Chinese Immigrant Turned Citizen Defies Obama Gun Grab: "I Will Never Be A Slave Again"

Tyler Durden's picture

Submitted by Mac Slavo via SHTFPlan.com,

President Obama knows that the American people have not embraced his radical, leftist gun control agenda.

That’s why he took to the stage at a town hall spectacle hosted by CNN’s Anderson Cooper in attempt to defend his unconstitutional executive actions for stealth gun control, and try to convince Americans once and for all that he is not enacting some kind of gun grabbing conspiracy.

But his “common sense” policies – made law under the force of executive order – and his crocodile tears for exploited victims of gun violence are not going to shift pubic opinion.

There is clearly a line in the sand, and a bold Chinese immigrant, who became an American citizen by choice, is the latest to remind the government what it shall not infringe.

Lily Tang Williams happens to be the state chair of the Colorado Libertarian Party and has made a splash with her January 5th Facebook post, which has now received thousands of comments and shares. Williams vows to defy all government attempts at disarmament, citing the authoritarian abuses of China, her native country.

She declares, “I will always stand with my AR, no matter what my President signs with his pen.”

Lily Tang Williams posted this on her Facebook account with the above picture of her holding a rifle against the backdrop of an American flag:

If you believe more gun control by your government is going to save lives, you are being naïve. The champion of all the mass killings in this world is always a tyrannical government.

Where I came from, China had killed thousands of the students by its own government during the massacre of Tian An Men square in 1989. I surely wish my fellow Chinese citizens back then had guns like this one I am holding in the picture.

I am a Chinese immigrant and an American citizen by choice. I once was a slave before and I will never be one again.

I will always stand with my AR, no matter what my President signs with his pen.

Live free, or die standing on your feet.

Lily Tang Williams has actually lived as a slave under an oppressive government, and like other immigrants who came to the U.S. fleeing such conditions, she is appalled at seeing the same pattern come home to America.

But it isn’t over yet.

By the look of determination in this freedom fighters’ eyes, the resistance won’t soon die, and government will still face an intense fight if it intends to completely eradicate freedom.

Despite decades of indoctrination and mass media propaganda, millions and millions of Americans are still aware of what this country was founded upon, and what principles it stands for.

And. They. Will. Never. Give. Up. Their. Guns. Period.

Here's what Gov Abbott of Texas had to say:

Texas Governor Greg Abbott on Friday called for a constitutional convention of states to offer nine amendments in order to “restore the Rule of Law and return the Constitution to its intended purpose.”

“The increasingly frequent departures from Constitutional principles are destroying the Rule of Law foundation on which this country was built,” said Abbott in a statement.

“We are succumbing to the caprice of man that our Founders fought to escape. The cure to these problems will not come from Washington D.C. Instead, the states must lead the way.”

The nine proposed amendments are:

·      Prohibit Congress from regulating activity that occurs wholly within one State.

·      Require Congress to balance its budget.

·      Prohibit administrative agencies—and the unelected bureaucrats that staff them—from creating federal law.

·      Prohibit administrative agencies—and the unelected bureaucrats that staff them—from preempting state law.

·      Allow a two-thirds majority of the States to override a U.S. Supreme Court decision.

·      Require a seven-justice super-majority vote for U.S. Supreme Court decisions that invalidate a democratically enacted law.

·      Restore the balance of power between the federal and state governments by limiting the former to the powers expressly delegated to it in the Constitution.

I didn't watch the CNN gun control "town hall" because it sounded like it was going to be pure manufactured propganda designed solely to support the president's extra-constitutional actions.

Now I wish I had.  He got his ass kicked.  Starting with Chris Kyle's wife who laid him out pretty good right off the bat.  Even Anderson Cooper leaned on him pretty hard (still within the bounds of acceptable dissent).

Even for the libs this is too much bullshit to swallow, apparently.

"...I once was a slave before and I will never be one again..."

I suppose the statement is good for the feelz Lilly, but that rifle isn't a magic charm for warding off slavery. You are a slave now. You became a slave the second you raised your hand and pledged alligance to the flag, the corrupt republic and the government-usurped U.S. Constitution. You simply changed your owners from the CCP to the U.S. government, but you never stopped being a slave. If you think you are free now, then that rifle won't do you any good. You're suppose to be angry about the rights the government ALREADY took away from you, not what additional ones they might take from you in the future.

By owning a rifle, you are now an armed slave. That's why your masters don't want you to have one, and that's exactly why you should have one.

@SB-  I can't believe they took Hickock45's channel down again.  That's incredible.  If there was ever a legitimately nice guy who gives even-handed gun reviews (and almost completely steers away from making political statements), it's him.  What could ANYBODY find offensive about his channel aside from the fact that it's about guns?

UPDATE- apparently Google accused him of "advertising", meaning he received compensation for some of his reviews.  Still, the timing of this is awfully coincidental.  Clearly he was targeted on purpose and in conjunction with Obama's gun control push.  Scuttlebutt is Diane Feinstein approached Google and demanded his channel be taken down.

