Al Qaeda Leaders Agree with Clinton, McCain and Petraeus: U.S. Should Impose a No Fly Zone Over Syria

George Washington's picture

Hillary Clinton, John McCain, David Petraeus and other hawks have long called for a no-fly zone over Syria.

The U.S. is now sending F-15 jets to Syria.

That should terrify Al Qaeda and other baddies, right?

Nope … Al Qaeda leaders are actually begging for a U.S.-imposed no-fly zone.

American reporter Reese Erlich interviewed several top Al Qaeda leaders in the area including Abu Qatada, and they told him they feel that the U.S. has been too weak in Syria, and America should have introduced shoulder-fired missiles to shoot down Assad’s planes, and set up a no-fly zone over Syria.

Erlich says that Al Qaeda sides with Clinton, McCain and Petraeus in calling for a U.S.-imposed no-fly zone.

Why?

The A.Q. leaders explained to Erlich that – in the short run – increased U.S. intervention would topple the Syrian leader Assad, who is one of Al Qaeda’s main enemies.

In the long run, they explained, Al Qaeda would end up with all of the U.S.-provided weapons, and so they would be able to take over in Syria.

Strange bedfellows

I tell my football fanatic, red v blue politic, Kardashian gossiping, overdebted neighbors, friends, coworkers that while we are told Al Qaeda commited 9/11 we are supporting them in Syria and they give me the "huh?!" face. It just doesn't sink in. The Raiders football winning season is talk of the town these days however. Tell them you are a Cowboy (or other team fan) or that the Raiders truly suck and they just about go cannibal zombie on you. Ridiculous.

NY attorney general investigating Exxon over climate statements

 http://www.reuters.com/article/2015/11/05/us-exxon-mobil-climatechange-i...

The New York attorney general has launched an investigation into whether Exxon Mobil Corp (XOM.N) misled the public about the risks of climate change or its investors about how those risks may hurt the company's oil business.

Attorney General Eric Schneiderman subpoenaed the company on Wednesday evening, demanding extensive financial records, emails and other documents, the attorney general's spokesman Stephen Barton told Reuters.

The New York Times first reported the news earlier on Thursday. (nyti.ms/1HuEJC8)

U.S. Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton in late October had said she believed the U.S. Justice Department should investigate Exxon for failing to disclose data related to climate change.

US impose a no-fly zone over Syria?  Let them try.  Russia will impose a no-fly zone over Amerika, while China imposes a no-fly zone over Japan, Taiwan, VietNam & Phillipines.

USA should pull up stakes world wide, come home, and defend the homeland according to the Constitution of The United States of America.

Of course, that means a lot of unemployed people at the Fed, Congress, and the Senate.

Give them all a hearty hand shake, a blue tarp, a shopping cart, a fifty pound bag of dry dog food, and some Goodwill clothes as a retirement gift.

I hear the weather is good in Southern California, so, as a special demonstration of generosity, give them all a one way bus ticket to Libtard Heaven.

The Russians might impose a no fly zone over Syria.  It might be a good idea to stop airlines from flying in the area.

The Russians have already imposed a no-fly zone over Syria, which is why this is not a real option for the US.

Not that reality seems to play any sort of important role in US "strateigc" thinking.

If stooge Obaaaama "decides" to send US fighters against Russian fighters, they will be shot down.

But that is what these insanely deluded neocons want -- a war with Russia.

Don't try to confuse them with facts, like for example, that Russian electronic warfare capabilities will shut down US targeting systems.

Or that the launch of strategic nuclear forces will result in nuclear winter, which will wipe out the populations of *all nations* . . . that won't bother them.

After all, they have their own shelters ready to go to.

You must have missed the memo.  Those same neocons will be lifted on the wings of angels to heaven once armageddon starts.  And the rest of the world can go fuck themselves as the neocons bask in the glory of heaven.

I hope that they ALL roast in hell.  And the fucking bankers can join them.

