The UN Plans To Implement Universal Biometric Identification For All Of Humanity By 2030

Tyler Durden's picture

Submitted by Michael Snyder via The Economic Collapse blog,

Did you know that the United Nations intends to have biometric identification cards in the hands of every single man, woman and child on the entire planet by the year 2030?  And did you know that a central database in Geneva, Switzerland will be collecting data from many of these cards?  Previously, I have written about the 17 new “Global Goals” that the UN launched at the end of September.  Even after writing several articles about these new Global Goals, I still don’t think that most of my readers really grasp how insidious they actually are.  This new agenda truly is a template for a “New World Order”, and if you dig into the sub-points for these new Global Goals you find some very alarming things.

For example, Goal 16.9 sets the following target

“By 2030, provide legal identity for all, including birth registration”

The United Nations is already working hard toward the implementation of this goal – particularly among refugee populations.  The UN has partnered with Accenture to implement a biometric identification system that reports information “back to a central database in Geneva”.  The following is an excerpt from an article that was posted on findbiometrics.com

The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) is moving forward with its plans to use biometric technology to identify and track refugees, and has selected a vendor for the project. Accenture, an international technology services provider, has won out in the competitive tendering process and will oversee the implementation of the technology in a three-year contract.

The UNHCR will use Accenture’s Biometric Identity Management System (BIMS) for the endeavor. BIMS can be used to collect facial, iris, and fingerprint biometric data, and will also be used to provide many refugees with their only form of official documentation. The system will work in conjunction with Accenture’s Unique Identity Service Platform (UISP) to send this information back to a central database in Geneva, allowing UNHCR offices all over the world to effectively coordinate with the central UNHCR authority in tracking refugees.

I don’t know about you, but that sure does sound creepy to me.

And these new biometric identification cards will not just be for refugees.  According to a different FindBiometrics report, authorities hope this technology will enable them to achieve the UN’s goal of having this kind of identification in the hands of every man, woman and child on the planet by the year 2030…

A report synopsis notes that about 1.8 billion adults around the world currently lack any kind of official documentation. That can exclude those individuals from access to essential services, and can also cause serious difficulties when it comes to trans-border identification.

That problem is one that Accenture has been tackling in collaboration with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, which has been issuing Accenture-developed biometric identity cards to populations of displaced persons in refugee camps in Thailand, South Sudan, and elsewhere. The ID cards are important for helping to ensure that refugees can have access to services, and for keeping track of refugee populations.

Moreover, the nature of the deployments has required an economically feasible solution, and has demonstrated that reliable, biometric ID cards can affordably be used on a large scale. It offers hope for the UN’s Sustainable Development Goal of getting legal ID into the hands of everyone in the world by the year 2030 with its Identification for Development (ID4D) initiative.

The Identification for Development (ID4D) initiative was originally launched by the World Bank, and they are proud to be working side by side with the UN to get “legal identity” into the hands of all.  The following comes from the official website of the World Bank

Providing legal identity for all (including birth registration) by 2030 is a target shared by the international community as part of the Sustainable Development Goals (target 16.9). The World Bank Group (WBG) has launched the Identification for Development (ID4D) cross-practice initiative, with the participation of seven GP/CCSAs sharing the same vision and strategic objectives, to help our client countries achieve this goal and with the vision of making everyone count: ensure a unique legal identity and enable digital ID-based services to all.

Of course all of this is being framed as a “humanitarian” venture right now, but will it always stay that way?

At some point will a universal biometric ID be required for everyone, including you and your family?

And what would happen if you refused to take it?

I could definitely foresee a day when not having “legal identification” would disqualify you from holding a job, getting a new bank account, applying for a credit card, qualifying for a mortgage, receiving any form of government payments, etc. etc.

At that point, anyone that refused to take a “universal ID” would become an outcast from society.

What the elite want to do is to make sure that everyone is “in the system”.  And it is a system that they control and that they manipulate for their own purposes.  That is one of the reasons why they are slowly but surely discouraging the use of cash all over the world.

