well, rather or not hillary gets prosecuted for the email thing doesn't rest on rather or not she is guilty, thats irrelevant in this sense, it depends entirely on if the obama just-us dept decides to prosecute her. So, Im sure biden knows the answer to that question, and Id guess that his "decision" depends on that. If obama doesn't want hillary to be president, she gets prosecuted, and biden gets in the race. It's still early in the nomination game, but her path to the nomination is on a road cratered with potholes. If she can not improve her numbers against Bernie and Trump soon, The DNC will be forced to consider Bernie the best candidate for November 2016.
