The funny thing is that the top 1%, who happen to own Big Oil and Big Coal, are the sponsors of all the climate denialism you see on the internet nowadays, including here at ZH. The top 0.001-1% to 10% will crush the bottom 90%.

If one has an income of less than $150,000 and a net wealth of less than $1-$1.5M, one is just a cost and redundant to the Elysium-like private corporate-state.

Peak Oil, overshoot, LTG, etc., and the debt and imputed compounded interest as a share of the economy implies that the sustainable value-added US output is no larger than half of what is reported.

Therefore, to sustain the current wealth and income distribution and income per capita for the top 1-10%, 66-75% of the bottom 90% have to disappear or sustained somehow in concentrate camp-like conditions until death, preferably the premature variety.

For another example how Obama’s police state is spreading disinformation, just read the article in October’s Popular Science entitled “To Catch A Bomb-Maker.”  At its heart, the article glorifies the FBI, which is now just a tool of Obama state security to instill fear of terrorism in the public as the Bill of Rights has been completely shredded by Obama’s gauleiters in the Federal courts, especially by Chief Justice Roberts, who thinks America is Nazi Germany reborn now (he is probably right about that).  Women and men are finger raped by degenerate homosexual TSA screeners at airports, passengers were irradiated by defective metal detectors and whistleblowers are either jailed or murdered by Obama’s minions there is total silence from the FBI.  For that matter, some of those murders seem to have been carried out by FBI “black” agents.

This article is ostensibly about an FBI explosives lab and how its work led to confirming the role an Iraqi refugee had in planting IEDs in Iraq that killed American soldiers.  This Iraqi, living in America and working at a Kentucky chicken processing plant (one of the worst jobs in the world), was caught in an FBI sting operation.  He was arrested days before American soldiers illegally in Abbotabad Pakistan raided Osama bin Laden’s compound in 2011 and killed some people.  Since Obama labeled them terrorists, everything was okay, Obama has  given himself “kill list” authority, no different than the Mafia’s Lord High Executioner Albert Anastasia “kill list” authority when he ran Murder Inc.

Had this Iraqi been charged with the weapons violations arranged by the FBI, fine, U.S. courts have given carte blanche to the FBI to create terrorist plots.  Instead, Eric Holder’s corrupt Justice Department charged him with being responsible for the deaths of American soldiers who were waging war illegally against the government of dictator Sadam Hussein.  Hussein himself was a murderer who, working with the CIA, took over control of the Iraqi Baath Party in 1963.

http://www.prisonplanet.com/how_the_cia_found_and_groomed_saddam.html

The Popular Science article is just another propaganda story that tries to create the illusion that “crime does not pay.”  The invasion of Iraq was illegal and the American soldiers were there for the second time in less than 15 years as cannon fodder for a President named Bush.  The US Department of Justice criminalized the resistance activities of Iraqis, many of whom were former Baathist soldiers in the Iraqi army who L. Paul Bremer fired en masse on his second day as Iraqi administrator.  Bremer claims he was following orders, which seem to have come from Rumsfeld.  Whoever was responsible, the day after Bremer’s ordering the mass firings of Iraqi soldiers, the first IED blew up in Baghdad.

To Catch A Bomb-Maker

This is the story of a little-known FBI forensics lab and how it changed the war on terror

By Clay Dillow (October 2015 Popular Science)

http://www.popsci.com/to-catch-bomb-maker

---The story of the AQI bombmaker arrested in suburban Kentucky made headlines for a few days but then was eclipsed by an even bigger news event: the death of Osama bin Laden in a compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan. Alwan’s story quickly faded from view.

Quiet though it was, Alwan’s arrest was a significant victory. The FBI was able to bring a 23-count indictment against him, including charges of conspiring to kill U.S. nationals abroad, conspiring to use a weapon of mass destruction (explosives) against U.S. nationals abroad, and distributing information on the manufacture of IEDs.

That whole episode just served to clarify how cowardly many Americans have become, scared of a briefcase full of capacitors and integrated circuit cards. Boo!
Even if it had been a real, functional bomb, no crime would have been committed until it exploded (if it had exploded). Guns that are not shooting people, matches that don't start housefires, and cars that are not running people over are just as dangerous.
I never thought I'd live to see the day that Americans became so scared of their own shadows. All by design, of course. Boogah! Boogah!

