US Backed "Rebels" Execute Russian Pilots While Parachuting, Caught On Tape

Tyler Durden's picture

If Putin was angry when Turkey shot down a Russian plane, which may or may not have crossed Turkish territory - reports on both sides are conflicting - he will be absolutely livid to learn that, according to Turkey's Dogan News, the Russian pilots who had parachuted in an attempt to save their lives after the plane was shot down, had been executed while parachuting down by local rebels, which considering the video released earlier belonged to the Free Syrian Army, are same "rebels" who are funded directly by the CIA.

And this:

As Telegraph points out, the above tweet is from CNN Turk's Foreign Editor who tweeted that the Turkmen rebels DHA spoke to said: "We hit at the two pilots after they parachuted."

This, as many have already pointed out, is a war crime.

The only question is whether this, together with the provocative action by Turkey which many can see being an act of war, will be deemed as such by Putin.

The parachuters can be seen in the second half of the clip below:

For those who missed it, here is the video uploaded by the Free Syrian Army of at least one dead parachuter.

And here is the video of rebels opening fire on Russian pilots:

As one commentator notes, in the video one person shouts over the gun fire, "don't fire. Let's take them prisoners. Don't fire. Prisoners" but it was not meant to be.

Reuters confirms the pilots' death: Turkmen forces in Syria shot dead the two pilots of a Russian jet downed by Turkish warplanes near the border with Turkey on Tuesday as they descended with parachutes, a deputy commander of a Turkmen brigade told reporters.

"Both of the pilots were retrieved dead. Our comrades opened fire into the air and they died in the air," Alpaslan Celik, a deputy commander in a Syrian Turkmen brigade said near the Syrian village of Yamadi as he held what he said was a piece of a pilot's parachute.

"Our units, who received the information that the two pilots were alive, are working to get them from opposition rebels safely," the official said.

The Russian General Staff said that, according to preliminary data, one of the Su-24 pilots has died after being fired at from the ground.

* * *

According to the Geneva Convention attacks on persons parachuting from an aircraft in distress are stricly banned: if the person in distress is not acting in a hostile manner, he is to be given the chance to surrender after reaching the ground.

Turkey has clearly conducted an act of war. Fortunately for us, Russia is the rational actor in this and cooler heads may prevail, but escalation is definitely in the cards. Unfortunately for us, dc (since we are too cowardly to overthrow it) IS NOT a rational actor. MORE missiles will be given to Al-Qaeda and ISIS, while 'muricans are busy trampling each other for cheap shit from China.

Expect all counter-escalations from dc to be irrational at best.

In that split-second while you witness your kids burn alive, know that dc probably initiated the first strike and people like mccain got early warning so they could hide in their bunkers.

As of Friday, total national debt stood at $18.72 trillion.

Rep. Mike Coffman, R-Colo., marked the spike in debt late last week, when he warned that the debt has jumped by more than $8 trillion under President Obama's watch.

I'd prefer a quick bullet while parachuting to being burned alive on CNN like that Jordanian pilot was.

Sickening! Those animals have no honour or morals!

(at least a gruelling death by being burned alive trapped in a metal cage was spared to those poor pilots. RIP)

The best thing the US could do is pull out of NATO and break off relations with Turkey...actually break off relations with every 7th Century Savage nation...

And let 'em fend for themselves and answer for their own actions..,

But B Hussein O is the top puppet in America, so forget that stuff...

It's war, bitchez!

> Turkey just put herself on a straight path towards a world of hurt:

Turkey is a colony of the US, and those puppets do exactly what their ZOG masters tell them too.

No point of blaming Turkish or American goyim, that's exactly what ZOG wants.

We all know that Russia (+China) is the last stronghold of the goyim humanity and if it falls, the Zion/Kingdom of Judah will rise and all the goyim nations will be finally exterminated, aside from the slaves and techno-servants to the Jewish Golden Billion.

Its unfortunate the wind didnt carry them to Turkey, they were at a pretty high altitude.  Of course being captured by the Turks has its downside, just ask T.E. Lawrence.

next up: PKK suddenly having serious AA capabilities. Turkish bombs on Kurds become risky and Turkish pilots held hostage.

El Vaquero's picture

Holy hell!  Now the Russians have incentive to arm the Kurds.

Will you laugh, or cry if Turkish Kurds shoot down Turkish aircraft with Russian equipment?

Badsamm's picture

Right now there are pallets of weapons rolling out the back of some Russian transport planes to "moderate" Kurds. As much as I would love to see Erdogan get his, I know Turkish troops are just as screwed as the rest of us.

Herd Redirection Committee's picture

Turkey and Russia are natural allies, geopolitically, so this is a nasty bit of work to make sure those countries DON'T make an alliance, even when Erdogan/NATO lapdog is out of the picture.

IMO Russia is still better off trying to pry Turkey from NATO's grasp, than going full retard and arming Israel's mercs, I mean, the Kurds.

Russia + Turkey + Iran = winning the Great Game.  Gives control of the Caspian, the Black Sea, Strait of Hormuz, Volga+Don, eastern Mediterranean, and pay a bit of money to Egypt gets you access through the Suez Canal as well!  A real nightmare for Eretz Israel.  Unless they can pit them against each other, LOL, which seems to be the plan.

