7 Examples Of Demonizing Dissension & Public Opinion

Tyler Durden's picture

Submitted by Paul Philips via NewParadigm.ws,

As the Western world's "powers that be" tighten their tyrannical controlling noose on humanity's dissension and public opinion, it has never been more important to remember the quote from Orwell‘s novel 1984: "In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act."

To countermeasure this much-needed dissension and free public opinion to raise awareness and free humanity the powers that be have taken a severe stance on punishing those who oppose their views regardless of truth or untruth to advance an oppressive agenda.

So, in response, during these times of universal deceit and oppression, here are 7 examples of unjustly demonizing dissension and public opinion.

1. Medical dissention and the AMA’s gagging orders

To get an even larger slice of the medical monopoly the highly influential AMA (American Medical Association) a wing of the medical/pharmaceutical establishment has announced plans to put in gag orders designed to control and prevent doctors from speaking out publically on ‘dubious alternative medical practices.’  Should doctors go outside of the AMA’s guidelines then they could face having their licenses revoked while being unjustly accused of quackery...

-This unfairly biased stance will even further hit integral doctors offering help and advice on track-record proven effective alternative medical practices.

What has the US come to? People, are you going to allow this suppression of free speech? History has shown us time after time that medical advancements resulting in humanitarian contribution has come from challenging medical orthodoxy.

2. Climate change

At a recent talk in Austin, Texas for the yearly South by Southwest Festival (SXSW) Al Gore, former vice-president, made a number of pseudo-scientific statements provably wrong about climate change with all its data manipulation in support of this monumental hoax.

Gore described climate change as ‘settled science’ but nothing could be further from the truth. Climate change is far from settled...

No doubt the audience was filled with supporters of the church of climatology who I doubt would be able to answer these questions challenging  climate change.

The powers that be want you to believe in climate change because it’s part of their hidden agenda for power, profit and political gain. Their modus operandi is to punish those who disagree, regardless of the facts contradicting climate change.

As more and more people realise they’ve been had when it comes to climate change the powers that be resort to extreme countermeasures: In the talk Gore told his audience to ramp up their angst against climate change "deniers," Some, in support of this extremist left-wing agenda have made films which includes calling global warming critics as as loathsome and villainous.

-The idea that someone should be punished for differences of opinion is the ultimate tyrannical approach. But what do you expect from a bunch of hysterical authoritarians pushing an agenda based on false pretexts who fear having their lies exposed?

3. War objection

Another case of demonizing dissension or opinion exists through clamping down on anti-war activists. In the UK, the indefinable terms ‘non-violent extremist’ or ’domestic extremist’ could be used to stigmatize or even criminalize individuals as part of a newly developed aggressive anti-terrorist  deradicalization programme called PREVENT which could for example target anti-war activists.

Through country-wide legislation PREVENT has made it the statutory duty for educational establishments, local authorities, NHS trust, police and prisons services to provide ongoing information on those deemed as suspects ‘drawn into terrorism.’

Besides unjustly stigmatizing or even making criminals out of entire Muslim communities PREVENT has been described as flawed with vague definitions while threatening to erode civil liberties. For instance, officials representing the Child Protection Agency, from a number of signs listing identifiable behavioural characteristics have warned parents that their children may be at risk of being radicalized, which has been met with much criticism.

As a response a number of organizations such as Together Against Prevent have united to campaign against PREVENT.

4. Shutting up the Political dissenters

Democracy’s long-term moral decline is exemplified by silencing political dissenters on a scale more reminiscent than ever of a dictatorship.

The alternative media has reported many cases where peaceful protesters have been met with extreme pettiness, violence and overreaction from authorities. Take, for example, the recent case of a woman who was apprehended then convicted and fined under the public order act for shouting out “Cameron has blood on his hands” as he switched on the Christmas lights at her home town. At the time the woman was protesting over disability benefit cuts.

Then there’s the authorities’ agent provocateurs deployed to create unscrupulous violent reactions leading to unjustified arrests and bad reputation, deliberately manufactured to unfairly justify the clampdown on peaceful protesters.

5. Political correctness

Political correctness has little to do with protecting minority people or groups from being offended. It’s really about shutting people up, not granting them the right to justly criticise anything while accusing them of something should they talk out.

