Caught On Tape: Russian Fighter Jets Destroy Huge ISIS Oil Convoy In Transit To Turkey
One month ago, after a farcial year-long campaign to "destroy" ISIS, which achieved absolutely nothing but made the Islamic State grow bigger and stronger, culminating with the numerous terrorist attacks in the month of November, former CIA deputy director Michael Morell told Charlie Rose on PBS that the reason the US had never actually gone after the lifeblood of the ISIS regime, its oil supply chain, infrastructure and products, was because "we didn’t want to do environmental damage, and we didn’t want to destroy that infrastructure."
In other words, the threat of a CO2 emissions spike from bombarding a convoy of ISIS oil tanker trucks far outweighs the millions of dollars in funds it would bring and fund the teaching of hundreds of new terrorists how to blow themselves up in the middle of Paris.
As to not "wanting" to destroy that infrastructure, one wonders why: was it because a down payment had been made by the "president" of NATO-member Turkey?
Luckily as the clip below shows, the Russian military, which has had dramatic success in taking out not only the front end of ISIS (such as today's elimination of the top "rebel leader" Zahran Alloush), but the all too critical back "infrastructure" end, has no such qualms.
So much success, in fact, that the "terrorists", as the Russian Ministry of Defense bluntly calls them, have been forced to deploy new oil trafficking routes to escape the Russian airstrikes.

So far, however, this is not helping, and while ISIS continues to transit as much oil as it possibly can to Turkey where it is subsequently processed and sold to the rest of the world, Russia is making sure that as little of this oil survives and can be monetized, incidentally something the US military should have been doing from day one and paradoxically, something it has yet to do.
Here is a clip released by the Russian Ministry of Defense demonstrating the most severe attack yet by Russian fighter jets on a massive ISIS oil tanker convoy.
And just in case it is still unclear where these trucks are headed, here is another clip showing ISIS oil trucks crossing the Syrian-Turkish border.

Vlad, keep blowing those fucking CIA shitstains to their long awaited 400 lb. virgins.
"...former CIA deputy director Michael Morell told Charlie Rose on PBS that the reason the US had never actually gone after the lifeblood of the ISIS regime, its oil supply chain, infrastructure and products, was because "we didn’t want to do environmental damage, and we didn’t want to destroy that infrastructure."
I would love to jam a baseball bat into his dirty whore mouth.
Indeed. Obviously the military doesn't give a shit about environmental damage. Just as obviously, the infrastructure they don't want to damage is that controlled by multi-national oil interests for whom they work.
Nice...that's what happens when O-traitor goes on vacation golfing in Hawaii and doesn't drop warning leaflets ahead of time to let his terrorists know the bombs are coming.
I'm surprised the DroneMaster/Hospital Blaster hasn't awarded the Medal of Freedom to Charlie Rose yet.
so depleted uranium is good for the enviroment?
not to mention the sarin gas turkey supplied to isis to run the false flag attack that the obama administration used to originally justify attacking syria.
Get them good Vlad!
Share my New Years Resolution. This year will be different. GOD is going to take the gloves off in the fight club. NO more Mr. Nice Guy. Prepare accordingly, bitchez!

If ever there was a whore which was totally owned by the media cunts, it is surely Chuck Rose.
funny how trumps plan on this subject is working nicely shortly after he mentioned it in the first debates.
Depleted Uranium is not radioactive. It's quite literally Uranium that has been depleted of the radioactive and unstable U-238. It's what's left after you extract the dangerous stuff from it, hence it's "depleted".
I've always wondered why they don't use something like Osmium
Depleted Uranium is not radioactive
<facepalm>
Why do you think they call it "depleted", not "purified" or something to that meaning?
Depleted comes out of the centrifuges depleted of the radioactive isotope which is called ENRICHED uranium.
Not that I expect you to know anything about physics or materials, after all the shit I have seen you post about AGW Malix.
So you dumbshit believes it is possible to get all U-235 (and Plutonium and other radioactive Uranium isotopes, if it's part of a re-enrichment) out of the U-238?
You've just proven you have no clue about physics.
They call themselves the fucking Army of Islam, how much more clearly do they need to fucking telegraph it? Moderates, lol.
Depleted, not eliminated. Two different things.
from wiki:
(Natural uranium contains about 0.72% of its fissile isotope U-235, while the DU used by the U.S. Department of Defense contain 0.3% U-235 or less).
So about 40%.
Then there's the similarity to lead and it's well know effect on health.
All this in a region composed of highly abrasive sand, with frequent wind storms blowing it just about everywhere, so yeah... it's a problem
In that case heavy metal posioning would occur even if they used lead cored rounds in tha Gau-8.
Simple answer, don't start fights with countries that have bigger guns than you.

