Nothing To Fear But The Fearful Themselves

Tyler Durden's picture

Submitted by Dan Sanchez via DanSanchez.me,

When I first learned of the recent attacks in Paris, a chill went down my spine. “No,” I thought, “This is all happening too fast.”

I was terrified. I was not terrorized, mind you. What happened in Paris was tragic, of course. But I was not so ignorant and innumerate as to think the kind of violence it represented was a statistically significant direct threat to myself and my loved ones. I was fully cognizant that, even with the recent uptick in terror attacks, the probability of my family ever being caught up in one was vanishingly minuscule. I am more likely to be felled by a deer or a bolt of lightning than by a jihadist’s Kalashnikov.

What terrified me was the response of all the people who are incapable of such a proportional perspective: those who saw the news from France and panicked, thinking “I’m next!” As distant as it was, the Paris attacks unleashed in America a surge of fear and of calls for greater police powers, as well as an attendant wave of anti-Muslim hate and war lust.

And as sophisticated and urbane as the French are reputed to be, they too let irrational terror wash over them. And under its sway, they permitted the State to run rampant over life and liberty. The public attitude was distilled by a young French citizen whose message to her government was, “Do whatever you want, but keep me safe.” With this mandate, France escalated its pointless and terrorist-breeding bombing of civilian-filled Syrian towns. And at home, as Truth in Media reported:

“…the French government declared a state of emergency based on a rarely used 1955 law that allows the state to conduct warrant-less searches of private property, impose curfews, restrict public gatherings and movements of people, confiscate weapons at will and take over the press.”

As always, the statist public perversely responded to terrorism drawn upon their heads by their government’s foreign militancy by sanctioning more such militancy. And it perversely rewarded that government for its abject failure to prevent the attacks with more resources, powers, and responsibility.

On top of arrest sweeps and threatening to close mosques, the French government’s emergency powers were invoked to place activists under house arrest in order to squelch completely unrelated protests. This demonstrated vividly that war is indeed the health of the State, and war-spawned terrorist attacks are like an adrenaline shot for domestic tyranny.

When I saw these responses, it fully sank in just how surrounded my family and I are by human livestock and just how acutely dangerous that position is. I realized that, when an attack of that scale and shock-value again happens on American soil, the pack-minded multitudes all around me will deafeningly bay for war. And the herd-minded hundreds of millions will stampede to the State for security, bleating to please, please be shorn of their remaining liberties.

I am not terrified of the terrorists; i.e., I am not, myself, terrorized. Rather, I am terrified of the terrorized; terrified of the bovine masses who are so easily manipulated by terrorists, governments, and the terror-amplifying media into allowing our country to slip toward totalitarianism and total war.

Now the result of that could be a statistically significant threat to myself and my family. Under an omnipotent government with permanent emergency powers, there would be a significant likelihood of my nephew being drafted to help occupy a foreign country; my daughter going hungry thanks to wartime economic planning; or myself being imprisoned or shot as a dissident.

Yet I have drawn solace from the fact that libertarians like myself are not alone in pushing back against the terrorized Right. Following the Paris attacks, many excellent articles from the political Left were published wisely warning the West not to answer indiscriminate violence in kind. Such a terror-driven response is exactly what the terrorists want, in order to polarize and sharpen a “clash of civilizations.”

And then yesterday’s San Bernardino attack happened.

Before the fact that the alleged shooters were Muslim emerged, the Left began jumping all over it as yet another in a long series of mass shootings by whites that demonstrated the urgent need for more gun control.

Two weeks earlier, these same progressives were calmly counseling the public to not be terrorized into giving their government more power to bomb, register, and persecute Muslims. Now they themselves were trying to terrorize the public into giving their government more power to disarm, register, and persecute gun owners.

They point out that you are more likely to be killed by a white, homegrown terrorist than a Muslim one. That may be true, but both of those fates are still far less likely than your odds of being crushed by furniture (or being killed by a cop, for that matter). Neither of these exaggerated threats are any justification for incurring the great and underestimated dangers involved in granting government sweeping new powers.

Progressives, who rightly support Black Lives Matter, are pining for more gun laws, while the already existing gun possession laws are one of the chief pretexts cops and courts use to brutalize and incarcerate blacks.

And the same progressives who rightly warn of potential fascism under the divisive demagoguery of Donald Trump, want to give the institution that Trump may come to control greater power to register and disarm the public. They ignore or deny the fact that the mass human roundups we associate with such regimes are only practicable given broad civilian disarmament. And broad civilian disarmament, in turn, is only practicable given broad gun registration. For example, the German Jews and liberals were easily liquidated by the Nazis, thanks to the Weimar Republic’s gun registration lawsDo you really want every single Mexican and Muslim in America disarmed or easily disarm-able under “Chancellor” Trump?

After San Bernardino, I am just as terrified of the terrorized and terrorizing Left as I am of the terrorized and terrorizing Right. I more fully realize that the latter can only do its worst if enabled by the former. The Left sets us up for the Right to knock us down. Call it the Weimar/Third Reich one-two punch.

I do not irrationally and disproportionately fear Muslim bomb-wielding jihadists or white, gun-toting nutcases. But I rationally and proportionately fear those who do, and the regimes such terror empowers. History demonstrates that governments are capable of mass murder and enslavement far beyond what rogue militants can muster. Industrial-scale terrorists are the ones who wear ties, chevrons, and badges. But such terrorists are a powerless few without the supine acquiescence of the terrorized many. There is nothing to fear but the fearful themselves.

