Artist's Impression Of Middle-Class America

Tyler Durden's picture

The American middle class is getting poorer. Wages have been stagnant for decades - if jobs can be found to get those wages. Jobs are exported overseas by big corporations. Small businesses get harassed with taxes and big government red tape. There are bailouts to central bankers to the tune of trillions while Main Street businesses go bankrupt. Endless QEs have propped up ‘their’ stock market, largely owned by the 1 percent. The rich are getting fabulously richer while a record number of people are on food stamps.

I blame the Federal Reserve. It’s the heart of darkness. They’re a private group of elites who get to print up money for themselves and their cronies while their mainstream media tells everyone it’s all fine and dandy. They get richer and more powerful while the middle class gets the debt and abuse. The middle class has one foot in the grave and the other foot on a banana peel, thanks to our corrupt and dysfunctional system of money.

It’s time to end audit the Federal Reserve. It’s time to end the Federal Reserve. It’s time to shut down the IRS. It’s time to end crony capitalism, which is leading us deeper into fascism.

"It’s time to shut down the IRS."

We wish this would become true.

I understand the need for taxation, but a sales tax would make taxpayments voluntary.  And keep nosy .gov out of our business...  In our dreams.

Remember when the government's primary source of income was tariffs? Funny how we've been moving away from protecting American interests and toward directly taxing Americans.

Destroy the income tax and the property tax and institute a 40% tariff on imports.

It's not that the parasitic state is trying to destroy the middle class. It's just that the middle class is useless as a tax host when the state can print all the clownbux it needs. They're not hating on the middle class, they're just cutting out the now-useless middle-man taxpayer and passing the savings directly on to the state leaders. Besides, the left-over people are so much more obedient and subservient to the state when they depend on the state to eat.

Middle class people are noisy and bitch about their rights all the time. Some of them want terrorist enablers like GUNS. What government wants THAT nonsense when you are no longer dependent on their taxes? Screw that. People who live on EBT cards and government checks will give away any rights in a heartbeat to the state. They're subservient for the most part. If not, cut them off of .gov clownbux for a week or two and they will shut the fuck up REAL quick. The state finally gets to throw off the shackles of serving it's citizens - you should be happy for them!

This is just the process of the state creating the kind of citizens it always dreams of - servile, obedient, docile, dependent. Why should a state be forced to contend with the nasty people born there as it's citizens? Fuck that - states need to create or import the kind of citizens it really wants and confine or liquidate the troublesome ones it does not want. Conversion of the middle class to welfare state dependents or debt slaves is simply the state owning it's own future and rejecting the randomness and trouble of catering to native-born citizens. Because membership in a state is a damn privilege, you ungrateful assholes. You are just ruining the dreams of your state masters and wasting their time and money by resisting their control. How can you be so heartless? The state is people, too!

It's not "crony capitalism."

It's "facism," pure and simple.

De facto rather than de jure, to be sure, but facism just the same.

Saying "crony capitalism" just helps further the impression that capitalism is bad.

It can be stopped if enough people wake up and demand change.  Imagine if 4 billion people from all walks of life across the globe echoed what we already know about the money changers.  Wars, terrorism and povery would be greatly reduced in a very short time.

No point in demanding change. Do change: stop using government fiat currency and use gold, silver, nickel, copper, bitcoins, dash (a derivative of bitcoins with built in coin anonymising with instant transactions) and barter. Use untraceable e-mail systems like bitmessage and unbreakable encryption with no backdoors like one time pads that are dice generated.

This is a Yuuuuuuuuuge reason for Trump's popularity and also why the left wingers like HuffPo, NPR, MSM etc dislike him intensely. They see their Golden Goose of free stuff vanishing.

The popular vote in this next election will be mostly:

FSA vs. working middle class private sector

There is a third party missing from that dance. The government is having a gay old time with this system. Imagine how small the governments would be if it were not for fiat. Those three groups are the only ones this system actually works for.

Bankers, fat cats and governments. Funny that the cartoonist left the force part of the equation off. Without the force aspect they got nothing.

Problem is not the FED nor Wallstreet.

Problem are 99.99% ignorant and dumb sheeple.

Which let it happen.

Since Stonage.

Wake up - nobody has ever in history given away wealth or power - for free.

Nothing in that regard has ever changed.

Due to our genes.

Never ever.

Except when the dumb sheeple went thru bloody revolutions.

So all this complaining is nothing but useless noise.

Or not ?!

Those bloody revolutions you speak of did not change much if anything. Maybe we should try something else that could actually work. That stall thing has more potential to get the good outcome then blowing random people and shit up.

Dont limit yourself to just two choices especialy if both choices suck. Those two choices will lead us right back here.

Sat, 12/12/2015 - 17:07 | 6915332 fxpmtrader

Something that eventually works?

Boy - I'm absolutely in your camp.

Just that - since Stonage - nobody ever had a "long lasting" solution.

As you need to have a cure for the sheeple's greed and ignorance.

Both are stronger than everything else I have ever seen.

And for both there is no (long lasting) cure.

So revolutions are still the only (and only for the short working) tools left.

Look at this from another point of view friend. As a producer it all comes after production. The producers are the only ones that matter. That after all is the point of a fiat system. To trade fiat for goods and services. Thats the way to take their ability to use force off the table. Then deal with the money changers.

I sit on a ton of bullets, and my own two hands,, make my own, mile shooters and pistols on person, plus well my own brain,.  Im alot of things, and i have been questionable., you call it bad i call it life experience, i didnt fuck over mom and pops, im not that kind of animal.  I have no remorse for my mischevious attitude, i sold party favors, stole, grabbed chumps near alhambra train tracks and should probably be in prison, but im not.  I still have very creative tendencies to weigh out my more oppurtunistic feelings and results.

My point and where im going with this is, im still top of my field, all because of the lifestyle allowed here.  If youre not a knuckledragging smeigel you can walk a tightrope for entertainment and still contribute in a meaningfull way, albeit influence, innovation, timing, cleverness, this place you can still do whatever you like in any direction any idea, feeling, so on.

I would never be allowed this anywhere else.  I steal for cop ladies birthdays so they sell shit on ebay and facebook, and come out a sweety pie, and still fuck, who gets to say that anywhere else but here in the states.

The Free Marketers that embrace the Federal Reserve,....the Kudlows and the Bob Brinkers et al...

are hypocrits ....

ZIRP kills the velocity of money, sidelines lenders, allows govt to borrow endlessly, allows wall streeters and others to play off the garden of eden created by the Fed....

Those who lent at 2% to those who bought back their own stock...those who hold ten year paper ..forced to make bad decisions, will be creamed when the bubble goes...

Fake rates make a fake economy and force or encourage people to make terrible decisions...

THe fed should be the lender of last resort, assist in short term liquidity problems with banks...and that's it.
