A shooting at the Kalashnikov has left several dead in a restaurant in the tenth arrondissement. At least seven people were injured, according to our information. According to a reporter on site BFMTV, bodies lying on the ground.
The shots were heard near the metro station Goncourt. A large security cordon was established around the perimeter. The police are asking all residents to take cover in buildings and gradually close all the streets. They evacuated all the bars, restaurants and terraces nearby.
The shooters or have not yet been apprehended.

It's interesting to note that the number 13 is only considered unlucky in the West. In the East (specifically China), 4 is the unlucky number. Many buildings in China don't have a 4th floor, like how some buildings in the west don't have a 13th floor.

He was pointing out that even if this was happening (which I doubt anyone here would buy) that it would be completely ineffective as most crimes in that area are unreported, and the things we consider crimes here such as rape go unpunished (unless you're the victim) whereas most enforced laws are religious violations.