Paris and San Bernardino taught me that my family is trapped amid a herd, completely surrounded by cattle-minded millions who can be spooked into large-scale stampedes with small-scale crimes. And there is literally no way out, because virtually the entire world is afflicted with one form of collectivist statism or another. Therefore, the only way to prevent my loved ones from being trampled is by helping as many people as I can to break the spell of terror that turns civilized men and women into rampaging beasts.

That is why I am writing this essay: to implore you, the reader, to snap out of that spell if you have not already, and to help others do the same. Stop swallowing the overblown scaremongering of the government and its corporate media cronies. Stop letting them use hysteria over small menaces to drive you into the arms of tyranny, which is the greatest menace of all. Overthrow the reign of terror the State has installed over your mind. Else the days ahead may be terrible indeed.

JSB, There are a lot of well connected 'advisors' from the past that still create policies for current and probably future administrations.  Two names that come to mind are Henry Kissinger and Zbigniew Brezinski.  Their vision of America is not a sovereign nation under the Constitution.  Globalisation is their ultimate goal.  A world owned and financed/controlled by the elite and those that are most capable of rising to the top of a system based on money.  This includes leaders in all centers of power including business and politics. As psychopaths they have no conscience, lust for power, control and are literally capable of anything.

Anytime I see a paris, san bernardino or ISIS 1080P video type event, I always remember this quote:

"Today, America would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order [referring to the 1991 LA Riot]. Tomorrow they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told that there were an outside threat from beyond [i.e., an "ISIS/ISIL/AlQaida" invasion], whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will plead to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well-being granted to them by the World Government."

Dr. Henry Kissinger, Bilderberger Conference, Evians, France, 1991

Meanwhile, they're pushing for WWIII in favor of the globalists.

that is their thinking.

whether connected to a world government or not, i note where donald trump has now called for the targeting of the families of "terrorists" as well as the alleged perps themselves, clearly a war crime.

this reminds me of obama's supposed "accidental" drone killing of the u.s. citizen demogogue Anwar al-Awlaki's son and the son's friend in 2011.  now we are to target their families overtly. sounds like the description of the villain in "the usual suspects".

Otrader, if you read Brzezinski's "The Grand Chessboard" it lays out the strategy of US global dominance by way of Eurasia, starting in the middle east, by atomizing existing societies and propagating chaos through proxy militias of extremist types.  This ring of dumpster fires around the perimeter of Russia, China and the E.U. will force those three potential rivals  to US global Empire to expend their national attention, power and wealth trying to restore order, which will put added stresses on the existing fault lines and fracture points in their societies.  The US will then take actions, overt but mostly covert, to put stress on those points of division.  This will fracture Russia, China and the E.U. into smaller, mutually antagonistic, and easily manipulated units the US can keep at each others' throats, making the US the world's sole superpower without meaningful rivals, in control of Eurasia.

Brzezinski wrote it all down 20 years ago and published it.  Don't pay for it; let's not encourage these monsters.  Download it in PDF form from PirateBay if you must.  It's all there; we don't have to hypothesize.

And read the biographies of each new name you encounter in stories involving the US State Department.  You'll find every one of them has some prior connection to Kissinger, Wolfowitz, and/or Brzezinski.  Either in early life, college, grad school, internships, early employment.

I don't know what the word for it is when a group of people share a goal, work to implement it, and so to speak, "breathe together."

As to the idea of the State or Federal Government protecting us...give me a fuckin break, please...

We poured money into the security apparatus since 2001.  San Bernardino PROVES it has been money wasted.

There is nothing for government to do but shut down it's bullshit 'protection' service and get the fuck out of the way of the common citizen.

Those of us that chose to pack can do a much more effective job that our bullshit government at basically zero tax payer cost.

We already pack, we already have the ammo, and we're not on a tax supported fucking salary while we sit on our asses trying to probe every personal communication from every US citizen sa if each is a threat.  We can pinpoint the threat instantly and take immediate action while our imbecile government is still pulling it's shoes on.

We're living our lives and not imposing on anyone...MUCH UNLIKE OUR IDIOT GOVERNMENT.

If there isn't any proof that our so-expensive 'government security' is useless and ineffective, I point squarely at San Bernardino.

Fear is merely a Story that your Imagination conjures up. It is not real.

Fear is Insanity and the longer you indulge it, the less you become until you lose your soul. Fear can last thousands of years and is the root of Tribal Nationalism (Hannah Arendt) and Totalitarianism.

Fear is the curse of Humanity. There is Danger but there is nothing to fear. One must embrace Risk which makes man Stronger.

Fear is a Choice - an extremely Bad Choice.

Everybody since the beginning of time, loves a story. But don't believe stories. Stories are not real.

Fear is not real.

But it sells newspapers and advertising space and buys Votes-for-Morons.

Get a Life and stop believing your own stories, before it is too late for you.

Fear is real. Just as any other emotion or tactile experience. The choice is whether you embrace, detach from or use it effectively.

Fear is useful. If you see a mountain lion walking toward you on a path, fear tells you your life is in danger. If you panic, turn and run away the lion will quickly overtake and kill you. But, if you immediately become rational and run, jumping wildly, and throwing stones at the lion, you may escape alive. Fear, balanced. Terror, unbalanced fear. The same for any other emotion. The reptilian brain or basal ganglia is associated with survival. We could not survive as a species without it.