Is there anyone left who could be so naive as to think they DON'T want to take guns away from law-abiding people?  You'd have to be almost intentionally blind to hold such a belief.

Vince,

But that "piece of paper" is not where our God-given rights come from.

Even if our treasonous government abolishes the entire USC and the Bill of Rights, we still have those rights.  Our Founding Fathers wrote the Preamble and the USC and the Bill of Rights from the perspective of Natural Law.

Our Creator gave each and every human being a certain set of rights so that we would not be slaves.

The founding documents only outline what those rights are, they do not "grant" us those rights.

Obama can pass all the Executive Orders he wants.

And we can ignore each and every one of them.

A peaceable "Million Armed Man March" on Washington would really wake them the hell up to how serious Americans are about this issue.

Obama's fatal flaw in the "town hall" (how does the president of a country with a third of a billion people hold a town hall?) is that he went without his teleprompter. He doesn't fully know what he's doing and needs to have a small army of writers and lobbyists tell him what to say.

NoDebt,

It was propaganda. But the propaganda was its secondary purpose.

The primary purpose of that "townhall" (which, incidentally it was not. It was an arranged conference with hand-selected guests) was as a smokescreen.

The townhall smokescreen was intended to divert attention to the debate of gun control and AWAY form what every American should be screaming:

"Executive orders do NOT have the authority of legislation."

Executive Orders are directives that the President writes to personnel within the Executive branch to enforce (execute) the legislation passed by the houses.

The President does NOT have the authority to legislate in any way shape or form through Executive Orders.

The debate we should be having is whether or not to impeach Obama for violating his oath of office to uphold the US Constitution.

If he gets away with this one, there will be an avalanche of Executive Orders intended to destroy the 2nd Amendment without going through "the people."

Ann Barnhardt thinks anyone who believes 9/11 may have been an inside job is "bat-shit" crazy.   If you blame anything on Israel or "jooz", you're an anti-semite....All of the world's evil comes from Islam, according to her.  If you question any terrorist attack as a possible Mossad/CIA false-flag instead of pinning the blame squarely on "muzzies", you're nuts, according to Ann.

I like some of her writings and I agree with a lot of what she says and I usually get a good laugh, but I stopped visiting her site when she posted a video about the "iron worker debunking 9/11", making comments as if he had conclusively proven that people who question how the towers fell are idiots.

I was a Machinist in my youth and have a small machine shop in a garage. I enjoy working with metal like other hobbyist enjoy working with wood. For the past 7 years I have been flooded with requests to produce guns for them in my shop. Ironically the cheapest and easiest guns to produce in a small shop such as mine are WWII style Sub-Machine Guns such as the British designed Sten and the American designed M3. Even easier to produce are copy's of the M-10 and M-11 Full Auto Sub Machine pistols. There are many internet sites that provide blue prints for these full auto machine gun designs. Material to building use easily machined standard mild steel shapes available at any Cash and Cary Steel Yard. The cost of materials for one of these Sub-Machine guns is less than $50. Australia has experienced a flood of these Sub-machine Guns starting the day that Government confiscated guns from it's citizens. These guns typically sell for more than $1,000 each. Today Criminals in Australia are armed with garage made fully automatic sub-machine guns and pistols instead of the semi-automatic firearms that were available before the confiscation. Now the "gun" problem in Australia is many times worse for it's disarmed citizens and Police armed with Semi-auto guns as the criminals are now armed with Fully Automatic Sub-Machine guns.

The problem is with your proposals for constitutional amendments is that the constitution already prohibits the Federal Government from doing these things already. Slime balls will pervert a constitutional convention.

All the States are now either subsidiary corporations of Federal Gov. Corporation or have made agreements with the Federal Gov. to get handouts with strings attached.

Most of the actions by government in limiting rights is done through Commercial Statutes, Regulations and Codes. These laws are not for any legitimate use against people only commercial persons ( aka legal fiction ). We have never been instructed in how to defend our rights through peaceful means. Because of that lack of education people think the only way to stop the endless restrictions is to vote (how's that working out? ), beg by petition or protest ( how's that working out? ), or violence. These usurpers of the public trust must be defeated in the courtroom for violations of due process and not following Court rules of procedure, etc.  You can also stop paying for your own slavery. Individual police need to be prosecuted when they violate your rights without the proper procedure 1st.

That all sounds great in theory...there are I don't know how many videos of some guy standing up in court and saying something like, "I am the free and soveriegn living man, etc", or "I do not stand under your authority", or some other thing like that. The judge just says, "Bailiff!" and armed thugs haul the guy away to be beaten and testicle-shocked in the basement.

I believe that you're right that we are enslaved by our straw-man and our ignorance of the law, but they have the guns, and so they don't give a shit about the law. Laws are like locks- they only work for the honest people.

I'm afraid it will come to guns. I am a non-violent person, slightly idiotic, own no guns, and wouldn't hurt a fly. But even I have the right to self-defense and the protection of my life and property. That right was given to me by God, and no-one, not even Obama, can take it away from me.