6. Whistleblower suppression

In these truly dark times universal deceit and propaganda affects us all. Political reality has been bought and sold as a mass-media package made to manipulate the masses’ and their general consensus reality with all the needed cliché’s and falsehoods.

-Through artful mass-media censorship the powers that be have created the perfect illusion to gain approval from the masses on the actions they take, allowing them to slyly advance their hidden enslavement agenda.

In true Bernaysian fashion the masses have been programmed and brainwashed through mass media propaganda. Controlled by a small number of elite individuals the masses will never see known as the ‘invisible government.’

Thus, we have an illusory enemy, illusory war, illusory retribution, illusory diversion and distraction; the illegitimate has been made legitimate...

My point

Against the backdrop of insidious forever accelerating modern fascism I doff my cap to those courageous whistleblowers. The masses not only need to understand the  secrets that the powers that be have been harbouring as revealed by whistleblowers like Julian Assange and Edward Snowden, but should also understand how they fit into the modern-day context.

That way the awakened masses, having connected the dots, can then spread the word on what’s really happening in the world to others. Raising awareness, peaceful activism and becoming conscious is the key to world change.

7. Vaccinations

The fact that mandatory vaccinations such as SB 271 are being forced on people regardless of their circumstance; by authorities not giving any consideration to the threat of potential injury for some from vaccine toxicity, that it’s based on pseudoscience, ignoring religious objection, or discarding the alternative opinion that immunity is better handled from a naturopathic point of view... should be enough to send a red flag warning...

-I have written extensively on why vaccinations should be avoided at all costs (see SB 271).

*  *  *

All in all

As consistent with the above quote from Orwell‘s novel 1984 dissension and public opinion has never been so needed to bring back sanity into an insane world by exposing the lies and ulterior motives of the powers that be.

Those in positions of authority involved in demonizing dissension or opinion need to understand that they’ve been deceived and are being played like others as pawns in a very big game.

As frustrating as it may be....we ain't seen nuttin' yet. The oppressors and the oppressed will both become increasingly desperate. And as things get worse, both sides will become ever more frantic to hold the entire stinking mess afloat, thus assuring the largest mess possible when it does eventually sink beneath the waves.

Insanity is always self replicating, self perpetuating and perfectly logical to the insane.

The following are copies of four telegrams between President Harry Truman and Gen Douglas MacArthur on the day before the actual signing of the WWII Surrender Agreement in September 1945..  The contents of those four telegrams below are exactly as received at the end of the war – not a word has been added or deleted!

(1) Tokyo,Japan
0800-September 1,1945
To: President Harry S Truman
From: General D A MacArthur
Tomorrow we meet with those yellow-bellied bastards and sign the Surrender Documents, any last minute instructions?

(2) Washington, D C
1300-September 1, 1945
To: D A MacArthur
From: H S Truman
Congratulations, job well done, but you must tone down your obvious dislike of the Japanese when discussing the terms of the surrender with the press, because some of your remarks are fundamentally not politically correct!

(3) Tokyo, Japan
1630-September 1, 1945
To: H S Truman
From: D A MacArthur and C H Nimitz
Wilco Sir, but both Chester and I are somewhat confused, exactly what does the term politically correct mean?

(4) Washington, D C
2120-September 1, 1945
To: D A MacArthur/C H Nimitz
From: H S Truman
Political Correctness is a doctrine, recently fostered by a delusional, illogical minority and promoted by a sick mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a piece of shit by the clean end!

Perhaps you missed it a few weeks ago when the Attorney General of the United States, Loretta Lynch, stated that she would prosecute people who used speech that edged towards violence against Muslims.  There is a clear precedent in the US that speech that is not create an imminent threat of violence is protected.  Perhaps you've also missed the White House's unwillingness to use the term "Islamic Terrorism."