To deny the reality of these emotions leaves you vulnerable to their effects personally or by others in the throes of them.

Well said.  It is not the emotional response that is the problem.  Edward Bernays figured out how to use the lizard brain through advertising (and propaganda) to control us.  The lizard brain serves us well when we need to run, fight or hide, though as you point out the lizard brain sometimes needs to be kept in check through rational thought and better response learned by the higher brain.  The lizard brain is most easily manipulated, however.  Put simply, the lizard brain is instint.  Humans are driven by instinct, but we are much more than that if we try.

The days ahead will be terrible if we squander the moment and wallow in our terror/no terror instead of directing attention to protection of principles and rule of law and the direct points of control which threaten them.

Excellent post.  The author suffers from the same black and white thinking he decries.   There actually are reasons to fear islamic extremism, and there actually are reasons to fear the police state.  But the solution is not black and white in either case.

Seriously, because I do know history and human psychology, I know how to avoid the traps that afflict so many. I read the news as if it was in world different from the one I live in. That's why I can live in peace.

I think that approach sets you up for treating fellow humans as 'other', and great evil can flow from that.

My version is that nobody is special, that all cultures are cultures thtat satisfy people.  No culture is perfect, not even from its own internal points of view.  As long as you do not do harm, you can run your culture anyway you want. You internal social control may not harm people if they don't agree.

There will never be perfect systems, we can only do our best to be the people we would like to live in the most perfect civilization we can imagine.

That is not idealism, that is playing positive sum games.  Those are a sure win, but it takes discipline to play and the cleverer you are the better you can play and the more people who want to play with you.

The wonder is that people do it any other way.

I was referring to what I read in the news. I don't internalize it. In my personal life I subscribe to the libertarian philosophy of not inititating aggression. That philosophy is a good test to recognizing what is or is not evil.

There is a saying in Proverbs that captures the idea: "A prudent man sees evil and gets out of the way. The simple go on ahead and suffer for it."

Sometimes fear is rational and justified, particularly when you are seeing a tragic trend develop.  I am not talking about just fear from over-reach of the state, but fear from over-reach of religious extremism.  In this case, it is the later which brings the former, and yields a virulent form of double jepordy.  What we are seeing is ancient, but we are new to the experience. It has been foolishly put upon us by this naive experiment in multiculturalism.  Some cultures, particulary religious ones, were simply not meant to be together, despite the utopian fantasies of the current political elite.  If a remedy is not discovered, expect to see a steady trend toward balkinization, and the loss of your freedoms.  Your country is being taken from you, slowly at first, then quickly.

Fancy words indeed for "OH KEEP THEM TERRIBLE PEOPLE AWAY!!!"

"Experiment in multiculturalism"  You try to make it out to be a horrendous thing, but you know, people have been running to those throughout the centruies, not away from them. Why are big cities the places for the young to go and experience the new?

We are at the epitome of civlization. I live in the midst of a very multi-cultural society.  I have every kind of person you can imagine around me. Cambodians and Indians and Pakistanis and Vietnames and Chinese of all persuasions and South of the borders of all kinds.  I am likely to hear several languages on any walk.

First of all, people are different and we possess different abilities to annoy and be annoyed.  I don't think any of my neighbors are perfect.  But they are OK, and in some ways very nice. Our upstairs Indian EE neighbor was very nice to my wife, who had done some things for their little girl. Our next-door American of Japanese descent neighbor brought my wife a nice salad over Thanksgiving, and they had tea since. I know one of the Mexican weed dealers, has good stuff he said. We were friendly with the black woman across the street until she moved last spring. I met a Mexican woman talking to another on the street corner a few years back, and asked her to be our son's Spanish tutor.  She had moved here with her American husband. We gave her her first job, and she is now supporting herself and her son with her 2nd job after that. The woman is impressive, and the kid speaks Spanish.

The food in our neck of the woods is really quite amazing.  Prices are going up, but what tha seems to have done is just make room for another layer of fast food.  In the last 2 years we have had first a Mexican food truck and then an Indian food truck open in the 7/11 etc plaza nearby.  Mexican food truck is busy all day because it has good for about $2 cheaper for a working man's lunch, than a fixed-installation. Good food too.

A few weeks ago I had lunch a mile or so in the other direcion at a Mexican restaurant next to the 7/11 in that direction. Shrimp Ranchero, $16 for lunch. The restaurant was filled with Mexican working men, having a beer with lunch, all very Mexican, not US raised Mexican.  So they came here and do well.  My kid's Spanish tutor worked at one of the big bulders' supply stores in the area.  She said she filled $20K orders every day for Mexicans who spoke less English than she did, and she was in demand in that store because she was the only one who could deal with those customers.

Anyway, the point to that digression was that cultural integration is what people do.  We are in genetic, cultural and technical evolutionary systems.  The way to win in an evolutionary system is to mix your stuff with their stuff and hope you hit the jackpot.  But you have to play the game in order to have the lottery ticket.

That is how we got here. The idea th we have a uniform culture and have always had that culture is mind bloggling.  We go from Hollywood being censored in the name of modesty to San Fernando Valley filling the world's need for high-class pornogrpahy, and you think the culture didn't move any?

My god, we need the conservative Muslims to save us from our pornography addiction! Except that they probably like it too.