Nassim Taleb author of The Black Swan, seems to be supporting Trump on Twitter.
Now he's starting to defend the Trump phenomenon, not by outright endorsing him or anything like that, but by going on the attack against his moronic and dishonest detractors. He's also started pointing out how there are lots of folks in polite society who may not be open about their support for Trump, but will confess it after a few Christmas party drinks. A recent poll among Taleb's Twitter followers shows 59% support for Trump, with 46% willing to admit it without having to imbibe any Christmas party drinks.
His recent efforts to really go to bat for The Donald seem to be related to Putin's favorable words about Trump, and Trump's reciprocation, hinting at a future where America and Russia are closer to being allies than enemies, particularly over foreign policy in the Middle East. Taleb is even more open about his man-crush on Putin, whom he says many Christians of the Levant, like himself, see as a protector of Orthodox Christianity in the eastern Mediterranean.

Didnt stop them from filling the middle east with depleted uranium dust. Bunch of wankers. Now they care about the environment lol.
Yeah, the world's greatest environmental criminals hiding behind 'environmental concerns' while they beat us over the head and tax us for breathing... fuck-em
I don't now, Monsanto does great things for nature
Don't forget the agent orange they dropped all over Vietnam resulting in hundreds of thousands of babies being born deformed and millions dying of cancer. The Pentagram is truly staffed with evil assholes
The same people who made Agent Orange are making your food now too.
Who wants some delicious Monsanto GMO's?!
'Muricah.
How easy is it to extract this oil from the ground? It seems to me that such equipment must be fixed in a limited number of locations, and take considerable effort to set up and maintain. Wouldn't it be even better to destroy that infrastructure?
Would you believe that ISIS shoplifts the oil from the shelves of a middle-east equivalent of 7-11?
Ok, me neither.
I think they've done some of that, but the wells are in Iraq from what I understand. The Iraqi govt hasn't fully given the green light to Russia yet. A powerful govt listening to the wishes of a sovereign country, imagine that.
Iraq are busy finding their feet, they have learnt a lot from Syria, it will hopefully not be long before they kick out the USSA terrorists and let Russia help sort it out.
What is the world coming to?
"Wouldn't it be even better to destroy that infrastructure?"
Nope!
The goal is to TRANSFER ownership of that infrastructure from the USA/ISIS/Turkey BACK to Assad.
Russia doesn't want to hand Assad a wasteland; he needs the infrastructure's revenue to run the country.
>>Your friends' home has a roach infestation; you come over to "aid" in the removal of the roaches; your first move is to burn his house to the ground?
Russia is an oil producer. Blow up the infrastructure, kill the enemy, send in an oilfield service company and fix the Wells.
Russian boys would have it producing again in a day with leaks.
Canadian boys would have it spit polished, A1, in a week.
American boys would spend a month selling junk bonds to Frac! Then subcontract to a Turkish oilfield service company.
But those junk bonds would be as good as gold!
/s
I wouldn't think the oil wells need to be destroyed, merely crippled or the terminals crippled. Damn those images of the tankers is like a pipeline on wheels. How the hell are those guys getting the oil refined for fuel in the trucks? A little warning in the refining or distribution hub would be mighty effective too.
I may be an arm chair strategist but... given the power to command I could have directed the castration of ISIS as a regional force.
By the way, any correlation with the Egyptian Deity Isis and ISIS? Osiris was the son of Isis and the obelisk represents Osiris. Isis/Osiris from the star Sirius. Interesting there is an obelisk in DC and the Vatican. The Pope wears a fish hat which has its origins in ancient Babylon and among the Dogon people of Mali.
I've recently heard a theory that the Khazars ( Zionists ) organized the Knights Templar founded in 1111 AD and endorsed by the Pope in 1129 AD. (1111 and 11(2+9=11)11). The Knights were the spear head to retake Jerusalem from the Muslims. the Knights Templar established Switzerland in 1291 ( 1 [ 2+9= 11] 11). The Templar Knights issued letters of credit (bankers), and though pledged to poverty lived in comparative luxury and gained vast land holdings. They were also exempted from all local laws by the Pope (sound familiar? International bankers are not prosecuted). It seems the French King Philip IV was deeply in debt to the Knights Templar and organized to wipe them out. The Temple Church in the City State of the inner city of London is still used for ceremonial and other secret purposes. This is where the Inns of Court originated from which sprang the ever more complex English and US law.
Re. Refining the oil. I understand there are small, diy setups around the Syrian desert that refine the oil, probably makig diesel. Someone said the oil comes from Iraq. It comes from, that is, it is stolen from Syria and Iraq.
There are oil refineries in Turkey, just the other side of the border.
Agent Orange is now called 24d and it is used instead of "roundup" as that was not toxic enough , so all those people who think they are gluten intolerant think again maybe you are Agent Orange intolerant .
Let's also remember thousands American servicemen who are suffering (died) with rare forms of Cancer. Thank you Uncle Sam.
I guess you haven't heard that Agent Orange is having to be used in The States now because weeds have become so resistant to Round-up and are over-running plots of land...
Years ago I tried some round up between pathway stones. It worked pretty good at first but a couple of weeks later a more virulent weed appeared so I stopped using it.
Our farm is organic. The food is excellent. Chemical farming is more expensive as you have to buy all that stuff.
Dr Rokke covered a lot of that. He wrote the book for the US army on use, handling and clean up but they never do that last part. A half life around a billion years (yes with a B). As fine a dust as Talcum powder and every time the wind blows it gets inhaled by civilians, animals etc. A weapon on par with chemical or biological weapons that have been banned.