In Sweden, this movement has already become so advanced that they are now pulling ATMs out of even the most rural locations

The Swedish government abetted by its fractional-reserve banking system is moving relentlessly toward a completely cashless economy.  Swedish banks have begun removing ATMs even in remote rural areas, and according to Credit Suisse the rule of thumb in Scandinavia is “If you have to pay in cash, something is wrong.”  Since 2009 the average annual value of notes and coins in circulation in Sweden has fallen more than 20 percent from over 100 billion to 80 billion kronor.  What is driving this movement to destroy cash is the desire to unleash the Swedish central bank to drive the interest rate down even further into negative territory.  Currently, it stands at -0.35 percent, but the banks have not passed this along to their depositors, because depositors would simply withdraw their cash rather than leave it in banks and watch its amount shrink inexorably toward zero.   However, if cash were abolished and bank deposits were the only form of money, well then there would be no limit on negative interest rate policy as banks would be able to pass these negative interest rates onto their depositors without adverse consequences.  With everyone’s wages, salaries, dividends etc, paid by direct deposit into his bank account, the only way to escape negative interest rates would be to spend, spend, spend.  This, of course, is precisely  what the Keynesian economists advising governments and running central banks are aiming at….a pro-cash resistance movement is beginning to coalesce and the head of a security industry lobbying group relates,  “I’ve heard of people keeping cash in their microwaves because banks won’t accept it.”

If you aren’t using cash, that means that all of your economic activity is going through the banks where it can be watched, tracked, monitored and regulated.

Every time the elite propose something for our “good”, it somehow always results in them having more power and more control.

I hope that people will wake up and see what is happening.  Major moves toward a one world system are taking place right in front of our eyes, and yet I hear very, very few people talking about any of this.

So where do you think that all of this is eventually heading?

If people don't arm themselves now, and prepare to resist these schemes, than humanity will live in one concentration camp run by an elite full of Zionists, Bankers, and One World Government.

How on earth is the UN going to manage to become the world's political leader?  Those shitheads are cokewhores and strongmen, third class.  And it's gonna take a LOT of boots on the ground to overcome resistance from American patriots.  UN troops dont like to bleed out on foreign soil.

Was speaking with another refugee down here in SC last week.  He had a career as a brewmaster for one of the big beer companies (pretty cool, getting paid to drink beer all day!).  We exchanged a number of perspectives, and he was pretty blunt about it . . . I told him I was intent on becoming a large plantation owner with many slaves in the Next World Order.  When I asked him how he was going to capitalize on the current changes, he just said he thinks we're witnessing Armageddon's opening chapters.  Pretty short-sighted, in my view.  People have been swinging and missing on the end of days for a LOOONG time.  That said, I'm not getting into the car/bus/MRAP/train.  Listened to too much Cypress Hill growing up in Texas.  Aint goin' out like that!

true about people swinging and missing on end of days, but one thing is unique at this point in history.  never in the history of man have the powers that be have the capability to control all buying and selling through technological means.  the book of revelation states everyone will have to recieve a mark on their foreheads or hands.  today you can get a biometric chip the size of the head of a pin embedded under your skin that carries all your personal, health and financial information.  they're tagging dogs in nordic countries with this now and some crazies are doing it as well so they can just wave their hands and open doors.  its coming the question of course is when.

"When a world government is first formally proposed, the advocates of world government will make promises. They will talk about protections of rights. They will talk about check and balances. They will wax poetically on the amazing “system” they have designed to ensure that their creation will never go off the rails. They will be very confident that they are playing a central role in the salvation of mankind. We must see through their deceptions, deliberate or not, and challenge them. Rest assured, that once power is centralized into a singular body, all of humankind will be enslaved. There will be no Russia for American dissident Edward Snowden to run to. There will be no Equador for Julian Assange. There will be only one refuge for those willing to resist that monolithic state: death.

When our current unstable world order begins degrades, we should be prepared for the attempt to construct a world government. Every thinking person has an obligation to do what he or she can to prevent this from happening. It would be the end of humankind as we know it."

The UN will probably run a US gun confiscation operation before they attempt the ID scheme. One phone call from George S. and President Clinton will give the UN full access to the USA. We can only hope the UN gets bogged down rounding up global warming skeptics.