So from my little view point in the world, it seems to me there is no big deal issue.  I pass women in headscarves, have them serve me in shops and at restaurants. So? The Amish wear lesser forms, and probably were kicked out of their parent religion for adopting the lesser form, because all of Europe wore more covering for femal modesty in the 1300s, if they could afford it.

Food is great, I hear 3 or 4 languages at most of the dinners I go to these days, people have quite different points of view on many different topics, and share them intelligently.  Really, it is like the best of these threads.

Monoculturalism is for the Amish.  Nobody else can even hope to manage it.

I do believe you don't understand the point here.

My genes are not perfect.  My wife's are not perfect.  Our son's are not perfect, but they are almost certainly a little bit better than either parent, because we were different, and so he has a lower probability of having two damaged alleles of any gene. That is what heterosis is, hybrid vigor.  The latest paper, which I haven't read more than the intro to, says that the old-bone genomes show both the Neanderthal and the African new humans they interbred with were pretty inbred, small populatios moving through the landscape rarely meeting others, interbreeding joyously when they do meet.  Neanderthals were destroyed in a hybrid storm, such a loving way to do in your genetic competitors, with the result that there are at least 300X Neanderthal genes in the world now than there ever were when Neanderthals were a standalong living species instead of a mongrel specie's father species.

And, btw, the paper indicted the %age of Neanderthal in humans could increase, depending on models.  I think I interpreted that correctly, but it was a hurried scan.

Anyway, I do not particularly care which of my kid's alleles is min vs my wife's, I will never get all of my alleles into an offspring even if we were to have many, statistics make it unlikely. Nature doesn't make copies, makes you think she doesn't see perfection in any static set of genes, it seems to me.  If nature doesn't care that much, I can't get excited.

Ditto for culture. Do I care what of my culture that my kid picks up? Sure, he has to be honest and rational and to discipline himself by the external world, the essence of what it takes to live in our amazing civilization.  If he has those, do I care whether he is Moslem? Except that it makes people al ot more likely to shoot at hime, not particularly.  I didn't care what religion his mother was when I married her.  I repeat that I married up, one of the advantages of marring a foreigner.

Does my technology care who invented the technology I am going to combine it with?  My kid defines what is good for him, and it won't be all of the varients of my way of doing things or thinking about things or even revering things.

Like I say, I think you don't quite grasp modern science, the dynamics of evolivng system, of running your own selective breeding program, genetic and cultural.

Ok, I'll try it your way. Your biologic imperative to spread your genes around in the most genetically diverse and advantageous manner is going to be thwarted by the heavy hand of Islam. Your infidel offspring will be treated as inferiors.  They will have less access to resources, and thus will be less likely to reproduce. In the long run, the Islamic world will make sure you are genetic dead end. They are not interested in genetic diversity, or hybrid vigor, they want you gone.

I believe we ARE eventually headed for a more 'blended' society. But that doesn't mean it should be forced.

Your example is a great one, of where it is apparently working. And good for you, and your neighbors. Keep it up, and you'll be fine.

But other neighborhoods end up with a very different outcome. The folks in them don't WANT to 'blend'. They are then called racist, etc, and further forcing is applied, until tempers finally snap under the pressure.

It is this constant forcing that creates the inevitable backlash that sets the whole thing back once again. Instead of making the world more united, the forcing by those who presume to know what is best makes us even more divided.

Let those who can live together in blended harmony. But also allow those who wish to remain somewhat apart do that as well. As long as all respect 'the commons', there is no reason people can't have their own unique 'cultures'.

Nobody is forcing anyone to blend, but the opportunity of blending requires that we all be tolerant.  That is the problem here, it seems to me. Without tolerance, you folks remove our ability to blend, to run our cultural selective breeding program as we wish.  You have to have the culture available to select from it.

I wouldn't know now good Natto was without Japanese restaurants, for example.

You might not be forcing anyone, but many in power ARE.

Tolerance is needed, yes, but not all ARE tolerant. And like it or not, those folks have rights too. You can't disrespect someone's rights and expect them to stand up for yours.

The "tolerant" must ALSO exercise tolerance. And that means accepting the fact that we all aren't going to progress at the same rates.

The word 'tolerate' is instructive. One 'tolerates' that which he may not like, or even be against. One does not have to 'tolerate' views similar to his own. It's like free speech...the protection is intended for the UNPOPULAR viewpoints...the accepted opinions don't NEED protection.

So, the tolerance you need is not for cultural diversity- you are already there it would seem. No, your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to learn to tolerate those whose views you do NOT share.

It's what you are asking others to do, after all. No one ever said this was easy...

I am here arguing rationally, pretty good definition of tolerance.  I do not force the argument on anyone.

Moslems live on our street, we don't have any problem.

Jihadis, yes they give everyone problems. You can't expect a Sunni Moslem family to think that ISIS is good because it kills people for religious differences! ISIS has killed far more Muslims than any other religion, contrary to our news, and goes on doing so.

The great majoriy of people in the world are tolerant to the extent that they at least don't do overt acts of intolerance.  But not all and not all the time for anyone. Noise and friction, it happens for all reasons all the time, part of the price of civilization.

9/11 was a False Flag Operation by Israeli-Neocons in control of the US government

Jewish supremacist hypocritical twaddle. Zionism has cost far more American lives than islamofascists. zionist Jews want the goyim to fight and bleed for Israeli lebensraum. They are not loyal to America - only their tribe. And calling us names for saying so is increasingly laughable.

