I want to wish all a Merry Christmas. The last several have been hell for a lot of families especially financially. It's not your fault due to circumstances that are way beyond your control. It isn't about what they tell you it is and they profit from it, It's about doing the best you can and the love you have for family and friends. If you can't buy gifts do not worry. You do enough by giving a pat on the back or helping a friend or family member with a chore, favor or whatever. If you have kids or grandchildren, have sone fun with them and they will understand. Scrooge can go fuck himself and play golf again this year too, but be advised that family and friends count the most.

Damn near as good of an assessment as to what's coming and what is indeed the real strategy for ISIS as any...  Engdahl is insightful, per usual.  This is a fantastic read.  - Eric Dubin, Managing Editor, The News Doctors.

Perfect launch. …. The perfect use of ISIS strategy. Wouldn’t that be the USS J. Edger Hoover the nation’s new police state surveillance submarine submurging straight off the launching rails? … Nice steath cloaking job disguising it as the USS ISIS STRaTeGY luxury liner for the christening ceremony . ~ DC

Seymour Hersh just told the world about the failing ISIS strategy in detail: http://www.lrb.co.uk/v38/n01/seymour-m-hersh/military-to-military

The bottom line is ChoomBO is proceeding against the advice of US military and it implicates Hilarious in Bengazi.  And to my interpretation; summarizes that ChoomBo is a wahhabist siding with the wahhabist friends he's protecting; ERogan, Prince Bandar's klan, ISIS and Hilarious.

This author's revelation backs up why former CIA & military officers with some integrity are calling for BOHICA to be removed from office immediately.

I thought you were my freind William. Now I will have nightmares of the IRS taking out a used car loan in my name, buying ISIS this boat (and a token 2015 toyota truck for accounting purposes)  with it, and telling them to use it to collect payments from little old me on the other side of the ocean.

But it will back fire good sir. The only things I have of value are the prints I have purchased from you ;)

i know this is gonna get some red-arrows as it's bad form to congradulate billionaires round here...but here goes anyway:

kudos & congrats, Mr. Musk -- quite an accomplishment.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-3369783/WATCH-LIVE-Falcon...

good show & tally-ho,

janus

{oh, and the imp in me can't help but mention this: at last, we can finally accomplish a similar feat on earth that we perfected during our first attempt on the moon.  only, elon's falcon would have to preform a docking manuver with an orbiting station.  so, great work and everything, elon.  but you're still a few technological generations behind the boys from houston.  and they did that shit in an unfamiliar gravitational environment...again, on their first try.  and, gentlemen, you can look it up -- the lander was totally automated and had, get this, all of 1.2 kb of ram!  suck on that, elon.  naw, just kidding Mr. Musk, incredible accomplishment today.  as you probably know by now, we never went to the moon}

I'm with you good job Elon Musk, Good Job.  That Janus guy is a little bit off.  One, his rocket did or is docking with the station.  Its the second part or top of the rocket that was released that docks.  What he did is something that NASA (either on purpose to keep the money flowing or didn't know) has never done but as I said probably didn't want to do to keep the money going.  That was to land the boost rockets on land under their own power.  Musk did it under a 1 G field and worked the only time NASA did it was going to the moon under less than a g lander.  It was so beautiful.  You know by doing this it would make it easier to build and put more parts to the station because of the cheapness of reusing a lander that was a mainstage.

>Mr. Musk -- quite an accomplishment.

Janus, complete bullshit and you know it. Do you think Musk turned a single screw, made a single weld, soldered an electrical connection, or did any other task than went into the success of this?

If there is anyone to thank, it is the people underneath him, the names of people you will never hear or even know.

Musk is nothing but the carnival barker, the snake oil salesman, the bunco artist. Perhaps best described as all three rolled into one.

Same as it ever was.  I went to the Cape Canaveral Space Museum last summer and noticed something odd.   They will tell you all about JFK, some other politicians and of course the astronauts.  They won't tell you jack shit about the engineers and scientists.  Can anyone name one?  Pretty odd considering it was an engineering feat more than anything.   It definitly takes some bravery to ride in a space shuttle, but doesn't it also take some bravery to let someone ride in one you built?

I have often wondered why most billionaires have no dreams at all. No soul nothing. What I mean by this is why dont they ever chase somthing bigger than themselves? If I was bill gates I would be living in my own undersea city of tomorrow! Or really trying to cure cancer. Building the first flying car etc.

Musk is a hero of sorts. For making our imaginations look up from despair.  I hope he does a Mars mission. Now that would be cool.

For those who dont know. The booster for his rocket detached and returned to earth under power. Instead of using a parachute..... it landed on its engine circa 1950's sci fi. Totally sick badass!!! check it out.

i learned this by observation, the genius is someone who rides on the back of other peoples accomplishments. what exactly was bill gates major accomplishment, the mass produced home calculator, personal pc. do you have any notion of how many extraneous developments it took to accomplish that, little people making small contributions, trial and error. don't forget all the better technology he bought and wasted because it didnt fit his business plan. his business plan. the bill gates of the world are people who usurp the accomplishments of others for their own self aggrandizement. yes giving money to charity is a big ego boost.

on wall street they say a gold mine (for investment purposes mind you) is a hole in the ground with a liar standing in front of it. its that way for all business but wall street recognized the posiblities of making money off gold are somewhat limited compared to iphones or tulips for that matter.

to create a universally mass marketed product success you have to have the crudest notion of usability, like sugar and water equals coca cola. such is the thing groups like ISIS are against, they consider prayer five times a day is the well lived life and if left to that would probably not be much bother. i have come to that place in my life where i look at both sides and say one weighs about like the other, and neither are very good.

Bill Gates has dreams bigger than himself. He has the lofty goals of forcing us all to be vaccinated at gunpoint, of sowing preading GMO terminator seeds all over the world for maximum profits. He dreams that all tax cattle will be completely disarmed and micromanaged by the very governments that he can buy with his vast fortune.

$500m  would buy everyone in the US a large order of fries.  It would be consumed and evacuated in a day. Now try a large pizza.  Not saying the system don't need some adjustments but redistribution would take on a life of its own if we go to far down that road.