"A CIA-created terrorist-front (Al Qaeda) agrees with a disgraced USSA General (Petraeus), a chronic, criminal, psychopath-liar (Clinton - "THe Beast Of Benghazi") and an imbecilic, traitorous, enemy-collaborator (McCain) - war-mongers all - that the USSA should protect its terrorist assets by preventing Russia from pursuing them (imposing a no-fly zone in Syria) "

It would make for a much better world if Russia IMPOSED A NO-FLY ZONE over the rogue-states of USSA & ISISrael

al-quisling-a is held to be the responsible
terrorist organisation for the attacks, death
and destruction of 9/11. bedfellows, strange
that our home grown quislings would not shower them
with training, stolen treasury money and weapons.
it is not o.k.. from a national or constitutional
perspective the incentives are aligned and structured
for self destruction. that is not o.k.. it is
not business as usual. perhaps it is some form
of quisling, hyper-deflation, federal reserve,
usurious skulduggery structurally designed from
1913? certainly.
.
in short, the banking and money system adopted
the methods of the mob and destroyed the rest
to satisfy their preferred state of godless indolence
simultaneously paying off, in systemic fiat hot off the press,
those with fire in their hearts and bricks in their heads.
it is the banker's way to profits, tried and "true".
note: the cia and the defense department work for exactly
whom? if you say the american people, the constitution,
the children, the minorities, the majorities, the elves
or the good people i suggest you have not understood.
they work, like everyone else, for the banksters. no matter
color creed or what have you, it is the money.
for the personal money or the system of money that is
fatally flawed and demands its own destruction.
so, intelligence is necessarily doomed and sick in this age.
good luck with that sytem of "love".
.
all we are left with are pieces, random, of the
the quisling code. public pronouncements and testimony
that add up to nothing but a bill due for 43 million dollars
for a useless filling station to become drone target practice.
.
seriously?

"Isn't Al Qaeda a bunch of wanted terrorists? A reporter can find them but the US government is baffled, just baffled I tell ya."

All Out of bubblegum pretty much nails it!!!!!

I mean, the vast majority of American newstards still can't find George W. Bush's pseudo-military record, anyone who went through Officers Training School with him (impossible, since he went through enlisted basic training, but the newstards still haven't figured that one out) or anyone who went through flight school with him (impossible, since he never did).

The newstards still are unable to look even slightly deeper into the JFK assassination, so as to uncover the obvious family backgrounds of Ruth Paine, her then-husband, Michael Paine, and George de Mohrenschildt.

Yet they are the only ones who are always able to find al Qaeda?

The newstards are unable to find out ANYTHING about the facts and details surrounding 9/11 --- such as those never cleared $230 billion in securities, the shorts and puts the CFR investigated for the FBI (led by Hank Greenberg of AIG and William Wechsler from the NSA) --- or the unaccounted for $2.3 trillion in DoD funds, or the coincidental deaths on 9/11/01 of the auditing team at the Pentagon which uncovered them?  Or the fact that Dick Cheney suddenly became $100 million richer shortly after 9/11/01?

Yet they are the only ones who are always able to find al Qaeda?

The newstards can't tell us how James Earl Ray came by all that money he lived and traveled and went to school on between escaping prison and shooting Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr., . . .

Yet they are the only ones who are always able to find al Qaeda?

The newstards can't tell us how the LA police managed to bring forward Valerie Schulte, the so-called mystery witness described as an olive-skinned brunette in her early thirties who was hanging around Sirhan on the night he was alleged to have murdered Sen. Bobby Kennedy (Valerie was a 19-year-old college student, blonde of Nordic complexion), nor could they ever look into the obvious background of Valerie Schulte to note that her aunt and uncle worked in the same classified section of Lockheed that part-time security guard that night, Eugene Thane Cesar, also worked at, nor that Schulte's father worked at Technicolor Corporation on a classified project for Lockheed, nor that the security chief then at Lockheed was the former US Secret Service bodyguard to VP Nixon, who left after Nixon lost his presidential bid, but would immediately return to Nixon's imploy after the murder of Sen. Kennedy?

Yet they are the only ones who are always able to find al Qaeda?

Ask yourself why the Russians didn't set up a No Fly Zone from the onset?

Why do we assume they are dumb? They know how to prosecute an offensive....they were in there first as the only crew with air; and there is historical precedent in every Team America Police Action that ya getcha 'self an exclusive on that. Furthermore, there was not likely to be an objection from the international community, and if had there been - he'd just have to cattle call for participent nations; thereby bolstering his growing rep as an international leader. This element was just too sensible to leave out of the equation, unless done purposefully.

Read the other day that they are bringing forward the deployment of the new S500 system. The West seems to be ignorant as to what Russia has given their reaction to the jamming across Syria and the firing of 26 cruise missiles from small warships.

The Russians have a whole arsenal of missiles designed to kill AWACS.

Arrogance and hubris are poor substitutes for actual capabilities.

For an illustration, go online to estes model rockets. Look at all the pages of rocket kits.
