Victim Body Parts Suggest "Powerful Explosion" Most Likely Cause Of Russian Airplane Crash
On Monday evening, we brought you the latest from what will almost undoubtedly end up being one of the year’s biggest stories.
According to US officials, an infrared satellite detected a “heat flash” concurrent to the mid-air disaster that caused a Russian passenger jet to crash in the Sinai Peninsula killing all 224 people on board. This, the defense official contended, takes the missile theory off the table but does suggest that there could have been an explosion on the plane, either a fuel tank or a bomb.
Although it’s impossible to say whether a video released by ISIS in the hours after the crash is authentic, the assessment detailed above would be broadly consistent with what the footage appears to show.
Not everyone is convinced. A competing theory revolves around whether an incident that saw the plane scrape its tail on a runway in 2001 might have contributed to the catastrophe.
Now, Russian media says that according to an Egyptian forensic expert, victims’ injuries seem to point to a mid-air explosion. Here’s Sputnik:
According to an Egyptian forensic expert, an analysis of injuries sustained by victims of the Russian airliner crash on Saturday in Egypt shows that a mid-air explosion might have occured aboard the Airbus A321 passenger jet, RIA Novosti reported.
On October 31, an Airbus A321 operated by the Russian airline Kogalymavia crashed in the Sinai Peninsula en route to St. Petersburg from the Egyptian resort city of Sharm El-Sheikh. The tragedy has become the largest civilian aircraft disaster in Russian and Soviet history.
"A large number of body parts may indicate that a powerful explosion took place aboard the plane before it hit the ground," said an Egyptian forensic expert who took part in the examination of the bodies of the A321 crash victims.
According to the expert, a DNA analysis would be needed to identify the victims of the Russian airliner crash in Egypt.
In no uncertain terms: the fact that there were body parts scattered in an 8 kilometer radius is all you need to know about what caused the plane to crash.
Still, Egypt’s civil aviation ministry says there's as yet no "proof" to support Moscow's claims that the plane broke apart. Here's Reuters:
Spokesman Mohamed Rahmi said there was no proof yet that the plane had broken up in flight. "This could be a long process and we can’t talk about the results as we go along,” he said.
Well, sure you can, and a lot of people are. Despite Rahmi's contention that no evidence exists that the plane exploded (you know, other than the video from the terrorists which shows it exploding and the testimony of a forensic expert), he did confirm that no distress call was received from the pilot:
“No communication from the pilot was recorded at the navigation centers requesting anything,” he told Reuters.

“If the engineering is done right, it’s not an issue. If the repair follows the engineering data, it’s not an issue,” said Goglia, who isn’t involved in the Metrojet investigation. “But a breakdown in any one of those can and has resulted in catastrophic failures.”
While it may take years for a repair to eventually crack enough to fail, that can lead to a violent explosion damaging an aircraft, according to accident reports.
Such a failure occurred in 2002 when China Airlines Flight 611 flying from Taiwan to Hong Kong broke apart at the spot where the Boeing Co. 747’s tail was repaired 22 years earlier.
Japan Airlines Flight 123 hit a mountain in 1985 after a similar repair came apart, claiming 520 lives. When the repair let loose, it blew off the vertical fin rising out of the tail. Without that fin, the plane couldn’t be controlled.

I have no experience with explosives and defer to those who have, but from the video of the first explosion and the ball of fire that raced hundreds of yards at the camera, I could not help thinking 'thermobaric explosives'. No doubt that the perpetrators of that crime did not want the investigators of that crime to see the exact workings of their bomb.
Whether or not there is some chemical 'fingerprint' that ties the two events together remains to be seen.

If these reports are true, it certainly does point the investigation towards foul play. Russian investigators will be quickly able to determine if there are signs of explosive residue on the fragments of that airplane. And also the way that the metal is torn apart into fagments - would be quite different from a structural failure. I agee, the existence of body fragments over a wide area does not seem to be consistent with a structural problem.
No doubt the Russians will be furious - who wouldn't be. But it will take time to piece together the people involved. Hopefully there were good security cameras at the airport (point of departure).

