After all - this new WWIII that is gestating - will create a lot of new bed fellows and strange combinations. Like the previous one a.k.a WWII. The non-muslim world will have to somehow unite in a coalition to crush the green empire. U.S. has been playing with fire too long and 2016 will be interesting. IS has declared that it will the year of their great offensive against the unbelievers. And americans have gotten the first waft of the stench. San Bernadino and so on.
Just looking at the dynamics of the situation - it´s clear to me that this is coming stateside - fast.

Germany of 1938 is a far cry from Daesh of 2016. Terrorism, sure, full scale global war, not so much. There is so much potential glass in Syria and you get Daesh throwing out suicide bombers across the globe and there won't be many tears shed for the collateral damage. All it takes is a gas or contaigen attack and Raqqa is toast. May not even be the US and Russia has a lot less public outcry to deal with.