The Doctrine of “Superior People”
The Bond between Israel and World Zionism
by James Petras / September 4th, 2015

The single greatest feat of Israel and its overseas missions has not been material success, or the military conquest of millions of unarmed Palestinians, it has been ideological – the widespread acceptance in the US of a doctrine that claims ‘Jews are a superior people’.

Apart from small extremist right-wing sects who exhibit visceral anti-Semitism and denigrate everything Jewish, there are very few academics and politicians willing to question this supremacist doctrine. On the contrary, there is an incurable tendency to advance oneself by accepting and embellishing on it.

For example, in August 2015, US Vice-President Joseph Biden attributed ‘special genius’ to Jews, slavish flattery that embarrassed even New York’s liberal Jewish intellectuals.

Israel’s dominant role in formulating US Middle East policy is largely a product of its success at recruiting, socializing, and motivating overseas Jews to act as an organized force to intervene in US politics and push Israel’s agenda.

What motivates American Jews, who have been raised and educated in the US, to serve Israel? After all, these are individuals who have prospered, achieved high status and occupy the highest positions of prestige and responsibility. Why would they parrot the policies of Israel and follow the dictates of Israeli leaders (a foreign regime), serving its violent colonial, racist agenda?

What binds a majority of highly educated and privileged Jews to the most rabidly right-wing Israeli regime in history – a relationship they actually celebrate?

What turns comfortable, prosperous American Jews into vindictive bullies, willing and able to blackmail, threaten, and punish any dissident voices among their Gentile and Jewish compatriots who have dared to criticize Israel?

What prevents many intelligent, liberal, and progressive Jews from openly questioning Israel’s agenda, and especially confronting the role of Zionist zealots who serve as Tel Aviv’s fifth column against the interest of the United States?

There are numerous historical and personal factors that can and should be taken into account to understand this phenomenon.

In this essay I am going to focus on one – the ideology that ‘Jews are a superior people’. The notion that Jews, either through some genetic, biologic, cultural, historical, familial and/or upbringing, have special qualities allowing them to achieve at a uniquely higher level than the ‘inferior’ non-Jews.

We will proceed by sketching the main outline of the Jewish supremacist ideology and then advance our critique.

We will conclude by evaluating the negative consequences of this ideology and propose a democratic alternative.

Jewish Supremacism

Exponents of Jewish Supremacism (JS) frequently cite the prestigious awards, worldly successes, and high honors, which, they emphasize, have been disproportionately achieved by Jews.

The argument goes: While Jews represent less than 0.2% of the world population, they have produced 24% of the US Nobel prize winners; over 30% of Ivy League professors and students; and the majority of major US film, stage, and TV producers.

They cite the ‘disproportionate number’ of scientists, leading doctors, lawyers, and billionaires.

They cite past geniuses like, Einstein, Freud, and Marx .

They point to the founders of the world’s great monotheistic religions – Moses and Abraham.

They lay claim to a unique learning tradition embedded in centuries of Talmudic scholarship.

Jewish supremacists never miss a chance to cite the ‘Jewish background’ of any highly accomplished contemporary public figures in the entertainment, publication, financial fields or any other sectors of life in the US.

Disproportionately great accomplishments by a disproportionate minority has become the mantra for heralding a self-styled ‘meritocratic elite’… and for justifying its disproportionate wealth, power and privileges – and influence.

Challenging the Myths of Jewish Supremacists

There are serious problems regarding the claims of the Jewish Supremacists.

For centuries Jewish ‘wisdom’ was confined to textual exegesis of religious dogma — texts full of superstition and social control, as well as blind intolerance, and which produced neither reasoned arguments nor contributed to scientific and human advancement.

Jewish scholarship of note occurred among thinkers like Spinoza who revolted against the Jewish ghetto gatekeepers and rejected Jewish dogma.

Notable scientists emerged in the context of working and studying with non-Jews in non-Jewish institutions – the universities and centers of learning in the West. The majority of world-renowned Jewish scholars integrated and contributed to predominantly non-Jewish (Muslim and Christian) and secular institutions of higher learning.

Historically, highly talented individuals of Jewish origin succeeded by renouncing the constraints of everyday Jewish life, rabbinical overseers, and Jewish institutions. Most contemporary prestigious scientists, including the frequently cited Nobel Prize winners, have little or nothing to do with Judaism! And their contributions have everything to do with the highly secular, integrated culture in which they prospered intellectually – despite expressions of crude anti-Semitism in the larger society.

Secondly, Jewish Supremacists persist in claiming ‘racial credit’ for the achievements of individuals who have publicly renounced, denounced, and distanced themselves from Judaism and have dismissed any notion of Israel as their spiritual homeland. Their universal prestige has prevented them from being labeled apostate or ‘self-hating’. Albert Einstein, often cited by the Supremacists as the supreme example of ‘Jewish genius’, denounced Israel’s war crimes and showed disdain for any tribal identity. In their era, Marx and Trotsky, like the vast majority of emancipated European Jews, given the chance, became engaged in universalistic organizations, attacking the entire notion that Jews were a ‘special people’ chosen by divine authority (or by the latter-day Zionists).

Thirdly, Supremacists compile a very selective list of virtuous Jews, while omitting areas of life and activity where Jews have disproportionately played a negative and destructive role.