The UN would best be served to hire mercs for any US gun-grab op. That way, the patriots would have a tougher time figuring out where/who their families were for scalping party deployment.  It could get really ugly, but put me down for a few heads on stakes, plus some sawzall action for the family members of the regional potentate who rubber stamped the local merc activity.  I'll make the German/Russians on the Eastern Front look like grand humanitarians.

The UN gets most of its money from the US and is located in New York. The UN always has been, and always will be, an imperial proxy. The main question is, for who?

In the Korean War the US used the UN to justify its foreign policy to a skeptical public (it wasn't long after WW2), though when the UN didn't back the US in its recent wars we simply flaunted whatever they had to say. I've come to see the treaties as a way for whole countries to be FSA, or for Western governments to run around their limits by crying "International law! Who gives a damn what the Constitution/Magna Carta says?"

"In the 1996 U.N. study The Impact of Armed Conflict on Children, former first lady of Mozambique Graça Machel documented: "In 6 out of 12 country studies on sexual exploitation of children in situations of armed conflict prepared for the present report, the arrival of peacekeeping troops has been associated with a rapid rise in child prostitution." [3]

Eight years later, Gita Sahgal spoke out with regard to the fact that prostitution and sex abuse crops up wherever humanitarian intervention efforts are set up. She observed: "The issue with the UN is that peacekeeping operations unfortunately seem to be doing the same thing that other militaries do. Even the guardians have to be guarded."

I have to disagree with this. As an example of what the US citzens WILL accept is cattle-like treatment in airports. Everytime I fly in/out of the US, there are body scanners everywhere. Not so in some other countries. And I know of a few airports that have moved onto taking a photo of your face as you enter/re-enter the country (US). I have also not seen this in other countries. Perhaps it exists. But not in the same way it does in the US.

Granted, these are international flights, but US citizens fly all the time. Sure people here talk about these things, but the public at large has accepted it. Which is why on any given attempt to pass through security I am one of 5 people asking for a pat down, only to be berrated by a TSA agent who has, at most finished high school.

We accept more than you think.

But there are those of us who would never fly at all because of this situation. You don't see us getting scanned and abused because we're nowhere near the place. We just keep shrugging along. And that's OK because we can do most of the things we want and need to do without associating with organizations we despise.

Not sure that a gun is going to help. You can shoot one or two officials, but you will be so stuck that you will kowtow within days. No gas for your vehicle, no entry into public transport, no money, and they won't let you into a supermarket either. If you can survive that, needing a doctor finishes you off.

Ironically, the illegal activities of secret services would be the salvation because fake IDs don't travel well in such a system, so I don't think the secret services will allow it because it means they'd have to give up some of their illegal activities.

Snowden spoke of fake IDs including fake websites and FB pages and  I have come across quite some mysteries where the only explanation was involvement of the shady services. How easy will it be to allocate fake ID in a central data base in Geneva - and another  one and back again?

What is "fake Id"?

If the retinal scan in the chip, says the name is Charlie Brown and the card says Charlie Brown, then it is Charlie Brown.  Now the fact that another chip with the same scan says the name is Lucy and the card says Lucy, then it is Lucy.

Is the Id Fake? No, it just has a different name on/in it.  It is a legitimate Id.  Governments can provide any number of legitimate Ids with various names, but same data on the chip.

EMP not required.   bombs in power [generation] stations not required. distribution is where it's at.

a few cutting charges on pylons in remote places, a few critical substations and a few strategic slices of fibre with a concrete saw (with a metal-cutting blade) and you have a satisfactory distraction to allow another round in another area.

:)  a few months without power will be sufficient.   most cell towers can't last more than 72 hours on backup power.

Imagine the wider LA area with no power to pump gas, no cellphones, no landlines, and shops full of thawing frozen-goods.  And no television.   60 days I reckon, and the over mind-controlled humanoid starts to revert to nature.  "I'm from the UN, show me your papers!" will be met by a lead pill or a baseball bat.

Breaking and big, off topic>

US satellite reportedly detected a heat flash over the Sinai Peninsula at the same time the Russian Kogalymavia airliner jet crashed.