Once you realize why, you understand that the WH is in a real pickle here.  The US has trained and armed and trained Muslims in Syria as a proxy army.  Many of these guys have left whatever puppet army we have created, and it is more than a safe bet that many of them have joined up with groups like ISIS or Al Nusra.  The WH does not want the term "Islamic Terrorism" to be used because the WH is neck deep in creating the conditions where Islamic Terrorists thrive, then training and arming Islamic terrorists.  If it all of a sudden says "These guys are bad, mmmmmkay!"  it will have to account for the fact that it created, trained and armed them.  This is about controlling the message to prevent political blowback in their faces.

Somebody really needs to tell the White House that, when you want to create a new boogieman to scare the people with, you don't fill it with actual boogiemen.  The WH and the CIA have helped to create a monster that they cannot control.

You might look into who is driving efforts to criminalize speech in the us.

It isnt muslims - its feminists, statist leftists, and Zionist Jews.

And not just in the US.

You cherry pick an example, but there's a cherry orchard where you arent looking.

The most orwellian anti free speech legiskation is almost always engendered by Jewish groups re BDS and 'criticism' of Israel no matter what it does.

I'll worry about the Muslim Lobby's assault on speech when it is worth worrying about.

You seem to think this is bad?

I see it as an enormous success for our system's rapid evolution.

My kid's Spanish tutor worked at one of the local builder supply stores.  She told us she filled orders every day for $20K from builders who dealth in cash and couldn't speak English.

Rapid evolution wins.  Centrlized systems in evoltutionary arms races do not win in any longer run, and their losses are often surprizingly fast.

Our centralized systems doom us. Have doomed us, we see the dissolution of our country in most every day's news paper, and especially the few pages of small tabloid format.

Freedom is the answer, you can't have that without much simpler and more transparent systems, and that is what we are headed toward, nobody is going to put up with the kleptocracy past the next couple of years.

When is the last conversation you had with anyone where they did NOT express complete disgust with all politicians?  The best we can say about Trump is that he isn't a politcian.

Trump, btw, stepped over the line with 'schlonged'.  He is now irrelevant except as a continuing distraction from 9/11, the FF.

Time to start looking for what was going on behind the scenes, because TPTB saw that the moment it happened.  Do you notice that there are no detailed polls about Trump the way there usually are? Why do you suppose that is?

It is because of Trump's negatives. Hilary will win vs Trump because Trump offends too many people, and therefore Trump will not be the nominee, the nomination is back in AIPAC's control. The only question is how much of this was planned.

This article itself is a masterpiece of agitprop. Sow in several nuggets that appeal to a broad spectrum of your target subjects, all to cover up one or more carefully crafted and narrowly focused lies. In this case it appears to be the rabid anti-vaccination freaks at work. It just never ends.

Thu, 12/24/2015 - 00:05 | 6959176 Bazza McKenzie
Bazza McKenzie's picture

While I wouldn't claim your "contribution" is a masterpiece, it is certainly agitprop with its simple assertion that those who want the liberty (you know, that little thing mentioned in the Declaration of Independence) about what is put into their bodies are in your words "rabid freaks".

You offer no explanation, no argument, just an ad hominem attack on a position with which the founders clearly agreed.

You also fail to provide any reason why it matters to you other than an apparent disposition to thuggishness.  If vaccination works, get yourself vaccinated and let the "rabid freaks" do what they like.  You'll be protected and they won't.  Why do you care?  They'll all die off and you'll be fine, surely.  Unless of course in truth you aren't really sure of your claims but want to force everyone to take the same risks as you rather than the risks they choose for themselves.

Nice bait and switch. But I did get vaccinated, at 4 years old then again several more times and again just recently and you know what? Since WW2, I and virtually everyone else in North America and Europe DIDN"T get measles, mumps, rubella, scarlet fever, polio or a whole host of fatal and debilitating diseases that are making a comeback these days, thanks to anti-vaccination fools and their psuedo-sciencologist "researcher" enablers.

But I'll give you this: I can understand somebody holding off on shots until their children reach a safer age, say 4 or 5 years old (just before school or daycare) but to refuse vaccination completely puts thousands if not millions at risk as is empirically evident to all but the wilfully blind.

And your constitutional argument on this very subject fell many, many years ago, for obvious and very sensible reasons that the founders would indeed understand and agree with. That's why they included a framework for constitutional amendments and a supreme court. Your "rights" end where they affect, impinge or assault others. Odd that a Canadian has to explain this to an American, but there you go.