How many pre-fire checks are there for the M136 AT4 and what are they?
There are 11 pre-fire checks:
1. The rear seal, a brown acrylic plastic plate inside the venturi, is in place and undamaged.
2. The transport safety pin is in place and fully inserted. The lanyard is attached to the transport safety pin and the
launcher. The lanyard should already be wrapped around the launcher clockwise and the transport safety pin
inserted in the retainer hole counterclockwise.
3. The cocking lever is present and in the SAFE (uncocked)position.
4. The plastic fire-through muzzle cover is in place and undamaged. If it is torn or broken, cut it out and check the
launch tube to ensure it is clear of foreign objects. Remove any that you find by turning the tube muzzle
downward and gently shaking the launcher.
5. The launcher has the correct color-coded band.
6. The sights function properly. Open the sight covers to ensure the sights pop up and are undamaged.
7. The forward safety does not move when you depress it.
8. The red trigger button is not missing.
9. The launcher body has no cracks, dents, or bulges.
10. The carrying sling is not frayed and is attached firmly to the launch tube.
11. The shoulder stop is not broken or damaged, and it unsnaps and folds down.

 Economics or economic science originally

was called "political economy" for the very good reason that

the relationships are man made, not scientific "laws" (like physics).

Accordingly, the established "economic" (property, financial etc.) relationships

were seen as always also "political".

To mask that intrinsic relationship, in an Orwellian twist, it became

'politically correct' to misleadingly rename it as "economic science".

Many nowadays adhere to a belief in the false separation of economics and politics

and endeavor to establish a utopian society based on an imagined "economic science",

The political-economic status quo, if never seen as arranged by man, becomes impervious to change within a self-imposed aversion to political "interference" in the established and sacrosanct economic conventions.

Serfs wanting change while keeping the economic arrangements of serfdom,

or the colonized while keeping the arrangements of mercantilism,

or modern debt-serfs while maintaining the tenets of neoliberal corporatism.

All three arrangements faithfully defended in their time as god's plan,

or the Darwinian natural order,

or the fanciful economic pseudo-science of "self-regulating free market capitalism”.

And all three purported by respective devotees as being neither creations of,

nor to be altered by,

mere mortals.

The ruling false-elite had their minions in the Ivory Tower break "Political Economy" into Economics and Political Science, because as a unified study it made it too easy to know with absolute moral authority just exactly which faction in society is Satan's, attempting to "overthrow" God, our named Sovereign.

Thomas Jefferson's and John Adam's "Post Road Correspondence," the "Adams Jefferson Letters," mends the "break" resulting in an effect no doubt quite similar to putting one's "hand" into the "wall socket" of God.

Big E ideology

Economics itself is an ideology. Before there was Economics, capital E, a stand alone social science there was a more wide ranging study of what was called the political economy which by its very name embraced the idea that economic outcomes were heavily determined by politics and government. Pre big E economics the only pure market based study of economics was relegated to agricultural economics the study of which entailed supply, demand, credit and importantly the earth itself and the vagaries of weather and soil.

The first job of capital E economics was to absolutely reject, by ignoring, the above fact that government is a primary determinate of economic outcomes, winners and losers. The second job was to reject, by ignoring, that natural resources, the earth itself, made any contribution to economic outcomes. For capital E economics there were only two major forces that determined economic outcomes, those being capital and labor. Thus the profound alteration of the entire biosphere is to this day not considered a cost at all. Nor by extension is growth itself in question. Any questioning of the purpose of growth cannot possibly be considered by big E economics since nothing outside economics is deemed worthy of question which comes back to economics being an ideology. We live in the age of economics. Big E’s victory is total so then too is its destruction. Nothing humans can do is perfectible for all can and will be corrupted and so it is with economics.

At its core, what we call the capitalist system rests on the belief (not shared by all cultures) that the world, and all that exists, can be owned by “individuals“, or privatized.

That system operates by:

1) privatizing the natural wealth of the world, all its species, even the activities of its human and other denizens.

The privatization necessarily includes “rights” of individual ownership.

2) The rights of ownership are used to channel power and wealth to the owners. Capitalism is not about “competition”, but about restrictive privatization to monopolize and preclude competition. Monopolies and owner institutions are established to control resources and markets..

3) A money system is developed to facilitate the exchange of property and as a means for property owners to extract wealth and services from the non-owners of property. (Imposing a tax on natives has been a traditional colonial method of forcing natives to work or trade in order to get the money to pay the tax).