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — A US surveillance satellite detected a heat flash over the Sinai Peninsula at the same time the Russian Kogalymavia airliner crashed on Saturday killing all 224 people on board, according to media reports.

The satellite’s evidence does not support the theory that the airliner was shot down by a surface-to-air missile, NBC News reported on Monday evening.

“The speculation that this plane was brought down by a missile is off the table,” the report quoted a senior US defense official as saying.

The official noted that US intelligence analysts believed the flash could have been a bomb exploding or a fuel tank detonating after an explosive blast, the report said.

Notice US said nothing about MH-17, but now have instant ability to track this plane!

In the same vein they tell us they are able to model AGW, but can't seem to get a handle on modeling the total dismemberment and collapse of three skyscrapers in NY on 9/11 though it had never happened in history that a steel-framed highrise has completely collapsed due to fire.  AGW, of course, being many orders of magnitude more complex to model.

The Twin Towers were built in a new and unique way, different for all other sky scrapers up to that time. It had to do with the external steel structure bearing all the weight, and the lateral stability came only from the tie points of the floors to the out steel struture. If the tie point bolts weaken, the entire building can twist like a structure made of straws. I saw a model of the towers put to stress tests before the floor were attached. The building was unstable, once the floor ties were made, the entire structure became solid and as stable as any conventional building. IF, and I say IF, the tie points failed, the building would have lost lateral stability. Would that help it pancake? I have no idea! But, it did pancake in perfect freefall. How that happended, ought to be proven, and it has not.

As for the unique design, I don't know if it has ever been repeated in a super high structure.

Experts Urging Broader Inquiry in Towers' Fall

Experts critical of the current effort, including some of those people who are actually conducting it, cite the lack of meaningful financial support and poor coordination with the agencies cleaning up the disaster site. They point out that the current team of 20 or so investigators has no subpoena power and little staff support and has even been unable to obtain basic information like detailed blueprints of the buildings that collapsed.

Then you better start to worry about Google tracking. I'm in that business of late and what they have on you already would make your head explode. It's really worse than anything you can imagine unless you have a working Ph.D. in big data. And Google don't need you to use a particular card either, anything you buy or rent anywhere for any reason by any financial means -- except cash -- is traced back to your entire recent consumer purchase history and web browsing pattern even before you walk away from the counter. Yes I mean offline. Online you are way more fukt than that. No really, seriously you are all of you already completely fukt.

I've worked with a good bit of this data also; if you set up app permissions right (and mandatory apps in Android do this), you can track everywhere the phone goes, when it sits in a certain place, etc. In that sense, Google can probably guess what I had for lunch today, even if I paid cash. You might want to leave the phone behind.

Yeah, online... if you really wanted to you could track every mouse move, scroll, form fill (like posting on Zero Hedge), etc. Google Analytics asks users not to record personally identifiable info, and developers can voluntarily limit what they collect, but a more aggressive analytics program can easily track what everyone is saying and doing online all the time.

If you want privacy, Tor and an obscure Linux distribution is a start.

My Taliphone probably has the capacity to track me.  But the only thing I use it for is to make a phone call when I'm somewhere without any other phone.  Technically it's a TrakFone, so I should be damned suspicious just from the name.  However, if I lose it, I can pick up another for about $10.  And I use a $40 recharge card about once a year.

Wife was ashamed of her taliphone, so I got her a fancy one from boost mobile.  Costs $52 a fucking month!  She's had it since December and still can't find shit on it, and recently lost the ability to make phone calls and had to go into a store to have some guy fix it in less than ten seconds.  We just found out that all of her grandbaby pictures are in some 'cloud'.  But Wayz does rock on a long drive.

For me, however, a phone is something you use to call someone and actually talk to them.  Why the hell would you send a text?  As to being tracked, my phone has this innovation where the battery can be removed.  (Easily, each time I drop it, even on soft sand.)  And the couple of pictures I've taken are innocuous.