That video is a real eye opener.
What about all that heroin the coksuckers had sent over here?
I upvoted you.
But the heroin trade will never stop, the demand is here to stay. People will always seek paradise and since it's getting more and more difficult to find they result for the temporary chemical paradise route.
I was told by a guy with a doctorate degree in organic chemistry that depleted uranium isn't harmful. Granted he does work in the defense contracting industry, but the use of depleted uranium has no bearing on his job security. I don't know, but it seems silly that everyone jumps to conclusions just because of the word uranium. Uranium is a naturally occurring element on our planet, you know.
This "guy with a doctorate degree". what is his name so we can look up his LinkedIn profile and read papers he has done on these claims?
Ask him about the health risks of lead (Pb). Lead and Uranium are chemically similar and have similar effects on human health. It's not just radiation that's an issue here.
"Similar" covers a lot of territory.
Similarity breeds contempt.
Prostitutin fucked up his Syrian campaign by pissing off Iranians. Iranians are pulling out their ground forces from Syria after this asshole allowed Israelis to bomb Iranian allies near Damask.
Iranian denunciated Russians as Israeli's puppets.Iranians did not forget that UN sanctions were imposed on them with Russian help.
Turkey must have realized that that they made a mistake by shooting the Russian plane while believing NATO would back them up.
Interesting to see what will Turkey do in retaliation. Or, what will take to get there. I mean, how many convoys will Turkey have to lose before they go after Russia’s logistics.

Turks have aligned with the UkroNazis attempting to blockade Crimea - e.g. stopping local Ukrainian farmers selling food to Crimea, as well as attempting to cut electricity suppies. The Turks have proposed blockading ships heading to Sevastopol. That should work out OK (/sarc). Bring it on.
Please understand: he expects you American citizens to believa his statement. So, what has he taken you for?
Depleted Uranium ammunitions, it's what's for breakfast in Fallujah.
Depleted Uranium, Iraq, Afghanistan?
Now they care?
Patience people, after the holidays, a top notch PR firm will come up with a better answer as to why U.S. leaders have been coddling ISIS. Then we can patriotically forget about those awkward Richard Pryor-esque first batch of lies.
Why didn't Charlie mention that the USA didn't seem to mind the depleted Uranium they plastered Iraq with only a few years ago?
Because Charlie likes to get invited back to the Bilderberg meetings, and doesn't think that would happen if he actually, like, dared to quetion one of his 'important' guests.
because pbs in its entirety is working 24/7 for zionism?
Lets hope they are all Conchita Wursts. Then again, they might enjoy that.
You know all of this trade with Turkey could stop overnight if there was some sort of accident at that refinery.
Can´t we have some mood music to go with those drone vids?