Don't get me wrong, your US constitution is a marvellous and magnificent thing and I am deeply envious that I do not share it. But it is really disturbing the way it is being either used for purposes it was never meant and/or deliberately misinterpreted to serve malevolent ends. Unfortunately the founders did not seem to foresee a complete breakdown of even basic morality on such a large scale. It seems unable to defend against all three levels of government colluding with the consent of large swathes of the population along for the ride.

I think you are demonstrably wrong on the above point, but you have the right to put whatever you want in your own body just as long as you don't force me to put it in mine.

Measles is even less of a threat than terrorism, which is less of a threat than lightning, which is less of a threat than having an accident. This is much more likely than getting the flu. Gun violence (30-40% of it is suicide) is way behind.

The real terrorism is top-down. Bottom-up can't reach the top.

Okay then, You get vaccinated and He does not.

You are immune to disease X and he is not.

So what do you care if he contracts disease X?

You're immunized, so You cannot catch it, only other people who opted not to be immunized can contract disease X.

His decision does not affect, impinge or assault your life in Any way shape or form; so why are you trying to assault and impinge upon His freedom of choice?

By the way, go outside and stab an unwilling someone with a hypodermic needle and see how quickly the words 'assault' and 'arrest' are shouted in your ear as the bracelets snap shut.

but to refuse vaccination completely puts thousands if not millions at risk as is empirically evident to all but the wilfully blind

See above; any decision to refuse vaccination can only put at risk 'thousands' or 'millions' who Also made the Decision to not get vaccinated. Those at 'risk' are at 'risk' because they preferred the 'risk' of contracting a disease to the 'risk' of pharmacological hype, and shiftless corporations who feel that mercury is a suitable component of their vaccines. Making the act of forcing people to put a substance into their body into Law is tyranny to all but the willfully blind; especially as you have the freedom to protect yourself if you feel the need, making this a 100% non issue -except for statist demogogues and the profit accounting department of Big Pharma.

Odd that a graduate of an American Public School has to explain this to a Canadian...

It's called freedom and "choice" is a basic tenet of the concept.

The "Informed Consent" section of the AMA's Code of Ethics says the following about how medical treatments are to be administered:

The patient should make his or her own determination about treatment. ...Informed consent is a basic policy in both ethics and law that physicians must honor, unless the patient is unconscious or otherwise incapable of consenting and harm from failure to treat is imminent.
The physician has an ethical obligation to help the patient make choices from among the therapeutic alternatives consistent with good medical practice.

Not a word from you on the vaccine injured and killed babies and children from you though you fucking statist coward; figured so.

I never said I didn't vaccinate my kids; it's none of your fucking business asshole, which is my point.  What I advocate is for the RIGHT not to have the STATE (which is comprised of far too many brain dead dipshits like you sucking off whatever propaganda nipple is in front of your face) FORCE me to engage in non-consented medical treatment.  Period.  Ever.

In a free world, free men make decisions regarding their own outcome and live with the consequences, but you've obviously struggled to grasp that basic concept - yet here you are on ZH, which tends to embrace the FREE CHOICE philosophy, which makes you at best terribly confused and at worse a paid troll.

Now, since you are such a believer in vaccinations then of course you aren't afraid of those that abstain because you know, vaccination is immunization which means you're protected against all those that abstain.   Except you don't believe it because if you did you wouldn't care WHAT people do since you're vaccinated and are now "safe".   Either way, no government policy is going to force free men to engage in forced medical practices or procedures; that's for slaves like you.

"...I feel kinda sad that your children..." (what passive aggressive bullshit) have to be raise by a daddy whose balls have obviously been put in a mason jar and kept under the sink.

Eventually nature takes care of everybody shitdick, including you.

Merry Christmas.

Vaccination is the same question in the war on drugs. Who owns your body? Do you own it? Does someone else own it? Does the collective own it? If the collective own's it, how does the collective control it?

Who owns you?

That's the real question. Arguing about vaccine risk/reward ratios is pointless. We accept there is one, but only an owner can decide what is appropiate risk for a certain reward. Which vaccines make sense and which do not. If that is decided by the state, then state owns us all.