But, as to getting a chip inserted in my ass, hand, forehead or anywhere else.  Ain't gonna happen.  I have my original social security card from 1967 and that's all they need, beyond a birth certificate and drivers license.  And I DO NOT keep my money in a fucking bank other than what is required to pay immediate bills. (Which, now that they are paid a year in advance I probably should stop for a while and collect cash instead).

Now, take a look at some of the most recent pharma products.  Pills with chips to track what you've ....
And how about nanos in injections ... the tech is already there.

Okay putting on my techie geek hat now: I don't know it for a fact but I suspect there is lower bound to the size of a RFID device. These things rely on very particular antenna designs for both power input from ambient signal, and then data transmission. Antenna gets too small and the resonating frequencies required to wake it up are too high to generate or use outside the lab. Might even be really dangerous.

Anyone with RF background like to comment on this? I think a nano RFID device could be built but wouldn't survive real world operating conditions.

Geek hat is off now, as you were.

One thing is the computers we carry.  We all have 1984 telescreens in our pockets now.  Similar devices will probably become the RF interface to the chips in our bodies.  I believe you are right about the size limit, but I bet they can get quite smaller.  As with the spy devices we carry, society will demand implants as well, be damned with the possible negative consequences.  They will start off as implanted labs on a chip, allowing you to monitor the vitals/chemistry of your children 24/7.  There will be many legitimate uses for this tech.  Then will come the ones that actually modify things as 'needed', changing your brain chemistry for example... that is going to be a dark rabbit hole when the theme that natural things can be fixed... a person should not feel 'angry' or 'sad' so why not fix it.  By that point it will be too late, everyone will already be implanted and one day a firmware update or trigger code goes out and you have direct chemical brain control of a nation.

Parents and Children Deserve Genetic Privacy Parents have the right to protect their newborn's DNA.

Parents rightly want to protect their child from the potential for outside DNA analysis and profiling. The 2009 Tarini study found only 28.2 percent of parents were “very or somewhat willing” to consent to research using their child’s blood samples if their permission were not obtained. In fact, without consent, 55.7 percent would be “very unwilling.” Yet, the Newborn Screening Saves Lives Reauthorization Act of 2013, which is now headed toward a floor vote in the U.S. House, having passed the Senate, does not require that states receiving federal newborn screening dollars obtain parental consent before newborn blood samples can be stored by the government and used for research.

Newborn screening has many health benefits. But to maintain the privacy and liberty rights of the children, ownership of infant samples and the DNA they carry must not be transferred from newborns to the state. The rights of parents to protect their child’s most unique, precious property, their genetic code, must be upheld.

Tin foil's too delicate...one slip and the hat is crushed.  My wife crushed my entire collection when she romatically laid back over the garage (crushed two 357 hemi's and '79 Corolla, too).

I've switched to a metal colander.  The handle's are, um, handy, I tied a ribbon to each one and then knot them under my chin.

On certain days, when it's really dry, I can hear the color blue and taste sound.

It used to have lead-based, green paint, but it mostly wore off over the years, so now all that's visible is in the groove's around the handle's.

I have to be careful with it, though, because if I wear it more than a week, the minute and second hands tend to twirl together on my wristwatch.  Gone through thousands of wrist watches over the years.  And by the time I notice what's happening I've usually been late to work for three or four weeks.

When I had teeth, the Colander greatly assisted in my radio reception from my fillings.  I could get KFI in Florida.  The voices in my head were real, but it was still just a radio show.

When I show off my Colander to friends and acquaintances they are extremely happy about witnessing me.  They all proclaim that they will get one just as soon as they are allowed to leave.

I am glad that I am spreading the word of the metal Colander throughout the people I meet.  There is always great joy.

I will be very surprised if the US doesn't implement it much sooner. There are certainly theoretical advantages in terms of identity theft and being able to determine who is in the country illegally.  The obvious problem is the incredible power and inevitable abuses thereof that this affords the government and the Oligarchs pulling the levers.

Doesn't matter, it is coming and it is inevitable. Those thinking they will be able to overthrow the plans for fully implementing the Police/surveillance state are probably being naive... unfortunately.

