dude!  I'm sure they really know their stuff too!

I have read many air power analysis docs my friend, and I can honestly say everyone of them has been written by either morons who know stuff all about the topic which they pretend to analyze and critique, or their scenarios are invariably naive and ridiculous in their assumptions and scenarios - invariably unrealistic.

And virtually all think-tank 'analysis', in the US, is political in nature, and it is almost always feeble crap designed for political and budget effects and not an actual airpower analysis at all.

This is not to say that actual airpower analysis does not occur, it most certainly does occur, but it is not done by civil think-tanks, it is done by the air force(s) of the United states.

Well, imagine that!

And the results remain classified, but are comprehensively applied to the development of every integrated aspect of western airpower, and every single system of systems, and the ways they interact, and all hardware as well. It is comprehensively continuously tested and refined and prioritized, as well as scheduled for redevelopment, as it is determined to need upgrade or replacement.

Now let's look at scale here:

The entire Russian defense budget for every system in all services of the Russian military in 2015 is only $81 billion in USD.

Now get this. The USA has a budget for airpower for four separate air forces, the USAF, the USN Naval airpower, the USMC Air Force and the Air National Guard Air Force.

Each of the three biggest US air forces, are all bigger than the entire Russian air force.

Did you know that?  No?

And their combined annual airpower budget is over three times larger than the entire Russian defense budget.

OK?

However, in the US there is also a massive 'black' airpower program budget of another $60 billion per year, which is used to develop new airpower capabilities - continuously. So that budget alone, is 75% the total size of the whole Russian defense budget in 2015. Which was also the biggest Russian defense budget in history. Right?

And then there are all the large modern air forces of, all of Europe, Australia, Canada and Japan. The combined size of those extra air forces, alone, is about another three times larger than the Russian air force!   Oh dear! ...

OK?

So Western allied airpower utterly dwarfs the pitifully puny, weak, old and outmoded Russian RuAF.

Consequently, if you monumentally ignorant unbelievably deluded Russian piss-pots, want to gamble it all on the outcome of a think-tank analysis from Wired Magazine, then by all means, knock yourself out!   ;D

The west is not the slightest bit afraid of the dismal pathetic outdated, outclassed and massively out-numbered Russian aIR FArCe.

I just isn't impressive, it just looks like old shit with wings - OK?

"The thought is that it will be possible to fight a limited nuclear war in Europe against Russia leaving the US Homeland intact."

That is absolute nonsense and Pentagon must know that it is impossible. What does "limited nuclear war" mean? Besides, how can they be sure that such a "limited nuclear strike" would not automatically activate the Russian doomsday machine called Perimeter? How limited such strike should be not to activate this??? And if the nuke attack destroys the Russian command centre, the doomsday machine will definitely be activated (as it was created for exactly this reason).

"The Perimeter system is made up of command ballistic missiles. Instead of flying towards the enemy, they fly over Russia, and instead of thermonuclear warheads, they carry transmitters that can send a command to launch all available combat missiles in silos, aircraft, submarines!!! and mobile ground units. The system is fully automated, the human factor is excluded or minimized in it. The decision to launch command missiles is made by an autonomous control and command system - a complex artificial intelligence system. If it detects for example sources of powerful ionizing and electromagnetic radiation, it compares them with data on seismic disturbances in the same locations, and makes a decision whether or not there was a massive nuclear strike. In this case, Perimeter would initiate a retaliation strike bypassing even Kazbek (the human command centre). Russian leaders have repeatedly assured foreign governments that there is no risk of an accidental or unauthorized missile launch. Before launching, Perimeter always checks, whether there was a nuclear attack."

datura's picture

ummmm.....no, sorry, the Perimeter cannot be hacked, it is not a "normal computer" in the modern sense of the world and it is not connected to internet:-) The machine communicates with the Russian leadership using very-low-frequency (VLF) radio signals that can burn even through a nuclear war environment. Its operation is very very simple, after all it is required only to check certain things on the basis of: If/then. For example: "if you detect a massive nuclear attack, launch attack. If you detect a small nuclear attack, try contacting the command centre. If the command centre does not answer, try contacting X. If X does not answer, launch attack...etc."

"Once initiated, the counterattack would be controlled by so-called command missiles. Hidden in hardened silos designed to withstand the massive blast and electromagnetic pulses of a nuclear explosion, these missiles would launch first and then radio down coded orders to whatever Russian weapons had survived the first strike. At that point, the machines would take over the war. Soaring over the smoldering, radioactive ruins of the Motherland, and with all ground communications destroyed, the command missiles would lead the destruction of the USA."

this is interesting in that way that leaves an uneasy feeling in the pit of your stomach.

remember it was not two weeks ago that stratfor and debkafile among others were reporting that Russia's largest typhoon class submarine had left it's barn. while they couldn't agree on where it was headed, stratfor, defense news and others reported it was headed to the top of the world in the Arctic while debkafile, sputnik and skynews had it being deployed to the med, one has to wonder if this new deployment to Germany is related. this boomer carries 20 missiles with ten MIRV warheads on each one.

and if these two incidents of nuclear roulette do coincide and these reports are in any way accurate then we are a lot further down the wrong road then has been thus far let on to in the MSM.

if both sides are now in fact deploying nuclear assets in an aggressive, first strike posture then what we have seen (the typhoon and the forward deployment in Germany) is probably just a small part of what is really being moved around.

which leaves me to wonder as Syria and eastern Europe heat up (the head of NATO was in the Ukraine over the past few days) how close are we? we all know the psychopaths in Washington not only believe a nuclear war is winnable but that first strike doctrine is a corner stone of the pentagon's war in the 21st century strategy. needless to say MAD no longer assures the human races survival.

there was perhaps a brief moment in the 60's right after the Cuban missile crises where the opportunity to ensure we never took that leap into the abyss presented itself but it passed and here we are today.

wondering how much longer before the hands of the doomsday clock finally tick over to midnight.

If Russia decides to lob a few nukes at the US, I can't say I blame them much.  No one is threatening the US except for N Korea.  Why should the US be threatening Russia?

If it happens and when all the people in the US will rally around the flag and whoever may be president, all the while forgetting they provoked the attack and are just paying the consequences for a war loving administration.

That’s brain-dead stupid, but very convenient if you think in ‘Divide and Conquer’ terms like the U.S. does because now even more Russian Nukes will be pointing at the heart of Europe, if it has any.

Maybe Germany is not only after the economical heart of Europe but now also want to carve it out physically with nukes.

Maybe Hitler isn’t dead after all, what did the Austrian say the German need to drawn in there own blood because it’s their fault not his.

Typically border-line behavior btw. Border-Liners will always blame somebody else never themselves.

They simply haven’t got access to a self-reflecting mirror a normal human being has, so they can’t see themselves, they only see society trough copying surrounding behavior.

Border-Liners are never late for work because that’s their framework to hold on to.