4) Everything privatized is a commodity and becomes priced. The competition between owners, and the collective actions by owners force every “property” to be valued monetarily, and ultimately by its functionality in obtaining more property and services ( profit in money-measured terms).

Privatizing, gaining control of the world and others is built into the “capitalist” world-view.

Conquest for ownership of the world is its ultimate logic.

The capitalist corporation is the apex institution. It has a singular narrow bottom-line goal of profit-making for the “property” it represents. Other properties and also non-properties should they exist become inconsequential. The degradation of environment, humans, and other species may actually increase the profitability of a corporation.

Who knows, perhaps something will change, given that no less than FOUR major global leaders have been traveling to Moscow and DC:

1. The Pope, with full MSM fanfare and unprecedented visit to US Capitol
2. Chinese Premier in US
3. Israeli PM in Moscow
4. Russian President in US

For this to happen in a ONE week span is unprecedented, and perhaps of global significance. Especially with the Pope in the mix.

And, sorry, British, French and German leaders; it looks like you're not the real decision makers (Very Important Principals), but merely Very Important Muppets.

Royal Ops has been very good at keeping a low profile over the last 100 years. Why else would Amerika fight every (optional) war of aggression for the crown(s)? Why else would the Fed print to infinity to prop-up the head office in London over the last 100 years. Amerika is the unwitting muppet. Any mention of the real truth is mocked endlessly.

Even your presidents are selected based on their genetic proximity to the crown... And, yet, the sheeple sleep on.

The "Crown?" You mean the false-Jew Khazars spawned of "Count Dracula," Vlad the Impaler, with Rome's "pincer movement" Rothschlds' owning the BoE? lol

Rome, Satan, and the Khazars crucified the Christs and Immanuel, ran "the  Wall Street of slavery" at Rome for over 2,000 years, and they're yet trying to "own the world" and "overthrow" God, America's, Isaiah's actual true and prophesied Israel's named Sovereign.

Guess what? The Beast they ride is, thank God by grace, soon to be cast down.

In this mythology the economic management process, fiscal and monetary policy, serve ‘the economy’ rather than particular interests. … And the myth that banks are mere intermediaries obscures both their political role in economic (mis)allocation and who the real beneficiaries of monetary policy are.

REAL "Capitalism" doesn't have crooks who create money out of nothing. This is ALL FASCISM. With capitalism there is no money creation, it's backed with something they cannot create out of thin air. World hunger? War? Poverty? Etc can all be solved with the abolishment of the Fed and the Central Banks. And HANG EVERY FUCKING BANKSTER.

Our ruling false-elite had their minions in the Ivory Tower break "Political Economy" into Economics and Political Science, because as a unified study it made it too easy to know with absolute moral authority just exactly which faction in society is Satan's, attempting to "overthrow" God, our named Sovereign.

Thomas Jefferson's and John Adam's "Post Road Correspondence," the "Adams Jefferson Letters," mends the "break" resulting in an effect no doubt quite similar to putting one's "hand" into the "wall socket" of God.

Change the title of the drawing to say "The Crony CORPORATIST Pyramid," please. Capitalism itself is okay--it's when mega-corporations and mega-labor-unions get in bed with the government via lobbying power and rewrite the laws/regulations to maintain their dominance that sets us all up for mass serfdom followed by utter collapse.

TRADITIONAL CAPITALISM: You have two cows. You sell one and buy a bull. Your herd multiplies, and the economy grows. You sell them and retire on the income.

AMERICAN CAPITALISM: You have two cows. You sell three of them to your publicly listed company, using letters of credit opened by your brother-in-law at the bank, then execute a debt/equity swap with an associated general offer so that you get all four cows back, with a tax exemption for five cows. The milk rights of the six cows are transferred via an intermediary to a Cayman Island company secretly owned by the majority shareholder who sells the rights to all seven cows back to your listed company. The annual report says the company owns eight cows, with an option on one more. You sell one cow to buy a new president of the United States, leaving you with nine cows. No balance sheet provided with the release. The public buys your bull.

Admittedly, Skunkworks found a few of them. USG shot them down to be precise. The Amish detest this type of aggression and much prefer a nuanced method of communication. Questions and answers, peacefully.