After all, is it Jewish ‘genius’ that makes Israel a leading exporter of arms, high tech intrusive spy systems and sends military and paramilitary advisers and torturers to work with death squad regimes in Africa and Latin America?

Among the winners of the Nobel Peace Prize are three Israeli Prime Ministers who waged wars of ethnic cleansing against millions of Palestinians and expanded racist ‘Jews only’ settlements throughout the occupied Palestinian territories. These include Menachem Begin (notorious career bomber and terrorist), Yitzhak Rabin (a militarist who was assassinated by an even more racist Jewish terrorist), and Shimon Peres. Among Jewish American Nobel ‘Peaceniks’ is Henry Kissinger who oversaw the brutal and illegal US war in Indo-China causing 4 million Vietnamese deaths and who wrote the ‘template for regime change’ by overthrowing the democratically elected government of Chilean President Allende and condemned Chile to decades of police state terror; and who supported Indonesia’s destruction of East Timor!

In other words, these Nobel recipients, who Supremacists cite as ‘examples of Jewish Supremacy’, have sown terror and injustice on countless captive peoples and nations – giving the Nobel Peace Prize a dubious distinction.

Among the greatest billion dollar swindlers in recent US history, we find a disproportionate percentage of American Jews – curiously not mentioned by the Supremacists in their usual litany: Bernard Madoff pillaged over $50 billion from his clients, Ivan Boesky, Michael Milken, and Marc Rich are well-known names adding the distinction of ‘Jewish genius’ to a list of financial mega-felons.

Among the less respectable notables whose material successes have been tarnished by personal weaknesses – we have the billionaire and pedophile pimp, Jeffry Epstein; IMF President, rapist and debaucher Dominic Strauss Kahn, entrepreneur and ‘nudist’ Dov Charney, New York Governor and ‘repeat customer’ Elliot Spitzer, Congressman and exhibitionist Anthony Weiner, and the fun-loving sports impresario who brought down FIFA, the piratical Chuck Blazer. Curiously, none of these extraordinarily successful notables have been cited as examples of Jewish Supremacy.

As we contemplate the millions of war refugees driven from the Near East and North Africa, we should credit the role of US neo-liberal and neo-conservative ideologues and policymakers – a disproportionate percentage of whom are Jews. Millions of Chilean workers suffered as Milton Friedman and his Chicago Boys ‘advised’ Chilean Dictator Augusto Pinochet on dismantling the welfare state (even if it required the murder of trade unionists!). Ayn Rand (Alyssa Rosenbaum) and her fanatical free market epigones have savaged all progressive social legislation and turned the most retrograde forms of selfishness into a religion of ‘superiority’!

The disastrous US war against Iraq was largely organized, promoted and justified by a disproportionate percentage of US Jews (Zionists), including leading policymakers in the Bush and Obama administration – Paul Wolfowitz, Douglas Feith, Elliott Abrams, Dennis Ross, Martin Indyk, David Frum, Shulsky, Levey, Cohen, Rahm Emanuel, etc… They continue to push for war against Iran and should be seen as the ‘godfathers’ of the tragedies of Iraq, Syria and Libya where millions have fled.

The biggest financial crisis since the Great Depression was largely due to the financial policies of Federal Reserve chairman Alan Greenspan. The trillion-dollar bailout of Wall Street by Ben Shalom Bernacke and Stanley Fischer, while Janet Yellen ignored the plight of millions of Americans who lost their homes because of mortgage foreclosures. In sum, Jewish Supremacists should proudly take credit for the American Jews who have been disproportionately responsible for the largest economic and foreign policy failures of the contemporary period – including the horrific suffering these have entailed!

Back in the more normal world of crime, Russian-Jewish mobsters dominate or share supremacy with the Italian Mafia in New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami, and scores of cities in between. They display their unique genius at extortion and murder – knowing they can always find safe haven in the ‘Promised Land’!

On the cultural front, the finest Jewish writers, artists, musicians, and scientists have emerged outside of Israel. A few may have immigrated to the Jewish state, but many other intellectuals and artists of note have chosen to leave Israel, repelled by the racist, intolerant, and repressive apartheid state and society promoted by Jewish Supremacists.

Conclusion

The record provides no historical basis for the claims of Jewish Supremacists:

What has been cited as the disproportionate ‘Jewish genius’ turns out to be a two-edged sword — demonstrating the best and the worst.

Claiming a monopoly on high academic achievement must be expanded to owning up to the Jewish authors of the worst financial and foreign policy disasters – they too are ‘high achievers’.

Donations from financial billionaires, all ‘geniuses’, have financed the war crimes of the Israeli state and made possible the expansion of violent Jewish settlers throughout occupied Palestine – spreading misery and displacement for millions.

In fairness, the most notorious Jewish swindler in contemporary America was even-handed: ‘Bernie’ Madoff swindled Jews and Goys, Hollywood moguls, and New York philanthropists – he wasn’t picky about who he fleeced.

The latest fashion among Jewish Supremacist ‘geneticists’ is to extoll the discovery of uniquely special ‘genes’ predisposing Jews to experience the ‘holocaust’ and even inherit the experience of suffering from long dead ancestors. Such ‘scientists’ should be careful. As jazz artist and essayist, Gilad Altzmon wryly notes, ‘They will put the anti-Semites out of business’.

Ultimately, Jews, who have assimilated into the greater society or not, who inter-marry and who do not, are all products of the social system in which they live and (like everyone else) they are the makers of the roles they decide to play within it.