Oh, those pesky Russians are gonna have to buy SO many carbon credits from Goldman Sachs for that.
Attribute it to just another expense making the Feel-Good Christmas Movie of this year.
Like shooting Fish in a Barrel.
Point blank.
With a shotgun.
Those oil tank trucks used to be driven by Saudi drivers. Last year, there was an article in the UK Daily Telegraph (I think) that said how Syrians had killed a Saudi driver and in retaliation Daesh had wiped out an entire Syrian village, killing everyone. Everyone including Putin knows that Saudi Arabia is Obama's organ grinder.
And to think that this entire Saudi capture of the US is the result of bankers wanting to keep the petrol dollar alive so they can print themselves money.
Saudi does what the US tells them to do. And they can’t be happy. One great example is the price of oil. Saudis are not happy to have to cut their commodity by over 50% .
I understand that the whole world is in the edge. About to collapse at any time. Still, I don’t see how anyone that runs a business can survive when he has to cut his prices by over 50%.
The Sauds know the Fed/Rothschilds have their back. The Sauds are still making money -- their only issue is keeping their sheep population in welfare so they look the other way when the royals run around with golden toilets and snorting coke from hundred dollar bills. It takes $50 or $60 oil to keep up the sheep herd payments. If all else fails, declare a jihad on someone and take all of those young men off the streets.
All good points. And probably correct.
and if the victim has oil and gas reserves, steal those reserves! the jihad will pay for itself and make profit too!
If Saudi Arabia is the organ grinder does that make Obama H. the monkey? Oh shit, I need a safe space and I don't have any in my home!!
I am confused though, as I thought Reggie was Obama's organ grinder.
Reggie is man tranny Michelles homo lover. Obama has been fucking Ben Finkenbinder since his Senate campaign days.
Fine.
Bomb them some more. A lot more.
Since Assad's troops don't control the border checkpoint on the Syrian side, it would be more effective to take out the lead trucks in convoy right before they pass the checkpoint, then take out the trailing trucks, and finally the middle trucks. Then there would be a giant steel wreck preventing any further trucks from crossing border.