We're in the hills of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, Iowa, Dakotas. The back country, visibly dark from space. It attracts them. The Amish believe in building relationships until we are deceived. They have never deceived us.

What Skunkworks has done in partnership of USG was to turn their violently downed spaceships into an new economic paradigm.

You're a funny little guy with your distracting comment.

Lockheed's 2nd tier scientists are title "Futurists". They are the ones who spend a career in the dark, not able the see the spacecrafts but are able to speak to the 1st tier liaisons. The 1st tier drones are told to take specific photographs, those photographs are taken so they can point the 2nd tier in a certain "development direction".

The Amish don't have to reverse engineer alien technology. They work with us directly.

Actual Capitalism has to collapse every generation or so.  Capitalism can create great wealth, but in our version, only by creating debt first.  And the interest  on the  debt is always higher than the interest paid to savings.  If it isn't that way, money just sits, and if the economy stops moving, like a shark it dies.

So the debt builds up slightly faster than the wealth.  The unpayable debt has to be written off, or there's an eventual, predictable, inevitable collapse.

That's fine with me.  I started out with nothing, and I've still got most of it left.  I'm willing to live by my wits, and I've done  OK at it.  The turbulence of periodic upheavals usually provides opportunities for a guy like me, if I can see them, get into the right position, and take advantage.

However, if I already had a huge fortune and wanted to keep it, I hate that kind of periodic turmoil.  Sure, the biggest fortunes have been made in such times, but those already gained aren't kept.

So, you take your enormous wealth and use it to influence the system.  You might, for instance, get your politicians to allow a consortium of banks (in which you might hold ownership interest) to control the money supply and manipulate the bond market.  And, when after several generations without a cyclical collapse, the debt has built up so high the looming collapse looks able to overwhelm your precautions, you might have your "Central Bank," to coin a phrase, bail out all the indicators of that collapse.  You might not be able to prevent the collapse, but you can pre-empt and conceal it for a while.  Meanwhile, you stay busy moving your wealth around, buying land in various jurisdictions, buying all manner of things so that at least some of them will retain value no matter what happens; you use every second you're able to buy to prepare to survive the inevitable collapse.

The last damn thing you want is true Capitalism, or Free Markets, or any such conditions that have become tropes of cultural mythology rather than actual circumstances.

More and more people become aware that things aren't working anymore the way they used to, and that it's becoming impossible to get ahead by playing by the rules and doing what you're supposed to do.  That's a sign that the collapse is getting closer.  The whole thing depends on people trusting the system in the first place; once the trust evaporates, none of the abstract versions of wealth and value will apply anymore.

That's the point we're nearing.  More and more people are realizing this.  It won't take a majority, or even a plurality.  Just a critical mass; enough to have a catalytic effect.

Those at the very tippy-top see this very clearly and are acting accordingly.

Capitalism is AWESOME when you don't bail it out. The failures help clear out the deadwood if you let the failures happen, and then capitalism flourishes.

In point of fact, if you bail it out, it's not capitalism at all. I guess you'd call it crony-capitalism in today's parlance, but they should really rename it because the two are very different.

We haven't had capitalism in close to 100 years in the U.S.

In ancient times, wiser rules realized that hierarchial systems tended to concentrate wealth, over time, at the top of the economic pyramid. Even in those early days, when there really wasn't much wealth (comparitively, i.e. we're talking about primitive solar-powered agricultural societies).
Eventually, it would become destabilizing.  Such societies, which lived in close understanding of the natural cycles (death -> rebirth), understood the need to periodically burn off the accumulated dead wood in order to stimulate new growth.
The Bible speaks of periodic "jubilees", when all such debts were wiped clean, and excess wealth was encourage to be spent on the community as a whole (i.e. charity).
Anyway, as a result, when rich and powerful individuals died, they took much of their accumulated wealth with them, be in via burial (Egyptians), destruction (Vikings), or some kind of social expenditure (festivities, feasts, gift giving, a year without taxation, a public works project, etc).
Even new pharoahs/kings/rules were expected to "make their own way", absent massive inheritences.
This took the unproductive, excess wealth and either took it out of the economy permanently, temporarily, or redistributed it to the less fortunate, or provided a general boost to the overal society.
People willingly funded the construction of Cathedrals in medieval Europe, with the foreknowledge that they would not live to see them completed, because they believed they benefited their decendents and their society as a whole.
