Meanwhile, Alexis Tsipras - who everyone promptly forgot about once China replaced Greece as the market's focal point - has weighed in from the front lines, expressing shame that the West is at least partially responsible for the migrant crisis due to its role in intentionally destabilizing Mid-East governments.

Take note people. Eirik is a good representation of the overwhelming popular opinion in Western Europe. To be clear - HE is representative of the vast majority in Sweden, Germany, Holland, Austria, etc. Only older farts like me who will die off in a few years still remember their country as it used to be and still prefer it this way. You fail to understand that I represent both. The average birthrate among Muslims in Europe is 8+ per family. For Germans its 1.8. You do the math - by 2050 Germany will be completely Muslim.
There was a book written by Thilo Sarrazin called 'Deutschland Schafft Sich Ab' - loosely translated as 'Germany Abolishes Itself'. I hedge some hope for the Spaniards, they are NOT to be trifled with. Although many of them ar borderline communist they have deeply rooted families and close-knit communities. While Germans and other Western Europeans were building businesses in China and other countries the Spaniards for better or worse remained in Spain. I'de like to make clear to all, that Syria accounts for a real minority of migrants. No more than 25% tops! People ditch passports in the sea or rivers, then claim to be Syria, because the West is playing the Syrian refugee card against Russia, so migrants know better treatment and immediate acceptance will come to Syrians. So to be honest in these stories, I suggest Syria be dropped alltogether and we address the mass migration of people from all over Africa, North Africa, Middle East, SW Asia, Pakistan, even India. JB, I read the article, but I was more impressed by the interview of Nikolai Starikov in the comments section. He seemed to really understand the reality of the situation. Indeed, if you ever listen to Webster Tarpley's World Crisis Radio or read the free book at his site called "Against Oligarchy", you will find that Starikov's main idea is in harmony with Tarpley, although--very surprisingly--Tarpley has not yet applied his own thesis to the present situation in Yerp! Tarpley's thesis is that the Anglo-Saxons--in particular, the English--have always sought to insure that no Yerpian country should amass enough power to pose a threat to England being the dominant power in Europe (this strategy actually goes back to the Venetians which is amply explained by Tarpley in "Against Oligarchy". The result of this line of thinking is that it is actually Britain that is responsible for WWI and WW2, when German economic power had to be destroyed (Cartago delenda est). Now, once again, Germany is in the ascendant in Yerp, and it has therefore been necessary for Britain, armed with American muscle, to bring down Germany. Only this time, it is by inducing and using immigration, which Starikov points out, is overwhelmingly directed at Germany. Thus, once again, the Brits are using a strategy that goes back to Lord Palmerston and Edward VII to maintain Anglo-Saxon dominance. There are 4 million turks in Germany, the first generation behaved as they would in their country of origin. The second generation are natives, they have a mixed european/turkish outlook they speak turkish and german. The 3rd generation which are growing up around now don't speak very good turkish, they won't go to mosque and their outlook is secular european. I used "indian" as an umbrella term including pakistanis and bangladeshis. Both cultures will also die out within the UK as the original immigrant generation do.
Absolute rubbish, the least integrated sub cultures in the UK are from the Indian sub continent, Pakistan Kashmir and Bangladesh, some of those people never learn to speak English and have never embraced the culture, even after generations in this country. They live in their own communities with very little exposure to western people culture or values.

Indians/bangladeshi/pakistanis in the UK have only been there since the 1950s. That's ~3 generations and the young generation have abandoned their parent and grandparent's cultiures almost entirely. There is very little remaining.
I lived in Glasgow in the UK for 20 years. It has a "large" indian, pakistani and bangladeshi population. They are still brown skinned, though sickly looking for it with the lack of sun but otherwise have Scottish outlook on the world, they speak with Glaswegian accents and their origin languages are no longer fluent. They still celebrate their origin holidays and regligious festivals but only in the way that secular Scots celebrate easter, christmas and so on. i.e. it's an excuse to have a party and of zero religious significance. The children go to Scottish schools, are taught Scottish history and pick up Scottish values from their friends. Though they do still tend to marry internally they have no more children than any other Scottish people.
In another couple of generations they will be just a slight genetic oddity in the region.

Well you know that women concern themselves with the wealth and status of their partners, and immigrants are almost always the lowest rungs of the host society. The fact is that an immigrant culture has a significant problem retaining their own females, who are generally happy to marry into higher status native families. The immigrant males have a much bigger problem and you often see them turning back to origin countries to find partners because peergroup immigrant females are really not interested.