At every other call of self ownership the state can always invoke the precedent it achieved with vaccines.

If housing is in the dumpster then a housing boom isn't far off.

If housing is booming the dumpster isn't far off.

If it's not what you know but who you know then a reverse of this isn't far off.

The goal of anyone in control is to freeze the cycle and stop it where they like it, thus the it's not what you know but who you know crowd wants to freeze the cycle there.

The problem with this is things get really done by the people who know how to do things and when they get wise to how bad they are getting hosed they just don't do anything anymore and presto there you have it.

The cycle you describe was the illusion.  The meaninglessness of the existence of the maestroes is behind the bait and switch.  Manipulation via media control to obscure the view of their parasitic existence on this now dead host has led us to our nightmare.  Totalitarianism which will be inescapable and irreversible, and every nation but Iceland is on board.  People bubble was intentional to saturate labor force and eliminate unions, while media painted the real message as a "crazy conspiracy conjured up in the minds of paranoid people who hate the govt."

By 2030 we hope to:
  • Rebuild community by replacing sprawl with compact, human scale urban fabric
  • Recognize and combat the negative impact of our built environment on physical, social and mental health
  • Adopt planning and urban design decisions that will make our cities more livable for children, elders, and the poor
  • Emphasize ethical land use patterns to reduce extreme economic disparities
  • Strengthen compact urban neighborhoods to maintain diversity of ethnic and cultural identity
  • Build multifunctional town squares that, like the ancient Greek agora or medieval marketplace, are capable of regenerating civic engagement and democratic participation

Liveable cities - A mayor with a vision - Destroying scenic Carmel by replacing it with "going green" projects.  Republican, James Brainard - who cannot lose an election.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Brainard

"Brainard believes in the science of climate change. He claimed, "You have to trust 97 percent of scientists. There's no question that the earth is warming. The numbers are what the numbers are." Because of Brainard's activity to create a health conscious community, Carmel has received various awards for its healthy living.

Because of his views, Brainard "was tapped to be on President Obama's Task Force on Climate Preparedness and Resilience. He [also] won first place honors from the 2008 Mayor's Climate Protection Awards Program."[4] In 2013, it was announced he would be "one of 26 local government representatives who make up a new task force to help communities deal with the effects of climate change" [5]

Another proposal for a group of wise people to run our society.  What a great idea.

We will just centralize the process of decentralization.  That will work.

Taking ownership of the doctor profession has been the single greatest tool for the powers that be, in enforcing their forced medical poisoning of the public. From fluoridated water as sponsored by dentists, to vaccines as sponsored by pediatricians and the entire medical 'industry,' the public takes the doctor's word as truth, as the human's tribal-mind has instinctual trust for the traditional role of the shaman/mystic/healer who has always helped the people for the better. It is only in recent times where the role of the shaman has been compromised and centralized, the olden good-knowledge replaced by 'modern' bad-knowledge, root-cause-elimination replaced by symptom-suppression, suggestion replaced by mandate.

My PhD psychologist friend expressed disgust at those who disapprove of vaccination. These are people who have the state-granted power to drug you into submission. Fvcken scary times...

Big Med is also responsible for squashing alternative therapies in this country.  if you ask American-trained doctors about Eastern medicine, such as Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), about 99% will tell you it's all a bunch of crap.  However, if TCM didn't work, why has it stayed around for thousands of years?

My wife's cousin, a Singaporean, recently suffered a hemorraghic stroke.  Her treatment in Singapore has been a combination of Western and Eastern medicines, such as acupuncture.  When my wife heard this, she was shocked.  She fully expected that her treatment would consist solely of Western medicine and is very pleased it's encompassing both cultures.

Big Med and Big Pharma here do everything they can to keep you reliant on their services and don't want to even let you investigate alternative therapies that might be cheaper and work in harmony with the Western treatments.  It's all about the FRN's for them.  Actual patient recovery and health is just a "nice to have".

I cant wait until we find out all that is hidden about GMO.  You have to be an idiot to trust that these people don't have ulterior motives.  That man that was ruined over his rat GMO study just won his latest court case.  How much did we hear about what a fraud he was?  The rats in his study died early and many were covered with hideous tumors.  He has republished his study and here are some of the affects..