Ha ha ha
The border crossing shown in the video is Zakho, Iraq not Syria. The question then is where was the convy?
Also the resolution on Google map is now poorer then in the past. You could count the trucks before noepw you can't.
Michael Morell is a douchebag toady.
He is also a zio dual shit-i-zen with that name.
We KNOW that the reasoning the CIA is ginving is pure bullshit.
Could have pretty much stopped it by bombing the fuck out of the PATHWAY, and keep doing it such that it makes it nearly impossible to pass. Anything getting through would then be bombed, and that number wouldn't be very high because it's pretty damn hard to turn tankers into 4x4 to get through craters.
No, the CIA is just giving stories that the gullable, cannon-fodder public will swallow so that htey cantinue to keep the money flows goiing (and keep everyone in fear).
I was thinking the same thing. Now you've got to ask the question: Why wouldn't Russia be doing that?
Yes, willwork4food, Why. Seems lots of people are starting to wonder why the roads aren't simply blocked with craters, why we don't see low level strafing runs taking out miles at a time with every truck being hit, There's something else going on here that we havn't caught on to yet. I've also wondered from day one about the poor video quality - worse than a cell phone camera. There was better detail in the Gulf War. Mysteries...
As an afterthought, compare this to the Highway Of Death in Kuwait. Something fishy here. Also, don't the Russians have something comparable to the Gatlin Gun on a low-level strafer? Every truck in a ten mile convoy should be burning within just a few minutes. (A10 Warthogs)
Destroying every single truck is not the Russians agenda. They, could have used helicopters and destroy them all, but they just want to scare them.
Eventually they will be destroying them if they don't stop with the illegal oil business.
Putins political agenda could involve kicking the neocon warmongers, MIC, and central banksters in the nuts in dribs and drabs, in order to piss them off while simultaneously giving them plenty of rope to hang themselves. Perhaps he wants to make them suffer too, or to entice them to risk even more blatant support for ISIS in retaliation. Their best choice is to shut the fuck up and try to enjoy getting kicked in the nuts on a daily basis.
Correct, rather than use bombs they could have used their Su-25 (similar to an A-10) to shoot them up with their cannon or rockets.
There must be a reason why they didn't.
They do. The equivalent would probably be a MI-24 Hind helicopter or SU-25 Frogfoot close air support aircraft.
This oil convoy stuff is mainly in the far east of Syria / Iraq. It is well outside attack helicopter range from their base at Latakia and close to the limit for Su-25 ground attack aircraft. Once the Kuweiries airbase is secured, then such things will be possible.
The US of course could do this easy as pie if it was really interested in fighting ISIS rather than using it as a proxy force.
There was a lot that was interesting in Hersch's article this week, but what grabbed my attention was that one of the recipients of US military intelligence against isis was the Russian military. These guys have been talking and trading for awhile and I'm not sure we know their agenda.
Seer: "Could have pretty much stopped it by bombing the fuck out of the PATHWAY, and keep doing it such that it makes it nearly impossible to pass. Anything getting through would then be bombed, and that number wouldn't be very high because it's pretty damn hard to turn tankers into 4x4 to get through craters."
willwork4food: "I was thinking the same thing. Now you've got to ask the question: Why wouldn't Russia be doing that?"
Kirk: Because the conflict is a great opportunity to showcase MIC toys, and thus boost arms sales to prospects and existing clients.
Also, as another blogger here suggested, they could use an aerial armored gunship (like the US Warthog), to machine-gun the key trucks and create an non-passable traffic jam. But that's all low tech stuff that the German Luftwaffe handled routinely in WW2. This would no boost the arms sales of Guided Missiles systems, which this is clearly all about: MARKET SHARE. Duh!
What, you don't think that this is what happens and how their sales/marketing guys in every MIC in every country think? You think that the Russian MIC is exempt from this real-world thinking? If you don't, then you lead a very "sheltered" life.
its pretty much flat packed dirt, you bomb a convoy they just go around it. a fuel air over the hundred truck convoy would make a pretty christmas flash. and cut the number of trucks, and drivers willing to drive them
Yes, I figured this, but, there's still the issue of general direction and at some point they're venturing so far off any straight line that it's going to be tougher and tougher (longer travel times = stresses on logistics).
My comments were meant to question why the US didn't even try it if they were serious about environmental issues. I mean, what a PERFECT opportunity to both: 1) Claim to be doing something, and showing bombs dropping; 2) Say that they're being sensitive to environmental damage by hitting tankers directly; 4) It could have precluded Russia from getting into that area; and 4) Burning through a lot of bomb means more money flowing through the MIC.
ISIS would just hold the drivers' families hostage and force them to drive the trucks.
I wonder what's the CIA's cut from these illegal sales. I bet they make more from stolen oil than they did from Afghan heroine.
Merry Christmas.. Mr Putin send them to Allah fast 40 virgins ( Goats) await them..lol
With a little luck, maybe they can figure out how to take out their bankers, too.
Mikhail Khodorkovsky, who once was “the wealthiest man in Russia (with a fortune of over $15 billion) and one of the richest people in the world,” aspires to turn Russia into a revolutionary cell. He has declared that revolution in Russia is inevitable and, according to the Associated Press, “could happen as soon as 2018.”
http://www.veteranstoday.com/2015/12/24/mikhail-khodorkovsky-wants-revol...
khordokowsky is now a bloodless zombie worm he lost everything due to his own stupidity. he did not understood what he was given and what position he was given
he was warned several times direcly
maybe he was too young to understandand what his position, which was given to him is. or he simply lost ground under his feet.
all he can do now, is give interviews for money the second biggest russian jew oligarch loser after berezovsky
He understood everything properly. Maybe you missed his main partner in Yukos oil business in Russia: Jacob Rothschild.
This is not a secret, try googling for it. Chodorkovski has always had full support of the globalists.
The Russians have issued an international arrest warrant for his part in the murder of a city mayor in the 1990s.
Hopefully, he gets an all expenses paid trip to the Black Dolphin resort.

Your use of paragraphs is.... do you have downs syndrome?