In the past, a uniquely disproportional percentage of Jews chose to fight for universal humanist values – rejecting the notion of a chosen people.

Today a disproportionate percentage of educated Jews have chosen to embrace an ‘ethno-religious’ Supremacist dogma, which binds them to an apartheid, militarist state and ideology ready to drag the world into a global war.

Never forget! Racialist supremacist doctrines led Germany down the blind ally of totalitarianism and world war in which scores of millions perished.

Jews, especially young Jews, are increasingly repelled by Israel’s crimes against humanity. The next step for them (and for us) is to criticize, demystify, and stand up to the toxic supremacist ideology linking the powerful domestic Zionist power configuration and its political clones with Israel.

The root problem is not genetic, it is collective political dementia: a demented ideology that claims a chosen elite can forever dominate and exploit the majority of American people. The time will come when the accumulated disasters will force the Americans people to push back, unmasking the elite and rejecting its supremacist doctrines. Let us hope that they will act with passion guided by reason.

GREATER ISRAEL AS IMAGINED BY FUNDAMENTALIST JEWS
http://www.ahavat-israel.com/eretz/future

The Greater Israel Project

The Greater Israel Project lies at the very heart of the AAA’s geopolitical triangulation strategy throughout the Middle East. The United States, the United Kingdom and the Modern State of Israel have collaborated quite closely for well over a century to implement this final phase of destruction of several Mideast nations. Because their once clandestine agenda has now become transparent to the many concerned countries, these 3 nations have become known as the true Axis of Evil in the world today.

“Greater Israel”: The Zionist Plan for the Middle East

Just as the MSI was born out of terrorism, its methodical expansion through the outright theft of Palestinian land has occurred by way of incessant false flag terror operations. These and many other highly deceptive and destructive tactics have been used against those who rightfully inhabit Palestine, just as they are now being utilized in Syria. The very essence of their ‘Relocation Plan’ is the employment of every form of terror. Just like the Armenian Holocaust was implemented by the same Zionist cabal to scare them away from their communities, which it did, the ISIS and Al Nusra terrorist groups have been set up and enabled to do the very same.

The purposeful and slow-motion Zionist genocide of the Palestinian people has likewise furthered the cabal’s Greater Israel agenda. Systematically getting rid of those indigenous peoples throughout much of the Middle East is a central component of that agenda. In this particular regard the AAA globalists seeks not only to remove the Palestinians from the MSI, but the Syrians from their lands as well. Witness what is perhaps the largest mass migration in modern history of Syrian people to Europe. Irrespective of the fact that the forefathers of Syrians and Palestinians alike have lived in the Mideast for centuries and in Israel over millennia, the Zionist cabal is intent on their removal.

ISIS, ISIL and the ISLAMIC STATE
It is now common knowledge among the world community of nations that the United States, United Kingdom and Israel surreptitiously created ISIS and Al Nusra just as they created Al Qaeda. The blueprint for the formation of these types of synthetic terror organizations came from the CIA’s establishment of the Mujahideen in Afghanistan. By the use of proxy armies of paid mercenaries, which were comprised of ‘Islamist’ guerrilla fighters, the USA was able to defeat the Russian military in Afghanistan. That development, in turn, permitted the Taliban to come into power which merely created another tyranny for the Afghans to deal with.

Mujahideen (Arabic: ??????????) is the plural form of mujahid (Arabic: ??????), the term for one engaged in Jihad.[3]

What is crucial to understand is that these mercenary jihadis have nothing to do with the religion of Islam. Whether they were even raised as Muslims is in serious question since many of them were exposed to a false sect of Sunni Islam known as Wahhabism. This form of perverted Islamic fundamentalism was made the official state religion by the crypto-Jewish monarchy of Saudi Arabia with the assistance of their Anglo-American overlords. Likewise, the Dönmeh of Turkey introduced their own kind of Islam which had nothing to do with the Prophet Muhammad or the Koran, and a LOT to do with the pseudo-Kabbalistic practices of the similarly warped Sabbatean sect. ...

Historically, highly talented individuals of Jewish origin succeeded by renouncing the constraints of everyday Jewish life, rabbinical overseers, and Jewish institutions....

Agreed.  The Christian canon of scripture was written by and about these historical individuals of which you elude to, who themselves walked in the footsteps of the same historical individuals who wrote the very books of law, history, poetry and prophetic scriptures the rabbi's substituted their own interpretations for.

Thank you for the great post, it should be required reading for ALL Americans.

In 1964 a poll was taken about who controls Hollywood, the majority of Americans, correctly, thought that Jews did. Today a similar poll was taken and only 22% of respondents thought that Jews controlled Hollywood, even though their control of Hollywood now is far greater than it was in 1964. Just shows what you can do with propaganda when you do own Hollywood. http://articles.latimes.com/2008/dec/19/opinion/oe-stein19

Look at Facebook, a group of guys work on the idea, but when the money comes into fund it, in comes the zionist. They remove out the goyim, and create another billionaire Jew that will be loyal to their cause.

How many other nations or cultures can demand a "homeland" that is theirs and only theirs? Interestingly, the same Jewish organizations that will fight to OPEN America's borders and point the finger of racism if we protest, are the greatest defenders of Israel's closed borders.

To maintain this state of denial of reality, what is needed?  Can you do it without training, a natural talent?