We should ask again here "Who gains the most from this crash'. Follow the logical events when proof comes in how it was done, then figure ahead as to who gains what. If this act was simple revenge, meant to give a good Russian body count, it will backfire. Russias have never shown a willingness to back down when bloodied by an enemy. Therr are no soot visible on other planes debris. Even on that chairs. And internal bomb even inside cargo bay, will creates soot it's shown on TWA-800 debris. Not on that russian one.
The only charred remains are anything where th main wings and that centre fuselage (again, from that RT YT video). This tells me when the planes broke up in mid air? The jet-a fuels still intact in their tanks (on A321, these tanks locxated inside main wings & the central fuselage). And that's that section that shown charred remains on the grounds (due to impact).
And the jet engines located in that same main wings debris. So that means that engine STILL ATTACHED to the main wings when the planes broke up in mid air.The fact that this jet engine located at the exact spot where main wings debris located? Tells me that the engine does works normally until that wings section impact the ground.
Why i knew this? The are 4 (four) bolts attaching to each engine pylons on the main wing. This bolts designed to BREAKS should there be EXCESSIVE VIBRATIONS from the jet engine due to catastrophic engine malfunction (such as one of the titanium blades broke of, and creates engine imballance. This can happens when engine strike birds. Like the new york incident. Or the fell off of left engine of the KLM 747 incident in Netherland).
Next, on that same RT video. Look at tha pile pipe debris? They shown no charred damaged. These are pipes that runs compressed air from IP blades (IP: intermediates pressure compressor blades. Look at wiki page about jet engine, and you'll know what i means) into internal cargo bay of that planes, to AC (AirCon) compressor to turn those compressor blades to runs the AC system of the planes. Do you see that these pipes had charred marks?? Neither do i.
And i remeber. A321 used a lot of composites materials. Even for its fuselage (not for just wings only). This planes had been exist for >18 years!! Now, you that have modern muscle car (aka. very expensive cars), that used carbon fiber composites. What happened to that composites after >10 years ages, and you didn't replaced them??

My takes is (again speculative at this time). Some of the sensor failed. That send wrong data to Auto Pilot computer. Computer makes wrong decisions about its condition. Pilots whonow rely so much to this computer (pilots often forgot. Computers? You gave garbage data? You get garbage result!!), the pilot clueless about wy its auto pilot behave this way. Makes wrong correction move. And it creates movement beyong the flight envelope limits of that planes (this happens on my country boeing 737-200 incident. It broke into 3 piece before hitting the deep see. It took 2 years to takes the wreckage from the oceans).
So, i hope you consider this simple logic based on my explanation above.

It was a plane full of Russian departing a location which was barren so there wouldn't be collateral damage on the ground. They could have exploded it over the Mediterranean, but when you fire a shot across an enemy's bow sometime your looking for all the publicity you can get. Look at the dif between mh17 and mh370.

Interesting. Most people accept that some sort of explosion occurred which brought the plane down. Whether it was an on-board bomb in the hold or a ground to air missile (or even an air to air missile) can easily be verified by forensic examination of the aircraft fragments being recovered plus the black boxes. Many people claim that a manpad could not reach a plane at 31,000 ft travelling at 450mph. That video seems to dispute that theory but we'll see.
I assume you are joking with the video you posted. Regardless the type of shoulder fired weapon used in the video has a maximum range (altitude) of about 15,000 feet - half the height of the plane that crashed.
As far as the video being of the Russian airliner being shot down that does not compute at all, simply for the reason that the terrain around the area where these guys are shooting the missile is nothing like the terrain in the Sinai where the crash occurred - it's a different area entirely.
I'm seeing a lot of new "folk" here. Remember it's better to be thought of as a fool than open your mouth and proof it.