"Glyphosate-based herbicides cause teratogenic, tumorigenic and hepatorenal effects."

"These effects could be explained by endocrine disruption and oxidative stress.  Some effects were detected in the range of the recommended acceptable daily intake."

GMO:

"Biochemical analyses confirmed very significant chronic kidney deficiencies, for all treatments and both sexes; 76% of the altered parameters were kidney-related. In treated males, liver congestions and necrosis were 2.5 to 5.5 times higher. Marked and severe nephropathies were also generally 1.3 to 2.3 times greater. In females, all treatment groups showed a two- to threefold increase in mortality, and deaths were earlier. This difference was also evident in three male groups fed with GM maize. All results were hormone- and sex-dependent, and the pathological profiles were comparable. Females developed large mammary tumors more frequently and before controls; the pituitary was the second most disabled organ; the sex hormonal balance was modified by consumption of GM maize and Roundup treatments. Males presented up to four times more large palpable tumors starting 600 days earlier than in the control group, in which only one tumor was noted. These results may be explained by not only the non-linear endocrine-disrupting effects of Roundup but also by the overexpression of the EPSPS transgene or other mutational effects in the GM maize and their metabolic consequences."

If a tobacco company sponsors a scientific study, the result is obviously suspect to most people.  If a pharmaceutical corporation sponsors a study, it is "settled science" and only lunatics would question the results.  In fact, ask the average pro-forced-vaccination rube and they won't even know the source of the "science" they are attempting to preach from their soapbox.

If you want to shoot yourself up with every kooky mixture under the sun, feel free.  But to demand everyone else do so as well is the same mentality that led to the Jonestown Massacre.

No thanks.  Worry about yourself more, and stop worrying about what everyone else is or isn't doing you ridiculous busybody fucks.

Well at least you can freely criticize Israel, its war crimes, brutal occupation, spying, and perpetual meddling in American politics.

Right, hasbarats?

What internet do you surf? The one I'm on is full of criticism of Israel, and of Jews in general. Quite amazing for a people driven half extinct a generation ago, and today who only make up a tiny fraction of the population. Yet they get tons of attention from people with some gripe or another. And I bet they wouldn't want it any other way.

Anti-semitism is our masters' oldest disinformation campaign. Letting the rabble blame the Jews for the troubles in the near east is far more convenient than tolerating criticism of the real culprits.

Which is it - the state of Israel does *not* do as alleged, or We arent supposed to criticize it because its a colonial settler state made up of Jews?

You really ought to make up your mind.

The oldest trick in *your* book is replying to a comment about a state and government by raising 'anti-Semitism.'

Get some new ones, mate. That one makes you look like a dishonest, mindless shill who simply defines out of state violence and terror any act committed by your tribe.

Its petty, simple, hypocritical ultra-nationalism.

And that's all it is.

The Jewish state does what it has to do to survive. Sometimes that means shooting Arabs. At least once, it has meant threatening to drop H-bombs into the banksters' laps if they sit back and let the Arabs destroy Israel. Israelis have learned the hard way that Jew-haters from Mecca to Manhattan are rarely persuaded by anything but lethal force or the credible threat thereof.

If this bothers you, address your complaints to the bastards in the financial capitals of the Gentile world who've been bankrolling Judenhass and those who would make war on the Jews for centuries. If you can find it in your heart to forgive the Jews for refusing to play nice anymore because it only gets them killed, that is.

Yes, Israel is a settler state. So is America. The Kahane solution worked like a charm in the American West. On the contrary, the West would not have been won without shooting savages and driving them out. There won't be peace in Israel either till the job is done.

Another of those things that's only a crime against humanity when Jews do it, I suppose.

I look out of the window and it is raining yet they tell me it is sunshine.

The nice part is the only way they maintain power is THROUGH PERPETUAL LIES suggesting only more and more suppressive laws on populations will do any good. I mean it is not like they have the money to bribe the population no more which is all they have ever done.

Since 2008, watching all the squirming, financial manipulations, etc. there sure seems to be alot less for them to manipulate and room to manouvre to keep themselves in power.
