European HIV Infections Hit Record High, CDC Blames "Migrants And Refugees"
The number of newly diagnosed HIV cases in Europe has hit an all-time high of 142,000, according to The World Health Organization. "Despite all the efforts to fight the disease," WHO officials note that the rise of the epidemic is primarily attributed to Eastern Europe, where new diagnoses have more than doubled. But it is comments from European Centre for Disease Prevention Control acting director Andrea Ammon that raised a number of witch-huntery eye-brows when she explained migrants and refugees were at a high risk of infection after they arrived in Europe, because social exclusion made them more likely to engage in risky behavior.
“Despite all the efforts to fight HIV, this year the European Region has reached over 142,000 new HIV infections, the highest number ever,” says Dr Zsuzsanna Jakab, WHO Regional Director for Europe. As The Indepedent reports,
The World Health Organisation said the figure was the largest the continent had suffered since case reports began in the 1980s.
“This is a serious concern”.
This rise of the epidemic is primarily attributed to Eastern Europe, where new diagnoses have more than doubled in the past decade.
WHO says the increase in the Eastern region is mainly due to heterosexual transmission and injected drug use.
However, sex between men is still the most common mode of HIV transmission across the continent.
European Centre for Disease Prevention Control acting director Andrea Ammon said: “Europe has to scale up its efforts to reach out to this group. This includes looking at new strategies such as pre-exposure prophylaxis for HIV and access to care for EU citizens residing in other EU countries.”
Dr Jakab warned that migrants and refugees were at a high risk of infection after they arrived in Europe, because social exclusion made them more likely to engage in risky behaviour. Only half of European Union and European Economic Area countries provide free treatment for undocumented migrants.

While this explanation may make medical (and psychological) sense, one can't help but feel the timing and specificity of the warnings and explanations smacks of piling on propaganda as EU leaders argue over what to do about the migrant 'issue'. Last time I looked "HIV" has not ever been isolated according to accepted procedures. There are about 70 KNOWN conditions which will yield a "false" positive HIV test. I took the bait and followed the links out of curiosity/openmindedness. Notice that all of the quotes from Nobel laureates and so forth come from the early/mid-nineties, before the genomics revolution and enormous progress in molecular biology.
Today, much more is known about the physical mechanisms by which HIV/AIDS infects immune cells and so forth. It's all easy to look up and there are peer reviewed journals (admittedly often paywalled). I'm getting my PhD in molecular bio-engineering (yes yes - an appeal to authority!) and am knowledgeable enough to say your links are mental masturbation by people who can't even put together a decent website!

I am a chemist who worked in Big Pharma for 20 years until I discovered the truth by looking at true holistic health systems, which of course are not controlled by so called peer review personnel. Nothing has changed since the 90's. The guy who won the Nobel in chemistry (Kary Mullis) for a procedure widely used to elucidate the presence of HIV says that the test cannot be used for HIV. He went on to investigate about the HIV-AIDS "link" and saw that there was no real evidence to support the contention of HIV being something which can kill.
Okay, I'll repeat myself. I said the quotes and opinions stated on those websites were made at a time when scientists did not have the tools available today to analyze the virus. The new tools/methods make it irrefutable - the three-dimensional physical protein structures involved are now well known. How the fuck do you think they came up with protease inhibitors etc? They analyzed the physical structures and saw where small molecules could fit and disrupt its mechanism!

What is the correlation between the number of people who test positive for HIV and the number of those people who develop AIDS, absent the immune system destroying drugs that are used on them as treatment?
If one is foolish enought to submit to the system of deception known as HIV testing, and if one has say, a few positive results over a few months, the prognosis will be "HIV positive".
If one then does not take any drugs, cleans one's act up , and is retested 18 months down the track and the results are negative and-or show no markers of compromised immunity, again, let's assume 3 tests in a row, then the system will regard you not as 'cured' 'healed' 'negative' or any such thing; one will be described as a 'receding positive'.

How many cases of actual AIDS are there now? HIV does not equal AIDS. The first wave of AIDS cases in the US, people in the San Francisco party scene, was probably caused by homosexual males ingesting drugs that were laced with poison. This turned into the HIV hoax.
The human body is riddled with all sorts of "retro viruses" and any given person has all sorts of foreign DNA intertwined with their own, here and there throughout the body. HIV is not unique in this, and it has yet to be shown how the replication of the "retrovirus" DNA via normal cell division turns into AIDS.