Why is that slime still sucking O2?
A very good day.
I just can't believe Putin was able to checkmate them do easily.
Perhaps the thing not to be able to believe is how badly the U.S. forces have been hamstrung so badly that they should just stay home.
Are you wanting the US to be intervening there? If not, then how about stating that US forces shouldn't even be over there in the first place? But, to me, and I spot Party Pussy shit a mile away, this is yet another one of those low-level digs at the current political jack ass (in order to get one's own jack ass in power).
That's a whole bunch of carbon credits right there!
The Russians are doing good but even their efforts are not effective enough. When they filmed the 12,000 oil tankers in Iraq on the Turkey border they should have been on the phone to Iraq getting permission to launch some cruise missiles. Putin said a few days ago that they are not getting the results they would like to see and they may have to up the class of weapons they are using. I been advocating their version of the daisy cutter bombs. ISIS want's to use terror tactics (beheading organ harvest etc.) Give some back to them and do incredible destruction to them and their equipment. These bombs don't do environmental damage other than if there are trees in the area they will be sawdust. The desert is the perfect area to use these weapons.
And I've been advocating their use of field-testing the FOAB.
If that doesn't put the fear of their favorite Desert-Deity (El/Elohim/Yahweh or Allah) into them, then nothing will.
I would like to see the Russians use SU 29's riding air cover while Su 25 Frog Foots chew up these oil truck columns. I think the Russians are being very careful to protect their personnel and pilots.
Sickening that Turkey, the USA and others keep lying about their support of ISIS.
Russian bombing seems so ineffective. 200 trucks, a dozen destroyed at best. Hopefully they at least did the necessary reruns to wipe them out.
Putin, you may need those tanker's with the oil later...keep them constructing roads.
tanker jamming
It's just a matter of the time, USA backed ISIS Terrorists are finished off and the Russians go after the USA.
not likely, though the bloodthirsty arm chair war mongers in US govt and corporate who profit from death and destruction would love such a scenario
Charlie Rose = CFR
Globalization full force with all these conflicts. Every one of the "hotspots" in the world is a sovereign nation not lining up with IMF/World bank/CB's agenda. We'll never hear the truth regarding the globalization efforts underway.
They have the money printing machines, war machines and the brainwashed minds to march forward thanks to Charlie Rose, CNN, Time, Fox News, etc.

"We are grateful to The Washington Post, The New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years. It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subject to the bright lights of publicity during those years. But, the work is now much more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national autodetermination practiced in past centuries."
David Rockefeller, founder of the Trilateral Commission, in an address to a meeting of The Trilateral Commission, in June, 1991.
An intellectual elite (and world bankers). And just who constitutes said "intellectual elite" will be determined by, I imagine, the bankers.
One man's intellectual elite is another man's media shills. I'd say there've been quite a few posters on the Hedge, over the years, who qualify as "intellectual elite". But I doubt they are the ones Rockefeller has in mind for ruling the world. Trav for king of the world? Frances Sawyer?
Funny how most of them have been banned.
Intellectual Elite = Luciferians, Kabalists and Talmudists, steering and sponsoring their army of intellectual minions.
The Elite conjures up their Vision of the world and what is "should" be, and then it's up to the minions to come up with the rest, to make it reality.
What we're really talking about, is the rise of NEO_FEUDALISM -- this time on an unprecedented global scale: With J'lem as the World Capital. Thus, the UN will move fron NY. But not to neutral Geneva, as you'd expect, but to J'lem as planned.
Looks like you've arrived at the same place I have, Kirk. "Greater Israel" has become "the world". Those fuckers are planning on ruling everything. They already do, in the background, through ownership of the financial system. But that ain't enough, they want a crown and a throne.
Likely it requires the mutual destruction of the US and Russia, with China thrown in. We do seem to be on track for that. Fallback is self-destruction, for the US at least, and that seems to becoming increasingly likely. And we know from 9/11 that Israel has compromised all the military IT systems, I would guess that they could launch a nuclear strike from the US any time they like, on any country, including the US itself. I'd suggest that if we saw a sudden exodus of dual citizens from the US to the homeland, it would be time to start digging....
Amazing the parallels with the Protocols. Almost like it was a real document.
Gee?...
I wonder if any representatives from Langley Virginia and the Pentagon were in those convoys?...
If there were we're certainly not going to be hearing about it other than witnessing John McCain pop another artery in his forhead and perhaps another group of "lone stars" mysteriously showing up on the black granite wall inside CIA HQs "honoring them".
Merry Christmas to all those families that have covert/special ops folks that will never be coming home ever again including their charred "burnt to a crisp remains" in a cardboard box because your government will tell the World they were never in those places or that they existed when indeed they did exist and were probably there doing the usual illegal treasonous shit for another "paycheck" flushing their God and Country further down the shit hole!!!
Don't hold back....say what you feel.
I knew someone who was a college grad but had kind of weird jobs outside the USA usually loosely connected to the US Govt. He came off as kind of a slacker but he was very smart and could be manipulative.
One day the family gets a message that he was dead in a hotel in a third world country. He is brought home and buried. Nothing more was ever said. He was the type who could blend into a crowd and be almost faceless. Not too tall or short and very average.
I was pretty sure he was See Eye Aye or State Dept which is See Eye Aye. .
I saw miles on end of tankers at that border crossing....why in the fuck they didin't take the entire shitshow out of commission is beyond my understanding. IN stead of a missle barrage...how about carpet bombing the fuck out of the entire convoy. Just straffing the MoFo's would have lit up the whole place.
Because the convoy had crossed the border. Russians won't attack them once they cross into Turkey.
That was the POINT of the second video. To see the convoy crossing INTO Turkey.
This shit is REALLY fucked-up.
It was show the world that ISIS is running oil for Turkey and ZATO.
I think since that time they have been hitting them. The Russians claimed as of Christmas Day that they have destroyed 2,000 oil tanker trucks. 2,000 is a lot of trucks. Probably enough to string from NYC to Wash DC. Or NYC to Boston.
If you look at the video again, it looks like most of the trucks are cargo trucks and not the usual rounded tanker. Perhaps Russia has some intel that they are using 50 gal barrels too. If not, it looks like they left most of the cargo trucks alone.
Russia should setup it's own checkpoints supported with air power. Inspect all the trucks, kill drivers of crude and divert the crude to Assad.
55 gallon barrels, not 50.