"Howz about youz (russia) and him (turkey) fight?"

COL Jackson's picture

"Turkey and Russia are natural allies, geopolitically"

That is utter and complete hogwash man, a little thing called history disagrees with you.  Turkey and Russia have never been allies and have been in competition for the caucus region and parts of central asia for hundreds of years.

As late as Peter the great the Russians were still a vassal state of the Ottoman Turkish Sultan and still paying an annual tribute.

They were on opposite sides in World War I and the Cold War.

Turks have a legacy of persecuting orthodox christians in their empire like the Armenians.  Russians had lots of Turkic peoples in some of its former soviet states.

In the post coldwar break up of the soviet republics russians suppported a separatist movements in Nagorno Karabakh ie. orthodox armenians over turkic azerbaijanis.

Not to mention the two countries have fought several wars over the last 300 years.

Herd Redirection Committee's picture

A Russian historian by the name of Anatoly Fomenko disagrees with you.  Ottomans and Russia were definitely allies at some point.  Maybe it was as far back as 1453, but that doesn't change the geopolitical facts, Russia and Turkey have more to gain from an alliance, than they do from a war.

And come on, we all know it was the (crypto-Jew) young Turks who killed Christian Armenians.  Just like it was the Bolsheviks (primarily Jews) who committed the Holodomor, again against Christian peasants (from Ukraine and Russia primarily).

COL Jackson's picture

Im not familiar with the historian you quote, but will look him up.  I dont like wiki as a source generally, but this list of Ottoman Empire treaties paints a pretty clear picture of a history of conflict between the Turks and Czarist Russia.

I suppose when one state becomes a Vassal to another state it is temporarily an ally.  But that is not by choice.

Ill have to look deeper to see if there are any exceptions pre 1453.  But since the Ottomans only came on the seen in Turkey, the middle east, Europe, and Central Asia in the 1300s its highly doubtful.  But as usual its the exception that proves the rule.

And lets not forget that the Ottomans were busy conquering the Byzantines in those days.  The Russians and the Byzantines had a lot in common culturally, as they were both Orthodox Christians, and Byzantine monks invented the cyrllic language.

Not to mention in the 1300s Russia was a tiny insignifcant little principality in what today is northern Russia under the jackboot of the Golden Horde, so they probably didnt meet many Ottomans.  Although the Golden Horde had some mixed race mongol and turkic origins for sure.

As to your larger point that they have to more to gain from an alliance than from a war, that is doubtful.  As both countries have competing interests in the Middle East.

Manthong's picture

gee whiz.. this is better than history 404 and a good debate.

Somebody really smart needs to explain to me the difference between Ergogan and Assad Jr. As far as I can tell, they're both dictators, right? Erdogan just happens to be newer at it and Junior inherited it. Oh, and they are on different sides of the Mohammad ball.

While you're at it, someone explain to me how it ever became in NATO's interest to fight in a Muslim war.

I will personally laugh, that whole region is a God, Allah, Gods, Buddha and whoever else I am forgetting forasken fuckhole and the ONLY ones that might be even slightly civilized are the Kurds, they just get my support by default, even if they aren't civilized they don't back down to anyone.

redpill's picture

We should have armed the Kurds 30 years ago.

Onan_the_Barbarian's picture

Yes, this would be a good time for Russia to decide to support a strong, united and independant Kurdistan.

Some Kornets and Iglas might somehow find their way into Eastern Turkey.  (Soon to be called West Kurdistan)

The Kurds have earned it.   And they'd be Russian allies forever.

fleur de lis's picture

Yep, that would teach the NWO a lesson. If Putin even suggested a chunk of Turkey for the Kurds it would petrify the NWO and their NATO water boys. I bet it wasn't a completely Turkish decision either, rather they were egged on by NATO and assured that nothing would happen. And that a few minor details were left out, like that ISIS would finish off the pilots.

Maybe is wasn't a Turk at the controls, but one of our NATO psychos. Perhaps the coordinates were screwed up and the shoot down was meant to be a warning shot. Nevertheless, the foolish Turks believed DC lies and now they will pay the price for complicity in the atrocity.

There is nothing in it for Turkey by being NATO water boys. But there are lots of goodies in it for Western warmongers, like naval and air stations all over Turkey at bargain prices. Turkey has turned itself into a cheap whore for NATO pimps.

Notice that the the other NATO countries were smart enough to leave the Turks holding the bag. They know better than to antagonize the Russians. The Turks have allowed themselves to be ordered around on the laughable pretext of equality among NATO members. The Turks are completely expendable.

As for the shoot down, isn't it an interesting coincidence that the ISIS psychos knew exactly where to be to for the video? Were the executions of the Russian pilots as they parachuted out part of the CIA bonus for being such dutiful slaves? Were the Turks notified about that? Probably not. They might think things through for a change.

Russia never posed the slightest threat to Turkey, but thanks to monumental stupidity out of Istanbul that has changed considerably.