Guess what world war III will be good for?? After identifying which members of the military would be willing to follow orders to move against US citizens and which would not, you ship the latter to the most dangerous parts of the front lines as cannon fodder, while preserving the former.

Computer advances are now hitting the point where the government really can start processing ALL the big data that the NSA gathers, and identify movements before they can pick up steam.  Mysterious black holes will start opening up on the internet, and the few useful sources of information such as ZH will suddenly be difficult if not impossible to access.  Citizens will be incentivized to report on the unpatriotic activities of their neighbors... paranoia, division, and more division will successfully sown,

Hegelian dialectic.  The masters of the Univers plan to create utter chaos, cull the planet of excess population, the rearrange the pieces much more efficiently.

This leaves those who see it coming with a choice.  Poke their heads out of the hole and yell "over here" so they can be shut down... move to the wilderness, live primatively, and hope the government is too busy for awhile to bother with them, attempt to form or become part of a high tech underground resistance movement (with greatly shortened life expectancy)... or accept that this may be the next form of evolution, and perhaps they may as well simply do their best to compete in the New World Order.

I think that when those at the front of the torch carriers start getting mowed down by militarized police (don't kid yourself, plenty will sign on) those behind them will start cutting and running.  I think that the NSA and other agencies will quickly identify would-be leaders and make them dissappear. You have to have leaders, because disorganized masses accomplish nothing.  The governments ability to infiltrate all forms of electronic communication, fly surveillance drones, incentivize those willing to rat out their neighbors etc. gives them the overwhelming advantage.

Those refusing to conform will be part of the excess population that gets culled.  I'm not judging... simply saying this is what I see coming and I don't believe there is any stopping it.

Don't underestimate the number of those willing to conform out of fear, and self interest/instinct for self preservation.

Has the US stabilized Iraq yet? How about Afghanistan? Remember the view from Saigon in '75?

I think that the NSA and other agencies will quickly identify would-be leaders and make them dissappear.

How are they going to identify those who don't know for themselves that they are fighters until they suddenly decide to fight?

You have to have leaders, because disorganized masses accomplish nothing.

Individuals are self aware, self contained operating units and can accomplish a great deal.

Those refusing to conform will be part of the excess population that gets culled.

The plan is easy all that is needed is will.

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”

Assuming that that is true and considering the opinion you expressed one would expect you to be forlorn or perhaps even suicidal. Do you plan on continuing to enjoy expressing your opinion should your dystopian predictions come true or what?

The UN ???? You've got to be kidding me. The UN can't even handle feeding starving natives in Uganda or any other third world African shit hole, much less maintain and administer a task this complex. The UN will be fortunate to even exist in 2030.

There's something in the pathology of the greater proletariat that refuses to see any course toward preserving soveriegnty and rule of law and idea... even the prescribed course of least resistance -- that being a relatively simple shoring up of an expertly designed organization of 535 persons.

The UN will murder . . if the victims are unarmed.  The UN will rape . . . if there is nobody closeby who will fight back.  The UN will steal . . . from those too feeble to fight for what is theirs.  Do you fear a buzzard circling overhead?  No?  Then you have nothing to fear from the UN.

Theres a legend out there about a russian general and a female comissar during Stalin's purge. They would fire their personal machine guns at any party attempting to knock on their doors to arrest them. No one dared to fuck with them and survived the purge just fine.

15 And it was allowed to give breath to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast might even speak and might cause those who would not worship the image of the beast to be slain. 16 Also it causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave,5 to be marked on the right hand or the forehead, 17 so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark, that is, rthe name of the beast or the number of its name. 18 This calls for wisdom: let the one who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man, and his number is 666. - Revelation 13

Everyone laughs at the Bible and it's 'predictions' but isn't it somewhat interesting that for the first time in history you can pretty much control the buying and selling of stuff amongst the world's population by controlling the technology and access to it?

Perhaps the only obstacle that will slow down these sorts of plans is if the population ensures that the politcians and bankers will also have to submit themselves to the same ID.

At that point, anyone that refused to take a “universal ID” would become an outcast from society.

If that happens & I don't get one does that mean I don't pay tax either?

