Shanghai Futures Exchange Appeals To Sellers: "Please Be Rational"
While it is nowhere close to Japan's legendary advice to bond investors what they should do in case of a financial collapse ("please do not worry"), overnight the Shanghai Futures exchange, which has seen unprecedented declines in the prices of commodities transacted on it...
... so much so that the entire Chinese economy is now threatened by an unprecedented default wave if prices do not rebound, had some sage words of advice of its own.
From the SFE:
Translated:
Members,
Complex and volatile economic and financial situations in China and abroad are adding uncertainty to market. Members should remind investors to be prudent in judging market information and to be rational with investment decisions to maintain a smoothly running market.
Translating the translation:
"dear investors, please stop selling and be rational, or else you too will be branded "malicious sellers" and disappear forever."
And just in case you missed it, "after arresting hundreds of stock traders, China cracks down on "malicious" metals sellers next."
Coming to every banana republic near you, where only prices matter to central planners.

Fuck this planet.
Yes. I pee on it several times every day.
'Prease be rational'
To me that means dumping grossly overpriced, piece of shit stocks and buying physical gold.
China is so pre-occupied with joining the Fiat Fund that it has missed the chance to become a REAL financial superpower.
I hope Russia avoids the same mistake.
Looney
If anyone on ZerøHedge knows Turkish, I'd be infinitely greatful...

Thanks,
-.-
Russia & China could become REAL financial superpowers! I'm sure Xi and Vlad are aware of this...they don't even have to go to a gold back currency (although I'm sure they could with their physical gold positions) They just need to stop producing money as an instrument of debt!
I guess I'll e-mail them both again...does this "Google Translate" thing even work?!

Black Friday would get followed by Red Saturday, and Sunday, Bloody Sunday.
Off topic, but seeing as how I do not have anything to do with China's own $6.99...
This needs to be discussed as it will have a significant meaning for southern Turks (and other international developing stories regarding that geographic area).

I would also like to know more about the Diyarbakir Bar Association and what the AKP specifically had to fear against them.
There is nothing rational about the fake financial system.....

can't have buyers without sellers
Please be rational. Or be deemed an enemy of the state and spend the rest of your miserable life being tortured in prison. Your choice.
reminder to China.
the strongest market is a FREE Market.
It is also the rarest species in the world.
When you find one, let me know.
Someone named Bangin7GramRocks doesn't know where a free market exists?
I'm pretty sure the rocks said banger is into are quite regulated, though appearances on the corner may lead one to believe otherwise.
Coming soon: selling becomes illegal

They are being rational. Heading for the fire exit is perfectly rational. What you need is more irrational. Still some lessons to be learned from the west here, clearly.
those metals have been bought and sold a hundred times before. the only difference is that in china the final bagholders get disappeared along with getting their money corzined. in china, market hogs get slaughtered, literally. in china, the first mouse gets the cheese. when the music stops make sure you have a nice bamboo chair. the state may lend you margin money, the state may curse you, the state may make a goat out of you, the state may beat you, the state may steal your last piece of meat. [/cliches]
Fascist economy. Western penis envy.
Sounds good. No problem China.
Hey Ralph, sell this pig until it can't bleed anymore!!!
Markets and rational...in the same sentence? Really?
whatever comes up insanely must be crashing down irrational. it is just as simple as an equilibrium.
Everybody here having fun with this one? Holy crap.
Here it goes:
'Shanghai Futures Exchange Appeals To Sellers: "Please Be Rational"'(But WHATEVER you do, DON'T use basic valuation!) LMAO!
They sell because they are rational.
