Markets Swoon On News Terrorist's Explosive Belt Was Found In Paris Trash Can

Tyler Durden's picture

On the off chance Parisians had started to calm down now that it's been more than a week since 8 ISIS operatives turned the city into a warzone, killing 130 people in the process, expect the panic level to rise anew. Multiple sources are now reporting the discovery of an explosive belt in the suburbs.

Apparently, the "object" was found without a detonator in a trash can near Montrouge where, you're reminded, Salah Abdeslam made a phone call on the night of the Paris attacks:

And the reaction from markets:

Meanwhile in Belgium, anyone who might have thought the work week would bring some relief for panicked citizens who for nearly three days now have been told that it's best to remain indoors due to a "serious and imminent" terror threat, would come away disappointed on Monday as authorities extended the threat level 4 for Brussels while extending threat level 3 for the rest of the country.

  • BELGIUM EXTENDS HIGHEST THREAT LEVEL FOR CAPITAL REGION
  • BELGIUM EXTENDS LEVEL 3 ON SCALE OF 4 FOR REST OF COUNTRY

After a series of raids conducted on Sunday which led to the arrest and detention of 15 people, one man was indeed charged in connection with the Paris attacks. Here's Reuters:

Belgian prosecutors on Monday said they have charged a man with participating in the Paris attacks in an ongoing investigation in Brussels, which is currently on maximum security alert.

He is being held in custody. Another 15 people who were arrested in an operation on Sunday night have been released after being questioned, the Federal Prosecutor's Office said in a statement.

Two of five people detained earlier on Monday were also released, it said.

"The investigating judge specialised in terrorism cases placed into custody a man arrested during the operations of last night. He is charged with participating in activities of a terrorist group and with terrorist attack (Paris)," the prosecutor's office said in a statement.

Over the weekend, officials ransacked Molenbeek searching for Salah Abdeslam, two other "terrorists", and an accomplice of Jihadi John known only as "CF."

There's no word on whether the man charged on Monday was one of the two men police were searching for and as far as we know, Salah Abdeslam is still on the loose, so lock your doors, stay away from the windows, don't ride the metro, and watch out for this guy:

Nowadays, Cameron must be the happiest asshole in Europe – the Paris attacks, the Belgium “search and distract” operation…

Since the Brits already are one of the most spied-on people in the world, what else will he proudly offer to make them feel even more SAFE and SECURE? Barcodes tattooed on everybody’s foreheads? GPS ankle bracelets? Mind-reading brain implants?  ;-)

It appears that all this terrorist smokescreen was implemented to divert EU and US public from a gigantic step forward by  NWO thru signing and ratifying a US & EU trade agreement. This is some sort of Economic NATO directed against Russia and China.

As for Putin, he is a fool thinking that helping fight CIA-sponsored ISIS he somehow can earn friendship with US and NATO "partners".  IMHO, Putin is a stupid POS.

Perhaps because they killed a bunch of brown guys and then claimed afterwards they were "turrurists"

From the Telegraph:

French police perplexed by lack of weaponry found in Saint-Denis raid

Henry Samuel in Paris has more on the bizarre lack of weapons found in the Saint-Denis raid last week.

He writes:

Quote French investigators are perplexed as to why they only found one hand pistol but no automatic weapons in the flat in Saint-Denis where police were engaged in a seven-hour firefight with three terror suspects last Wednesday.

Little remains of the flat at 8 rue du Corbillon in the northeastern Parisian suburb after the stand off in which police fired 5,000 rounds of munitions. All three terror suspects holed up in the flat died in the assault.

Aftwards, Patrick Molins, the Paris prosecutor, said police had come under very heavy fire. "Very heavy and almost uninterrupted fire went on for almost an hour," said Mr Molins.

Jean-Michel Fauvergue, head of the elite Raid police unit, which led the assault, told Le Parisien afterwards: "We came under heavy fire against true professionals. They fired in bursts or one shot at a time and in turn, so that the gunfire never stopped." Despite this, RTL reported on Monday that investigators only found a pistol in the rubble, along with the bodies of Abdelhamid Abaaoud, the suspected mastermind of the Paris attacks, Hasna Aitboulahcen, Abaaoud's cousin and an unidentified third suspect who blew himself up.

No Kalashnikovs or other heavier weapons have been recovered.

Do you remember how much money and manpower America expended chasing down Japanese terrorists during World War II? Very little, because Roosevelt decided that it would be safer and cheaper to house and feed all ethnic Japanese at government expense for the duration of the war.

If France and Belgium surrounded all their "sensitive zones" with razor wire, the native population could have their civil rights back, including the right to enjoy city life without getting raped, shot, stabbed, or bombed.

Yep. Internment camps. They work.

I just have to say what's on my mind, so here goes:

I don't like governments in general, from the local town or village all the way up to the feds, and every one of them in between. Not that I'm opposed to authority, but in general terms I am, because since high school I've been old enough and smart enough to make my own decisions and live by the consequences, good, bad or otherwise.

Governments always want more of your money, your time, your self-worth, and they seldom give anything worthwhile in return. The point at which government at any level wishes to manipulate people wholesale is beyond the ken and should be rejected completely by anyone, everyone, all the time, every time, forever.

I'm sick of the nanny state, the control state, the fascist state, the NWO, the MIC, and the next time some authority figure wants me to do something I don't agree with, I'm going to tell them NO, and do as I please. Now, if that lands me in jail or worse, so be it. Fuck their authority because it's all based on falsehoods, lies, false premises, false flags, fear-mongering and the never-ending search for limiting the rights of the people infavor of empowering a delusional, out-of-control government.

Fuck 'em. Disobey. Let Emerson, Thoreau and Gahndi be your guides.