It certainly explains why they want to flood all of EU with non-natives.  Break down the barriers, destroy the social trust between people, atomize and Balkanize them.  After that it is far easier to convince them that "we need" a universal ID.

If you aren’t using cash, that means that all of your economic activity is going through the banks where it can be watched, tracked, monitored and regulated.

FALSE... but I get the point.

That claim is false because those of us who "barter" with physical gold and silver are not tracked.  Though I don't fully trust bitcoin myself, those who "barter" bitcoin are also not tracked (unless they make a mistake, at least as I understand bitcoin).

And these points are crucial in answering the question of "where things go from here".

Those of us who care about privacy will barter... exchange gold/silver/bitcoin for other goods and goodies.

But there are many other social/collective solutions too, for those who prefer social/collective/corporate solutions.  For example, someone could establish a [cooperative and] warehouse of sorts, anonymously take orders for goods and goodies from members, then exchange them for gold/silver/bitcoin or other goods and goodies they want to stock/offer.

All the external transactions records would point to the coop, not the individual members.  As long as the coop doesn't [admit they] keep records [where they can be found/confiscated], the predators-that-be cannot connect specific goods and goodies with specific individuals.  If I was more social and lived in a populated area, I'd establish one of these coops.  A reasonable biz, plus "doing good".

-----

As for any "universal ID"... they will never get the information about me.  No way will I submit to that, and given my location and lifestyle, they won't have an opportunity to ask or demand.  But no way, no how would I allow them to collect the data... or for that matter, identify myself with a name.

The NWO can go to hell.

BTW, what they are doing is quite clear.

#1:  The biometric data system is their BRAND.  When I say "brand", I don't mean like "CocaCola" or "COSTCO" or something, I mean precisely the mark ranchers burn onto their cows and other animals.  The only difference being, there will only be one brand on the planet, that of the NWO.

#2:  But unlike a rancher brand, the brand will identify each individual animal, namely human.  Sometimes ranchers do that (especially breeders, I suspect), sometimes not.  But obviously the NWO intends to uniquely BRAND every one of their human ANIMALS... just like they brand other animals they own.

Well, they don't own me, and never will.  And if by some unfortunate coincidence I get into a situation where they try, I will escape.  And if that's not possible, whoever is trying to brand me will die, unless they kill me first.  I don't belong to anyone, most certainly not the NWO.

-----

BTW, I never carry any kind of ID on me when I travel... or when I just hang around at home.  My identity is that physical being that is ME, not a name, and certainly not a number piece of paper or plastic.

Ann are you trying to tell me that you are capable of independent thought?  That is not allowed you know.  I just went and sat down on the smokers bench next to a Arab, likely Saudi, who has been talking into the air for over two hours now.  I asked him "Who are you talking to?".  It is one of those wireless deals.  My Russian wife is getting sick of listening to him.  I made him uncomfortable by sitting right down next to him and firing up a cig but I don't care.  Hey asshole, I was born here and if I want to sit down and smoke then I will and I know your government pays for your education and your fancy cars but I have some cars too.

These Muslims are really being dickheads of late.  It really started when Russia decided it was going to go into Syria.  There is some hating going on and I recently armed my Russian neighbor.  Something is going on that is not good.  People think I am joking when I say I have plenty of guns and ammo.  It is no joke.  I have plenty of vehicles too.  It is not an exaggeration.  It is not hyperbole.  If you think that I won't go fire up my loudest Harley, because yes there is more than one, and go rev it up in his face then you would be underestimating me.

Pissing off my wife is not OK.

Is Michael Snyder in a contest with himself? Time and again he makes stupid assertions followed by stupider assertions. Today's is a lulu! Biometrically file everyone on earth within the next fourteen years?

Michael, here's some news for you. The rest of the world doesn't look like Palo Alto. I can guide you through the dark side of India where you'll find about six hundred (or more) people who aren't going to be on anyone's biometrical index. I will guarantee it. Hell, I can probably guide you through parts of East Palo Anto that aren't going to be in the index. I think there's enough really frightening things about the real world that could keep you busy for the rest of your miserable life without forcing you to quote fat bureaucrats' wet dreams of power. Get real!
