The school cut benefits for grad students, it also cut off support for Planned Parenthood. These are the reasons the school was attacked and yes... attacked by the statists hiding under the cover of racism. This was about making sure the statists remained in control of a foothold that is the university system in MO. It's not apples to apples. White kids born of poverty can escape it AND have it never affect them the rest of their lives. Minority kids will always carry the stigma of being minorities. Certain people are going to judge based on ethnicity. That's just reality.
Beyond that minorities are much more likely to be exposed to the shitty social engineering that keeps the poor, poor. As a percentage they are more likely to be born into poverty that is incredibly difficult to escape. Leftists by historical precedent are the most intolerant of any point of view than their own, once they gain an ounce of power to control speech and narratives.
You will find history full of liberals and leftists, who upon gaining some power, quickly move to shut down any and all opinion not in accordance with their leftist ideology. Once in a seat of power, leftists close down media, free speech, and all persons who voice a word not cleard by leftist bullies.
These students are the result of public education where they are taught only the leftist view may be voiced, and other voice is to be shut down. No leftist political victory anywhere has opened the way to more free spech, but instead has acted with ruthless force to close debate, and make the leftist view the only appoved way to communicate.
So here we go again. Spoiled by the system, whiners get their way. In fact, when these clowns are forced to seek employment in the marketplace, the "mutha fukaas" ain't gettn no jobs.

Last desperate gasp of a failing effort is to cover-up, contain, and control the flow of information to the public. Let's hope this tips the scales in favor of students beginning to grasp the irony noted above.
I must be dense, but what does "liberate the black students" mean? Do the black football players need to be liberated from their scholarships?
If they behaved in a civilized manner, maybe they'd be treated more civilized.
How long until one of the activist, a professor, coach, college official says something in any way negative about whites or white males. Even claiming that "most" white males are guilty in some way of being privileged, uncaring and unconsciously or silently racist.
If the white football players then strike will their coaches give support to them as well? If the offender is black will the black players and students also support that person being removed?
One of the greivances was that the administration was too silent about the events in Ferguson. Can the white students also demand the administration speak out about any events (that do not happen at the college) involving whites where they feel the white person was attacked.
What was the real weapon used to force the administrators to resign?
And, if you were white, and had a choice, would you enroll in this college after seeing where this is going? They are talking about a forced class to require all students to learn how not to offend minorities. (They will say "others" but it will be about giving the only voice to minorities.) And then how long until this is pushed onto other colleges?

We get so upset about when America forced the Indians (uuh, Native Americans, I mean Aboriginals, or... First Nations) to adopt Western lifestyle. And yet.... Here we are, in 2015, and an extremely small minority is trying to FORCE cultural change on the majority. You know the word Bolshevik means Majority? And they were actually the minority, when they gave themselves that label?
