Premeditated manipulated BS2

Since no CB can ever raise IR's without pushing Main Street in the Z(N)IRP grave that said CB has been digging since 2008, the best way to avoid raising rates is to order a small "stawk market" dip every time the CB announces higher rates are coming, so that same CB can 'justify' its reluctance to not raise rates as previously announced with the 'weeker than expected economic data'.
