America, It's Over! Yale Students Sign Petition To Repeal First Amendment

Tyler Durden's picture

Satirist Ami Horowitz tests the waters at Yale University to see if today's Ivy League students would actually sign a petition to repeal the First Amendment...

It goes exactly how you might think it would...

Within an hour on the Yale campus, Horowitz collected over 50 signatures from student who wanted to repeal a significant part of the Constitution.

The petition to “blow up” the First Amendment (which protects freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of assembly, freedom of the press, and freedom of petition), was met with such comments as "I think this is fantastic, I absolutely agree," and "excellent," or "I love it."

And as DailyCaller noted, one female student ironically agreed with Horowitz when he suggested, "I think the Constitution should be one big safe space."

*  *  *

To sum it all up... America, It's Over!

I've looked for serious reaction to this video on the web and was surprised that I could not find any.  There was reaction on conservative sites, but nothing from liberal/progressive sites.  I was surprised, dissapointed, and genuinely saddened by the lack of coverage.

this video is bullshit, straight up. ok. keyword: student.
the aim is to fill them with illusion so they never comprehend
their truth, place in the universe, merely a contrived place
in the university as it influences their potential in a structure
as their university and the staff have influence in that scam
of income potential or career advancement.
.
better "world" servants produced. of course they despise the first
amendment, what monopoly would not? yale was founded on an
opium trade fortune. the university is an aspect of a dominance
and control paradigm that has always excluded all human rights,
speech, religion and alternative ways of people on the planet
who are not of the controlling tribe/s acceptable for admittance.
grow the fuck up. get with the program, man.
.
they support extermination of women and children as
collateral damage since the beginning of time to today,
see debates of 12/2015, presidential, for the latest.
maybe it is the opium promoting general acceptance to
blatant psychopathy, immorality, illegality and general
disregard for integrity of any kind on any level?
.
it is not the students that have destroyed the constitution
and principles, it is the foundation itself, and those who
would rather cast blame where it don't belong and avoid the
simple truth. denial, not just a river in Egypt ....
or maybe it is just a really big river?

The U.S. media became Consolidated after Bill Clinton's telecommunication act of 1996

(Clinton was a CFR operative.)

http://www.nakedcapitalism.com/2015/06/15-ways-bill-clintons-white-house...

A 19 year old kid would have been born in 1996.

Their brains have been pickled and marinated by being immersed in a barrage of lies.  Garbage in and Garbage out.

This conosolidation allowed money power agents to buy up through mergers and acquistions.

To those of you who don't understand how the money system works, it seems impossible to you that a small clique of Jews can maneuver society.  Ooooh you say, it is only a tiny amount of people, How is it possible?

Well, bacterium and virus are tiny, and they can kill you.  Money systems are what controls humanity, and the private Credit money system is a pyramid; Usury from money ports into finance, then funnels to the top of pyramid.

To those that still cannot fathom it, look at recent Russian history, where "Russian" Oligarchs borrowed loans from wall street to then buy up Russian steel, oil, transportation, and YES communication (media) industries.

Guess what tribal in-group Oligarchs were from?

Below is a video that shows who owns the media.  Start believing your own eyes.... your eyes are not lying to you.

As a disclaimer, some Jews want to do the right thing - for example, the interviewer in video is most likely Jewish.  Whenever we see good Jewish behavior we should acknowledge it, because so many of the tribe are rent seekers.  Good behavior should be called out.

I wonder if interviewer knows his tribal cousins were complicit in the overturning U.S. constitution in 1913 (16'th, 17'th, Federal Reserve Act, IRS).  Or, if he knows his cousins tried to Bolsheveize the country in 1920's.

one can't emphasize the importance of the media enough, especially in the western society where there is no place for any religion. without religious compass, the media has occupied this vacancy and nowadays defines the core beliefs of the individuals as well the collective, forming a new foundation to the culture. by controlling media, education, and money, there's no sovereignty to be had if one is not overly paranoid and cautious when accepting common truths about the world.

though i have to add i'm not entirely convinced about the one grand conspiracy based on ethnicity (not even really a case with zionists). the zionists form an extremely influential part, but they are lacking a clear hierarchy or central command to organize their dominance over all the domains that they actually have the influence over. their leading position in the control system is more due to the being close or begin the money spigot, and the overall loyalty to the tribe. it's just too simplistic to see things black and white, imo. every power structure has different strata of hierarchy and inside those there are different factions with competing interests and agendas. it's very true that in many domains the competition has been replaced with secretive cooperation, while public is being painted the picture of the opposite (propaganda). but still one can't ignore the importance of the anglo-american establishment etc.

How sad that smart, intelligent young people at an elite American institution are repudiating, abjuring, recanting what makes us great.

The first amendment is so important, that the early Americans refused to approve the U.S. Constitution without the Bill of Rights.

As one of my heroes (Smedley Butler) said the only reason to fight is to defend the U.S. Constitution.

This is good a place as any for a tale of Yale's very own John Kerry. Want to know the true measure of Kerry - Google his Cookie franchise at Faneuil Hall (David's Cookies is the guy he ripped off) before he married ketchup money. Further, way back when, an Aunt of mine had a Summer job at the airport cafe that serves Martha's Vinyard - also before Kerry got Heinz' dough. The Congressman Kerry would be there sucking up to MA money. On the return flight he would hit the cafe - without fail he would have an order that came out to about a nickel short of an even dollar amount - say $3.95. The ass would always throw $4 on the table when she was out of sight and slink off. Not like he couldn't afford it - the guy was a Congressman. What a cheap slime ball.

lol. well, if you dwell in that kind of past, you could even refine the thing as it used to be for example in several european countries, where wealth classes determined how many votes you would get

the richer, the more votes

this goes back to the Solonian Constitution, btw. The origin of the concept of classes

but... a non-restriction on funds that are allowed to be used for electoral ads, paired with complete anonimity of the funds donor's...

i.e. what the US currently has... does not give the same results, but something similar

I figure in the next 50 years this country will be owned and run, lock stock and barrel, by a foreign consortium of communist nations.  The citizens, brainwashed and hypnotized by our common core directives, will be enslaved to the new world order.  They will willingly give up their birthright for a bowl of porridge and a crust of bread; while they praise their generous and wise leaders.

I think the video shows not so much that these young people are against a part of the Constitution but that they are sheep, that they assume a person on campus having a petition is something reasonable to reflexively "me too", and finally, they want or need to feel belonging to or a part of something, even though it looked like few took the time to realize what it even was.

It shows young people today are typically well meaning, in a hurry, obliging, too trusting, and above all, gullible.

I have a lot of rentals. Most are now rented to this generation. It's incredible how little they understand about the world around them. I'm now sending contractors to change light bulbs. If a breaker flips, forget trying to explain how to flip a switch. My tenants used to be responsible for lawn care. This generation couldn't start a lawn mower if their lives depended on it. I'm sending a 60 year old man to mow a 20 year olds lawn. I've had PhDs that can't change a light bulb. Lawyers that cannot turn off the water supply to a leaking toilet.

A lost generation.