One of the bets I am going to make with the next relative who argues with me is $X dollars that, if he watches 10 hours of the videos I select, he will agree with me and pay me the money.

So could you tell us more about your background, what of the 9/11 Truth videos you have watched?  I don't think it is possible to lose, my relatives are engineers, but you could reassure me.

Anyway, tell us more. I haven't found anyone to argue 9/11 with for a long time.  All the offical guys gave up, it was such a losing proposition, and new guys like you don't come along often enough.

Really, don't go away, this won't hurt much.

Our western psychopathic "leaders" should understand that subterfuge and hypocrisy is not a substitute for wisdom, but thats perhaps asking a little too much of psychopaths.

Better plan:  Get the hell outta dodge.  Move somewhere people don't act quite so much like sheep and/or where predators-that-be are clueless underfunded keystone cops.

You have no chance to change the USSA or major westernized nations.  Those herds are terminally brainwashed and braindamaged, and the matrix is too securely ensconced.  Only complete collapse and reset has any chance whatsoever in the USSA and major westernized nations.

-----

Yes, to move outta dodge involves some time and effort.  However, once you do escape, you can stop wasting your life worrying about a problem that cannot be fixed, or wasting your time trying to fix an unfixable problem.  Go live a good life, that's the solution.

Sadly, many people don't deserve freedom, they ONLY have it because someone else fought for it. Huge segments of the population want to be sheep, the at fascists. And now America is so big, any idea of mass protests is unthinkable, though social media might be the answer but again, look how they cornered the "Facebook" thing. They made it their own, like they do with anything that can inform or effect the sheep.

You are indeed correct that the American people are as easy to manipulate is soft clay. The American people are mice in a maze, built by those who control the media, Wall Street, entertainment and certainly Washington. There is no breaking the hold, They know what strings to pull or buttons to push to make Americans react one way or another.

But I don't know about evacuating, much of the rest of the world is under the same central banking control matrix and thus subject to the same manipulation and politics. Things will get much worse before they get better.

Here is the reality, the puppet masters are ruthless and diabolical, and to fight them we would have to becomes just as ruthless and diabolical, and I just don't see that happening.

Sun, 12/06/2015 - 06:53 | 6882582 honestann
honestann's picture

Exactly right, the only potentially effective way to fight is to be even more ruthless and diabolical than the predators-that-be.

However, to fight is not the only option.  The other option is evade.  And there are quite a few places on this planet where individuals can [largely/mostly/entirely] evade the banksters and predators-that-be.

To fight the firmly ensconced predators-that-be in the USSA or large westernized nations only works when those fighting have at least some quantity of collaborators (somewhere between 0.1% and 3.0% based on what I've read).  But the number willing to be ruthless and diabolical back at the predators-that-be is something like 0.00000001%, which is vastly insufficient.  They are also utterly disorganized and inefficient.

Which leaves "evade" the only practical solution.  This can work!  I know, because I've taken this approach, and it works great for me.  However, I'm a rather weird individual, so planning and executing unconventional steps may not be so easy for others.

In the end, each individual needs to decide whether to accept living in the middle of ever more egregious tyranny and slavery... or escaping and setting up a simpler life [nearly] free of those ruthless, diabolical predators-that-be.

For me, to "get the hell outta dodge", become self-sufficient in the extreme boonies, and live a stress-free life in my own personal paradise was definitely the right choice.

I'm not saying everyone is suited to escape tyranny, but the well-known phenomenon called "normalcy-bias" and "boiled frog syndrome" leads far too many individuals to accept a life of tyranny.

The current trajectory towards in-your-face fascist totalitarianism across Western nations has a lot further to travel before it is finally halted.

We have entered a new Dark Age and as in almost all bad ideas, they gather enough support and momentum from the easily suckered and mindless masses to cause a lot of damage before the penny drops.

Think about Adolf Hitler: he fooled the German people for years and took them into WWII before his gameplan was finally halted. Huge damage was wrought on Germany and many other nations before that happened.

People around the world need to devise some sort of fast-path recognition process where political madness can be spotted and snubbed out before it takes hold and creates damage.

We have not got there yet.

Our society is rife with examples where hysteria trumps rational thinking in prioritizing government and our broad social behavior; the basic human weakness identified in the post. Take airline safety for example. How many billions of dollars have been spent developing, perfecting, installing, and explaining to passengers about the floatation device under their seat? Now ask yourself this question. Do you know of anyone who has ever been saved by a floatation device under their seat on a plane? I bet not. I bet you’re among the 99.9% of passengers who don’t even listen when flight attendants explain where the floatation device is because you suspect that you’re not likely to need it and you’re never going to be able to get to it even if you did. Yet, we all accept and go along with the idea that a floatation device under our seat is still a good thing. We rationalize that we’re ignorant, and that some brilliant analyst at the Rand Corporation under contract with the FAA has determined that it’s still an important thing to have. In truth, it’s probably just an idea that some bureaucrat came up with 50 years ago to justify his job. And now another bureaucrat does a study about every three years conclude that it’s still necessary and important in order to keep his job.

Using both the FBI and Congressional study numbers, it is only slightly more likely for you to be killed in a mass/active shooter incident than to be struck by lightning. The VAST majority of the firearm deaths in this country are due to suicide (according to the CDC, you are three times more likely to KILL YOURSELF via suicide with a firearm that to be killed by someone else using a firearm) and minority on minority violence mostly related to poverty and the ridiculous war on drugs.
