Something Went Wrong In Baltimore
It has been a bloody year in Baltimore, that much everyone knows, but as The Economist shows, something changed dramatically after Freddie Gray's death in April...
On November 14th the police department reported the city’s 300th homicide in 2015, a total not seen since 1999.
The surge in killings in the majority-black city of roughly 623,000 began after the death on April 19th of Freddie Gray, a 25-year-old black man who was fatally injured while in police custody. Since Mr Gray’s death the city has recorded 244 homicides, a 78% increase over the same period in 2014, representing more than 100 additional deaths.
Criminologists and city officials disagree as to the causes:
- Some say police have deliberately pulled back from poor, black neighbourhoods, a theory that the police disputes.
- Others blame an influx of drugs from pharmacies looted during the April riots.
- A third theory is that a decline in trust between the police and the policed has had deadly consequences: fewer residents talk to the police, which leads to fewer murders being solved, which - by lowering the odds of being caught - results in more murders.
Whatever the reason, the killing continues. Just hours after the 300th murder, police reported a shooting in the city’s Westport neighbourhood, the fourth homicide of the day. The total for the year now stands at 305.

A cop has a great salary, great pension, and great benefits. He and his family enjoys this great standard of living. Why the fuck would any cop do any proactive policing and end up on the front page of the newspaper? Being on the frontpage of a newspaper probably means goodbye pension, benefits, family and salary.
Hence, crime and homicides spike.
Of course, stupid ass liberal policies such as welfare dont contribute to crime at all. Why would anyone commit a crime if they were working (unless you are a bankster)?

Carefully check your weapon, get on the loadspeaker, and announce your presence. Then, slowly step out of the car after your backup arrives, and start talking to the nearest residents about what they think they heard, progressing toward the crime scene very carefully after a good ten minute conversation with potential witnesses. in the meantime, whoever it was, is in the next county. File a really great report, then head to the doughnut shop.

I’ve noticed a trend: The more that white people apologize, the more they get mocked. The more they concede, the more that is demanded of them. The more frequently they make gestures of goodwill, the more they get emotionally sandblasted with malicious rhetoric about how “whiteness” is a poison that needs to be uprooted and eradicated. And what’s bitterly funny is that these well-meaning but fatally clueless Caucasoids can’t seem to figure out why this is happening.
The reason is simple: Self-hatred is never attractive, neither individually nor collectively, no matter who’s expressing it. It didn’t reflect well on blacks when movie clowns such as Mantan Moreland was bugging his eyes out and saying “Feets don’t fail me now!,” nor was it appealing when the heavy-lidded Stepin Fetchit played a shuffling, servile black idiot in every appearance.
Yet the default Virtue Mode these days for any white person who doesn’t want to be forever banished beyond the Pale—or should that be into the Pale?—is to bend over, grab their ankles, wince, and scream, “Pleeze, Massa, don’t hurt me!” They are sheltered and stupid enough to see such behavior as a virtue rather than a weakness. They appear to view it as a survival strategy rather than an invitation to murder.

How does this compare to other similar cities during the same timeframe? Is it a problem nationwide, regionally, or limited to Baltimore?
Looking at the charts it appears a comparison has been made.
If you look closely, you'll realize the chart is deceptive -- the blue lines stop at 2014, the red line continues to 2015, so no comparison has been made.
Meanwhile in Chicago: 2015 saw nearly 470 homicides in Chicago, where more than 2,900 people were shot. Chicago had the most violent year of all major U.S. cities, its worst since 2012, when 500 people were killed.

This is all part of the bigger plan. Why is the most important knowledge of how to best navigate through life and raise well balanced healthy children not part of public school education? It is because the ones that control the education system don't want a thinking, reasoning aware public. It is not profitable. Besides those that are not high on the useful planning of all this regard everyone else as useful ignorant sheep to be sheared and eaten.
The blacks are useful to be kept further down and abused by sick sociopaths who are the lighter skin brand. It is just evil for evil's sake and profit/ego. They might 'deny' it, but Baltimore cops are slower to get to domestic disturbances, slower to get to robberies, etc. Why should they risk confronting a 'black' criminal in a 'black neighborhood'? The cop wants to go home 'alive', see his family, and collect his pension. Why arrest anyone when the mayor and police chief do not have your back, and judges turn them loose right away? Confronting a criminal means you might get shot, or get arrested yourself for 'police brutality'. Far better to grab a cup of coffee and get there AFTER the shooting or dispute is over. Logically, WHY would a cop hurry into a potential mess in Baltimore?
Seems reasonable. When seconds count the cops are just minutes away so give up your right to defend yourself and get a check every month.

The breakdown of our social structure is but another cyclical ploy as a means of redistributing wealth to the few at the top. We see it withing neighborhoods and entire cities where services and development...law enforcement are all withheld to allow property values to decline. Once bottomed out, monied developers come in and buy up the depressed properties and government starts dumping vast amounts of TAXPAYER money into revitalization projects causing property values to skyrocket. This serves the wealthy but also creates ever more dependency on government. People no longer own their communities, the communities are owned by a cooperative of wealth and government.