Because, as I've already said above (Sat, 12/26/2015 - 10:26 | 6964996)...
This would no boost the arms sales of Guided Missiles systems, which this is clearly all about: MIC MARKET SHARE. Duh!
What, you don't think that this is what happens and how their sales/marketing guys in every MIC in every country think? You think that the Russian MIC is exempt from this real-world thinking? If you don't, then you lead a very "sheltered" life.

p.s. to prior post: The Market Share motivation aside, it allows the Russian MIC to come up with Upgrade revs or their HW/SW systems and field test them. Just at the Americans, Brits and French do.
speaking as a nubee, for all the detail ZH goes into in examining these activities, this is nothing new. and i am familiar with the term "that was then this is now".
these ratlines were developed over thirty years ago by saddam hussein. loading oil in tankers and sending them overland was his private business stealing oil from his own country.
gee i wonder if that was the reason for the initial PG1 campaign back in 1990. maybe SH was getting greedy and skimming off the top, like the guys in vegas used to do. and as most of that was done pre-internet, no, i don't have links of photographs as proof. i am, however, still resident of enough memory to recall news reports of this activity. at the time no one paid it any heed.
Iraq presents other challenges for squeezing ISIS revenues. According to Matthew Levitt, an analyst at the Washington Institute, ISIS has monopolized a wide network of smuggling routes and underground pipelines that were built under former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein, employing several of the same logistical tactics as the former leader. Ninawa remains the main hub for cross-border smuggling operations and both Hussein’s regime and ISIS have relied on the local Turkmen population (also known as Turkoman) -- the third largest ethnic minority in Iraq -- to run the smuggling networks, according to Kyle W. Orton, an independent Middle East analyst.
and here i though kyle orton was an NFL quarterback.

my point is, as you can tell by the magnitude, this operation has not developed overnight. it has been decades in the making. it is just a different criminal cartel now has control.
so, when isis is dislodged are these ratlines going to stop? yeah, good luck with that. over three decades some raghead has been driving a tanker over the same route for different people. how many of you have had the same job for three decades? maybe now the drivers can get obamacare?
A very big convoy of trucks. Very few trucks were actually hit. I am sure it scared the drivers and I would not be one - but this was not an effective attack. As soon as the jet was gone they just drive around any wrecks and continue.
Has anyone seen the effective bombing of the Iraqi convoys trying to return from Kuwait? I believe they called it the highway of death. When those convoys were hit all the vehicles were destroyed. There were scores of bodies outside the vehicles. And how many years ago was that?
Does Putin not have the proper weapons or does he want to allow a majority of the trucks to go through?
I've wondered the same thing. I believe the US actually strafed that long line of trucks out of Kuwait. Why the Russians don't do the same is a mystery.
Looks like were all thinking the same thing. No road cratering for blockage or "Gatlin-Gunning" miles of convoy with smaller aircraft. Something happening here we don't know about.
